I am again trying this whole make a website thing and once again I have steam coming out my ears as I struggle to understand how to make things happen

Does anyone have any recommendations for someone who does website design commissions (is it still considered a commission or is there another term for it in that field? a job? a gig?) so that I don't have to wrack my brains on this? Someone who can design the HTML/CSS for a neocities website layout to get the foundation down and then I can add the content following a template of sorts?

As some of you might’ve seen: I’m no longer posting art on Twitter, so Tumblr is now the only social media I’ll be consistently posting art to. However: I’ll also be posting it to my website and possibly other social media platforms in the future.
