What I think each Batfamily member eats in a day:

Bruce: anything Alfred prepares. Something super dense in protein and fats that follows his detailed nutrition plan to support his vigilante activities. Taste is secondary. He burnt off his tastebuds years ago during a training exercise.

Jason: Diners or takeout. Balances it with a fruit. He knows the best places in Gotham where it's cheap and filling where he can eat his weight's worth of food and no one is glancing at his laptop where he is definitely NOT orchestrating any illegal activities. He does know how to cook a few basic things like eggs but he's got things to do and he'll cook when he has peace. Except. It's him so he doesn't do peace. Now if you throw him in the tundra or a difficult terrain? He'll be able to find something and grill it to cook it properly but otherwise, he's not going to bother.

Tim: he lives in a houseboat. He never considered the kitchen in his renovation and now the stove got replaced with a Bunsen burner to test samples he found on a crime site so he has no place to cook anymore. The cupboards are just makeshift armory and have like first aid kits, menus for takeout even though the delivery driver has sworn not to waddle in the middle of the marina with Tim's noisy neighbors and Tim's sketchy house that just looks slightly off to a civilian but Tim tips well so what can the poor lad do. There's only one cupboard dedicated to food and it's Zesti cans, Dick's nutrition drinks because Dick swears by them, and dog treats for strays and to bribe Titus. I don't think he ever learnt how to cook but he will figure it out if ever ends up in that situation where he needs to.

Stephanie: ramen with veggies and eggs thrown in for nutrition, Mac and cheese, anything basic with a skillet. She had to take care of herself when Crystal couldn't and her father didn't. She is highly self sufficient so she learns by watching Barbara or any YouTube tutorials for nutrition packed foods that taste good and are easy to make.

Cass: a pan to her is better as weapon to take down a mob. Food though is a rare indulgence she gets to keep so she goes to different places to try out different dishes. She doesn't cook but she likes to watch Steph hum while she's cooking and her body sways-dances contentedly to 90s punk rock.

Dick: whenever he gets time, he meal preps the quickest meals ever. Stuffs everything he made in the freezer for like three-six months if not longer because he'll forget. Is it probably expired? Maybe, but his stomach has withstood much worse. He'll have a bunch of nutrition bars and those meal replacement nutrition drinks stocked. He's used to cooking in bulk and the lesson in cooking is: if it tastes bad, you aren't adding enough herbs and spices. Luckily for him, he can store dried herbs and spices in airtight containers and use them for months.

Duke: home cooked meals with food that ISN'T seasoned by a former MI6 British butler. These are family meals made with love and care. He is living his life.

Damian: when he first came to Gotham, he ate whatever Alfred made though he did complain like a fussy kid. He still eats everything and values the high nutrition density but he will sneak in extra pepper and salt and make requests occasionally for halwa to sate his sweet tooth.

Barbara: no one taught her how to cook and she and her father ate takeout while he went through his case files and she listened on the police scanner and called in the tip lines to help solve cases pre-batgirl. She learnt how to cook during college because surviving on a diet of just pizza and ramen wasn't sustainable as Batgirl and she values being able to do things for herself. After becoming Oracle, she pushed harder to learn how to cook very well but even if she knows how to cook now, she is still bad at avoiding takeout (if she's not forgetting meals in favor of working that is).

Sonic Icebound is a psychological survival horror game with action and platforming elements. It is played primarily from the first-person perspective by default, though the player has the option to switch to third-person. At the beginning of the game, Sonic’s map is only marked with his location at the South Pole and the location of the evacuation site. He has 72 in-game hours (roughly eight hours in real time) to reach the site before Tails arrives there. A small circular zone surrounding Sonic’s initial spawn point serves as a tutorial for the player to get used to the controls and mechanics.

Unlike other Sonic games, rings are not used as health or energy. Instead, Sonic has a fixed health meter; he can heal himself passively over time but the rate of replenishing is slow. Alternatively, first-aid kits can be found in some man-made structural remains and heal Sonic faster (Sonic may also find an unused disposable syringe in the kit that he can use independent of the rest of the kit). There is an increased chance of injury when some actions (e.g. sprinting) are performed. Sonic dies if the health meter reaches zero, resulting in a game over; the player is sent back to their most recent save point (or to the start of the game if no save point had been reached prior to death).

Throughout the game, Sonic’s intense survival mentality makes him an unreliable narrator; among other things, he often hears sounds which have no traceable source and are of an indiscernible nature, and the pitch-black night gradually increases his anxiety, thinking he sees hostile entities in his peripheral vision where there may be none. Nonetheless, there are dangers that threaten Sonic. They are mainly geological hazards, such as deep sub-glacial lakes covered with snow and/or thin sheets of ice or tall mountains with unforgiving terrain. Some hazards are meteorological, such as sudden inclement weather. If Sonic’s health meter is less than half-full, he will descend into a fear state in which he will not be able to use the first-aid kits, syringes, or radio. He will be given greater acceleration during the time he is in this fear state, at the sacrifice of reduced attack power and increased risk of injury. Although rings cannot be normally used to replenish Sonic’s health, collecting 15 rings will bring Sonic out of the fear state.

where can i go to find tutorials on specific spells? like not how to make my own spell but more like recipes on spells other people have created

There are hundreds of books, videos, blogs, and websites that can help you with this. If you're looking for some spells that have good reviews you could check out @breelandwalker and her books. She also sells spell kits!

I also have a spell crafting post with a few spells, as well as my kitchen witchery post that has a few edible/drinkable spells.

I don't have a specific resource for you, unfortunately, as nowadays I mostly make my own spells. Honestly I just google whatever spell I'm looking for and see what I can find. I just make sure that the spell doesn't go against any beliefs of mine or isn't involving any closed practices.

If it's chill to ask, how did you go about starting bookbinding? It looks really fun and I might want to get into it. 👀

Hi! I got into it because people binding fanfic started poping up on my Tik Tok, and I was like OMG I need that. Now it's like my absolute favorite hobby, it's like 10 different craft projects all in one trench coat, so it never gets boring, and making all the design choices for the covers and the typesets is unique with each bind.

To start learning to bind I watched a lot of Tik Tok tutorials, as well as YouTube, there is a lot to learn from like the style of bind you like best to making sure your using the right paper grain. But getting started is pretty easy and you kind of learn the style you like as you go along.

My binds are all flat backs (cause I'm too lazy to round the spines and putting the vinyl on is easier too)

Amazon has some great starter kits for good prices that have pre-waxed thread, needles, and other bits and bobs you need. Sourcing paper is a little harder if you want proper grain paper (I get all my paper from this site called church paper, they have everything) so things lay nicer, but to start and practice you can use regular printer paper, or Ive used paper out of old sketch books to make journals.

This got really long lol, I like talking about book binding if you can't tell. But if you think it looks fun definitely give it a try!

So, this series imagines what a prestigious Bella-based brand might look like…” For the Bella brand’s most loyal customers - a special edition hosiery/display rack and several recolors of the functional hosiery from the Bella’s Secret Remix set (Simmons, 2023).

DETAILS Requires ALL EPs/SPs. You need Mesh Set 001 (Simmons, 2023) and the Display Counter (BellasSecret_Counter_Somedaythesun)from the TS2 Maxis Match Lingerie Store Set (SomedayTheSun, 2023). This set includes a hosiery rack linked to Marble Display 001 from Bella’s Beauties 003 (Simmons, 2023) and recolors of the hosiery apparel items from the Bella’s Secret Remix set (Simmons, 2023) – all of these items are required for all textures to display in-game. Optional recolors of items from the Bella Brand Gift Set 001 (Simmons, 2023) are included as well. The counter uses recolors from the Bosenklavier Model B grand piano (Bon Voyage EP). Find recolors for the counter interior in the Bella Brand: Retail Floor Set (Simmons, 2023). Recolors may include swatches for items in other Bella Brand sets such as signs, packages, cosmetics, etc. Objects in Sims 2 are limited to two recolorable parts, so not all items are recolorable in the same way. Functional Apparel Objects Apparel objects are debug items and show up as “clothing pile” in the catalog (Misc > Dressers). They must be placed on one of the DEBUG displays/shelves or they’ll float. Once purchased, take them out of the sim’s inventory and choose from one of the following: Purchase Clothing. Select an outfit (or several) of any type. Each apparel object is worth §100 towards the TOTAL cost. Sims save more money (and your businesses make more money) if they use one apparel object per new outfit. Sell. Recycle the object for §100 simoleons.  If you exit the Buy Clothing window without adding anything to your shopping cart, §100 will be added to the sim’s household funds instead. Apparel objects are worth §100 regardless of how much sims pay for them on OFB/community lots. Pricing an item below this amount can function like a discount sale (i.e., pay $75 in-store and §100 towards the purchase or a 25% “discount/rebate.” You can decide whether this counts as cheating). Pricing it above this amount is not recommended since sims will end up losing extra money. Debug objects have slots which “catch” fellow clones if you place them too close. To prevent this when trying to clutter them close together, turn “snap objects to grid” OFF and “move objects” OFF.

🎃 deer - fawn have spots , and big guy dear have big horns ! sport your favorite brown outfit and let's get to frolicking

🕸 kitty - kitties come in all colors ! be sure to throw on some ears and a tail - here's a tutorial to a style of diy cat ears i tried one year ! i managed to braid , flat iron , and hairspray some thin braids into cat ears . don't forget the face paint !

🎃 panda - black and white and oh so fluffy ! this is a good idea for those who get cold on halloween night . wear something big and comfy !

🕸 fox - so sneaky ! so fast ! sport some speedy orange and get to zipping around for some candy !

🎃 dog - ive seen a diy where you stuff two socks and fabric glue them to a headband to make floppy doggy / bunny ears ! if i find a tutorial i will be sure to link it

🕸 koala - good for those extra cuddly babies - suit up in your comfiest gray clothes and start snugglin !

🕸 ghost tutorial . a classic sheet ghost ! simple , discreet , and cost effective !

🎃 zombie - this can be achieved with any level of tattered clothing , face paint , and cosmetics ! you can be a barely zombie or you can be a crazy super zombified zombie !

🕸 clown - this too can be achieved at almost any level ! wear your brightest , silliest , most mismatched clothes . you can add different layers and textures if you want to get real wild with it . if you want to be a scary clown you could throw on some makeup / cosmetics !

🎃 vampire - try all black ! i have noticed a lot of vampires have a highlight color (ex . vampires being associated with black and red) - mix it up with your own color ! do a black on pink , black on green , be a crazy vampire ! capes + fangs might help you achieve this look

🕸 mime - i think a mime would be super fun ! i would dress in stripes , wear a funny hat , and play pretend all day ! good option for those nonverbal regressors ?

🎃 magician - cape , top hat , and a spunky outfit ! this could also be a good opportunity for a matching costume (cg magician + bunny regressor ?) here's a fun DIY with a link to a homemade magic kit for tots

🕸 scarecrow - i did this one year ! i dressed in a flannel and stuffed my sleeves with leaves ! you can do some cute button nose makeup or add a straw hat !

🎃 jellybeans - this has to be the most simple and cutest DIY ever !

🕸 superhero - pick your signature color and add a cape ! what will your super powers be ? and most importantly , must you conceal your identity ?

How to start a podcast: a complete step by step tutorial- Podcast Insights

The fourth article in the excellent post Sydney provided is by a website called Podcast Insights. They laid down a mind-boggling stat- there are over two million podcasts out there. But they were making a comparison between podcasting and blogging, and said that podcasting isn't as crowded as blogging because there are over six hundred million blogs.

The article goes over the basics of planning. It says to choose a topic that you can talk about for over a hundred episodes, which seems daunting.

It talks about the pros and cons of having a co-hosted show, too- scheduling conflicts are a thing, but having someone to talk to is great. The article also talks about naming briefly, and includes a handy search bar to see if the domain link is already taken.

Then the article moves onto format, length, and style. It doesn't go into full detail with any, but the article stresses that you should do what's right for you and your podcast, not just chase trends.

Then it's onto podcast cover art and music (the link is to another article that goes into more detail about it, including sites you can use to get music for your show easily).

Microphones are brushed past, including a helpful starter kit article, then it's onto guests if you choose to have any.

The article lists a few options for recording and editing, plus a second article that covers software from the ones for beginners to the ones for more advanced users.

The article offers several tips on recording and editing, including how to build a template in garageband on apple computers.

Then it's time to find a hosting site and launch!

After launching, the article recommends some further steps- like building a website and making transcripts.
