HOW I LOST 20KG IN LESS THAN 3 MONTHS
-Fasting 4 days a week
-eating up to 500cals
-90hr fasts
-strict diet
-ritalin (adhd medication makes your appetite go away for hours)
-MUCH water (3-5 liters)
-moving my body as much as possible
-3 small workouts a day
-1 real meal a week
WHAT I ATE
-pickles (mostly)
-cucumber
-ricecakes
-kiwi
-lettuce
-diet drinks
-smoothies without sugar or juice
-yogurt (without sugar)
-low calorie stuff (like the 120cal ice or 5cal nudles)
-tomatoes
-salad (no cheese or anything)
-vegetable soup (the Pulver, it’s only 7cals!!)
