Day 132 and 133
Lmao, day 132 was a mess but I still managed to eat less that the binge days so I'll leave that for now.
Day 133 Was my birthday and it was honestly fricking amazing. My friends were so mushy-mushy it honestly felt so weird to be appreciated lmao. They also gave me cute and thoughtful gifts and one of them even gave me a whole ass watch. I'm so grateful to all of them for everything, BUT they also kept feeding me non-stop today and I had no excuse to stop them.😭
So that's that and I dint count today-
Yes im horrible, but let me just keep this as a meta day and move the fuck along. I still am going to not eat anything for the rest of the month lol.
On the positive side ig, I haven't had any cake at all:))

Day 114
Took my much needed break from school today, unfortunately I also got like a 150 messages coz I dint go today.
Anyway, I went to the gym in the morning after a long time and that felt so amazing, like I actually love the place. I probs burnt 200-400 Cals there
I actually wanted to eat as little as possible today, but ended eating more chicken 💀🙏
So my total is 700 for today.
I really think I'm loosing control of myself and I should seriously shut my mouth-

hey i wanna fast for long time like 3 days, basically i dont want to eat but my parents are making me eat dinner all time and my dad is talking abt an0rexi@ How can i avoid eating while they make me eat?
Hi! Ok so, I've never fasted for more than a day, but I'll try!
Day 1
•don't start at midnight, most of the time I start my fast after eating with my parents, they'll probably get less suspicious after they saw you eat
•if you eat both lunch and dinner with your parents, choose dinner, it's the best choice, especially for the first day, because you can just sleep without feeling hungry and risking to break the fast
Day 2
•for lunch, wake up earlier and make some noises in the kitchen. In case your parents wake up and saw you, you could try to boil water and tell them you were so hungry so you decided to make some food for yourself. Make a "fake plate" (put some crumbs of the food you're supposed to eat). Go to your room/where your parents can't see you (in case they enter the room your in pretend to munch), wait some time, and then put the plate in the kitchen.
•after that, when your parents eat lunch, go get a snack and tell them you wanted to eat something.
If they offer a piece of their food you can either accept it, munch it, and then spit it out or tell them you were craving that snack and you didn't care about what they're eating.
If you want, skip this part, it's just in case they're suspicious
•For dinner tell them your eating out with a friend. Since the worst can always happens, make a fake chat where your friend asks you to eat out, find some pic of the food you're supposed to eat, ask your friend to take some pictures of themselves so you can send them to your parents if they ask.
Day 3
•for lunch, tell them you're feeling sick, if you can, fake a fever, and you don't really feel like eating something, spend the rest of the day sleeping.
If they force you to eat, put a bucket under the table, maybe between your legs, and when they're not watching throw the food in the bucket. At the end of lunch put the bucket under your shirt (better if it's oversized and even better if it's an hoodie) and throw the food away
•for dinner tell them you're not feeling hungry and if they didn't mind eating a little later than usual (when you started your fast)
