#I still believe in the whole rebirth headcanon

I'm tired so y'all get angsty Nimona headcanons
So apparently since I’m a masochist I was thinking about how Nimona would react to the boys dying
Specifically the order cause I feel like that would contribute to how they would react
If Bal died first he would be crushed and kind of just shut down and close himself off
After a while he would start taking longer trips and meeting new people and the hurt would lessen year after year
After a while they kind of notice that they left Ambrosius alone
They didn’t mean to it was never their intention to recede into themself
But that’s what happened and when they rejoined his life he didn’t miss a beat
He just acted like they never left and that hurt ten times worse
Especially when she realized that Ambrosius never fully dealt with his death
At least not in a proper way
Ambrosius passing soon after they reconnected was just another gut punch
It was like she finally started to recover just to be thrown back down
And a small part of her just a teeny tiny part of her was bitter about it
And she fucking hated it
If Ambrosius died first I think she would still be angry
She wouldn’t shut down like Bal she would lash out
She would act like his passing away was just another betrayal by someone she trusted
And again it would take a very long time for her to stop viewing it as that
They would never lash out at Bal though
They saw the effects and noticed how deep the sadness ran so they would always hold their tongue around him
One day Nimona made an offhanded joke about how Bal’s eyes should be studied cause they should be able to get even bigger with age
And Bal just starts laughing
And he doesn’t stop
Even as he’s bent over sobbing there are still laughs sprinkled in
He asks Bal what was wrong and he says “oh nothing starlight” he keeps pestering him until he finally says
“You know I don’t think I ever had a chance to miss him because I see him every day when I look at you”
And they just sit on the couch and seemingly go through every stage of grief 24-hour period
When Bal dies a couple of years later it’s still like a gut punch
And he wants more than anything to dig himself into a hole and never come back out
But he doesn’t
It takes a long time for him to start letting people in again
So I don’t know if the boys were living together or if they were still living in the dorms before the knighting ceremony
But there in either situation there is something so utterly heartbreaking about the idea of Ambrosius having to rummage through the destruction of people barely knighted
Desperately trying to pick out the undamaged bits of Bal and clinging to them
I can also just imagine him searching through his phone frantically looking for old photos videos and voicemails
Trying to figure out if he was genuine or if he was talking with a mask for a decade
He goes back and forth between knowing those are his genuine smiles and laughs and that’s really love in his eyes
But then he also has moments when he remembers that he might not know what his real smile looks like or what his real laugh sounds like
And how can he know what love looks like when he might have been faking it this whole time
He stops looking through his phone for a while

How Portgas D. Ace Loves | As Told By Tarot
cw. gn!reader, headcanons, tarot pairing. portgas d. ace x reader notes. the ace brainrot has been very strong lately and the meta post i made the other day did not help. so y'all have to sit through my self-indulgence by seeing one of my tarot-based headcanon posts. if i'm gonna do these for one piece, i gotta debut with my husband. ace simps, come get your ace juice deck. true black tarot
Tumblr media
the chariot, the tower, six of swords, the hanged man
reckless as portgas d. ace can be, loving someone is something he treads cautiously. perhaps if he were the son of a simple sailor whose name never garnered any notoriety, he could love with reckless abandon but as the son of gol d. roger, loving recklessly is something ace can't afford. loved as he may be by many, receiving love is something ace isn't used to. to be honest, he isn't even quite sure he deserves it. as such, loving someone is a path ace treads wearily. should you already be aware of his parentage he can't help but worry that one day you'll decide that's too much. loving someone like him with the blood of a devil and being an enemy to the world government is too much. if you aren't aware, however, ace fears how much that could damage the foundation of your relationship. but he loves you and within love, there can be no secrets - certainly not one this grand. this is a truth ace surrenders himself completely even if he fears what the outcome may be
Tumblr media
ten of wands, ten of pentacles, the emperor, queen of swords
ace is a man with many burdens resting on his shoulders but he'll gladly help shoulder yours in spite of them. portgas d. ace is a generous lover, he gives much more than he takes. you'll likely have to remind it's okay for him to receive as much as he gives you. in your darkest moments, ace will be your rock and in your brightest, ace shines an extra light. he makes you feel safe and secure with ease; it's effortless how easily you trust and believe in him. he listens and responds fairly and he's honest and open about his intentions. just remember to shoulder the weight he carries and tell him you'll gladly do so. otherwise he'll carry it himself. love is a partnership and you have equal roles in the one you share with ace
Tumblr media
death, the fool, the world, king of swords
love for ace is rebirth. love is what transformed a ten year old mad at the world into a man who can smile with the warmth of the sun. the art of love is something he still considers himself inexperienced in, but he moves trusting you and the trust you have in him. you're the half that was taken from him when humanity's bodies were split by the gods. this, to ace, is an unwavering truth. ace's love makes you feel as if you're whole for the first time in your life. every step you took was meant to lead yourselves to each other and finally become whole again. now that he has you and he knows he can be selfish, he isn't going to let you go (so please don't let go of him either)
Tumblr media
ace of wands, the star, three of wands, page of cups
"you see me". you make ace feel seen, like you sought him out specifically over everyone else. you choose to love him and you ace will always choose to love you in return. dying is easy, living is harder and ace's love is the courage to live in spite of a world that tells him he should not. the hope that whatever comes, the two of you will experience it together. ace isn't going anywhere, he is going to live forever. ace was in love with a war no one told him ended and he's putting down his arms to walk hand in hand down whatever path you embark on. that's the promise that comes with ace's love and he makes good on the promises he makes. he loves sweetly, softly, like you're the most important treasure of all. portgas d. ace is the man you chose and you're one he chose back

Ω PJO DEMIGOD HEADCANONS:💀 PERSEPHONE: QUEEN OF THE UNDERWORLD, GODDESS OF SPRING, THE DEAD, THE UNDERWORLD, GRAIN, AND NATURE 💐 (PART 1)
AUTHOR'S NOTE: This is PART 1 of the Persephone Demigod Headcanons. Due to the size limit of Tumblr, I had to split the entire work into two. [LINK TO PART 2 HERE] Hi everyone! It took me a bit to figure it out but here's what everyone has been waiting for! Persephone is just 1 out of the 4 works I have planned and written for, and these works will be categorized as the MISCELLANEOUS GODS due to not the fact these gods are minor or anything, but because I did mention this in an ask before and it's easier to think about due to the canon PJO world building. These works will be a bit more loose since I'm taking a shot in the wild so hopefully you guys like it. Thanks for reading!!
*Disclaimer: mentions of unusual births, life and death*
People have been wondering if Persephone would have a demigod of her own, considering Hades has his own children, but also it’s slightly more believable if people know about the story of Adonis. However, there are very limited ways that the goddess would give birth to a demigod, since she’s very loyal and in love with Hades, and vise-versa.
How you could’ve been born:
You really could’ve been born normally where Persephone’s eyes fell upon a mortal, when it was during Spring or Summer, or when the autumn and winter months have been delayed.
Honestly, I can see this going for either gender of mortal: If your mortal parent is male, Hades couldn’t have done much because he knows Persephone’s preferences are strict and the last human she fell in love was Adonis, that Aphrodhite herself loved as well, so, Hades worrying about her being (repeatedly) unfaithful is very rare so your mortal male parent is the exception. So don’t expect any or more demigod siblings of Persephone. Not totally out of Hades’ ire, but given how many demigod children he has, he really doesn’t say anything. If your mortal parent is female, I can see it being this unusual birthing process where some sort of guidance is required: maybe Persephone offered a seed that your female mortal parent swallowed and boom, you were born.
You’re a cabbage patch baby or a rose baby. or you’re born from a Peach. Turnip baby. Any plant based births. Quite literally. Don’t ask how this exactly works, but it involves the blood, sweat, and tears of your mortal parent planting the seed that Persephone gave/helped and raised you together.
There’s a story where a woman ate a red and white rose to give birth, and I don't think that's not off the books for Persephone to do. Offering the flowers or something for your mortal parent to eat and boom, here you are-
You were either or an orphan, a completely child/baby that was near earth or had died, and you underwent the same process that (Zagreus)  Dionysus underwent with the weird death-rebirth thing; where you were (SOMEHOW) taken in by Persephone physically then reborn as a child of Perseophone when she gave birth to you. Since you technically died, you lost half of your mortal self because of the whole dying thing, but was replaced with Persephone’s godly portion.
That said, you’re not probably a double demigod if you went through the whole rebirth thing: where before you were a demigod child that died before Persephone gave you a new life. If you are however, oh boy, the Fates have something planned for you and it will not be an easy/happy life for you; doomed or tortured by the narrative. Your happy ending will have to be earned and fought with blood and tears. Afterall, the more powerful the demigod, the less easy it is for them.
Either way, I don’t really see Hades targeting you on the level Hera does to the children of Zeus; though you still might want to refer to Hades (very) politely as Lord Hades or Godly Step Father. Just good manners, you know.
Regardless, everyone at camp is very confused and looking at you in a mixture of wonder, uncertainty, fear, amongst a few. When you get claimed, it’s like Spring has arrived, even when it’s Autumn or Winter. Nature blooms all around you with such vitality no one has seen before, with flowers, grains, and crops sprouting underneath your feet and all around you. Once the claim is over, if it’s Autumn/Winter, the world reverts back and everyone can see the rot that surrounds them except for you as you walk.
Everyone expects you to be either a “Flower prince[ss]”, a soft person like Spring, or “A Prince[ss] of the Underworld”, terrifying like your mother. However, while you may lean one than the other, you can be both. Afterall, Persephone may be one to bring growth and fertility to the earth, and everything, she is also just as much as Kore that lends to herself being the Goddess of the Underworld and the dead where destruction follows. On the other hand, it’s a pretty cool thought where you’re wearing a crown of flowers and being all soft looking but switch to something darker with the flower petals falling off, to reveal a crown of thorns with the shadows curling around you to almost seem like your face is a skull, and vise-versa. You do you.
When you walk on the earth, you’ll sprout flowers and plants underneath your feet but as soon as you raise your foot to step away, the plants will wither and die, leaving rot behind. Sort of like the God of the Forest walking in Studio Ghibli’s “Princess Mononoke” .

We shall meet again, under Kakava's shimmering auroras...
Tumblr media
"Do stay alive"? Mmm... well, who am I to even dare defying the doctor's orders~?
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Kakavasha had been fated to die, ever since he was born on the day of one of the very sparse rains in Sigonia-IV. Blessed with Gaiathra's rain, a lucky child, they said-- and in the end, it was luck of the double-edged sword.
Aventurine, the Stoneheart of Stratagems, had indeed been lucky enough to still be standing after all that he'd been through-- but why has he lived time and time again? Should he not be grateful? And yet he found he never was; for Kakavasha wished to die. Why should he live only to endure more suffering when he could finally find eternal peace?
And when that fated day finally came-- his grand bet, his all in, his final gambit, the most wondrous of performances-- he found himself here.
Not alive, yet not dead, having long since parted with his past self, standing alone in a void of Nihility clutching only the scroll Dr. Veritas Ratio had given him. That Galaxy Ranger had told him that this fated incident was not his end-- that he would live to bet even higher than before. A saving grace, truly-- an angel in the skin of an Emanator.
Maybe this darkness was beautiful, he thought. The stars twinkling in the dark almost reminded him of home; a dimly sparkling reminder that he would see the dawn after all, that there would finally be light waiting for him.
And so he waited, preparing for the day of his rebirth. He would chase his dawn in the form of the golden and crimson-hued irises of the man who has always had his heart, take back his name and avenge the legacy of all Avgins, and see to the destruction of the IPC once and for all.

Notes from the moderator:
~ Mod also runs the @aventurine-official rp account, so the format is her own and is not plagiarized :)
This Aventurine is canon divergent, simply an idea of what happens to him if and when he survives the Nihility void :)
My Aven takes back his true name and turns to the path of Nihility, and finds his way out in about a year or so after his disappearance. He's finally free from the IPC as they believe him to be dead and Jade has taken his place as the Stoneheart of Preservation, and his goal is to bring the IPC's shady secrets to light and bring the whole organization crashing down.
He still fights with his dice and poker chips, although losing the ability to shield because of his path diversion and instead casting ace cards onto enemies.
(I might add more details later, or link a headcanon post!)
Guidelines:
~ Keep the asks sfw if you please, suggestive is okay!
~ No random links in asks unless they are links to other Tumblr posts (if they are there, please specify what they are)
~ Be kind, please. Any hateful comments related but not limited to racism, sexism, homophobia, ableism, ageism and transphobia will not be tolerated here and you may be blocked.
~ All ships (age-appropriate) are welcome. (I personally believe Aventurine is gay as hell, so he will have a noticeable interest in men versus women).
~ Try to avoid sending DMs to the mod unless you are another mod
~ Anons are more than welcome here! You may have a personalized tag and everything :)

I've talked A Lot(maybe too much) about Elwin vs. Miles in the past, but here we go again.
There are many times where Miles refers to Elwin as if he's a different person entirely. And that isn't entirely not the case; they aren't the same person, in that trauma often changes a person, even in subtle ways. "Miles" isn't the same Elwin Rosfield that existed before The Night of Flames -- and no matter what he does, he will never be that exact same person again.
There's also the element of symbolism, of the whole Phoenix and Rebirth theme. I know, I know, cliche. But still. XVI can't just give us Phoenix, kill off my favorite character who is closely tied to Phoenix, and not expect me to take it and run with it(even if it is lore-bendy).
Initially, the headcanon for this blog was that it was Joshua's loss of control over Phoenix's power, combined with his despair over having failed his promise to Clive to protect Elwin, that brought my Elwin back to life and kept him from being incinerated. Then, after I saw the concept art for Elwin, and saw the Phoenix feathers tied to the sheathe of his sword, I made the headcanon that those feathers were a gift from his father -- and from that was born the change that it was his father's Phoenix feathers that brought him back to life and protected him instead.
In either case, he was resurrected, and in either case it was a gruesome and painful process. But that's a whole other story.
The point is, Elwin died. He very, very much did die. The man reborn from the ashes of Elwin Rosfield(metaphorically speaking) was not the same as the Elwin Rosfield that died, although he was still Elwin Rosfield. He chose the name "Miles" as his new identity for several specific reasons. The identity of "Miles" is meant to play into that theme of death and rebirth, and it's also important to note in this that my Elwin does believe in reincarnation. (A belief that is tied to the Eikon Phoenix.) So for him, you have this issue of, he knows that he died -- though he doesn't know how he came back to life again -- which means that he was denied death, and thus denied being reborn. But on the flipside, you have this other issue that he also grapples with, an opposing viewpoint of the situation, which is that his new life after the tragedy at Phoenix Gate is his reincarnation. Neither option is too comforting for him, all things considered, and with both thoughts, he has the tendency of obsessing over why. Why was he resurrected, when so many others perished that night?
The thought(or hope) that there might be a reason he was brought back to life, and that the reason may involve, or at the very least permits him to, make a difference in the world by helping others the way he had always wanted to do during his previous life, is one of the reasons why he chose the name "Miles" specifically. He has more power in this new life, particularly after his liberation in his main(AU) verse, than he ever had during his previous life, despite having been Archduke.
There's also a line from the Rosarian anthem, On The Wind Borne, that always sticks with me, and is always a big inspiration to me with this muse in all versions and verses for him:
"Follow the flames and arise from the shadows".

Michael headcanons gimme here please meowe
YESGFBDH MY BELOVED
So like, poor guy absolutely has CPTSD. I don’t think there’s any debate to be had about that. He’s been through a TON of trauma. Lost his sister, killed his brother, abandoned by his abusive dad- like shit man 💀 I’d have CPTSD too
That’s a stupid joke though given I do have CPTSD
He was a super shitty teen. He probably treated Elizabeth pretty shitty before she died too.
Because one parent was abusive and neglectful and the other MIA, he was basically made to be the babysitter, the third parent, and he hated it.
After everything that happened to his siblings he’s way mellowed out. He absolutely hates having kids look up to him, because it kind of terrifies him.
He could probably never be a father, not out of lack of ability or that he would be a shit dad, but solely because of his trauma from his dad. He would only be able to see his dad in himself.
Which he already does. He loathes looking in the mirror.
I like to imagine his hair is deliberately longer than his father’s to try to distinguish them. He spent his whole life hearing he’s just like his dad. Part of him really does believe it, but he doesn’t want to be anything like him. You’ll notice this is a recurring motif between my main AU and my rebirth AU, which both involve Michael’s actions as an extension of his father. In fact the exact phrase “I don’t want to be anything like you” shows up in the rebirth AU.
I like to make jokes about Michael smoking weed but honestly I see a lot of people draw/write him as a smoker and I’ve kind of adopted that headcanon
Post-scooping, he has an awful phobia of worms, snakes, wires, maggots, tentacles, and, most embarrassingly, spaghetti. Just the sight of any of it makes him sick.
He still lives in his family home, but it’s a complete mess. He has a lot of money from his dad’s business, but no use for it. It’s livable, but it’s not in good shape, and he doesn’t care to fix it.
He doesn’t usually go outside before dark. He stays inside with the windows drawn and lets all his old friends think he’s dead.
While he’s a pretty emotionally troubled and still very jaded and cold, he has a heart of gold underneath it all, and he loves his siblings more than anything. He has an odd way of showing it, but he cares a lot about people, especially the children.
If I say he’s a bottom will I be judged because he’s totally a bottom
Because of the scooping he is prone to random facial bleeding. It is somehow a much more disturbing thing to see because his blood is all dark and deoxygenated. Like you’d think a corpse guy having black nosebleeds would be less scary than normal blood. It’s still terrifying.
Despite his inhibitions, he’s actually pretty good with children. A bad role model, definitely, but a caring and protective figure, especially for kids who otherwise wouldn’t have one.
He is just so done with everything all the fucking time, constantly. 0 energy. Go girl give us nothing.
He gives me very specific gender vibes I can’t place. His gender is male but not and also it’s the fact that purple is his favorite color

🍒🍑🍌🍈!!! (I want to ask them all but I am restraining myself)
(sorry the answers are not in order kksjsks)
🍌
«—Me siento adulado de que me considere así. No cabe duda, no todos los sinluces son, válgame la redundancia, pocas luces.»
I hate that I can't translate this fucking joke well to English, because it's fucking stupid. I went entire circus mode when writing it and I don't like the translation.
Sinluz (lightless) is the Spanish localization for Tarnished and pocas luces is an expression used when someone is dumb. And it's fucking redudant because Sinluz and Poca luz mean almost the same (absence of light)
I don't really like the translation and even you pointed it when you betaed my chapter (I still have to write you some doubts about the corrections but im fucking slow at everything 🐢🐢 jksjsksj)
🍑
I'm gonna confess that one of my main inspirations when writing Eleonora is (this is fucking stupid yea it is jksjsksj) CASSIE FROM EUPHORIA. Yea they're mentally unstable women who rely on people who don't really love them and build toxic relationships around them. So my idea is to write a fic in my AU in which Eleonora goes full Cassie about her relationship with Yura (or with Mohg).
🍒
Relationships with power dynamics, I love writing characters using that power to manipulate others.
🍈
My beloved Eleonora, I love her with my whole life and because of that, I torture her. She's a powerful and prideful woman but she's frail and somewhat broken. She's at the verge of breakdown in my fic and I can't wait to write it!!
She's a canvas, so I can give her a lot of headcanons and maybe not many people will agree but they're mine and mine alone. Let's go.
Eleonora calls the dynasty "her family" and Mohg "her brother" because —according to her— they share the same mother (The Formless Mother). Mohg has never called her his sister and has never seen her as such.
She is blindly devoted to the formless mother. She'll do anything for her and for the "rebirth of blood"
Eleonora likes to hunt tarnished and often challenges other bloody fingers to do the same. Although she tries to get close to her other companions, she does not succeed.
The only person she has a close relationship with is Varré. Their relationship is complex, theyre close friends although Varré at first only saw her as a piece to get to Mohg. They do have a mutual esteem for each other that they have build over time.
Their relationship is very intimate, even sexual but they feel no real attraction (romantic, at least) for each other.
Eleonora fervently believes that she can "change Yura's mind" about the bloody fingers, but this is not the case.
Eleonora likes to remind herself and to every other member of the Dynasty, that she is the most lethal bloody finger and also the favorite. She can get cocky about it.
Yea. I love her. My queen my princess my whore my goddess

I think the problem with this fandom is that everyone is projecting their own headcanons onto the official story. Like you said before there was absolutely no trace that Yuu was ever going NOT to forgive Guren or worse, at this point, kill him. Whoever was actually expecting for that to happen in the story was setting up themselves for disappointment. The same applies in my opinion for mahiru. Perhaps you won't agree but there is no trace at all at this point that guren will betray her. We want to, people that like guren best with his squad and shinya, we can draw "hope" from him being cold to her or keeping some thoughts private but this isn't confirmation at all, just speculations. We should keep in mind there is an ongoing theme of forgiveness in the story and family love and that characters naturally grow. In this chapter it was Yuu, and in some way also Mahiru because, for once, she didn't try to convince guren not to be weak. Perhaps she's not human anymore but this is concrete proof some part of her still is in love with guren, the soft hearted loser. Acknowledging this doesn't mean we gureshin shippers can't speculate other scenarios but, just like with this issue with yuu, we need to stay realistic about the official story and e. g. if guren ends up romantically involved with mahiru again not start screaming bad writing like people this this chapter. We can be disappointed yes based on what we speculated but don't mix it up with the quality of the story as a whole just because we didn't get some specific scenario
Hey dear anon! Generally agree people manipulate themselves so much with the headcanons or fanfictions to the point they start to believe that what they think is completely logical and HAVE TO happen although it is not🤷‍♀️
Most people in this fandom didn't even read Catastrophe at 16 novels+World Resurrection at 19 novels+The story of Vampire Mikaela's novels although all these books together make us to understand the main story SPECIALLY Guren's novels🤷‍♀️
So yes as much as people are free to think however they like to or want to have any headcanons they want they also need to learn to be careful as if they won't reach to something they want in the canon universe too then they won't shitting on the writer or turn the whole fandom to a hell or say the whole story is a bad one and they can write a better one than sensei himself :///
If some people really have problems with the story and Kagami sensei's writing to THIS point well I kindly advice them to leave the story and go read fanfictions or start another story but no one doesn't have any rights to turn the story seem bad for the others, NO ONE.
And about Mahiru and Guren yes although I really really REALLY want him to tell Mahiru to fuck off he may most probably won't because he needs her anyway and he sounds to really forgave her long ago before this main story starts (probably on the Wrat19 novels) but I still seriously don't think they will end up romantically yes maybe they would stay as good and close friends but lovers? Marrying a woman who killed your dad and whole family and... No seriously it is not a genuine idea this ship is as dirty as pedophile ship in my eyes Guren better to even ending up all alone than being with her eventually (yes the only more acceptable case can be that both Guren and Mahiru dies and rebirth in another life and start everything again but if not then I am completely against it and sure if such a thing will happen I would for sure critizing too but not to the point I want to set the whole fandom on fire but maybe generally an analysis post to explain my thoughts POLITLY but nor attacking anyone or the writer is not acceptale in anyway at all)
Hope this was helpful dear anon ^^

So I been thinking of this new AU were everyone in Resident Evil are God's what would you think Chris and Wesker would be the god's of
Tumblr media
♡︎ Note: Well, this is an interesting AU and this took me longer than expected xD. Nonetheless, I enjoyed writing this and I hope you'll like how it turned out, anon.
𓂀 Word count: 993.
♡︎ Characters: Albert Wesker, Chris Redfield
𓂀 Type: AU, headcanons.
Tumblr media
Wesker:
I believe Wesker falls under the category of Gods who embody war, violence, disorder, chaos, or who rules the underworld.
As a type of underworld God, he can rule as he wants without anyone interfering. He wouldn't care about the outside world as his main focus is on his realm. (Some deities from mythology are Hades, Osiris, Apep). I know that in canon he seeks to conquer the whole world, but maybe in an AU, he can be satisfied with just a part of it, as he can rule without an external force threatening his reign. If not the God of the underworld, I can imagine him as the God of war, vengeance because of his canon willingness to sacrifice everything to win every confrontation and to achieve his goals (betraying STARS, Excella, Umbrella). Notable deities are Ares, from Greek mythology, an overwhelming, destructive force, known for his courage and success in war (Wesker’ ability to carry out his mission despite killing or betraying his comrades), Mars from Roman mythology, and even if there are some parallels between Ares and Mars, the latest was more driven to peace, but still known for his victories in the battlefield. Menhit from Egyptian mythology whose name means “she who massacres”. She is depicted as a lioness goddess due to her aggressive attributes. Due to the aggressive nature, he would possess as a war god, I think he would be inclined to accept human sacrifices (Aztec deity Huitzilopochtli who requires sacrifices to ensure the sun would survive the cycle of 52 years. Human blood was believed to be extremely powerful). The blood of his teammates was spilled for the sake of the mission.
These war deities were known for their great strength, cruelty, and great performance in battles. From Egyptian mythology, alongside Menhit, I think he also resembles Set's traits, god of deserts, violence, disorders. He killed and mutilated his brother Osiris, just like Wesker is known to betray the people close to him. If I’m being honest, I think I'm going too far with this so I’ll stop here.
Interestingly, his correlation with Apep, another deity know whose title was “the Lord of Chaos”. Initially, I wanted to think that Wesker could be the God of all parts of the world, but I don’t think it can work as I personally view him as an element of chaos and destruction. I wanted to make some comparisons between him and Ra (the ruler of all worlds), but Apep was more appealing, not only because of his status but also because he appears in art as a giant serpent. This can connect to the RE5 plot, to the Uroboros, or ouroboros. The serpent that eats his own tail represents the circle of life, death, and rebirth. In Egyptian, this symbol represents the union of Ra and Osiris in the underworld. Life, renewal, death, Wesker, as a possible god of the underworld, is responsible to maintain the flow of this cycle, by keeping souls from returning to the living world.
Chris:
Same as Albert, I can imagine Chris as a god of war, but instead of a chaotic force of destruction, he would be more inclined to peace. Mars, the God of war in Roman mythology, can be associated with Chris’ persona, not only in terms of shared characteristics, but also in terms of sacred animals (one of the most sacred animals to Mars was the wolf, compared to Chris’ squad name, or his alias). It’s believed that Mars's character as an agricultural god may derive solely from his role as a defender and protector. (Chris shows countless times his selfless nature when his loved ones were in danger).I think Chris is a born leader, the alpha, one with a strong will and desire to protect.
Furthermore, as a god of protection, I think Apollo, the god of healing, archery, can be another god from mythology that can resemble Chris’ character. He is known for casting away the evil, being the protector of fugitives and refugees, and also for his healing abilities. By killing the Python, Apollo was associated with battle and victory.
I could notice a connection between these fictional characters’ traits and the gods they share traits with. Egyptians called the god Apollo “Horus” in their language, which was the god of the sky in their mythology. The Eye of Horus is a symbol of protection and royal power from deities. Chris watches over his men during his missions and never leaver anyone behind.
Horus fought Set not only for the throne of Egypt but also to avenge his father’s death. This can be parallel to the canon story, where Wesker constantly hurt or killed his loved ones, and Chris is walking on a very long path to avenge his comrades. In a similar matter, Horus, with the aid of other deities, manages to defeat Seth (similarly to how Chris defeated Wesker with the aid of Jill, Sheva, Rebecca in RE1, Brad).
Moreover, I can see Chris as a god of light as well. He’s guiding his men to safety throughout the missions (more or less but he has good intentions) and he protects them. Similar to Baldur in Norse mythology, the god of light, joy, purity, and innocence. Although I don’t believe Chris is exactly innocent, he still shares some attributes with Baldur in the sense that, just like him, he is loved by the people around him and highly respected. He can also be a god of justice, because of his will to fight evil to the core (Forseti, Norse mythology, god of justice).
To conclude, there is so much more to analyze and write. There are many gods from various mythologies, each worth reading about them. One Tumblr post is not enough to cover all aspects, therefore this is just a summary. I was personally more interested in the Egyptian deities, but again I can’t fit all the aspects in a single post.

out of curiosity what do you think of the characterization of homura in rebellion? i hugely dislike it but get the impression you enjoy it which i think is interesting cuz we seem to have very similar thoughts on homura pre-rebellion (CORRECT ME IF I AM WRONG)
THIS IS INTERESTING BECAUSE IT DEPENDS ON WHAT FLAVOR OF REBELLION HOMURA YOU MEAN. i really really like the way she was done in the first half of the movie but as for the twist at the end...? mmm...
...okay, so... i've been thinking about saying this at some point but i keep avoiding it in fear of causing discourse and such bc... this is a really unpopular opinion apparently, but I really do not think devil homura was done properly. read under the cut if you wanna know why i feel this way!
the first issue i'm going to address is that there wasn't NEARLY enough buildup for it. i'm going to explain this from the perspective of a first-time viewer: what would you have thought would happen after the very last scene of rebellion leading up to them breaking homura out of her soul gem? when homulilly got purified and the flowers on her head turned to sakura flowers (y'know, the flowers that symbolize life and rebirth, homura being reborn from her witch)? did you think homura was suddenly gonna undermine madoka's godliness? because, uh, first-view me did not think that at all. and neither did almost anyone i know who watched it for the first time. not only is that poor setup but it's just so sudden and it feels so out of character compared to what we'd seen in the entire series as a whole, especially considering that the entire last part of the movie leading up until that was about purifying her... and saving her... there wasn't enough buildup. most people are like "but the flower scene happened!" but that's still way too vague...? it's hard to tell what conclusion homura comes to at the end, because we don't get to see any of her internal monologue... there is no other buildup after the flower scene... it just skips to homura realizing she's a witch. wouldn't that bring the viewer to think the flower scene was something that made homura realize she was a witch rather than her suddenly starting to form her plan? it always felt like to me the conclusion homura came to at the end of the flower scene was that she was validating madoka's bravery and telling her that if it ever came to that, she'd have the ability to make that hard decision. which is... so... weird? because i always interpreted that as homura coming to terms with what happened? i could just be interpreting it wrong though, but isn't that supposed to be our proof scene? our buildup scene? why would they make it so hard to understand? we need to know such important buildup points just as blatantly as the natural buildup to homura becoming a witch was. that's just from a moviemaking & writing perspective though.
secondly, i'm gonna discuss homura's motive. i actually ended up understanding were she was coming from after a while of being like "what the hell that makes zero sense!!!!". madoka is a 14-year-old girl who, in order to save the fate of every magical girl, literally had to sacrifice herself and erase herself from the world, and in the end, madoka just ended up saving homura again, and that must've made homura feel like her promise with madoka was never fulfilled. it's unfair what happened when you think about it and the law of cycles should not have been run by madoka herself because she, as any other 14 year old, deserves to be happy on earth. although it was said in magireco that madoka felt happy with what she was doing (and she felt like it truly gave her a purpose), she did admit to feeling lonely and homura probably made that assumption big time. but the way the writers went about it just made her seem so sinister... so out-of-character-ly sinister. what with the evil smirking and the deepened, almost... uh, sensual-seeming voice, and homura completely ignoring madoka's fear. it feels like they twisted her character extremely suddenly and it throws the viewer on a loop. they could've gone with that ending without making such drastic and sudden changes to homura's character, and if they were planning on doing that, why did they not give us more buildup? buildup that wasn't extremely cryptic that you have to scan and search every detail to get a clue? something i love about rebellion is that every time you watch you find something new, but how come some of the only clues illuding to devil homura's existence are in the op? it's odd. why didn't they go with something like making the incubators run the law of cycles? they were the ones at fault for causing it to be created. but honestly, the incubators cannot be trusted with anything, which is why it'd make sense for a magical girl to run the law of cycles, but if homura and madoka had the combined power to do so, what if they just remade the law of cycles so it was less unfair to madoka...? i don't know. either of those possibilites would make more sense than what happened.
something else that kind of irks me about it is that they demonized(literally, lol) homura's love for madoka. homura is very much a canon lesbian, and it's incredibly discomforting to me that they made her seem, outwardly to the viewer, so selfish...? please don't get me wrong, i'm not ACTUALLY calling homura selfish -- i know the entire akumura facade is a mask she put on, but like, it's so much more blatantly sinister than she is in the series when she's putting on the coolmura facade. it's going to really confuse the viewer and see every single one of her actions from the entire series in a completely different light, INCLUDING stuff that happened in rebellion itself. like the genuine sadness homura felt, the way we saw into her soul and felt her pain, that genuinely made a lot of people i've seen think that it was ingenuine upon first inspection... they made homura turn "evil" out of her love for madoka, as if it's a bad thing to fall in love, and as if love for another girl was what corrupted her soul gem... i understand that gen urobuchi probably wanted to explore that kind of path where love leads to obsession or whatever, but homura was selfless to a fault, constantly trying to force herself away from the others in order to not get attached, and deeply afraid of seeming creepy and predatory and scaring(she said this herself), which is exactly what she ends up doing at the end, and i feel so awful that they did that to her... how is the viewer supposed to know what her true motives are at that point? it gets all scrambled up after they did that huge plot twist. i'm going to address another thing super quick before people jump in my ask box over this, i understand also that it would make sense for homura to be obsessed with madoka, but in the series, it was never shown in this light, and like i said, if they were going to do this, why'd they even have the purification scene at the end at all? the buildup is all wrong . it also just made me upset that this ending caused SO many people to start literally believing homura is evil because of her actions at the end, and it made people become even more vehement on their beliefs that homura is obsessive and ps*cho...
i was really confused when i watched it for the first time (and also sobbing hysterically, literally, my funniest rebellion story as someone who has genuinely watched the movie 40-ish times, i remember vividly the first time i watched it i started sobbing on my hands and knees on a yoga mat in my mom's room). also like, just to prove my point a teensy bit more, the ending was so ambiguous and out of nowhere that one of the first google results to "madoka magica rebellion" is "madoka magica rebellion ending explained" because it shocked people so much that that was the first thing they needed to google. also, the fact they left us on such a vague cliffhanger and then abandoned the movie series for a total of 8 whole years only to make a sudden comeback in god's holy year of 2021 was almost cruel. LIKE GUYS I JUST FINISHED UP MY DEVIL HOMURA HEADCANONS IT TOOK YOU LONG ENOUGH!!!
...anyways, um, i really have to address the sexualization. madoka magica, previously, was a series that avoided fanservice in the show, at least, but why did they make akumura's design look like that...? it shows an unsettling amount of skin and like, every three seconds in the end they're focusing intensely on her lips and her eyes and... it's almost like the writers forgot she was 14, but they never seemed to forget that in the series? what happened????? in the transformation scene, we get closeup views of homura's thighs and back and stuff and it's all open everywhere... they made her tights into thigh-highs... in the whole series, even when she went to school, she always wore tights, and she was wearing tights in her magical girl outfit too... they absolutely deliberately did that to sexualize her further so they could make official art with her thighs out. speaking of official art that unsettles me, why does so much of the official art make the whole outfit just glued to her body and you can see all the shading on her features... it's just. ugh. anyways.
i went off a LITTLE too much on this and i know this is probably gonna get me some weird glances in the fandom and i am open to hearing other people's opinions but i don't think i'll ever stop disliking the effect this plot twist had on the fandom's interpretation of homura and although i'm like UNDENIABLY incredibly hyper excited for the next movie, i'm kind of...nervous for what this is going to bring? i don't want this next movie to cause the same amount of discourse the ending of rebellion did and i legit just want to see homura happy. another one of my main issues with the ending is just that homura is SO unhappy when she literally deserves to be happy SOOOOOOO BAD and just take a break from all the loops ... i'm Praying to madokami out there that that's what happens.
i know this is all really funny coming from someone who draws devil homura on a regular basis and literally writes her, but like... i'm a lesbian i'm allowed to<3
ANYWAYS thanks for listening this was a fun ask!!!

Mollymauk, 4, 5, 11, 13, 14, 15, 21, 22 :D (feel free to trim down if this is too many)
asksjkdf I'm sorry in advance because I got a little carried away so this got a little long, but thanks for the ask! I love any and every excuse to talk about Mollymauk...
4.) Best places to kiss on their body
I think Molly is actually very partial to forehead kisses! I feel like he uses that to ground Caleb in part because it’s something that’s always been very comforting to him--for instance, when Yasha finally gets to embrace him again, she also kisses his forehead. I think I remember Molly doing this for the twins back at the carnival too, so I feel like it’s a habit he picked up from the circus? Just the kind of little thing you do for someone to show you love them.
Aside from that, I think he would really appreciate a kiss on the neck, where most of his blood hunter scars--and that haunting red Eye--are. A bit of loving tenderness to soothe the pain.
5.) Guilty pleasures
Oh I love this pick for Molly cause boY does he have a lot of these!! He builds a life off joy and hedonism, so he’s got this in spades. I forget where, but I’ve definitely seen someone theorize before that the reason base pleasures are so appealing to Molly is because he started out just feeling like an “Empty” body, so anything that’s very stimulating on a physical level is very grounding for him? I really like the idea of that. I think wanting to feel like he was really “alive” and “whole” is part of why he gravitated towards decadence and indulgence, anything that made his heart beat faster.
The episode where we get the famous “Long may I reign” scene definitely covers a lot of his favorite indulgences. But as much as he loves being spoiled, I think he also likes making sure the people he cares about are pampered like royalty too. Taliesin mentioned before that the reason Molly likes gold so much is because he’s got this very childish perception that money is Good because you can use it to get Nice Things that make other people Happy. Since Molly’s been alive for only two years, I feel like a lot of his guilty pleasures actually stem from this sort of sentiment. The fact that he’s still so young and everything in the world is very new and exciting and he just wants to be as happy as possible--and make his loved ones happy too. It’s a very endearingly innocent sort of view.
11.) Bad or petty habits
Hmmm I feel like the one thing that makes Molly the pettiest is when someone tries to tell him his tarot readings are bullshit lmao. Even if he mostly thinks so himself, he adamantly refuses to hear it from anyone else.
13.) What gets them flustered
I think whenever someone is being very genuine and having a real heart to heart with him. Molly is perfectly at ease talking bullshit or telling pretty lies. He’s also very comfortable being very sincere and compassionate when it comes to comforting others, like the little ways he’s always trying to cheer up Jester, the forehead kiss for Caleb, promising Fjord the Nein won’t let him die, bringing Yasha a four-leaf-clover with the wish that one day she’ll feel happier.
But whenever people are openly affectionate and trying to have an honest conversation with him? I think that makes him tense up and panic a bit. He’s not good with letting himself be vulnerable, dropping his showman’s performance. We actually see a lot of this when Molly is resurrected and starts going by Kingsley. He knows he has feelings for the Nein, but he’s definitely a little nervous and overwhelmed when he confronts that.
Several times, Caleb assures King he’s still welcome in the Nein, and that always makes Kingsley either defensive or very quiet, keeps catching him off-guard. “Well for starters, you are with friends.” “Perhaps this is your first time meeting us. It's our second time...Stick with us.” “We have a habit of taking in strays.” “This is the newest member of the band.” Being accepted just like that, loved by all the Nein so unconditionally, just like that? I think it leaves him a little shaken, because he doesn’t feel like he’s done anything to earn it. Like he doesn’t deserve to be this missed and wanted and loved.
14.) Ingrained habits/forces of habit
I think there are some nights where he keeps looking over his shoulder and feels like he’s being watched--when the Eyes of Nine start to itch and burn, when it feels like something’s crawling under his skin--and he looks at the mirror and swears he sees a face that looks just the same but somehow isn’t his. And for a while after he first wakes--and again when he’s resurrected--I think there are still moments when he’s scared or panicked and he’ll just keep repeating Empty over and over.
I also really like how Taliesin used to just pick a random card from his tarot deck to decide what Molly should do. I can definitely see Mollymauk doing something similar--just pulling a random card from his deck on a whim, trusting it’ll lead him in the right direction.
15.) What it takes to make them cry
I feel like Molly rarely cries, mainly because he hates feeling sorry for himself or ruminating on any bad memories. He’s kinda funny that way; he refuses to let himself be unhappy, especially when he feels like he’s always living on borrowed time. The one thing I can see really making him break down is seeing his loved ones hurting--he literally spits at the face of his own death, but I think he’s really terrified of losing someone else.
If there’s one scene where I can really see Molly crying, it’s when Jester falls in that final battle. When Caleb makes this desperate plea that breaks through to Molly for a single heart-wrenching moment, “You’re killing her, you’re killing her! You love her. You’re killing her!” The absolute horror of that shakes Lucien’s control for just a moment, and Molly claws at his own face in retaliation. You can just tell how much his heart is breaking just then, how scared he is, how much he must hate himself. I could definitely imagine Molly shedding a few tears right then, if he had enough control of the body to do it.
Having to watch Lucien use his body to kill Jester and Caleb, the amount of pain Lucien caused Yasha and all the others, the nightmares of his death and black chains that forever haunt him after--I think those are the kinds of things that would bring Molly to tears in his lowest moments. And when he finally reads Beau’s book and finds out about how Yasha suffered a similar fate under Obann? Yeah, I think he’d get choked up over that too.
21.) Turning points in their life
Oh, there’s so many interesting twists and turns Molly’s life takes in just a few short years. Undoubtably, I think every life, death, and rebirth left the biggest impact. The fact that he woke all alone that first time--and then found himself surrounded by so many loved ones a lifetime later--I think that had a profound impact on his sense of self worth and his attachment to others.
That first life, Molly convinces himself that he must have been someone awful before, to have been left alone in an unmarked grave on the side of the road. With no one who missed or mourned him. He believes he somehow deserves that fate. And when he’s taken in by the circus? Taliesin mentions he never spends more than 24 hours alone. He’s...very lonely, I think. Someone who can’t bear to be isolated again. So when he wakes up again to a whole family of people who love him? Who welcome him wholeheartedly and insist they’ll love him unconditionally, no matter who he is? It’s beautiful, and it means the world to someone like Mollymauk/Kingsley. “I’m looking forward to the future. And I hope to deserve to have woken up surrounded by such people.”
Molly’s also mentioned that it was the Moonweaver who helped guide him when he first woke, who gave him comfort in having a new start in life. “Can you imagine what it would feel like to not feel anything about anything that had happened to you so far?...It’s very freeing. It’s the best thing--It’s the thing that happened to me. It’s not the best thing that happened to me, it’s the thing that happened to me. I found peace in building a new person. The Moonweaver--” However he came to worship the Moonweaver, I think it was definitely one of the most formative experiences in all his lives. I also like to headcanon the woman in a red coat Molly/King met in his dream was another visit from the Moonweaver, and she was either trying to return his memories or offer him another chance at a fresh start.
22.) People who’ve influenced them greatly
Oh, pre-campaign I think Molly modeled a lot of his behaviors and mannerisms after others in the circus, especially Gustav. He’s the one who named Mollymauk and presumably the one who spent the most time raising him and caring for him in that Empty period.
Molly has his own set of morals he feels very strongly about, and it’s entirely learned from the circus, “Things came back quick, and the circus helped. They were good people. They did a lot for me, and joy can fill an awful lot of a person’s life.” “I may be a liar, but I’m never a betrayer. I’m honest in my work and I believe in doing a good turn...I stayed with that circus for two years, and I know how people treat each other. It’s important.” When Molly is resurrected again, I think all of the Mighty Nein have very much the same effect on him.

is it a hot take that I don't rlly care about duke thomas, harper row or any of the other recent additions to the batfam or at least their general grp of gothamite heroes
like there's too many of them now. too saturated. how can i care about these additions and how they affect the dynamics of the group when the previous dynamics were so messily written beforehand
can you please enlighten me bc there's not much that draws me to care about them both as individuals and as members of the group.
in complete fairness, they are new so maybe we just haven't seen their impact yet or given them their time to shine. theyre not as well-established as the others. I want them to be consequential so i can care. tbh it's gotten to the point where I just don't bother to read the issue if any of them are there
i rlly dont get the hype pls send help. it's not hate, just apathy and it sucks
Hey there Anon! Well, I would say that you (or anyone) not liking some characters from Bat-related books isn’t a hot take, but that might be because I hyper fixate on Jason and Dick when it comes to DC comics as a whole and I only am aware of other characters due to their interactions with Dick and/or Jason.
But yeah, I would still say that it isn’t a hot take or unpopular or bad, as you said, there are just too many characters right now and it is impossible for us to keep up with all of them. I really don’t believe anyone has the time or money to keep up with that many characters. And sometimes you read about a character and they don’t make you feel any sort of way that makes you invested in their story and that’s completely valid.
I don’t really like when people say stuff like “if you don’t include x and y in your headcanons, fics or art, then you are this or that” when it comes to the “Batfamily” because I don’t really believe that anyone is able to relate to all these characters or follow every single new story that comes out from them.
Let’s be honest, keeping up with all these Batman-related comics, money wise, is completely impossible unless you are rich and don’t mind wasting money in probably bad comics. I pick and choose what comics I will read each month and which I am actually going to buy, because I can only buy digital books through comiXology, single issues isn’t something that is available in my country.
It is completely ok to not like, hate or simply not care for a character. For me it is very simple, from DC I only like Dick and Jason and characters and I have enjoyed their interactions with other characters which has led me to like other characters like Damian, Donna, Roy and Garth. There are other characters that I appreciate, like Tim, Cass, Barbara (as Oracle) and Talia, but that I wouldn’t go out of my way to read about. And then there is every other character in between that I am just indifferent to, like Kate, Steph, Duke, Harper and so many others.
I just don’t care enough to keep up with all of them, fandom and DC thinking that just because we like one member of this “family” we have to be aware of everyone else within it is kinda dumb, some characters we are just not going to connect with and that’s as valid as being able to connect with each and every single one of them.
From what I heard Batman: Outsiders from Rebirth was an excellent book and that one has Duke and Cass in them and they seem to have been developed in a very good way and they have a brother/sister relationship. That’s lovely and I am happy for Cass and Duke stans but no matter how good the book might be, it is still a book that I am not interested in reading because it is not content that has what makes me want to read a DC book.
If you want to know learn about these characters then I would suggest looking for blogs that talk about them or look for comics that revolve around them, and if after you read that and you still don’t feel any connection to them then that’s okay too!
Now, when you said this in your ask “like there's too many of them now. too saturated. how can i care about these additions and how they affect the dynamics of the group when the previous dynamics were so messily written beforehand” I have to say Anon, you give too much credit to DC. They certainly had written well developed dynamics way back then, but now all of them are gone and we are just left with mess and promises of characters having mended their relationships off camera if you will… Jason and Dick, Dick and Tim, Damian and Jason, Jason and Tim, all of these dynamics have been messed with or they have appeared out of nowhere and we are expected to just take it.
Sometimes I even think that DC leaches onto the progression and “development” that fandom comes up with and then just writes from there, let me explain myself a little better, you know how Jason and Tim suddenly became fandom’s idea of best bros? Well DC could have seen that and then give us those pages of them having brunch together and then teaming up against Dick in Robin War. Like, DC never makes the effort to explain their current family dynamics, we are just expected to take it and be like “this makes sense, of course Tim and Jason would be good friends, they just talked about Jason beating and almost killing Tim before and now they are best of friends, they also don’t mind the fact that they have opposing ways on how to deal with crime, nothing matters, just…believe us when we tell you they are besties”.
DC just hates developing dynamics now, and they refuse to acknowledge that they have given every dynamic that Dick used to have with these people to Jason and the reason why it doesn’t work is because Jason and Dick are very different characters and they should understand that just because Dick used to be written as having a solid relationship with Tim and Damian, it doesn’t mean that Jason needs to have those same exact relationships with them now. And, this me and my “leave Jason alone” narrative being outed, but Jason shouldn’t be written as if he cared enough about all these people, like what? Leave me alone! It doesn’t make sense; they barely know each other and it just makes Jason’s character a basic copy of Dick. Leave Chonky alone DC!!!!
What is it with me and not being able to stick to the topic? Why did I just go there? It doesn’t matter, to end this post I just want to say that not being able to keep up or not being interested in all these new and/or old characters is perfectly reasonable and no one should ever feel pressured into liking a character or anything of the sort. You not feeling anything for those characters shouldn’t suck, it is just how things work sometimes.
That obviously has to go hand in hand with still being respectful of the characters that we are not interested in and their stans, yeah, I might not care about a character but I won’t go out of my way to be nasty about them either.
I hope this response as put your mind at ease a little bit Anon, please don’t feel bad about not being able to connect with characters, you keep on liking who you like and keep exploring whatever seems interesting to you!

Cards please, more info on pretty lady Yaxkin
Tumblr media
Yaxkin is Joelle and Jericho's (Nicte and Yunuen's ) Mother and Kars's wife.
Her tribe ( ancestors ) has been known to be guardians of the sacred stones (Because of their history with them) and where the stone of Aja originated from officially.
Yaxkin was next in line to guard the red stone of Aja and knew well of the risks she was taking and what would happen if she fails to protect it , her making a family was very frowned upon because the guardians of the sacred gems had a big responsibility to basically protect humanity from destruction.
Regardless of the big risk she took upon staring a family , she promised to herself and her tribe that she will never disobey the big responsibility she was given.
Before actually becoming Kars's wife she was in an arrange marriage because her father regardless of their 'guardian traditions' he understood his daughter that she wanted the taste of life and wanted to be a mother herself , she was arranged to marry a Sun pillar (Which later Kars's had to go against because of ancient traditions if you want to marry the Sun's daughter you have to show that you deserve her) . When ever a Sun and a Moon would fall in love there was always a complication because in their traditions it was foretold that only a Sun can marry a Sun and only a Moon can marry a Moon. However there was a special occasion in ancient stories that when a Sun falls in love with a Moon and vise versa something galactic will be brought upon this world that will shine brighter than any star combined , however there is also a bad side that a corruption will occur and this might lead to something very dangerous , a possible birth or an invasion of the Blood Moon that will get in the way of the Sun and Moon's happiness .
Yaxkin's ancestors have been battling against the ancient cults that were known to worship Hearteater as a God of Salvation that will finally bring the rebirth of the universe and all evil will be purged from earth . They are dark forces that have a weakness against the Sun so that's why they want to completely destroy their race so that a new God will be born and rule all and 'save humanity' .
Yaxkin was specialized into learning Hamon because it was a powerful ancient technique that can battle against the dark creatures that roamed the earth during that time and protect the sacred gems from falling into the dark one's hands.
Yaxkin is a very kind and gentle being , she has always had a kind approach when ever facing a problem because she believes that kindness can pierce through any kind of heart and give it a new meaning.
Yaxkin also has a special power which allows her to create glowing flowers that can heal a wound completely or at least ease the pain of it. Thank you for the ask! Maybe one day I can sit and actually get her story going because there is still a whole lot about this character that I have yet to figure out since she will be featured in Jojo's Bizarre Adventure Season 0 arc that will explain a while lot about the origin of my own story and how I basically display pillars in my own stories. A have a bunch load of headcanons and mini stories that I can't wait to show! <3. - Cards

The Star Plasma Vessel:
When I first read Gojo’s past arc, Riko Amanai and the whole dynamic created between all of the characters and how fast a strong bond can grow, really interested me.
⚠️Spoiler warning ofc ⚠️
But... I was so confused over the Star Plasma Vessel. I was so confused and thought I missed something because I didn’t even know who Master Tengen was. And the site I was reading the manga didn’t have chapter 72, but after re reading it... the Star Plasma Vessel and Master Tengen are... still suspicious as hell.
So Let’s talk about it!
Who is Master Tengen?
In the Nara Period (710-794) Tengen spread Japanese Buddhism and ‘preached what would become the foundation for Jujutsu sorcerers(JJK.wiki)’. They were first mentioned in chapter 53 by fake Geto.
Tumblr media
At this point, the only information about Master Tengen was that of their jujutsu. Jogo asks Fake Geto who’s stronger; Tengen or Gojo? Fake Geto simply states that “it’s immortality not anti-aging” and that Master Tengen doesn’t interfere unless it involves the barrier. He also makes this comparison with a tree? However, I’m not sure if the tree metaphor is comparing Tengen and Gojo or describing/comparing Tengen’s technique.
Tumblr media
During Gojo’s Past Arc, we find out more about the specifics of their jujutsu and how powerful and important they are. Tengen’s jujutsu is immortality but it doesn’t stop the aging process. The cursed technique tries to switch bodies roughly every 500 years. If Tengen doesn’t get a vessel, then they will ‘evolve’ or ascend to a higher state where they have no will. If in this higher state, they could become a threat to humanity. If they do get a vessel, then they rewrite the body’s genetic information.
Tumblr media
On top of all that, Master Tengen’s ability strengthens the barriers that protect the jujutsu world and keep the amount of curses limited to Japan. The Jujutsu world wouldn’t be working the way it has for so long if not for these barriers. It isn’t specified whatsoever what Tengen would do that would make them a threat to humanity, but my guess is that it would have something to do with allowing curses to run free and unrestricted.
Tumblr media
In the reccent chapters, Fake!Geto used a remote activation technique that Yuki orginially mistakes as an attack on the barrier. He’s disrupting the balance that’s for sure, but I believe that  he could have broken the barrier. He had the option and probably the power, but he didn’t. This implies that Tengen is a force that even our antagonists fear or don’t wish to get involve. They said that they were  stabilized even after Riko Amanai died, but... considering Ep. 18 where Principal Yaga goes ‘I’m going to see Tengen” after the Curses break onto school grounds implies that maybe he is weaker. Gojo even talks about how in the end, Tengen’s barrier hides rather than protects and that it’s weak once infiltrated, which raises a lot of questions. And maybe Tengen plays a part in this whole scheme because of  the talk of how much chaos the world would be thrown into had the barrier been broken by Yuki and Fake!Geto’s questionable response.
Who is Riko Amanai?
Tumblr media
Riko Amanai was the Star Plasma Vessel in 2006. It is implied that she was pretty wealthy, and when she was younger, her parent’s died in a car crash, but she survived. Between the years of her parents’ death and her death, she was cared for by Misato Kuroi, a non combatant  jujutsu sorcerer who can fight curses, well educated in the curse world, but might not be able to use cursed energy/techniques. It is unknown with who Misato is affiliated with and if Amanai became aware of her status as the Star Plasma Vessel at an early age.
Tumblr media
When first introduced, she is very willing and seemingly okay with the merger. When Gojo expresses his surprise over Amanai’s reaction to her attempted assassination attempt and the whole concept of the merger, she simply proclaims “Master Tengen is me and I am Master Tengen!”. She then goes on a rant about how the merger and death are different things and how after the Merger, her will and spirit will live on. However, this statement was contradicted earlier, when Yaga describes the Merger as an ‘eraser’. Later, Geto even talks about how after the Merger, Amanai will just be forced to be beneath the school and has to get rid of all mortal connections. It just happens to be that, she has no relations besides Kuroi... suspicious....
Riko is spunky and fiesty. During her rant, Gojo and Geto comment on how she probably has no friends based on how she talks. She is clumsy, and honestly just... funny. I keep on hoping someone in the main timeline says something similar to the “Liar, you look a liar... and whats with those bangs” line  in reference to Fake!Geto. Getting back at hand, Riko is also brave. When Kuroi gets kidnapped, she insists on coming with Geto and Gojo despite having no fighting or curse capability. When nervous or in an emotional confrontation, she has a habit of scrunching up part of her skirt in her fists.
Despite putting up an image of content with the Merger, Riko is a normal teenage girl. Moments before her death, Riko’s inner monologue focuses on how she was always told she was ‘special’ and ‘different’, and how despite everything that happened, she always survived. Now, being told that you are special and different at a young age is something that affects people heavily. Weather  it is being told that you are a ‘gifted’ kid or that you are just ‘different’ can lead to a lot of self separation from others. One might see themselves as better than others because of these skills or believe that someone else like them can’t exist and struggle when meeting someone similar or in a similar situation. Before her appearance in the story, it is implied that she had good relationships with her friends, classmates, and Kuroi, but didn’t really value them as much as she should due to this idea of being special or having a destiny. (Damn, a Gojo parallel maybe hmm)  This led her to be really lonely and she believed that she would be okay with the merger because she thought that the loneliness and sadness would disappear. In the last three days of her life, Riko got to spend time with her friends at schools  (the last she saw of them was them teasing her for her ‘hot cousin’ Gojo), spending time with Kuroi, and developing a strong bond with Gojo and Geto. She realizes that the sadness and loneliness could and would leave as long as she had strong bonds with others.
“I want to be with everyone more! I want to go to more places, see more things with everyone... More!!”
Tumblr media
After Riko comes to terms with what she really wants, she dies at the hands of Toji Fushiguro/Zenin. Her death sets an entire series of misfortunes and rifts between the Strongest Duo and she serves her part as... well the plot tool she  doubles as.
A Choice:
Before her death, Riko is given a choice. Geto gives her instructions on where to go for the merger, before saying “Or you can turn back and return home with Kuroi.”. He gives her a choice. A choice to go through with the merger and ensure stability despite no one truly knowing what is happening, or a choice to live a life of her choice. We find out that Yaga gave hints that there is something wrong with the Merger due to the way that he described  it as an ‘erasure’ and how he isn’t one to ‘beat around the bush’.
We find out that Gojo and Geto decided beforehand that if the Vessel wasn’t willing to go through with the merger, they wouldn’t do it and that they, the strongest duo, would fight Master Tengen. Gojo and Geto were the strongest and Geto says that no matter what she chooses, they will protect her future.
Tumblr media
Riko decides to go home, wherever that may be, instead of the merger, but of course, dies.
As established before, this whole concept is suspicious. Yaga knew there was something wrong with this. Gojo and Geto both knew there was something wrong with this.
In chapter 138, Yuki goes “it’s about time I confront Tengen.” This opens a box with even more questions. What does she mean by this? Why is it ‘about time’ and how casual is it for sorcerers to talk to Tengen? As mentioned before, Yaga is apparently in communication with Tengen when he needs to be. And Yuki is the one who told Geto that Tengen was stabilized after the failed merger and that the vessel was probably reborn...
Tumblr media
Conclusion:
I honestly hope more than predict that we get to meet Riko Amanai reborn or the next SPV.  Tengen is a name that is getting thrown around recently so there is no way that he is just.. not going to be relevant in the coming chapters.
I know a lot of people have found comparisons to Buddhism and the Jujutsu world, and I am not that well educated in this area, I do know that rebirth plays a big role in it. Rebirth is viewed as a negative cycle one should want to escape from called “Samsara”. I personally headcanon/theorize that the Star Plasma Vessel and the soul of Riko Amanai, is one that gets reborn constantly and is stuck in a cycle where they experience a lonely and sad  life before getting a taste of a full and happy one right before the merger. In terms of the 500 year thing, the Star Plasma vessel would have first been born( created?) during sometime in the in between of the Heian Period (794-1184) and the Muromachi Period (1392-1573). The Heian Period is implied to be the Golden Age of Curses and when Sukuna was in full power despite being known in history as a peaceful time for Japan, so I definitely believe that there is some connection if my math is correct (which it probably isn’t. I hate math).
Tumblr media
Right now in the story, vessels... are really important. According to Fake Geto, he released what is like a thousand Itadori Yujis, so I think that bringing back the star Plasma vessel would fit really well. However, they would roughly be around 12 years of age in 2018, meaning that they might not even be able to do the merger because I think the vessel has to be sixteen and older and have a full moon.
(Edit: added 4/1/21: Also, it might not be Riko reborn, but just another Star Plasma Vessel. Like Yuki says that either they had another vessel at hand, or another one was already born. So like... the new SPV might be the age of our main characters or possibly even one of the characters we already know!)
I also think it will be really interesting to see how it would play off with the fact that Gojo/Geto are no longer involved in the story. Gojo is sealed and the real Geto is dead. When thinking about how the SPV would be in the story, I imagined a picture of a younger girl in a uniform and with a braid holding the sealed Gojo and staring up at the fake Geto. I’m not over what happened to Riko Amanai if you haven’t noticed and I feel like she deserves to have this other chance. I also think it’ll set up the eventual meeting or confrontaion with Master Tengen which I’m personally dying to see.
So what do you think? I don’t really have any solid predictions other than that the SPV reborn will make an appearance, but what about you? Do you guys think Tengen will play a big part? Do you think Tengen may end up becoming a big threat or a good ally? Do you guys want to see Itadori and the SPV interact? Or am I just over analyzing this?
Thanks for reading!

This is prob a weird question, but do you wonder what a ‘typical vampire’s’ relationship to religion would be like in the tvd universe if it had been explored (&I get why it wasn’t), at least upon being turned, considering that most vampires would have been brought up in eras where religion (generally) played a comparatively more serious role in everybody’s lives? I mean, how would one BEGIN to grapple or fit in this critical aspect of one’s (prior??) worldview, with rising from the dead as what’s essentially a demon, w supernatural powers & preying on humans — what would be t implications of your existence? Were the Salvatores never believers? Plus, do u have any hc on the Originals’ faiths as humans?? Were they Pagans? Christians? Or… I guess not the latter/they would have believed in the spirits as their mother was a witch..? Thoughts? (Srry if I’m bothering you with this question btw, I appreciate that you’re probably busy)
No, not bothering me, I'm very interested in the intersection between religion and vampirism.
We have to assume that religion played a huge role in the lives of MOST vampires-- secularism is relatively recent, and even then all that's happened is that older gods have been replaced with newer gods. And I can't think of any religion where rising as a vampire would be anything other than, as you say, rising as essentially a demon, a night hag, an abomination. And also, to make a blanket statement here, many religions focus a lot on the progression from life into death-- on making sense and peace of the natural order of birth, life, death (and rebirth). Vampirism breaks a person from this cycle, forever divorcing them from the natural world, the natural order. The combination of becoming that demon, of fearing themselves, and of becoming trapped in the netherspace between life and death is a horror unto itself-- one of the main reasons I find tvd vampires in particular so fascinating is because it is not just that they are truly monstrous and frightening, but that the show delves into the way the vampires horrify themselves with their own monstrosity (at least, it used to). They can only be horrified by that monstrosity if they retain some sense of what it is to be human-- and therein is the key. TVD vampires don't lose their human souls, as the vampires in BTVS do-- they simply... transmute. They're cursed with that never ending bloodlust that turns them inevitably into monsters, and they go further and further down that road until they just give in. It's a very dark curse. I'm sure there are plenty of vampires who lose faith... but there are probably even more who don't lose their faith, but instead come to accept their role as the dark mirror in opposition to life. There are a lot of really profound psychological implications to all of this.
As for the specifics of the religions of the vampires-- Damon and Stefan would have almost certainly been raised Catholics-- and I've never thought they weren't still Catholic, although, being Catholic doesn't necessarily make one devout, as with any other sect of any religion. Damon obviously crossed a lot of lines as a human. Also, the show would never have gotten into the thick of us, but how much of Stefan's guilt and shame is tied up in an understanding of the world and morality based on his religious upbringing? We can talk about Humanist ideals all we want, but I think it would be stretching credulity that someone turned as a 17 year old in the 1800s would be feeling so much shame from pure philosophical ethics and not from a sense of morality built into the religion he was brought up in. (And how do we know that Damon isn't so furious with Stefan for forcing him to turn because Stefan has essentially damned him?)
The other vampires are interesting because they're medieval people, so their worldviews would have been even more strongly intwined with religion than the Salvatores.
Katerina I've always assumed would have been Bulgarian Orthodox (you could make an argument for other religious takes based on the Travelers-- but that came later and I tend to just blot that all out of my memory because frankly I think making Katherine exceptional at all other than as the doppelganger is stupid and actually robs her story of tragedy-- it's tragic for her to just be living her normal life and losing her baby the way she did and then to discover that no, she has this dark fate she had no idea about-- it's somehow less tragic if she also is from a family with superpowers and her daughter just gets vamped to track her down) -- nothing much to this other than that is a likely choice. Although I have ALWAYS wondered about Katerina's life in Bulgaria, since it was part of the Ottoman Empire at the time and of course, the show has no interest in history so there's nothing that even touches on this potentially fascinating detail.
Okay the Originals. I have a special place of loathing in my heart for the Viking!backstory and have basically decided to whole heartedly reject it. I think Elijah's "my father was a landowner in Eastern Europe" story was much more convincing and likely. I prefer the idea of Russian!Originals, for various reasons I've documented here on this blog, so I think they would also be Orthodox Christians. (But: potentially before the schism between the Catholic and Orthodox Churches? so perhaps they wouldn't really think of themselves as "orthodox," or perhaps they later started to think of themselves this way.) The Orthodox Christian thing also ties into Tatia Petrova, whose descendants I headcanon as Orthodox. (I'm also fond of the idea that the Originals were Jewish, or the idea that Esther was Jewish.) There are a lot of mystic arts buried in religious arcana, so I don't see there being a conflict between Esther's witchcraft and simultaneously practicing a religion. I think in a medieval context, framing the world in terms of religion would have been just so inevitable, so tied in to every other element of life. It's actually fascinating to consider what hold overs of this thinking medieval vampires would have. (And I think of the Originals as deeply medieval in outlook, in ways in which they are largely unaware)
At any rate, the Originals are by far the most monstrous of the vampires, and the ones that have slipped the furthest from their humanity. I wonder in what ways they developed such horrific tastes as a means of spitting in the eye of their faith? If some of their differences could pertain to who held on to faith (Finn) vs. who felt most abandoned by it (Klaus)? Food for thought!

Most people have a slow shift in their personality over the years — it's not visible when watched day to day, but it does show over time. A drastic change — one might to refer to as a Rebirth as is a common theme within these games — usually comes with a big life event, often traumatic in itself.
Miles undergoes this in the most obvious way of all characters by literally dying, however, it could be argued he does this in a lesser way far before the game starts, in fact. (Actually, one could justify three times, but two of these stages aren't as differentiated. I'll point out what I mean later. Note that this relies also heavily on my own headcanons and the way I have written Miles for years by now.) In a way, he is his own trinity, which we see in Christianity but is actually far older — so while this is probably supposed to mirror the son, father and holy spirit I personally find that the pagan version of maiden, mother and crone fit this a little bit better, especially since the latter represents the trinity of one deity instead of three different entities (or rather, it is both). The values of the triple goddess are also more clearly defined as innocence, maturity and wisdom.
First, we have the idealist. This is youth, innocence not yet lost. It is also (separately from that) a certain naivety about the world, inexperience and lack of knowledge. In terms of religion, it is a child that grew up with his grandmother's stories of a world that isn't limited to one driving force, but rather lives with spirts and little wonders, even if he doesn't believe in it himself. It's what people usually start out with as children which will slowly metamorphize into something else sooner or later, however, for the sake of symbolism, we can actually pinpoint the turning point for Miles pretty easily in the one thing we do know about him previously to the game, and that is the war. The Miles before that — only just dropping out after a single year of college — had a share of trauma before that's entirely my headcanons and not relevant here, but in the grand scheme of things, nothing quite on the same scale. Even though he's been to war zones as a witness rather than a soldier, not fighting (sound familiar?), it was still seeing depths of humanity and horrors that aren't comparable to anything that came before that. Certainly it also was the first major damage to his psyche that would result in becoming host much later, and the first deliberate choice he himself made that would later set him on the path to Mount Massive — to ignore what are most likely direct instructions on what he is and isn't allowed to publish, which is a sense of maturity in it's own — setting values of oneself over what people tell one; making own decisions and standing up for the consequences.
Second, we have the cynic. The agnostic who lost most (but not all) hope that the idealistic version of himself had. Now reached maturity — the state of the mother, even if in no literal sense — there are still traces of his former self to be found like a wish to better the world, but also the knowledge that not everything can be changed, and that sometimes the goal justifies the means. This is someone who is only abiding to authority when it suits him and who will make his own path. While this first one was a lesser rebirth, it still was what was necessary to even the path to what's to come — maybe closer to a baptism than actual rebirth. This is someone who knows about the horrors of the world and doesn't close his eyes from them. He also now starts to actively work through his own past trauma, acknowledging it which could be seen as a preset to the later horrors he witnesses to become the host. One could argue that there's also a cut between this version of himself and the one that actually steps into the asylum (which is what I mentioned earlier), but that whole night is much rather the actual transformation from mother to crone — to deity. He is granted wisdom through sacrifice — and if we pull another mythology that Christianity stole from into this, this night is Miles' equivalent to Odin hanging himself from Yggdrasil to stare into the deep waters and gain knowledge. There is a meta going around (not mine) that relates the nine floors of the Asylum to the nine circles of Hell (and actually, the entirety of Outlast 1 to the Divine Comedy) and while this is a valid point, it has also been nine days that Odin stayed in this position, bleeding, before being granted wisdom. Obviously, that journey ends with the end of the game — in dying and becoming the new host for the Walrider.
Third, we have the newfound deity. Wisdom has been gained in a way that isn't quite comprehendible by a human mind, but at this state, his humanity is all but questionable. He waved his sanity goodbye and greeted divinity (quote by Zick which I absolutely love) — and he's definitely ascending at this point. It might be questionable and remains to interpretation how much of himself is truly left at this point; to me personally it is a parasitic symbiosis in which the Walrider will, ultimately, consume all that is of the host without meaning to, necessarily. Companionship of the host is something that they actually crave, but in their very nature, they will just force them out piece by piece. Before, however, memories mix and distort, which means there's also a part of Billy within them both; leaving us with the trinity again. There is impossible knowledge that a normal human couldn't possibly gain — there's a different view on the world, quite literally. The whole way he perceives reality is changed majorly — at some points, everything is just a kaleidoscope of colors, or everything is too sharp. Sounds are distorted. He is more than human, and at the same time, there remains something ultimately human within himself. It's a very special type of divinity, granted to mixing godhood with humanity.
But ultimately, everything must die, even gods, and that is the last step left on this journey.
