If I had a nickel for every loner redhead protagonist who has the weight of their world/universe on their shoulders and wields a Very Important melee weapon and has an extra-sensory way of perceiving the world around them that’s rarely used by others and is very good at climbing!! and despite all odds against them makes their own found family of people who care about them SO MUCH I’d have two nickels, which isn’t a lot, but I’m DELIGHTED it’s happened twice.

Time Crisis is a first-person on-rails light gun shooter series of arcade video games by Namco, introduced in 1995.[1] It is focused on the exploits of a fictional international intelligence agency who assigns its best agents to deal with a major threat by a hostile organisation, which has ranged from criminals, terrorists, to hostile military outfits, and mostly take place within fictional locations across the world. The arcade series differed from other light gun shooters of its time by incorporating unique mechanics, including the ability to duck into cover to dodge attacks and reload the player's weapon, and forcing players to complete battles in each level within an allotted amount of time.
We all know that Astarion has some of the best lines in the game but nobody - NOBODY - told me how softly Gale's VA delivers that "I forget my Goddess" line... the breathlessness? the yearning?? hello
