Caregiver Spider-Man Headcanons (The Amazing Spider-Man Duology)

Anon suggested any Spider-Man, so I picked my personal favorite!

He takes you swinging all over New York. It’s a little scary at first, but you get used to it very quickly and then it’s just fun!

Very often he’ll bring a picnic, so you can have a nice lunch on top of a building.

He tends to incorporate things from his own childhood into his caregiver role. He always cuts the crusts off your sandwiches, he loves playing hide and seek, etc.

He’s always trying to interest you in science. He gets you a mini chemistry kit, reads you children’s level books on biology, and takes you to the museum all the time.

He’s constantly snapping pictures of you. He can’t help it; everything you do is just adorable!

His reflexes are incredible, which means it’s nearly impossible to run away from him - but it’s still fun to try!

He’s a bit of a mischievous guy and loves teasing and tricking you. Is it surprising that he loves all the Anansi stories and tells them to you all the time?

He loves mysteries and thrillers, and so you tend to watch a fair bit of Gravity Falls with him.

He weaves webs for you to hang out in. They’re very comfortable!

Whenever you’re having a hard time doing something, he’ll let you borrow his mask so you can feel stronger.

day 3: character caregiver x regressor ship! i chose pavitr and hobie!

i do not support disney, marvel, sony, or anything connected financially. all of my posts about these companies is made while still boycotting

hobie takes pavi to a bunch of concerts, festivals, etc (they’re all TOTAALLYY legal and kiddo friendly…)

hobie us actually a pet regressor and caregiver flip! pavi is an age regressor and dreamer!

they go to record stores together all the time, usually just looking though

pretty unsurprisingly, pavi doesn’t like spider-society stuff when he’s big (ESPECIALLY after everything in atsv), so hobie makes sure to keep references like that away from him.

pavi has his own jacket! he designed all the patches himself, and hobie sewed them on

NEVER a quiet moment with them. one of them is always yelling (but it’s usually both :3)

they flip between dimensions, since they can’t decide which is better. hobie likes how nice pavi’s dimension is and how comfortable pavi is in it, but hates how consistent it is. little pavi likes how hobie’s dimension is so colorful and new, but get’s flighty and uncomfortable quick.

loud music can hurt pavi’s ears easily (sensitivity to noise due to ptsd (headcanon)), but he loves hobie’s music, so he wears home-made ear coverers so it sounds quieter

ੈ✩‧₊˚ he always had a feeling that they regressed, but he didn't want to assume. but since he found out, he's trying to be the best cg he could possibly be!!!

ੈ✩‧₊˚ hobie tries to provide his little with as much gear as they need. he knows how to sew so he often DIY's the majority of the gear he gives them!!! (ex. blankets, stuffies, clothes, anything made with fabric!!)

ੈ✩‧₊˚ he'd even DIY some storybooks for his little!!! i'd imagine that he's pretty crafty, and he'll try and come up with the most entertaining stories for his little :0

ੈ✩‧₊˚ speaking of storytime, he'll often act out the stories he reads to make it more fun for his little!!! :D

ੈ✩‧₊˚ gives his little nicknames like "lil punk", "rockababy", "rockstar", etc!!!

ੈ✩‧₊˚ hobie's definitely the type of cg to multitask. like if his little called him because they need comforting while he was working as spider-man, hobie wouldn't hesitate to comfort them through the phone while taking down bad guys. after all, spider-man can always do both!!! >:3

ੈ✩‧₊˚ he'll often play his guitar for his little!!! if his little wants him to play a song he doesn't know yet, he'll be sure to learn it in his spare time. the look on his little's face when he plays it for them makes all that practice worthwhile for him!! <333

ੈ✩‧₊˚ speaking of multitasking again, sometimes he'll bring his little with him for a daytrip of swinging around the city!!! of course if a villain threatens his little while he's swinging them around, hobie won't hesitate to kick that villain's butt!!! >:0

ੈ✩‧₊˚ after that, hobie will bring his little to the park/make them a new toy as compensation, and for being so brave!!!

🎀 : As much as I don't like to post after I already posted recently, I couldn't pass a hobie headcanon. Thank you for asking anon! Hope you enjoy :] ✨

🎸 : unlike Miles and Pravitr he's completely a rebellious caregiver. Bedtimes? Nah, rules? Not unless you really need them, and he encourages you to get in a little of his shenanigans here and there

🎸 : he often gets his ear torn off by the others about how he takes care of you

🧸 : he has a hard time directly comforting when you need it. He's not around it alot and since you're in a vulnerable state he has to find his own ways to help you

🧸 : even if it's just a pat on the shoulder or telling you you're fine

☕ : He's not the one to use petnames. At first he didn't use them at all or kept forgetting, but slowly began calling you them now and again

☕ : punk/bugger/kid/rebellion/little dude is his usual petnames for you

☕ : he's not that affectionate either, though that doesn't mean he doesn't like a good cuddle or hug sometimes. In fact he finds it comforting, but he won't admit it

🎸 : out of all the spider people, he is the most active when it came taking you places and getting you out of the house. Pravitr loves Taking you places like parks, sure. But what about carnivals, pools, hiking and concerts? Hobie is your guy for that stuff

🎸 : "Hey, little dude, how about instead of sleeping we skip to go to a concert? I heard they're selling cotton candy!~"

☕ : he might've snuck you out of the house several times during his times of taking care of you— even if he gets an earful from Miguel or Gwen the most at the end

🎸 : if he upsets you in any way, he'd just write letters to you and give them to you full of apologies. Usually containing: horrible drawings (don't worry he tried his best), him writing sentences on sentences of him being sorry, and just sappy things

🎸 : he apologizes like you're about to bite him for it

☕ : "They asked for no pickles.."

🎸 : he'll never admit it, but he can get jealous whenever you're being babysat with someone else that isn't him. like.. so jealous he'd tear up

🎸 : don't worry though, a simple hug or you just being yourself around him makes him feel instantly better

☕ : "back off, man, they're just a kid."

🎸 : not overprotective but protective enough to tell others to back off if you're overwhelmed. If Miguel expects you to do a heavy job Hobie will do it instead instantly.. maybe scold Miguel a bit in the process

🧸 : If you happen to fall asleep that isn't in your bed, he'd carry you "bridal pose" or pick you up by your armpits and make sure you're covered up and comfortable in your room. Don't worry he'll let you have your sleep. Afterall a little one like you needs it

🧸 : for all little ages! This is just hobie babying you

hobie studied you from across the room, seeing you quietly make cupcakes for the others. No special occasion but you thought it would be nice thing to do Afterall. Lately you've been secretly Regressing, feeling bad for it you kept it to yourself. Hobie started to catch on but you'd quickly denied it or do something that made him forget about your behavior change. It worked for a few days but hobie knew you a bit too well. He's been your caregiver for about two months so there wasn't going around it. Not now or anytime soon. Before you know it you slipped completely. you try to grasp the little parts you have left to stay big, but it was too late. Hobie raised an eyebrow, catching on what happened. Even though in your regressed state, you continue to make the cupcakes. You weren't even half done.. and this was harder than it looked. You grabbed the ingredients and put it inside the blender, about to turn it on before a soft hand cupped yours, stopping you in your tracks. You looked up to see Hobie, who had a curious look on his face. It was almost unreadable but you can tell he was more confused than anything.. maybe just his neutral expression? He just tilted his head at you before he let out a soft chuckle. "Hey, hey how.. c'mon, kid.. you aren't getting past me with that 'oh I'm a big kid' bullcrap.. you're too little to bake by yourself. Here, let me help you..”

Caregiver J. Jonah Jameson Headcanons (Sam Raimi Spider-Man trilogy)

He comes off as very gruff, tough, and impatient - not the kind of person who would make a good caregiver, right? But you quickly learn he’s just a lot of noise, and he’s actually trying really hard to look after you.

The man lives by schedules and keeps you on a pretty strict one. He claims it’s because the real world runs on a schedule and you need to get used to it; it’s actually because your playtime coincides with his lunch break, and he wants to make sure he gives you his full attention while he’s playing with you.

On that note, Jameson is actually a lot of fun to play with. He comes up with super creative and complex storylines for games, and he has a great memory for recurring characters.

If you ask him to play dress-up with you, you’ll get five minutes of complaining and then an hour of him being completely in character. Jameson never participated in theater, but you’d think he was a broadway actor; he gets so committed to the bit.

As I said, he’s pretty strict about the schedule. For anything else, he’ll cave in seconds. “TWO cookies? That’s outrageous! … Done.” He claims you’re a great negotiator, but he simply can’t say no to you.

Jameson is already a pretty suspicious person, and he seems to get worse when he’s with you. It’s really just because he’s worried about someone hurting you; he’s gotta protect his kiddo!

If you ever fall asleep on him, he will NOT MOVE until you wake up. It’s the only time he’s ever still.

He’ll occasionally use your toys to set up a pretend news office, where he then creates little “newspapers” that cover the things you’ve recently done - complete with candid photos of you.

(He saves all these newspapers in a scrapbook inside his desk. He peeks at them periodically throughout the day and they always make him smile. Everybody at the office knows about it and they all think it’s adorable.)

You are just about the only person he will ever compliment. Your ideas for games are “pretty good”, your drawings are “not bad”, your stories are “alright”. To a stranger these words don’t seem like much, but you know how much Jameson means by them.

Day Two: Mid-Fight Regression

Writing/Art Prompts:

- getting upset by something a villain or hero said and not being able to calm down before regressing

- burnout and more injuries and pain getting to the character .. small mode

- oops. unexpectedly, here comes the villain that traumatised the character! time for a panic attack and then small time

- secretly going out on patrol without permission. this backfires horribly

- oopsie. little time. thank heavens the villain notices, and won’t fight a baby !! but .. they can’t get ahold of any of the little’s friends/the little doesn’t want their friends to know.. so the villain has to cg!

- what?? the hero is fighting a villain.. but the villain stopped fighting.. and is acting weirdly childish???

- oh no! where has this fighter gone to? i think i see them .. hiding in a corner? crying/curled up?

Art-Tailored:

- little is all scratched up and injured !! oh no. the only solution is hero themed bandaids.

- little hiding in a corner chewing on their costume/mouthing at the corner of their cape

- um, little guy, you can’t use your powers to hide. (hiding in webs, hiding in ice, hiding in big magic cape, etc)

Cg!Earth 42 Miles Morales Headcanons.

- Miles tries very hard to keep his Prowler persona away from his littles, he doesn’t want to scare them with the mask he wears or anything.

- the first time he did look after a little he was.. less than enthusiastic about it but only because he wasn’t used to it and didn’t know much knowledge about it in the first place.

- After a lot of research he quickly got comfortable and all that when it came to looking after a little! (His search history showed a loooottt of research sites for a long time, got slightly embarrassed and shy when questioned about them.)

- Uses a crap ton of spanish nicknames on his littles!! “Enamorada/o”, “Querida/o”, “Bebé”, etc!! Miles is very sweet on any form of nicknames and doesn’t hesitate to dish them out.

- Calls his littles often when he’s working just to hear their voice, working in sweet things into the conversation so he can hear them giggle. Even though his uncle does yell at him to get off the phone he ends calls almost always by promising to snag them something on his adventures.

- Miles absolutely follows through on his promises too, bringing home toys and treats whenever possible just to see the smile on his little loves face. His favorite thing to bring back is snacks they both can share, catered to his little’s tastes and sensitivities. He once brought home something sweet and finished it before his little- much to their dismay and his slight entertainment.

- He’s understandably.. not the best at comforting crying or distressed littles, he doesn’t know what to do at times so he often just kinda sits next to them and hums an older Spanish lullaby his Mamá used to sing to him when he was a little tot. If the little wants to be touched and held though he won’t hesitate to scoop them up and hold them close.

- Won’t hesitate to let his little see his cool gauntlet, although he watched them like an absolute hawk to make sure they don’t break it or hurt themselves in the process. (Miles puts a lot of trust in his littles, no matter what, he’s there with soothing words if they break his stuff- telling them he’ll fix it and it’s nothing to worry their pretty little head about.)

- Secretly he does like to take his little out on some jobs if they can promise to sit riiight here and wait for him and Uncle Aaron patiently. BUT if not, he lets his little hang out with Mamá Río!! Who is more than happy to be looking after them. (She missed a time where Miles was little and looking after his little when he’s working actively helps her relive some parts of her favorite memories.)
