joining the marauders fandom is so chaotic like it always starts off with jily or wolfstar

you learn about jily and then slowly you get immersed in wolfstar until suddenly you’re obsessed

and then it’s just like no i’ll stay here this is good and then you get into the fics

and then you get exposed to dorlene and bartylus and rosekiller and marylily/pandalily and all the ships and then slowly slowly you become a diehard jegulus shipper until somehow you’re here, obsessing over a ton of dead fictional men yet more lesbian than ever

Barty tried to write anonymous love letters to Evan, (Dorcas suggested it) but the way he expresses himself is so angry that Evan thought he was getting hate mail and started complaining about it to Barty

I enjoy the idea of Evan being extremely. Attractive. Just by conventional means. Anyone can see, he's pretty, he's handsome.

but. He just has these vacant, off-putting eyes. The only emotion is calculated, and even that's more of a dissective look. He might show slightt other emotions around Barty and Pandora (definitely Panda) but it's mostly just that vacant look. Oh, he's definitely paying attention and present in the conversation, but his eyes are just void.

People would be falling over themselves to date this man, but they can't get over the odd look in his eyes. and also the feral rat man who goes by Barty growling behind him and his sister that's just as off-putting but a different flavor.

His sister has never once been put off by her brother. They share that vacant look, but Panda's is more whimsical. They have this strong sibling bond where they wordlessly communicate, (this fits very well with them being twins, but to each their own, I don't see them as twins) which admittedly doesn't do much to combat their weird-kid status- But they dgaf

Barty is veryvery into. Evan's everything. Anything that should put him off just doesn't and honestly probably turns him on. He would be so fascinated and enthralled by Evan dissecting something. Just watching with bated breath.

Barty and Evan used to definitely promote themselves as a package deal when dating people (like "you have to be approved by my best friend and get along with him or we will not work because I'll always choose him" type of situation) and it kept sabotaging their relationships because each partner was either never deemed good enough or the approved partners couldn't get along with the other.

And they definitely complained to Regulus, Dorcas, and Pandora like

"We don't get it. Why do all our relationships fail?"

And Regulus, completely over both their shit just responds like

"Because all your exes could tell you two are in love. Merlin, just date each other."

So, they did because the moment this option was brought up to them, who were they to ignore it?

i'm thinking about posting where you go, i go fic before the end of this week and keep it short the word count bcuz i didn't really outline the chapters therefore i don't have a chapter count for this fic but i do have a total storyline so i'm just setting certain plot points in every chapter so i know where to end and where to begin.

on second note, i'm totally obsessed w this fic atm so i thank everyone for the hype they (u guys) gave me!!

rosekiller au where Evan posts a random fit check to tt, where Barty is in the bg talking to him abt something while Evan just stares at him awe-struck and everyone is either trying to lip read to figure out what Barty is saying or saying that Evan definitely has a crush on Barty,

and Evan continues to post fit checks and Barty is basically in all of them and whenever he isnt the comments are just like "excuse me??? where is your cute brunette???"
