For as long as you could remember you and Nick were attached to the hip; two peas in a pod, is what Marylou and your mom would say about you two. You guys spent every single day together before, during, and even after school most days and in the summer you practically lived together. We could never be separated, that is until he and I both ended up moving after high school graduation, him moving to Florida for college and me moving to Los Angeles for college. So being bound to communicate through text, FaceTime, and call, hasn't been the worst thing in the world but I am honestly ready to have my best friend back.

This brings me to now sitting in my apartment on FaceTime with Nick.

"so how's it been in LA"

Nick asks staring at you multitasking in your apartment, attempting to find something to eat.

"um it has been okay"

you reply finally grabbing a bag of chips and returning to your phone.

"why just okay Liv"

he asks with sincerity as you let out a deep sigh.

"I just miss my best friend and seeing him every day"

you chuckle at your pathetic self

"well- so you know how me, Matt, and Chris started taking Youtube seriously"

he trails off as you shift your gaze to the screen once again.

"yeah how is that going anyway"

you reply as there was a slight delay in Nick's response to your question.

"really well actually so well that we decided to move to LA to focus on building our YouTube career"

he states nonchalantly looking at you to catch your reaction.

"That's nice- WAIT WHAT NICK"

you exclaim after coming to and realizing what he said fully.

"We are moving to LA Liv tomorrow"

he reiterates chuckling at Olivia's late reaction

"NO WAY NICK"

you exclaim covering your mouth out of pure shock.

"yeah so you need to pick us up from the airport"

he chuckles again.

You wrapped up your call with Nick, to prepare for tomorrow you could hardly wait. you would finally be reunited with your day one and it has been way too long.

The next morning you could hardly contain your excitement and nervousness combined. You stood in the airport watching as several people passed by you, bouncing on your toes and resting your freshly manicured nail at the edge of your lip, waiting to see the oh-so-familiar faces you know all too well.

You stood there for about 10 minutes and the surrounding people caught your attention making you shift your focus away from the gate they were supposed to be coming through and then quickly regain that focus on the gate spotting two familiar faces you had been waiting to see.

"hi Matt hi Chris"

You state simply hugging them both in a group hug, wondering where Nick was, he couldn't have been too far behind.

and there it was that last familiar face you had been waiting to see for the longest time.

you exclaim as you sprint to Nick and jumping up and wrapping your arms around his neck and hugging him tightly as he drops his luggage.

“Are you finally telling me where are we going?” You scoffed sitting on the bench in front of your bed to put on your high heels. He only asked you to wear a particular dress that drove him wild.

Cillian just stepped out from the shower, fresh aftershave and lotion and your mouth went dry.

“Are you finally stopping with the complains?” He half joked, feeling nervous, wishing every single part of his plan worked out.

“We could’ve just cooked here something…” You pressed while walking towards him as Cillian started buttoning his blue shirt.

“Ah no, no, no… I know what you’re doing Y/N.”

You gave him your best innocent look. “What?”

“Every single time you start bitting your lips like that, we end up having sex, and I worked really hard for-” but he stopped himself mid sentence, his plans almost ruined. “See? You get me all worked up…”

“Me? But I didn’t do anything.” You wanted to laugh really loud, he was so easy.

He arched his eyebrows, his full lips pursed in a tight line. While his eyes wandered down your body.

Fuck, you looked fabulous and if it wasn’t because he worked so hard in every single detail, he’d bend you down the dresser and fuck you until you couldn’t walk.

“At least you could give me a hint?”

“Nope, let’s go… it was hard to get a reservation and I don’t wanna loose it birthday girl.”

“But what about my birthday treat?” He looked at your cute pout for a few seconds, feeling lost in those lips.

The whole trip was the same, the endless questions about why was he so mysterious. Your hand on his thigh, dangerously close to heaven, a kiss on his neck… you were the master when it came tactics to distract him, but he was determined, he wasn’t going to tell you any of his plans.

“Now, I need you to wear this.” He waved a black scarf in front of you, after stopping midway.

This couldn’t be his final destination, he parked close to the beach.

“Please.” He requested giving you those eyes that made you forget your own name.

“No, Cill…” of course you trusted him, but it was so stressful not knowing what to expect, what his next move was.

“It’ll be fun, I promise.” He winked and didn’t give you more time to protest.

The rest of the car trip, you lost track of time and space… was he driving in circles? Going to the family holiday house? You couldn’t tell. The soft music coming from the speakers of his favorites pieces of jazz, the soft humming of his deep voice, he could practically do anything he wanted with you.

“And, we’ve arrived.” He announced proudly, surprising you, stealing a kiss.

When he took the scarf from your eyes, you blinked a couple of times, not recognizing the destination.

“I’m stealing my fiancée for the weekend.” Cillian announced, eyes sparkling.

Looking at the incredible place before you, it made you think of a dream; big trees around, fairy lights decorating it even though it wasn’t Christmas, but it surely added a magic touch, a rustic cabin, cottage-like looking. As you stepped out of the car, you could hear a waterfall close… ugh and the smell, pure fresh air.

You were lost of words, didn’t notice when Cillian walked around the car until his arm wrapped around your waist.

“We’ve got everything we need here, there’s a couple of restaurants with international food, a spa, pool, a café… oh, right the phone signal is kind of bad.”

Turning your entire body to him, your smile simply didn’t fit your face, you needed more room for a bigger smile, if that was even possible.

He asked the staff to put a bottle of your favorite wine and dessert in the room, they even offered flowers and another birthday treats, the chef would prepare your favorite childhood dessert. He wanted to make this day extra special for you, a day you could remember forever.

“Are you really locking me here?”

His laugh vibrated through his chest, against your cheek as you hugged him.

“I hope that’s a good thing and not a torture.” He joked, pushing you gently.

After confirming the reservation, the bags you didn’t know he packed for the weekend were taken to your room, he explained how his sister found the place and suggested it would be nice to celebrate in private, just the two of you, before the crazy press schedule he had booked for the release of the Oppenheimer movie.

“I like it when you torture me.” You teased pulling gently at his curls, now that he had grown them back, you didn’t want them to ever be gone again, his toned beefy body was back as well, and to think you’d have him all for you during the entire weekend… your mouth watered.

“Y/N, behave.” He slapped your bum slightly, taking advantage that no one was around. “What will people think? Poor man, that woman is insatiable.”

That was one of your favorite things of your relationship with him, the constant teasing, how you both matched the other filthy attitude. It was like an inside joke just for the two of you.

Walking towards the restaurant, you were met by another breathtaking view, in front of the terrace there was a huge fountain with ‘dancing water’ that moved to the rhythm of the music, just like the iconic fountain from Las Vegas.

Dinner was amazing, but the best part of it was the privacy you got, something Cillian craved so much.

After meeting in 2018 when Professor Pat Nolan introduced you to Cillian after assuring you that your life experiences were vital for a project that Cillian was working on, you met at a café and even though the book project that brought the two of you together was on hold for four years, your relationship started right away, you still remember so well how he leaned against the table, chin over his hand and his eyes tore apart every layer of your soul. He was fascinated by your empathy story and you were by his brilliant idea of turning it into a book and bring the matter into the table, he wanted the world to talk about empathy.

Over the curse of those years you witnessed the endless hours he dedicated to the book, to every story that would be part of it…

“What are you thinking of?” His question pulled you back to present time.

Those eyes, still sneaking into your heart.

“When we met.” You stated with a smile.

Squeezing your hand he smiled, thinking of that as well.

“I firmly believe there’s a reason for everything, the right time and place.”

“And the right person.” You added, thanking the staff for dinner and walked back to your room. “Thank you for this beautiful surprise.”

You wasted no time once he opened the door, taking the initiative after an eternity of waiting.

“I want, no… I need my other present now.” You kissed his jaw, then his neck, feeling his pulse quickening.

“Your wish is my command.” He turned you around to undo the straps that held your dress together.

Clothes quickly thrown to the floor, no words needed. Your legs trembling after he had been slowly teasing your breasts with his mouth, you standing between his legs, one of your hands using his shoulder for support, while your fingers of the other, pulled at his curls, a deep moan abandoned your mouth as his fingers moved in and out of your center. His eyes focused on your pleasure.

When you thought you couldn’t resist it anymore he made you straddle him, and then he stood up with you anchored to his waist, turning Cillian placed you gently on the mattress, waiting no time to push your lower lips apart to find the way home.

“Olivia, what the hell do I do?” Conan was practically on the brink of tears inside his kitchen. He had too many vegetables and ingredients for a dish he had no idea how to make. There was so little a YouTube tutorial could do for him before he was in full-on panic mode. And that had resulted in him calling his best friend, hoping she would have suggestions or help guide him through the process.

When he’d found out that you would be visiting him on his break from Tour, he had been in full panic mode—trying to prepare something for you in return for you taking time off from your very own tour to see him. Yet, it was resulting in Conan beginning to have an anxiety attack. What made it worse was that he hadn’t started cooking and you would be at his apartment in an hour. So, now, Conan was in distress, yet, excited to see you after months of phone calls and text messages that didn’t mean anything unless you were here with him.

But his way of giving back to you was ending horribly. “Conan, I am sure Y/n wouldn’t mind if you don’t make him dinner,” Olivia reassured, most likely understanding his boyfriend better than he did. That was only because Y/n grew up with Olivia, considering him a brother to her. But that was beside the point. “Also, I guarantee after his flight from Paris back to L.A. would leave him too exhausted to stay up. Just Skip some food to your place.”

Conan knew for a fact that Olivia was right. One: she knew you well enough that Conan could trust her word. And two: you liked your fast food a lot more than anything extravagant or convenient. Still, Conan wanted to give something to you and he wasn’t sure what to do.

Just as he was about to respond, the door to his apartment opened loudly with the door slamming shut, a long and heavy sigh filling the air. “Babe, I’m home!” Your timbre voice called from down the hall. Conan glanced at his facetime call with Olivia, seeing the girl already grinning in amusement from Conan’s flushed cheeks from pure excitement.

When you came around the corner, you stopped with your lips twitching into a grin. Conan was wearing one of your dress shirts that reached the middle of his thighs. Underneath, he wore briefs with snow-white socks that looked absolutely adorable on him. His hair was still wavy and sleek and his eyes were still beautifully bright.

You on the other hand was wearing a pair of denim jeans with a black t-shirt and bomber jacket. Fresh tattoo’s from your tour, making it a goal of yours to get a tattoo in each city and country you went to. Conan tried to tell you that you would end up broke, but you reassured him. Your hair was slightly astray from the sleepless flight that had consisted of you staring out your window with your headphones blasting music. But the tired did not help Conan who felt the faintest bit of arousal in his gut and travel further down.

“What are you doing wearing my clothes?” You asked, words laced with amusement as you stepped towards the man. Conan turned away with a blush as you stood behind him, hands bracing against the edge of the counter where you rested your chin on his shoulder. Spotting the facetime call and Olivia watching with a grin. “Hey, ‘Liv! How are you doing?”

“Pretty good besides your boyfriend calling me and asking me to help him cook,” Olivia explained with a smirk.

“Olivia, shut up!” Conan whined, hearing your husky laugh from beside him.

“Horrible choice, Conan,” you told him. “Olivia sucks at cooking.”

“See, I would usually tell you to go fuck yourself, but this is one time I agree with you.” Olivia’s words made you laugh, resting your forehead against Conan’s shoulder. “But I’ll let you love birds go. Have a good night, you two!”

When the phone call ended, Conan sighed with his eyes fluttering shut. Your arms curled around his waist, lips pressing to the side of his neck. “You’re making me dinner?” You asked, slightly impressed with his actions. If you were being honest, you didn’t even expect him to be awake right now. Conan had a strict sleep schedule and you hated disturbing that system he had spent years crafting. Yet, you loved him for occasionally breaking his own rules.

“Well, I was, but I had a breakdown because I suck at cooking and Olivia was no help,” Conan confessed, cheeks flushing in embarrassment as you let out a deep chuckle. Kissing his cheek before you backed up. Hoisting yourself onto the island, narrowly avoiding a knife that Conan had recklessly disgraded to the side.

“The thought counts, babe,” you reassured in that same annoyingly sweet tone that swooned Conan when he met you. It had been a complete 1 in a million chance that he would ever get your phone call at 3 AM. Asking him to feature on one of your songs, but even over the phone, your voice had a thick and heavy timbre that was willing to sleep. And when he met you, he got to hear both that had caused shivers to run down his spine. Now, nothing has changed. “I appreciate it.”

Conan sighed and leaned against the island beside you. Rubbing his tired eyes before clasping them together and looking up at your warm eyes. “I just wanted to try and give you something in return for visiting,” he said with a shake of his head. “I hate never being able to repay you.”

“Well, there is one thing-” You were immediately smacked in the chest as you let out a hearty chuckle, rubbing the stinging spot created by Conan, who was trying to fight back his own smile.

“That can wait until we got to bed.” There was a long pause before you let out an exaggerated yawn, resulting in another slap in the chest by Conan, who shoved you. “Y/n!”

You laughed, hopping down from the island and lifting him on top. Standing between his legs and leaning your face into his chest. The few top buttons from the shirt were undone, where you exactly placed your gentle kisses. Conan sighed, curling his arms around your neck where his hands glossed through your hair.

“You being awake and present is enough for me, babe,” you told him. “That’s all I ever want. Screw food or sex. I just want your attention.”

Conan hummed, pulling you closer and pressing a kiss to the crown of your head. He never wanted anything more from you than you. Nothing less and nothing more. He never expected a thousand gifts for his birthday or a million phone calls. He just wanted you for who you were and your beautiful personality.

He was getting just that.

We've got Lucil/Wildbug They love rock and other types of music, they're studying to be a musician in Paris while living with their mother, but they've lived in London the majority of their life with their father. In this alternate universe of the series, Lucil got the Ladybug Miraculous instead of Marinette. Master Fu slipped them the Miraculous after an admittedly unplanned pickpocketing of Fu's wallet. Lucil noticed the pickpocket, chased them down and brought the wallet back to Fu. They have a MASSIVE crush on André and don't bother hiding it. Flirting galore whenever there happens to be a good moment between the two of them.

Andre/Serre Noir André practices martial arts in France. He lives on his own, working as a barista during their free time from school; they study music alongside Lucil. Although Lucil flirts on them constantly, there's no romantic feelings from André towards them. He likes them, but purely platonically.

Maeve/Mielbee Maeve's one of the top dancers in her school, joining in break dance tournaments here and there. In her free time, she works as a pizza delivery driver. What was new was that a much older Chinese man approached and asked if he could learn these moves as well. Despite her reservations, she decided that if the man wanted to learn, nothing should stand in his way. She tries her hardest to teach him a few dance moves, but the man's bad back gets in the way. Maeve helps the man to a bench and goes to get him some pain reliever. When she returns, the man has vanished. Maeve notices something extra in her bag after she leaves the tournament; a six-sided black and red wooden box with a bee hair accessory inside.

An all consuming obsession, cruelty like a game, and two girls who are one moment away from tearing each other apart. Clay is the princess, a beautiful wealthy girl who has one single obsession, getting under Olivia's skin... but what Olivia doesn't know is that Clay wants to hurt her so badly because she wants to be the only thing that Olivia thinks about because for Clay... her mind is consumed by Olivia. Olivia "Liv" is the openly out girl who lives on the poor side of town, all she wants is to get into the theater program at Dartmouth and survive school, she only has a few more months and that means all she has to do is survive Clay's venom for a few months... but Clay is escalating the game... and now Liv has had enough. Liv knows that Clay is obsessed with her, that under her good girl facade, under the spoiled princess, is someone who Liv can't stop thinking about. 💭 liv’s thoughts: i may or may have not lost my glasses a while back so i'm basing this whole thing out one of the most agonizing moments of my life <3 not the best but still kinda cute i guess. hope you like it, anony! not proofread, as always

the thing is: i don't think he would even notice, at first, at least. steve would probably only realize that you don't have your glasses on when you ask him, "hey, what's that? i can't see it", like something written on a billboard or the title of a book that you're holding really close to your face.

and he would just stare at you like you're crazy, completely caught off guard. it's like his head can't compute the thought that you're not seeing whatever-it-is-that-you're-not-seeing, because you are wearing your glasses... right? and when he finally wraps his head around the fact that you're not wearing them, he gets so worried. "did you forget your glasses at home?"

"i think so," you shrug it off because it wasn't that much of a big deal to you. it was pretty annoying not being able to see things clearly, especially when steve's pretty brown eyes were a messy blur, but you could go without it for the rest of the day. "can you read it for me, please?"

"do you wanna go home to get it? do you want to buy another one? oh my god, can you actually see at all? how many fingers am i holding up? don't think, just say." he starts to ramble out of concern, and even though you couldn't see it plainly, steve's face was one of pure worry. his voice dripped with nervousness, and you find it to be very funny. cute, even.

"steve, i'm fine." you let out a breathy giggle as he practically shoves his hand further into your face, a clear sign that he still wanted you to say how many fingers he was holding up. "it's three."

It took many years for the vampiress to return to where she had been buried, but when she did she was in for a surprise. There was a girl reading under the tree near Milly's grave. She seemed not to mind the funereal atmosphere of the cemetery. An even bigger surprise was when Milly came over and heard that the girl was talking to her (well, to her grave, where the girl thought she was).

Milly felt her heart again for the first time in years. And she didn't like the feeling. It was worse when she recognized familiar features on the girl's face. She must be a descendant of Shep and his second wife.
