In that moment, he felt Remus tense against him. Sirius looked up to see something on his face he had never seen before—shock, mostly. His eyes were wide and his mouth slightly open. But behind all of that, he could see the desire to cry almost blooming on the surface of all those expressions.

The moment Sirius turned his face to see what Remus was looking at, he froze in place. A pair of eyes were looking at them from behind a nearby tree. Gray and tired eyes, but Sirius recognized instantly that they used to be blue, a bright and vivid shade of blue.

The silhouette realized he was caught and disappeared instantly in the blink of an eye, but before it did, Sirius caught a glimpse of dark black hair peeking out from between the branches. Seconds later, a distant sound filled the silence that lingered between them.

It was the bark of a dog.

Okay so in MLP: Friendship is Magic, Scootaloo is disabled. There's no doubt about that; she's a pegasus who can't fly, not because she hasn't learned, but because she is physically incapable of it. That's a disability. And even then, she still goes forward and lives her life, she has her scooter, and even has an episode dedicated to... Achieving something big, even with her disability. Listen I don't remember the episode well enough but it's the one where she goes real far on her scooter and it's dramatic and all.

Anyway this post isn't actually about Scootaloo, fuck her. This is about TRIXIE

Because I think Trixie is ALSO disabled, or I at least like to interpret her that way. I like to think that her inability to go past basic telekinesis with her pony magic IS disability. Because no matter how hard she tries, she really can't do much else than that, JUST like Scootaloo

And I think it's really nice to see how proud she is of her stage magic as well if she IS disabled, because of the same thing with Scootaloo I mentioned before. And also media need more disability rep...

Some changes

Hello! I know we said we'd be back by Monday but stuff happened.

We are trying to come back, we'll probably start posting again today or tomorrow. (not a promise)

But there'll be some changes.

First of all, I'll post between 5-10 terms a day, to make it more easier on us. (Most of the days will be 5)

We will change the amount of requests allowed on one ask. To make it easier on us we prefer if there's only 5 requests per ask. (There's no limit on how many a person can request in general)

We will start queueing the posts. When responding to an ask we will tell you the time and day they'll be posted so you can check our account.

i love jahar and tamerlan and i respect them a bunch but personally i don’t fw islam. maybe it’s because im a girl but i just cannot bring myself to like this religion’s ideology and everything else they uphold.

i understand. i notice that poor treatment of women seems to be something that some religions either endorse or outright encourage. that's a major reason why i'm so conflicted about islam (and hesitant to say that i agree with it as a whole); if an ideology promotes misogyny, then it's a flawed ideology at its core, there's no debate to be had about it.

i will say also that jahar and tamerlan were also both misogynistic at times (as men tend to be). obviously not uniquely so, and it wasn't necessarily due to islam— but jahar did make tweets that were very objectifying and tamerlan did hit his partners. tamerlan did also seem to hold a kind of protective hold over his sisters that tends to be typical of misogynistic men, where he reportedly punched a boy for dating his younger sister (although he was younger at the time, so he may have changed).

i don't want to seem as though i blindly agree with jahar and tamerlan in all respects, just as i don't blindly agree with islam in all respects. misogyny is unacceptable no matter where it comes from.

Yes, they can be siblings no problem.

I'll analyse their genotypes for the most variable genes (agouti, dilute, mackerel/blotched pattern, orange, white spotting).

What can we say about the parents based on this? At least one parent is

a tabby (A_)

dark colored (D_)

mackerel carrying blotched (Mcmc)

Both parents are carrying blotched, and at least one also have the mackerel allele. The other also can be a heterozygote mackerel, or a homozygote blotched. Other tabby patterns are also possible for both, but only in heterozygous form (spotted - Spsp and ticked - Titi).

For the orange gene we have to analyse two different cases depending on the first kit's sex.

Male (o-) - Mother has at least one o allele, but if she's oo, the father must be O-. In case of a tortie mother, the father can be anything. (So all possible variations are Oo x o-, Oo x O-, oo x O.)

Female (oo) - Father is o-, so the mother has to be Oo.

"With white" usually means a lower level of white spotting, which in turn usually means heterozygous wsw cats. In that case at least one parent has to have some white spotting, in any amount. The other can be with our without white. However it's unlikely that they both have high levels of white spotting (harlequin or van), except if the kits are like that too. In addition one or both can be full white, too.

So overall there's quite a lot wiggle room here. You can also add all kind or extra traits like colorpoint, silver ect, just be careful with recessives: for example two pointed cats can't have non-pointed offspring.

As much as I love brainrotted sonic (my beloved), I have a head-canon that I much prefer the notion that he has ZERO idea about what the hell is going on in the internet, like, if you went over to him to ask about internet slang he would be equally as confused as shadow would be, he spends most of his time outside and only uses the internet to look for some recipes for hot dogs to compare to his perfected chili dog recipe or something, which explains why it feels so weird to hear sonic talk like a YouTube gamer or a brainrotted dude, that mfer speaks like he has no idea what the hell he is saying, he is reading a script and you can easily tell, he's the one going over to tails trying to understand what those teens said to him on his way back to tails' place.
