Broken AU

An original AU in which after 4 years of the invasion of the duplo planet, those from apocalypseburg get fed up with Emmet.

Well, they feel it's a problem that Emmett hasn't changed and they try to force him to change, even if that includes hurting him.

At first they gave him a good idea that they could help him, react ahead of time and try to control his emotions for when he could go to the scans (they wouldn't let him out) but then the challenges went to the physical part. . where he was put in extreme situations where he had to escape without help. And if they tried to help him, they threatened them or passed them out to avoid that action.

The others knew about the subject but only the good part, the extreme part was hidden from them and they made them separate from Emmet with excuses or also taking advantage of the fact that they were exploring so that they would not know about the extreme part.

But it was one in particular that would be the straw that broke the camel's back, they put Emmet inside an underground cube with many puzzles, obstacles and like candy on the cake at the end to be able to escape there were some walls that closed once they detect that there is someone close and can only be stopped by the outside.

Lucy's group found out everything after questioning a few who repented of their actions and told them the truth, as soon as they finished they accompanied them to guide and help them, by the time they arrived they were threatened and since they weren't up to games they started a fight that in the end it would leave Lucy exhausted, it was not good that the others had learned to build with rubble.

They did everything possible to save him but it was too late, the lever had already been moved successfully and the walls could be stopped but Emmet had already been affected, Lucy was held by the others and saw with her own eyes how Emmet had the face broken (the right part of his face) and how his whole body had cracked.

Emmett shattered and broken, Lucy in shock and the others not knowing what to say, everything was chaos.

this Au has a while but I never published it, it can be considered that it was created out of boredom and the idea that being a lego can break, crack and more.

This Emmet is broken both mentally and physically.

But I still have doubts about his future personality, he will be resentful, he will lose his memory, or he will be in a kind of mental coma, since he is alive but damaged and without any desire.

the funniest meltdown ive ever had was in college when i got so overstimulated that i could Not speak, including over text. one of my friends was trying to talk me through it but i was solely using emojis because they were easier than trying to come up with words so he started using primarily emojis as well just to make things feel balanced. this was not the Most effective strategy... until. he tried to ask me "you okay?" but the way he chose to do that was by sending "👉🏼👌🏼❓" and i was so shocked by suddenly being asked if i was dtf that i was like WHAT???? WHAT DID YOU JUST SAY TO ME?????????? and thus was verbal again
