A Treasure Trove of American History: Unveiling The Prominent Americans
A Treasure Trove of American History: Unveiling The Prominent Americans
Tumblr media
As a history buff with a particular fascination for American figures, I was ecstatic to discover The Prominent Americans. This unique product piqued my curiosity – a collection of beautifully crafted, miniature figurines depicting iconic individuals who shaped American history.
Beyond the Textbook: Bringing History to Life
What truly sets The Prominent Americans apart is the focus on storytelling. Each figurine comes packaged with a captivating booklet detailing the individual's life story, accomplishments, and impact on American society. These booklets go beyond dry facts and figures, weaving a compelling narrative that brings these historical figures to life.
A Gallery of Greatness in My Home
The figurines themselves are a sight to behold. Crafted with meticulous attention to detail, they capture the essence of each prominent American. From George Washington's stoic expression to Marie Curie's determined gaze, the figurines transport me back in time and spark my imagination. Whether displayed individually or curated as a collection, The Prominent Americans add a touch of historical charm to any room.
A Learning Experience for All Ages
The Prominent Americans aren't just visually appealing; they're incredibly educational. I've found myself delving deeper into the stories of individuals I might not have known much about before. This has sparked a renewed interest in American history not only for me but also for my children. They love learning about these historical figures through the engaging booklets and the interactive element of the figurines.
More Than Just a Collection, It's an Investment in Knowledge
While The Prominent Americans might initially appear as a collection of figurines, it's much more than that. It's an investment in knowledge and a captivating way to learn about American history. The combination of beautifully crafted figures and informative booklets creates a unique learning experience that's both engaging and enriching.
A Recommendation for History Enthusiasts (of All Ages!)
If you're a history buff like myself, or if you're looking for a captivating way to introduce your children to American history, then The Prominent Americans is a must-have. It's a beautiful collection that educates and entertains in equal measure. The attention to detail, the captivating stories, and the interactive element make it a truly unique product that I highly recommend.

to any americans who feel "paralyzed" and "dont know what to do" to help with gaza:
reading a fucking book. i beg of you.
in a time of knowledge suppression is it your duty to arm yourself with knowledge.
read about americas occupations in the middle east.
read about 9/11 from outside of america and see how they inflicted senseless harm and violence to countless amounts of people and have been suppressing your rights for the past 2 fucking decades.
read about any of the countless wars from the past 30 years. especially from a civilian's. and the victims and survivors' perspective. listen to the horror stories and do not plug your fucking ears as to what your country is doing.
and read about fucking gaza and palestine and keep up with what is happening no matter how "sad" or "uncountable" you might get.
dont look away from this.
you dont have the right to be comfortable during countless active genocides.
if you're knowledgeable, you're powerful, and our current state doesnt fucking want that.
you have the power to change things if you open your eyes and scream to the world.
wake the fuck up.
Edit: please check the reblogs there are readings and ways to help

genuinely it will never stop baffling me how people will wear twilight shirts and talk about team Edward vs team Jacob and then the same people will be like "I'm not basing my personality off of a piece of media (harry potter) made by a transphobe 😌" like good that's great! so you can excuse racism but you draw the line at transphobia? good to know

Stop saying shit like "United States of Israel". The idea that Israel is controlling the US/western politics is ridiculous and actively harmful. The US is a fully autonomous player allying with & funding genocide for it's own benefit; Israel & its military power in the Middle East is a useful extension of US empire first and foremost.
This rhetoric that US politics have somehow been co-opted by a foreign government does not only obfuscate the US's actual positioning as the most dominant colonial power in the world that literally has free reign to do whatever it wants in global politics, but also veers into "jews secretly control everything" anti-semitic conspiracy. Fuck the state of Israel. But also, the US's involvement here is not some kind of corruption of the American system. It is exactly what America is and has always been, don't get it twisted.

The US State Department falsified a report to make it look like Israel is not blocking aid to Gaza
Former US official Stacy Gilbert has resigned over Gaza, claiming that there is consensus among State Department experts that Israel is in fact blocking aid to Gaza. However, she asserted that high-ranking State Department officials edited a report to absolve Israel and make it seem this was not the case.

my dark secret is that I don’t care about breeds being kept to a strict standard. so long as they’re healthy and well-suited for their purpose (which in cats and most dogs is just companionship), I’m not opposed. when breeders chase exaggerated traits, the problem for me isn’t that it’s off standard, it’s more that a) closely breeding for an extreme trait can result in a loss of genetic diversity, with all the health problems that entails, b) extremely exaggerated traits can be inherently harmful to the animal, c) exaggerated traits can get in the way of the animal being an animal and doing animal things
