a little headcanon/short story I came up with as I was working on my little luaisy dump in context to this part:

Daisy tends to grossly overestimate how strong Luigi is, simply because he is (in her totally unbiased opinion) one of, if not THE strongest person she’s ever met.

This drawing takes place when Daisy and Luigi’s relationship is still fresh. In the movie verse, she’s heard so many stories about the Super Mario Brothers and how they defeated Bowser, one of the biggest threats amongst all the kingdoms. What’s a few broken plumbers against some of her army, right?

Sarasaland citizens often pride their empire on having the toughest army. When Daisy and Luigi started hanging out more, she put his strength to the test by putting him against 20 of her troops.

It did not go well in the slightest

Mario quickly decided that Daisy was bad news, and it took a while for Luigi to change his mind by saying that she had her own twisted ways of showing affection and that she’s really pretty

cody and max had been through a lot of ups and downs together through their career, and despite the bad ones, cody still couldn’t help but to keep him in his life . he was the first ever person that he mentored, and a good one at that . watching max excel in the business was a dream . he deserved it. through all of the good stuff they crumbled apart time and time again, even to the point that it seemed like each week was a step up from the last on how they could hurt one another .

somehow, they progressed over it . cody was willing to forgive and forget the past due to his soft spot for his former friend . there was no lie that tensions were still high though, cody felt like he was talking to a damn brick wall at times . and now, here stood the two men in a lockerroom while cody was trying to talk things out . i don’t need you . cody’s words were cut right from his mouth as max spoke .

it might’ve been a little selfish or whatever . cody just wished that max could move on like he did . so they could go back to how things were “ i didn’t say you couldn’t take care of yourself ” he snapped right back, already used to their arguments, half of it didn’t phase cody “ god forbid someone wishes you some praises, max . i’m here to support you. why are you pushing me away? ”

I know I’ve mentioned this many times bc honestly k can’t stop thinking about it.

Ariel makes sure to tell Azul just how much she loves him, that he’s loved and cared for, and wanted. He’s her soul mate, her (soon to be) husband. He still “ómorfo mou chtapódi”, she calls him that often. Gives little touches, simple brushes of the arms or hand holding or toying with his hair. It’s one of her main love languages, aside from gift giving (which there’s so much of).

she just wants to be the best wife for the best boy. Give him anything and everything because Azul deserves it. He does. If he doesn’t think so then she’s gonna do her best to convince him. Same with any insecurity, bc I know he returns the fsvor each time.

I Hope there isn’t a tome where azul doesn’t think that he isn’t loved.
