Somebody give me the rights to the LOTR cinematic productions so I can create a coming of age dramedy taking place during the seventeen years between Bilbo's 111th birthday party and Frodo leaving the Shire. I'd call it "The Shire Seventeen". It would not only include the Conspiracy as a backdrop but also a bunch of the development and growing up that was probably done within those seventeen years, that is entirely unrelated to the Ring.

It's a whole seventeen years worth of low-stakes hobbit Shire drama and shenanigans, guys-- I need that cozy comedy content.

OMG, the Eaton Fire just destroyed this mansion, which was built in 1887 in Altadena, California. It was the home of Andrew McNally (1838–1904), the co-founder and president of the publishing company Rand McNally. It was for sale, and here is the Zillow listing. It had 9bds, 6ba, 7,437 sq ft, and they were asking $3.78m. All gone, now.

I'm having a hard time processing that this home, that was so beautifully maintained and preserved no longer exists.

Geez.

It had a beautiful double-sided fireplace.

What a waste.

If I owned this, I would be going nutz, right now.

Look at this room, alone. It was magnificent.

The ceiling.

Details.

Remodeled kitchen and pantry.

Looks like it was a scullery.

Had beautiful tile.

Original railings.

Round bedroom with a fireplace nook.

Vintage bath.

The bedrooms were lovely.

Finished tower room w/a little balcony.

And, look at the conservatory.

This seriously sucks big time. I bet that car was burned, too.

And this is going to both save and destroy Jiang Cheng as he carries this weight alone.#Heartbreaking stuff! Didn't draw it in the comic because I wanted to draw a silly worm on a string!#WWX tried to help JC out of the knot but got stuck in it.#Those worm on a string tricks are harder than they look!#Also; it's been about a year since the last boat joke - but indeed this is the 11th boat of pd-mdzs. hi! im still going through it ‼️ slashing prices on all the comm types i offer 🗣🗣🗣

tbh literally all of the money ive the past month has gone to bills overdraft/late fees. i cant get groceries. final straw today one of the tires on my bike got busted & my acct is still overdrafted so i can't even get bus fare

i truly appreciate the support ive gotten, i would be in worse shape without it, im just really struggling to get stable again. i have 2 job interviews coming up so im hopeful but uhh yeah ! thank you all so much
