7. Be patient with yourself. Implementing new habits take time, so give yourself grace.
8. Focus on the journey more than the outcome, that’s where the transformation is.
9. Find your tribe. Having a supportive community can make all the difference.
10. Have fun! Fitness should be an enjoyable experience.

#THROWBACK: Chickpea Masala Bulgur

INGREDIENTS FOR 10 PLATES (30min.):
(700 g) bulgur
garam masala
(140g) small tomato paste
(400g) chickpeas
1 large red onion
3 small cloves of garlic
600 ML Water
Grapeseed oil
* Spices: garam masala, salt, black pepper
* Don’t forget to regularly stir your rice!
Boil your water
Cut the onions and garlic and soutee them
Add the tomato paste, spices and chickpeas
Let ‘m sizzle on medium heat for about 3 minutes with the lid on the pot - Set it aside.
Use a bowl or pot for your bulgur and mix it with the boiled water and spiced tomato paste
Let it chill for 10 to 15 mins.
Whip it up every 3 mins. and add a dash of oil
You’re done and ready to enjoy your chickpea masala bulgur !

Sooo my plan was to post and take picture of my food, but obvs I chose the worst timing ever on our holiday, where especially my boyfriend prep loads of our food (and not healthy🥲)
Im trying my best to think twice and not snack too much, but my diet really sucks these two weeks.
I’ll be back to food posts when I get home!
And on a positive note: last week I still managed to do three workouts💪🏼💪🏼
