i don’t know if this is going to be a positive thing to hear or what but i am obsessed with your worlds worst target odyssey and i hope you continue sharing its all insane and incredible. have a good day and stuff
well see the thing is i quit like 4 months ago. so there’s not really anything new to share and there won’t be until i move back to california and pay that beast a visit to see if it’s still standing. but it’s all tagged with “#my job wrapped” if you’re feeling so inclined to take a horrible journey
#my apologies if you knew that already but if not basically the story is:#i worked there from august 2021 - february 2023. 18 months exactly to the day#and long story short i finally quit because my favorite lead left#because his husband got a promotion that meant they were moving to florida(the target in question is in los angeles)#and i was like literally take this job and shove it i ain’t working here no more#oh yeah and i had tried to get promoted just for the pay raise because i was trying to move out of my shithole apartment#but they couldn’t promote me because they already promoted too many people so they were basically keeping me on the back burner#until someone could be transferred and/or promoted out of the store#and there was like. no timeline for any of this shit. no real job description for this position they created for me that they could give me#and the idea of potentially having to stay in that apartment for 6 more months while i found a different job made me soooo mad#that i literally just put in my notice & came back to south carolina at the beginning of april so i could spend the summer with my hounds#and now i’m unemployed by choice until i go back to california. like a freak lol#but it’s like. i have a nice little chunk of savings i’d much rather spend my time & energy on things that matter#like WORKING OUT and REFAMILIARIZING MYSELF WITH THE ACT OF OPERATING A VEHICLE#which btw i couldn’t do at my shithole apartment because there was no parking#soooooo uh. Yeah!#oh wait you know what let me add the tag —>#my job wrapped

Keys
Bakugou fluff! Just something small because I haven’t posted in a while! Not proof read so sorry about any misspellings 😣!
Tumblr media
Your hands smell like metal as hangers make their way to some racks in front of you. The lanyard around your neck making you sore as you reach to rub the back of your skin.
A yawn pulls to your lips as you continue to walk around the store, today’s been pretty slow and nothing interesting ever happens so you’re always bored out of your mind.
Or that was until now. Heavy footsteps hit the hardwood floor, ash blonde hair catches your eye as he walks up to the register.
“Fuck, what is he doing here?” You thought to yourself as you see your super hero roommate walk in, his handsome face covered in dry blood and ash.
“I lost the fuckin’ key at work, gimme yours and I’ll pick you up later.” He grumbled as he looks at a little all might key chain that was on display.
“Couldn’t you have texted me about it and I would have dropped it off at your agency kat.” You sigh as you walk over to a cabinet, unlocking it and grabbing the key from your coach purse.
“Tch, I lost my fuckin’ phone too. The stupid villain took our shit to make a weapon.” He’s walking around now, eyes looking at everything, and all your coworkers hiding behind shelves and racks of clothes, trying to find out what your conversation was about.
“Be careful out there, dumbass. You’re filthy right now, I might just have to mop the floor once you leave.” He shoots you a look and snaps his lips.
“Wish you could do that in the house, ya pig.” He chuckles to himself, finding his comeback clever. You roll your eyes, but the sound of him makes your heart melt.
You walk out the register and follow to where he’s standing. His suit is ripped from the back, his muscular shoulder blade on display. His boots leave little marks on the floor, shit now you might actually need to mop when he leaves.
“Fuck this place is boring, can’t believe you work a nine to five y/n.” He snorts as he sees some knock off gucci shirt, walking over to the shoes where there’s knock off Jordan’s and literally every other brand.
“Sorry, not all of us have to luxury of being heros.” You replied, hitting his rip playfully.
“You could have.”
“I’m not talking about this anymore, Kat don’t you needa be saving people or something?” He turns to look at you, eyes annoyed that you’re kicking him out of your shitty store.
“Rushing me outta your job ain’t nice sweets.” His finger hooks at the bottom of your chin, heat fills your face as you pull away from his touch, now your coworkers are DEFINITELY staring.
“Since when do you like nice? Shut up and take the key.” The jingle of the dynamight keychain pulls his attention. His gloved hand takes the key and shoves it in his pocket.
“Let me know when you get off of work and I’ll come get ya. Ima’ cook tonight, don’t order nothin’.” You nod as he reaches down to kiss you, you smile softly at him as his lips brush against yours.
“Get me that all might keychain.” He whispers in your ear so no one else could hear, his ears pink with embarrassment. With a giggle you “mhm” in response and watch as your hero boyfriend walks out.
Your coworkers are gonna have a FIELD DAY with this now.

Bonus! :
“Katsuki where’s my key, ima be late to work!” You call out as you search around the living room table.
“Fuck about that, I lost it.” He walks into the room, hands in his sweat pockets as he looks at you with a bored expression.
“Fuck do you mean you lost it!? Bakugou I swear to god.” You pinch the bridge of your nose as you try to calm yourself down. He smacks his lips at you using his last name.
“Don’t go to work today then. Stay with me.” His voice is horse with neediness as he walks up to you, rough hands finding home at the curves of your waist.
“Katsuki..” you bite your lip at the thought of going back to bed with your boyfriend. Fuck it.
“Lemme go call in, but you’re buying me lunch!” He grins at your words and plants a kiss on your forehead.
“Whatever you want sweets, come back to bed when you’re done.” As katsuki walks away, he can’t help but play with the dynamight figure that was in his pocket, his fingers careful to not touch the keys. 😉

Now or Never- Huskerdust
@furryrainbowscreature, I promised I’d tag you once I finished the oneshot, so here it is!
This is just some cute Huskerdust confession/first kiss that I randomly came up with, and I really hope you guys enjoy it! These guys make me sick /pos, they’re so sweet 🥺💕
Angel Dust is well and truly in love.
In all his years, alive and deceased, he’d never thought he would say it— but it’s glaringly obvious by the flush of his cheeks and the spring in his step as he slowly makes his way downstairs, to the bar where he knows the man of his dreams— and quite possibly nightmares— will be.
The letter clenched in his shaking arms suddenly feels as if it’s crafted of pure lead, and he periodically switches the paper from hand to hand to avoid dampening it with nervous sweat as he traverses the stairs. He’s terrified about doing this tonight, so soon after they’d both almost lost their lives and their friends… but something inside him wants it over it, wants the “now-or-never” to become simply a “now”.
In a rare turn of events, Husk doesn’t have a drink in hand, and Angel is glad to see it. He offers the stocky man a smile that he hopes looks casual as he sits, setting the letter gently onto his lap and tapping the counter. Husk has turned his back to him, he notices, and he gathers his courage to speak, hoping his voice doesn’t betray his nerves.
“One of my usual, if ya please,” he calls, and Husk glances around, grinning when he catches Angel’s eyes.
    “Comin’ right up, Legs.”
Angel chuckles as Husk gets to work, making the same drink that Angel’s ordered every night for weeks, muttering each instruction under his breath as he goes. It’s flattering, almost, to think that Husk would remember something so small about him— but there ain’t that many people who stop for drinks daily here, he chides himself. Don’t get cocky.
“Here you are,” Husk grins, setting down a glass and filling it to the brim with the bubbly, bright-green liquid. “One emerald isle, on the rocks.”
Angel accepts the drink, the cold a welcome feeling on his warm palms. “Thank ya, Whiskers.” He takes a sip, relishing the springy taste of the drink, hoping that the liquid courage will bolster his confidence. It’s difficult to swallow, almost, and Angel finds it has the opposite of a desired effect; every sip makes him queasier than the last.
It’s stupid, really, how positively dumb Husk makes him. Angel is no stranger to the ins and outs of flirting, as it’s quite literally his job, but something about the fellow sinner erases everything he’s ever practiced, every wink and sly comment that crosses his mind vanishing the moment he flashes him that goddamned smile.
Hypothetically, it would be so easy for Angel to treat the man like just another actor in a shoot— flirt, fuck, and get on with it, as Valentino always says to him— but he knows deep down that Husk deserves better. He spent nearly an hour this morning pouring his heart out onto the paper now hidden in his lap, something he hasn’t done since he was alive (and twelve). It’s embarrassing, but he knows he’ll chicken out if he attempts to do otherwise, and so he steels his nerves and clears his throat after downing the rest of his cocktail.
    “Heya, whiskers?”
Husk glances up, and the breath is knocked out of Angel almost immediately at the slightly curious tilt of his head, one of many quirks of his that no one but Angel ever seems to notice.
“Yeah?” Husk lets out a quick laugh at the sight of the spider’s empty glass. “Ya need another drink?”
Angel sighs, setting down his cup. “No, actually…”
This is it, Anthony. Don’t fuck it up. No pressure.
“I’ve got somethin’ to give ya.” He sucks in a breath, ignoring the drop of his stomach, his instincts screaming at him. Without another word, he shoves the letter towards Husk, not waiting for him to open it before leaping out of his seat and hurrying back up the stairs, his heart pounding in his chest as he slams his door behind him. He hears the faintly annoyed muttering of some guest he’s awoken next door, but he doesn’t quite care.
“Fuck,” he groans, dragging his hands down his face. “Fucking idiot, fuck, fuck.” Slowly, he walks to his bed and flops onto it, fighting the urge to jump right out the window to his left and run off into the hills— but because cursing at the sky and packing his bags hasn’t helped his situation thus far, he simply sags and waits for a tap on his shoulder, followed by Husk’s condescending face as he rejects him, leaving him in the dust. Fat Nuggets comes toddling towards him, and he cuddles the pig close, letting himself laugh at the childishness of his confession as he prepares for failure.
What comes instead, however, is somehow worse. He startles as he hears three soft raps on the door, followed by a soft creak as it opens.
“Hey, Legs?” Husk’s voice is quiet, careful.
Angel sits up, blinking, flushing pinker than the suit he’s neglected to change out of. “Husk,” he answers, unsure what to say. There’s a certain awkwardness in the air, so thick it’s palpable, and just when he thinks he can’t take it, Husk breaks the silence.
“That was really sweet… that letter you gave me, I mean.” The older man clears his throat, and Angel’s heart skips a beat as he watches Husk tentatively take a seat on the edge of his bed. “I… didn’t know you felt that way.”
Angel feels his stomach threaten to climb out of his throat. “Ah, shit, Husk, I’m so sorry. I shouldn'ta done that to ya, shouldn’ta put you in this position… ya don’t have to—“
He’s suddenly cut off by Husk leaning forward, silencing him with an abrupt kiss and sending his words flying away into the never-ending darkness outside. Angel gasps before reaching up to cup Husk’s face in his hands, returning the kiss with fervor.
It’s nothing like the fake, ‘sexy’ kisses he has to endure at the studio, nor the disgustingly slobbery ones from Val that leave him feeling awful for hours afterward. No, the sensation of Husk’s mouth on his is like being perfectly devoured, every inch of his soul pouring into the kiss. It’s nothing short of divine, and he finds himself savoring every moment of it.
All too soon, Husk pulls away, and Angel finally lets himself catch a breath. “Oh,” he whispers, much to Husk’s apparent amusement, as the other sinner pulls him into a tight, bone-crushing hug.
“You’re fuckin’ wonderful, Angel,” Husk says, and Angel can practically hear the smile in his voice. “Thanks for lettin’ me know that you feel the same.”
Angel feels his heart flutter once more, and he laughs into Husk’s soft fur. Husk keeps holding him close, and the two sit in comfortable silence. Fat Nuggets snuggles up next to Angel’s side once more, and the two of them smile fondly at the pig.
“So…” Angel scratches Fat Nuggets’ head. “What now?”
Husk shifts them both so that Angel is sitting in his lap, upsetting the pet next to them and causing the pig to scurry off somewhere else. Angel chuckles, wrapping his arms around Husk’s neck.
“I say we get back to kissin’,” Husk suggests, and Angel feels his soul swell with love for the umpteenth time as he leans in once more.

Strictly Professional (Chapter 1)
After living with your family for most of your life, you finally get to move out and find an office job in Devildom. The cost of living is low and the income is high and you make Devildom your new home. But no one is nice to you and ignores you. Except for the white-haired, tall demon that works a few floors above you. You want to get to know him. You even get a crush on him. You want to ask him out but is that a good idea?
Characters: Mammon, Reader, MC
Ship: Reader x Mammon
Genre: Romance
Tags: Office romance, Office AU, Alternate Universe, Slow Burn, Eventual Romance, Reader character is not the MC who went to RAD but is a post RAD MC, Mammon has changed after going to RAD, I do not know if there will be smut in this so I’m tagging it T for now, fluff, gender-neutral reader, race-neutral reader.
A/n:  I'm not sure how many chapters there will be but this is a multi-chapter fic. I thought of this while working at my office job and wished I had a coworker like Mammon to crush on. I think he'd make a good office worker because then he'd find a reason to try to work towards something. Check it out on AO3.
Masterlist
Shit
You’re running late for work. It’s the first official day of work after they finally trained you for the job, and you’re late.
You have 5 minutes before you can leave to catch the train. You allocate that time to throwing on business casual attire that’s not ironed but less wrinkled than your other clothes, throwing on some shoes and shoving your reusable water bottle in your backpack, which you’d fill at work. You thank the heavens that you showered the night before. You step out the door, lock your apartment and walk swiftly to the train station.
You make it on time for the train and sigh with relief when you take a seat. You look through the window at the dark atmosphere of Devildom. You are starting to get used to it and getting used to being one of the few humans who lived and worked in Devildom.
Years ago Lord Diavolo started allowing humans and angels to work and commute to Devildom after the success of the RAD student exchange program. At first, humans were critical of traveling to literal Hell, but there were benefits to living and working there on a visa. You make a lot more money in Devildom compared to the human world and the cost of living is very low. You’re not sure of your long-term goals but for now, you knew you wanted out of your family’s house and to explore the novelty of Devildom until you made enough money to buy a place of your own in the Human World.
Demons are a bit scary to be around but there is a law allowing humans to live safely without fear of being eaten or abused. You hope that most demons would follow that, at least. So far with months of living there, you were fine.
You make it to the nearest station to work, making sure to gather your bag. You do not have time to grab coffee at the local coffee shop, so you will be getting the shitty drip coffee at work.
You trek the fifteen-minute distance to work, trying to avoid breaking a sweat and made it to the door. You are cut off by a demon taller than you but he holds the door open for you. You thank him and were given a, “It ain’t a problem” from him.
It’s a simple act of kindness and most demons let the door slam in your face. This is refreshing. You both make it to the elevator door and you push the call button. You finally glance up at him.
Holy shit. He’s hot. He’s a demon and you know you should not be seeing him in that way, but he was totally your type. He stands taller than you, busily tapping away on his phone to notice you. You observe his silver-white hair contrasting his light brown skin and his ocean-blue eyes with a hint of gold.
Ding.
The elevator’s here. You both step on and press the button for your respective department floors. Silence hangs between the two of you. Should you be talking to him? That would be weird, right? Talking to a complete stranger that does not even work on your floor? You let your thoughts on how to open a conversation with him swim in your mind and before you know it, the elevator stops at your floor. Wordlessly, you exit the elevator and the doors shut, leaving the hot demon in your memories. What would be the chances of seeing him again with how large your company was?
Your first official day of work is stressful. You work in the customer service department and every client you speak with over the phone is rude or just straight-up nasty. You wonder if it’s because they’re all demons. How can this be worse than when you worked in the retail industry in the Human World?
Nearly every call has to be transferred to your supervisor because they refuse to take the only plausible solution to their problem. Your supervisor becomes vexed with you and yells at you for not doing your job well enough to prevent the call escalations. This makes you spend your lunch break crying in the bathroom. Nothing prepared you for how terrible this day would be.
By the time you clock out, you are completely burnt out. You sit at your desk, head in your hands, taking a breather before your commute home. That’s when you hear the thundering and pelting rain.
Fuck.
You did not bring an umbrella. You did not even know you would need one in Devildom. You sigh. Can this day get any worse?
You get on the elevator, trying to mentally prepare to be drenched on the way to the train station. And there he is. The nice, hot demon from this morning. He has an umbrella in hand. Could this be a second chance?
You want to say something to him this time, but what?
“That rain is coming down real strong, huh?” you say.
Talking about the weather. Real creative.
He chuckles, “Yeah. First storm in a while.”
“I didn’t know that storms like this existed down here in Devildom. At least one of us has an umbrella.”
“Oh, you’re from the Human World? Yeah, someone should’ve warned ya.”
You laugh. “Yeah. But I guess it is what it is.”
The elevator arrives at the ground floor, now. You both step off and make your way to the exit. He stops.
“Here.”
He hands you his umbrella. You are surprised by his kindness.
“Are you… sure?” you ask slowly.
“Yeah! I mean, wouldn’t want ya first Devildom storm to drench ya, right?”
You smile. “Thank you!”
“No problem,” he says with a smile wide enough to show that his canine teeth were a bit longer than what you are used to.
You go to ask him his name but he is already running out the door and into the rain.

I just found ur blog and read thru some of ur stuff and im in love !! Ur writing is nice to read, and always gives a nice picture of the situation
If its aight, could u do some headcannons for the demon bros Finding out mc goes real hard on housekeeping ? Im talking fast and good cleaning, does chores without problems, propably even cleans after them (totally doesnt mother them in anyway), all without complaint, mc just cares
Housekeeper MC!
(Feat. GN!MC and the Demon Bros)
✦ ✦ ✦ ✦ ✦ ✦ ✦ ✦ ✦ ✦ ✦ ✦ ✦ ✦ ✦
Lucifer
The fact that he didn't have to shove a mop and bucket into your hands like the evil stepmother has him like 👀👀
Out of every person he's met, you and Barb are the only ones that actually enjoy cleaning? And now he's wondering if you've been influenced by him in some way because got damn are those floors sparkling-
Ever since you've arrived, the house has been immaculate. But as much as he enjoys that, he worries that you aren't leaving enough chores for his brothers to do.
They're gonna be lazy at this rate, especially if you keep cleaning up after them like that. He's planning to sit you down and have a good talk about how you should rest a bit, and- D...did you polish his desk????
"MC... as grateful as I am to you, I thought I asked you to rest? You don't have to clean every little thing in this house. You're here as our guest, and more, so I won't have you behaving like a maid. But if you're that interested in keeping your hands busy, you may feel free to maintain my desktop. It looks as good as new, thanks to you."
Mammon
Oh, so you're one of THOSE types, huh? The goody goodies that like to make everything clean and sparkly, huh?? Well don't expect him to help ya!
Was an asshole at first. Made messes to see if you'd clean them, tried to dump his chores on you, etc. But now that you've stolen his heart? Yeah, he wants you to sit down.
You're messing up your hands with all that time spent scrubbing crevices and dusting ugly old paintings, when you could be spending time with him!
Tch, that's it! If it's chores that're keeping you from looking his way, he'll just finish them before you can do anything! Checkmate!
"You're always scrubbin' somethin'! Let my brothers take care of the messes, while YOU sit down and watch this movie with me! Ain't no point in watchin' it by myself, so I ain't takin' no for an answer!" "Huh?? Waddya mean 'when was the last time I vacuumed'??"
Levi
Oi oi oi...! What do you think you're doing with that feather duster?! You don't think you've got the right to approach his figures with it, do you?! WRONG!
But you quickly discover how ticklish Levi is, and he squirms out of your way while watching in horror as you... delicately handle every figure? And dust them from top to bottom, without so much as an accessory out of place..?
Wait... are you seriously okay with picking up all that trash?? S-some of it's sticky from all the junk food, and- Gah! Don't go messing around in his closet!!!
Yeahhh Levi doesn't let you clean his room lmao. It's way too stimulating to watch you carefully touch every surface in his room... I-it's like you're heaven everything with your presence, and...
"S-so yeah! The only things you're allowed to clean are the figures and the outside of Henry's tank! Nothing else, got it?! Anything more and I seriously won't be able to handle it...I won't even be able to sit still in my own room......." 👉👈
Satan
Satan found it funny how willing you were to take up every little chore there was to be done in the house and he's got to admit, reading is much more enjoyable in a tidy environment.
But what he REALLY wants to know is how you managed to dust off every single book in the house, his room included, without him?? Knowing?? And you've done every shelf as well, cleaned out the cobwebs behind it, and even repaired that little tear in the upholstery of his favorite arm chair????
Has also deduced that you're probably the maid character in the books that knows everything. Actually, you're a lot like Barbatos. What secrets are you hiding human 🔫
Just kidding. But yeah, when you insist on dusting his room, he follows you around the room and watches you. You know, just in case you fall or something falls on you! No other reason.
"As much as I like having you here all to myself, it makes me feel bad watching you do that by yourself. Why don't you we clean together? We'll get it done twice as fast, and when we're finished, I'd like to read a book to you. You remind me of a certain character from a murder mystery novel I've started."
Asmo
Eeehhh?!?!? You've seriously managed to organize both his endless skin care product collection, and his ENTIRE wardrobe?!? You're amazing...!
And you don't stop there. You were more than happy to clean his tub for him and everything, and you know how hard it is to get oil off the side of a tub, right? You're a lifesaver!
Asmo casually pawns off his chores too you. Oh, he just did his nails! Can you do the dishes? Ah, he just bought this outfit. Can you take out the trash? He's about to go out with his friends to a party, so be a dear and take care of the common bathroom for him?
Lucifer scolds the shit out of him every time he catches him doing that. You're welcome. But don't think Asmo won't repay you! He'll give you so much love, you'll be drowning in it! Figuratively or literally, depending on your preferences-
"Fufufu... if you wanted my attention, you should've just told me! You didn't have to go tidying up my shoe collection, but I'm happy you did~! If you keep spoiling me like this, I might not be able to keep my hands off of you! Unless... that's what you wanted?"
Beel
Things tend to get pretty messy with Beel around, with the trail of crumbs he always leaves in his wake, and how he manages to get every surface he touches sticky. But you must be a miracle worker...
You're like a living roomba, and his ravenous appetite is no match against your cleaning skills! You seem to predict when the food bits will fall, and it's thanks to you that he can eat without a care in the world!
It's actually kind of scary, though. He'll drop a bite of his sandwich and move down to retrieve it to eat, and... it's gone. Poof. Into the ether of the garbage can...
You can still rest once in a while though, you know? Beel offers to help you with the cleaning, and he's more than happy to let you climb up his shoulders to reach those high places. It makes him happy to know he can lend a hand.
"MC, I already cleaned over here so you don't have to do it. I cleaned there, too. That means you don't have anything else to do, so why don't you have a lunch break with me? It's not good to work so hard all the time."
Belphie
Belphie's one for the more observant brothers, so your clean freak habits didn't go unnoticed. He didn't know if you were obsessed with cleaning, or if you genuinely enjoyed it, but at least you were doing it without a fuss?
And man did you do a good job. Everywhere you cleaned was left with the lingering smell of vanilla and lavender, and... you know, the smell is making him sleepy.
Every pillow his head touches seems especially fluffy, too! When he found out you made a regular habit of washing and fluffing them, and they smell amazing... He feels like he's laying on a cloud...
He won't admit it genuinely, but he really does love what you're doing with the place. It makes him feel a little fuzzy inside when he finds his pillow on his bed, freshly laundered and soft to the touch. He clings to it extra tight those nights.
"You know if you keep this up, I might prefer the pillows to your lap. Ah, but don't worry, I don't really mean it. There's no way a pillow could replace you, no matter how good it smells. I think."

JUST CURIOUS OR NOOOOT....if you’re open or not, that’s cool~....
*slides a hundred your way*
I must know, what would it be like for Levi, Erwin, and lastly HANGE *clears throat* to be with a Black S/O, but here’s the catch. They’re the only black person behind the wall..well atleast what’s his name comes around..
Also, Drink plenty of water, stay hydrated, sleep well, relax, breathe, happy Valentine’s Day ❤️
Aight I gotchu babes, lemme get that hunnid up outcha 😏. And thank you so much 🥺 same to you!!
I feel like I gave more to Erwin and Hange than Levi, but I love these three equally 😭✋🏽. But, hope you enjoy this!
Headcanons: what it’s like with the only black s/o behind the walls.
Levi Ackerman:
Tumblr media
When he first met you, he’s like “what in the fuck-“
He never meant it in bad way, oh no ma’am. It’s just that NO ONE has ever seen anyone like you before, let alone thought there were people of a different race.
But knowing Levi, and seeing his resting bitch face.. how could you ever know 💀.
My guy literally lived in the UNDERGROUND, on some “City of Ember” type shit, and has never seen someone like you before.
When you decided to join the Survery Corps. then eventually choosing the Scouts after being top of your class. He took it as an opportunity to observe you (well, him and like twenty, thirty other people 💀), whenever y’all sat and talked about expedition plans with Hange and the Commander, he enjoyed listening to you speak your mind and blast your opinions.
And don’t get me started on how strong and open-minded you are.
Eventually, he’ll start catching feelings. He’ll talk to you more, occasionally praise you for a job well done more than he’s done ANYONE else. He’ll even fucking compliment you and pick up on little things you’ve done.
Of course, when the other brats get outta hand when it comes to awful flirting and tryna see what that thang do. He shuts that shit down before it can even start.
“Oi. Get the fuck outta here before I use you as live bait for the Titans.”
Best believe they skedaddled.
He asks if you’re okay, and to tell him that if anyone else makes you uncomfortable like that again so he could properly whoop they ass.
Y’all get to talking and.. somehow talk most of the day away.
When he heard you laugh, he was struck. His heart pounding, though he couldn’t help but feel a smile tug at his lips.
Then, he asks you to be his. Which you accept with pride.
He’s always there to help you with wash days if you need it. He loves helping you, even if he doesn’t really show it.
Oh, and that discrimination shit? Y’all can cut that shit out right now cuz Levi don’t play.
Teamwork makes the dream work when it comes to cleaning. He’s impressed at how much better you are at it than he others.
Oh and your COOKING babyyy
He be stingy with it for sure. He was big mad when everybody else wanted some, at least you saved some pie for him.
And y’all are partners in fucking crime. Y’all be bodying Titans left and right bruh. Don’t nobody want the smoke.
Erwin Smith:
Tumblr media
Oh my lawd, why is he so fine and RESPECTFUL 😔✊🏽.
Okay, okay this ain’t about me rn heheh.
Honestly, he’ll be flabbergasted to be in your presence. He’s never seen someone of a different race before, he wondered were there more of you on the outside?
When he saw you the first time on the return from another expedition outside the walls. His eyes met you and he was just.. amazed. He was sure that he wasn’t seeing things but, he had to see you again.
When he couldn’t find you, he had to come to the conclusion that you were a hallucination. I mean, he was exhausted, sleep deprived, and hungry.
But, eventually he found you by yourself at the bridge. He was amazed at how the morning sun made you glow, reflecting off of your brown skin.
When you caught him staring, he choked on his words as he rambled with apologies. This made you smile, inviting him to sit and enjoy the morning with you.
Y’all started talking and you just.. clicked. When he heard your laugh for the first time, he had it bad.
He tried visiting you as much as he could, even if it was only a simple “hello, how are you?” or the slightest of small talk.
When the Walls were invaded, you were helpless. No one bothered to help you, either saving their own asses or being eaten alive. You couldn’t count the times where you were so close to meeting death. You refused to become a victim and have fear control you.
When you joined the Scouts, he was shocked to you standing here before him. Your fist over your heart as you announce yourself. He never thought you would be here about to risk your life everyday.
But, he saw that fire in your eyes and smiled.
He couldn’t guarantee your safety but would do everything in his power to make sure nothing happens to you.
He’s a busy man. No matter how much he wanted to, he couldn’t sit and talk with you all of the time. If you were lucky, he’d send a smile or even a wink your way.
Though, he’s often caught you by yourself again, watching the sunset or gazing into the night sky. The way you skin would glow made him look back on old times.
He sits with you, talking the night away and making you smile again.
Overtime, you eventually get closer. When you originally closed yourself of because of the events of “That Day”, but opened up more and more when you both were together.
Whenever somebody tries to snitch on you to him, you’re literally not phased by this shit.
“Tell him then, I don’t give no fuck! Matter of fact, I’ll tell him for you!”
He honestly adores how you don’t take shit from anybody, but he lets you get away with a little bit of things. He won’t reprimand you but will give you a slap on the wrist if you went too far with something.
Whenever he says something unintentionally funny, you just crack up laughing. Like, you are wheezing so silently and rolling on the floor in tears. He couldn’t help but chuckle and shake his head at how silly you were.
He adored everything about you. Your laugh, how your skin glows in the light, your captivating smile, and how you weren’t playing games with nobody.
This time, he realizes his growing feelings for you.
Eventually, he confesses his feelings to you. Like this man is poetic as hell, he’s listing off everything he loves about you, even the little things made his heart soar. You were honestly shocked that your Commander felt this way about you.. but you couldn’t lie and say you didn’t feel the same.
After y’all get boo’d up, you’re basically a power couple.
Somebody got one time to talk shit about you, on god he is on them like white on rice.
“If you say one more word about them, I will personally make sure that on the next expedition, I will leave you behind...”
Ah, don’t you just love it when it he gets serious and protective?
And both y’all side-eye the fuck outta people when they don’t rub you the right way.
Wash days? He’s all for it. Once he sees your arms drooping, clearly worn out from washing your hair, he’ll happily roll up his sleeves and get up in there.
Bruh, have you seen his hands?? You KNOW his massages are bomb af, like you damn near fall asleep everytime he massages and scratches your scalp.
Don’t get him started on your cooking, he’d do anything for it. He gets so happy when you save extra plates for him to eat later.
When push comes to shove and everyone’s losing their shit, you have to be strong. Erwin’s always motivated you and inspired you, if humanity had any chance to survive, you had to show it.
“Y’all need to get yo shit together PERIODT! It’s okay to be scared, but we won’t make it out of this if you keep actin’ like this! Y’all signed up to protect humanity right?! Well, show these Titans who they fuckin’ with!”
After hearing that.. he wanted to marry you.
(bonus: let’s say that he’s alive 💀 cuz I literally cried when he got clapped like how-)
When you were finally able to go outside the walls without any fear of the Titans, you felt free.
When you came across the ocean, he couldn’t take his eye off of how amazed you looked at the clear blue waters, the sun making it shine towards its horizon.
“It’s everything Cadet Arlelt said, right? Where there’s an ocean.. there’s other lands, eventually other enemies.”
“I know. We made it this far, it’s only right that we keep goin’.”
Hange Zoë:
Tumblr media
Hange can GET IT MM- 🤧 they are literally so fine.
oh, and it’s kinda canon that they’re non-binary so 😃.
This’ll be after you first join the Scouts and baby they was on you like white on rice INSTANTLY.
They’ve never seen anyone like you before. It was almost forbidden to learn or talk about anything beyond the walls, were there more of you?? Where did you come from?
Though, they’re outta pocket questions and lack of knowledge of something called, “personal space” kinda made you nervous so they brought down a couple notches.
When they got to know you more, they were just ecstatic to see you.
When Hange caught you alone, basking in the warm embrace of the sun, they couldn’t take the throbbing of their heart as your dark skin was shining.
When you eventually start dating, they had no problem putting folks in their place when they try you.
“Alright, I see that you have quite a lot to say about my s/o! I bet you won’t be spouting a word when you come face to face with Titan. I’ll happily let you see them up close..”
They’d absolutely kill for your cooking. Deadass. If they’re not the first and last one to get a plate, they’ll be big mad for a hot minute.
I’m sure they observe you a lot, especially when it comes to your routines and how you try your best not to smell like a hunnid cans of bounce dat ass 💀. So when wash day comes and you’re kinda tired after training, they’ll happily wash your hair for you.
They’ll praise you for all the hard work you’ve done, giving you little forehead kisses, massaging and giving light scratches to your scalp.
OOH WEE- you are in absolute heaven with them.
Both of y’all share that chaotic energy, bugging the hell outta Levi when you get the chance.
When it comes to fighting Titans, y’all don’t play! When it’s time to put the moves on ‘em you do it!

Word Count: 4,300ish

A/N: Enjoy!
_________
Twenty Hours Later
“Welcome home,” said Jensen, climbing out of his SUV the same time as you. You raised an eyebrow as you looked at the cabin in front of you. “You gonna carry your shit or what? Bodyguard, not your butler.”
“When you said cabin, I thought-”
“I told you. We’re off the grid. Most off the grid people don’t have quartz countertops and crown molding in their homes,” he said. “This is as good as I could get last second.”
“As long as it’s clean,” you said. He laughed and you stared back at him. “What?”
“Okay princess. There ain’t no cleaning service out here. You want something cleaned in there, you do it yourself,” he said. He slung a duffel bag over his shoulder and tossed one at you, nearly knocking you to the ground. “I’ll even let you pick which room you want.”
“Might take the kidnapping at this point,” you said, sighing as you followed him across the dirt yard. “We drove back in here for like an hour.”
“Hour and a half actually. Nobody’s finding us,” he said. He grabbed a key from under the rock by the door and undid the lock, swinging the door open wide. “Home sweet home.”
You followed him inside and cocked your head.
“Okay, this place is a lot nicer than I was expecting.”
“I guess I’ll take that as a compliment,” he said, tossing a bag back towards a hall. You set your bag down on the kitchen table, narrowing your eyes at a picture on the wall. There was a little boy with a fishing pole and a pair of familiar green eyes staring back.
“Is this your cabin?” you asked, nodding to the photo.
“It’s in the family. Dad let me have it when I got out of the service,” he said. “I needed some alone time to decompress a bit. It’s safe. Trust me.”
“You were a cute kid. Too bad you’re sort of an asshole now,” you said.
“You were an asshole first,” he said with a shrug.
“I’m not a fan of some stranger coming into my life and telling me how to live it,” you said.
“I’m not telling you how to live your life, Y/N. That’s not my job. Keeping you safe is,” he said. “There’s two bedrooms. We have to share a bathroom.”
“Alright,” you said, Jensen pushing open a few solid wood doors. One was furnished a bit plainly and had a queen size bed, the other a set of bunkbeds and a full bed shoved against the wall.
“Take it,” he said, nodding towards the larger room.
“You’re bigger than me,” you said.
“Yeah, well that’s true but you’re also paying me. Take the bigger bed. The couch is a pullout anyways. Go on,” he said. You sighed and set your bag down on the bench, Jensen tossing his bag in the other room. “I need to go into town and finish getting supplies. Before I do that, we need to go over a few ground rules.”
“Of course we do,” you said, plopping back on the bed and watching a cloud of dust appear in the air.
“There’s a first aid kit in the cabinet over the fridge. There’s an emergency satellite phone there also that is to only be used in a real emergency. Washer and dryer we use once a week. There’s a solar panel on the back of the cabin that’ll help save us gas. We’re going to try and limit needing to use the generator more than we need to. There’s not much in the way of hot water. There’s a lake nearby and a few trails you can walk around but they’re probably overgrown at this point. Unless you’re in danger, never leave the premises. If you need something that’s not here or on the list, tell me now. I want to limit trips to town to once a month if possible.”
“Cleaning supplies,” you said as you sat up. “This place is dusty.”
“Alright. I’ll be back in about four hours,” he said, turning to leave. “There’s a shotgun in the gun safe. Key is in the nightstand drawer. Try to keep out of trouble.”
He didn’t look back as he left, the door opening and shutting, the sound of an engine turning on and slowly back away.
“Well. Might as well try to make this place more livable in the meantime.”
Four Hours Later
“Hey. I’m back,” said Jensen. You lifted your head up from the couch, Jensen flipping on the light switch. “You don’t have to sit in the dark.”
“You said to save the generator.”
“During the day. It’s after eight,” he said. He made a few trips in and out before he finally locked the door after himself. His nose twitched and he glanced over at you. “It doesn’t smell as musty in here.”
“A wet towel works when you don’t have a swiffer,” you said.
“I grabbed fast food,” he said, setting a bag down on the table. “Eat up. Last take out for a while.”
“I was thinking while you were gone,” you said, Jensen putting things away while you took out a burger and a box of fries.
“I bet that was difficult,” he mumbled.
“You know I’m not gonna stay here if you’re gonna be an ass.”
“I frankly don’t give two fucks. I’m here for money. You want to go do this job back home, that’s fine with me,” he said.
“Well fuck you,” you said. You got up and went outside, not getting too far from the cabin before it was pitch black. You stopped by the end of the truck, staring at the darkness you knew was the dirt trail that would eventually get you to the main road.
“Don’t be an idiot,” said Jensen as he stepped outside.
“Why do you care? I already paid you,” you said. “You know what? Why don’t you just go and leave me here by myself. That way you don’t have to hang out with the dumbass actress.”
“I never said you were a dumbass.”
“You literally said that thinking was difficult for me not two minutes ago. Maybe I don’t know every little thing about whatever the fuck badass shit you learned in murder school but I am not the helpless bimbo you think I am.”
“Do not trivialize taking a life. You have no idea what it does to you.”
“I know a thing or two. Don’t assume you know a thing about me.”
“I had a full background worked up on you. You never-”
“The summer I was a camp counselor? You remember reading about that in your little background check? Another counselor drowned at camp that year. I know a thing or two.”
“Drowning is not the same as-”
“You have no clue what I’m capable of.”
“What? You saying you did it?” he asked, crossing his arms at you.
“It was an accident. It could have happened to any single one of us,” you said. “Don’t use that whiny little bitch excuse for being a hardass. People die and sometimes it’s your fault. It doesn’t give you a free for all to be an ass.”
“An accident isn’t the same thing,” he said. He walked over and narrowed his eyes. “Inside. Now.”
“No. I should have followed my first instinct and fired you,” you said. You spun back around, barely getting a step in as strong arms wrapped around you and lifted you off the ground. “Hey! Put me down!”
“You’re a freaking idiot,” he said as he carried your squirming self back inside. He set you down at the table, shoving your shoulder when you tried to get up. “Eat and go to bed.”
“I’m not-”
“Do you have any idea why I’m a hardass? Why that might be? If I give a shit about you, I can’t do my job because then I’m going to worry. I’m going to worry about how you’re feeling and I don’t have time for that. You had a scare, fine. I calmed you down. Out here, you have to suck it up and deal on your own. I will keep you safe but we’re not friends. We’re a boss and employee and that’s it. Eat your damn dinner and go to sleep.”
He grabbed the bag with the remainder of the food and went into the other bedroom, slamming the door behind him.
“Dick,” you said quietly. Ten minutes later you were changed into your pajamas and crawled under the blankets, staring out the dark window. “I just wanna go home.”
You didn’t speak when you made your way into the kitchen the next morning. Jensen was sat at the table with some rugged looking laptop and a cup of coffee. It probably worked off a satellite if you had to guess. You poured a cup from the pot for yourself before heading outside with it. You walked over to the dock on the small pond nearby, staring out at the calm water as you sipped on the warm liquid.
“You didn’t kill anyone you know,” you heard behind you. You didn’t turn but did hear one of the boards creak. “Being unable to save a guy who shouldn’t have been out there in the first place doesn’t make you a murderer.”
“I was on lifeguard duty that day,” you said.
“Yeah. That day. You weren’t at work when it happened. No body made that guy go underage drinking and swimming in the middle of the night. In a thunderstorm.”
“We were all drinking. No one was paying attention to the storm. It was the first and last time I’ve ever been drunk.”
“It wasn’t your fault. It was no one’s,” he said.
“I know. You think I should get over it,” you said, wrapping your arms around yourself in the cool air.
“I was going to say, it wasn’t your fault but I get feeling responsible for things that aren’t your responsibility.”
“I guess,” you said. “You find out who this person is yet?”
“No. I’m going to be spending most of my time working at that. Don’t go too far from the cabin, alright?” he said. He began to walk away and you turned your head, looking him up and down.
“I thought you didn’t want me going outside,” you said.
“Not alone at night, no. You can’t see your surroundings. During the day, stay within eye sight of the cabin and I think it’s acceptable for you to be on your own a bit.”
“Jensen,” you said. He turned and looked at you, waiting for you. “If I pay you more will you at least try to be a little nicer like you were just now?”
“Listen to what I say and I’ll be the nicest guy in the world,” he said, heading back to the cabin. “You want breakfast, make your own.”
“Good chat, Jensen,” you said, shaking your head at him.
When you’d finished with your coffee you popped inside to put on some clothes better suited for outside. He gave you a quick glance before you slipped on some sneakers and had a hand on the door.
“Ah ah,” he said. The chair scratched against the floor and next thing you knew, he was right there, reaching into his back pocket. He held up a small little thing and pushed a button, flipping a blade out. “Switch blade. From now on, this doesn’t leave your side ever. I don’t care if it’s the middle of the night and you’re taking a piss. It goes with you.”
“Keep it with me. Understood,” you said. He put it in your palm and nodded.
“Open it.” You flipped it open and stared at him. “Where would you use it?”
“Maybe I’ll stab the guy in the dick. How’s that sound?” you asked. He smiled a little and looked away.
“Not a bad choice. Vulnerable points if you have time to think. Aim low. Up here, rib cage will try to do its job. It may hurt but not incapacitate. Down low, you got better odds. All else fails, just try to stab something.”
“I got it,” you said, slipping it into your pocket. He took hold of your arm as you started to leave and you groaned. “What now?”
“The keys to the truck are under the rock by the corner of the house. The flat one. If you have to get out of here for some reason and I can’t take you, you take yourself and don’t think twice,” he said.
“I understand,” you said.
“Well...enjoy your day,” he said. He dropped your arm and went back to his computer. You headed outside and started to explore before he could come up with even more rules for you to follow.
Four Hours Later
You were stood on the edge of the shore, trying to teach yourself to skip rocks on the water when you heard a rustling behind you. Your head shot back over your shoulder, Jensen wearing a strange smirk on his face.
“What’s wrong?” you asked.
“You’re not very good at that,” he said, picking up a flatter rock. “You need to flick your wrist more.”
“You know how to do everything, don’t you.”
“I spent more than a few summers here. Not a whole lot to do,” he said. “Got it all the way out to the catskills over there once.”
“You’re not worried about my lack of rock skipping skills,” you said. He shook his head and shot a rock out, getting a few skips off before he stood by your side. “I can take it. What’d you find out?”
“How often do you read in detail the contracts your manager gives you?” he asked.
“For my shows, word for word. Appearances, I skim sometimes. Why?”
“You sign anything with Boom stunt services lately?” he asked.
“I signed some insurance thing I think, so I could do a few stunts on the show,” you said. Jensen nodded and crossed his arms. “What?”
“Your manager lied to you. He thought you were getting stuck in a rut with your show, your wildly successful show, so he hired a stunt man, one you signed off on and agreed to fake kidnap you. Even the drugging part of it. To help your image. Make you appear strong but vulnerable. You actually got a lot of offers recently for good movies after what’s happened.”
“My manager…” you trailed off, balling your hands up. You stormed back towards the cabin, Jensen on your heels. “I’m gonna fucking kill him! What the fuck is wrong with him!”
“Technically, you did sign a document saying you understood the arrangement,” said Jensen. “But obviously not. Based on what I’ve found and saw happening before, there’s no credible threat against you. My suggestion would be a lawyer at this point.”
“Can you take me home now please, Jensen,” you said, squeezing your eyes shut.
“I’ll load up the truck. We’ll be back tonight.”
Later That Night
“Y/N,” said Jensen as you wandered straight over to your liquor cabinet when you got home. “He’s quitting and paying a substantial amount for you to not press charges as well as covering all of your moving costs and my pay. You don’t have anyone after you. I know it doesn’t feel like it but consider it a win.”
“I moved out of a house I loved that I can’t go back to, I’m far away from my friends, the one person in this industry I’m supposed to trust hurt me and this has been nothing but a complete waste of your time. I’m sorry, Jensen,” you said as you poured yourself a double.
“You didn’t waste my time,” he said as you sat on the counter, knocking back the liquor. He walked into the kitchen and took the bottle by your side, pouring himself a glass. He sipped his slowly, your head ducking down. “I would like to stay on as your bodyguard if you’ll allow it.”
“For what?” you asked.
“Protection for you, same as before. This time though, I’ll make sure to keep you safe from the people you trust,” he said. You raised your head, Jensen licking his lips. “Managers, agents, anyone. The only person I will trust is you. You let me be the asshole bodyguard, scrutinize the people you work with. This never has to happen again.”
“Why would you do that? You don’t like me,” you said. He finished off his glass and set it aside, stepping right in front of you and staring you in the eye.
“I don’t recall saying that.”
“We aren’t friends. We’re a boss and employee. Your words,” you said.
“I still don’t hear the words I don’t like you in there,” he said.
“I can’t trust you to take care of me, protect me, if I think you hate me.”
“I don’t hate you.”
“You have a funny way of showing it.”
“I told you. It’s very difficult to do my job if I care about you,” he said. “But the situation has changed. The threat is smaller. Safer. I can be friendlier...if you don’t question when I ask you to do something. My job is to protect you. You have to trust that all I am ever trying to do is keep you out of harm’s way. If we can agree to that, we can find a good rhythm, one where you don’t even notice I’m there and one where I know you’re okay. The threat before might not have been real but it exposed a problem. As long as you are living alone, you need someone here, just in case.”
“We will negotiate a new contract, one I can end anytime I so choose, and will detail when and when not you are on the clock.”
“Negotiating with you will be fun,” he said with a smirk. “We have a deal?”
“Do you really think I need a full time bodyguard?”
“We can negotiate that,” he said.
“I’m serious.”
“I think powerful, pretty, single women should use the advantages available to them to protect themselves.”
“We’ll talk about it,” you said. He smiled and headed for his bedroom, your gaze following him as he walked out of view. “Jensen.”
“Yeah?” he said, popping back into view.
“We’ll figure out your new contract in the morning,” you said.
“Yes mam,” he said. “If you need anything else, you know where to find me.”
“Goodnight,” you said. He left and you lightly swung your feet, staring down at the hardwood floor. You hopped down and put the bottle back in the cabinet, taking a deep breath.
Nothing was wrong. Nothing at all.
But something still felt strange. You couldn’t put your finger on it. Maybe Jensen sensed it and that’s why he wanted to stay. But he wasn’t shy about coming out and telling you how it was.
You sighed and went to the freezer, taking out a pint of mint ice cream and heading upstairs to bed, hoping a night of sleep at home would put it out of your mind.
“No way,” you said as you sat back in your chair in your home office the following morning. Jensen was smirking from the other side of the desk and was leaned back in his own, your lawyer sat at the small sofa with his laptop and typing up what the two of you were going back and forth on. “When I am filming and appearances we agree on.”
“We already agreed on those. Now we’re negotiating the parts we don’t agree on.”
“I do not need a bodyguard on the weekends. I already compromised on the you being on at night thing,” you said.
“Well, I’m going to be living in that bedroom so-”
“Actually, you’re not,” you said. He raised an eyebrow and you sat up straighter. “I decided last night that seeing as how I don’t particularly like this house and Jared and Gen just moved, I’ll be moving closer to my friends. I saw a home last night with a small guest house in the back that would be perfect for you.”
“I might as well be living in a different home at that point. It-”
“It is connected to the main home. I thought you might appreciate your own space and to be frank-”
“You don’t look like a frank,” he said. You smiled a bit, Jensen’s grin growing.
“If we’re going to have a long term relationship, which considering the possible trajectory of my career this might very well be, I’m going to have to insist on you having a separate space for yourself. You will of course have full access to the main house at all times but if I have friends over or a date, I would like my privacy. I’m sure you would like your own,” you said.
“If we’re going to have a long term relationship, any of your friends or a potential boyfriend are going to have to learn to live with me being around. No exceptions. I will give you privacy but I will be staying in the main house. As for you moving closer to friends, I welcome it. They’re my friends too after all.”
“Let me pose a hypothetical question to you. Say I meet a guy, we date, he moves in with me. Are you going to continue to live in the main house?” you asked.
“That will depend on the circumstances of your life at that point but if he’s living with you, I would move into a guest house or suite,” he said. “I may possibly move to my own place entirely. As I said, it’s going to be highly dependent on your life at that time.”
“I can agree to that. But your bedroom in the main house will have some space from mine,” you said.
“Understood. I will keep my own personal excursions out of the home,” he said.
“Good,” you said. “Now back to the weekend thing.”
“I’ll compromise with you. I am off duty on the weekend but I reserve the right to protect you if I feel you’re in danger,” he said. “I will keep to a small area of the house on my off days for your privacy.”
“I appreciate that but I won’t enforce it if you choose to watch some TV in the family room. You being off duty on the weekends does mean that if I go out, you are following though,” you said.
“Compromise. If you go out and I want to go, I can but I don’t have to,” he said. “I can use my discretion.”
“What if I want to go out with my friends?”
“Go out with your friends. I may or may not come. I’ll stay away, let you enjoy your fun without me interrupting unless I see a threat. Deal?”
“Alright,” you said. “But I reserve the right to fire you on the spot for anything and I mean anything. Two weeks pay if I do.”
“Okay,” he said. You were surprised at how quickly he accepted that but he seemed indifferent. “It sounds like we have most everything settled.”
“Rob, can you send us both a copy of the contract for review then and-”
“Oh, I have something else,” said Jensen. “A little...requirement of mine.”
“We already discussed pay and benefits.”
“Those are fine. I’ve found in the past we don’t get along when you don’t listen to me. As part of our working relationship, you will take a self-defense course chosen by myself and you will learn the different things that if you do, will make your life safer and minimize the need for me. They are for both our benefits. One’s a short book and the other a two hour class. Is that acceptable?”
“Yes. Rob, write up our contract for us please,” you said. He said he’d have it by the end of the day and you slumped back in your seat, Jensen staring at you. “What?”
“Want to go pick out a house?” he asked.
“What?”
“You want to move. It’s Sunday. Open houses.”
“Rob’s already put in an offer on the place I mentioned,” you said.
“Oh. You don’t even want to see it?” he asked.
“The pictures seemed nice. I’ll renovate what I don’t like. I’m not moving again after this,” you said.
“Oh. Cool. I will pack up most of my things in the meantime,” he said as he stood up.
“It’s Sunday. You’re not at work right now. Do whatever you want, Jensen,” you said.
“New contract isn’t effective yet,” he said. “Besides, knowing you we’ll be in the new place in a week. Might as well be prepared.”

okay forgot I sent you that ask cause it was like the middle of the night but the homoeroticism was because I was playing on hightower as scout and this blu sniper was legit the best huntsman sniper I've ever encountered. he'd get me as I was leaving spawn and I'd get him when he wasn't paying attention. funniest fucking thing was I missed my jump into their middle spawn area and landed below the wall there, so I just tucked myself in the corner between and wall and the crates, looked up and waited for him because I knew he saw me. a second passes and then there's an arrow in the wall next to my head. I back up, he's behind me looking at the arrow, he looks at me, I look at him, then the arrow, back to each other, then we're both asking how the hell he missed from point blank. either way I sort of wanna turn that into a fic but idk. not sure why I'm telling you about this but I figured you'd probably find it funny
writes a fic abt a theoretical in-game situation because im a fuckin. goobus
(warnings for canon-typical violence, consider this one pg-13)
-
Thump. “OW, FUCK!”
Scout clamped a hand over his mouth a moment too late, eyes wide.
Okay, so, shit. Not ideal. That was a twisted ankle—hell, maybe even a fracture—and here he was, alone by the BLU restock room, having just completely and utterly failed what was supposed to be an easy jump. The easiest jump.
And that bastard BLU Sniper for sure just probably heard him.
He pinned his shoulders back against the wall, eyes up towards the ledge above him. Okay, he had to think fast. He still had his gun, even if ammo was looking a little… thin at the moment. He wasn’t defenseless. He just had to play it cool. Keep his head on his shoulders. Which, yeah, was kind of the problem lately, since apparently the BLU Sniper was just a real douchebag with that bow and arrow, but whatever.
But the pain was distracting enough, and his focus narrowed so firmly to the ledge way up above him, that he didn’t process the sound of footsteps before the sound of a hard THUNK just to one side of his head, making him jump half a foot into the air and yelp in a way that was extremely un-manly.
And then he looked to his right at the arrow embedded into the wall a foot from his head, and then he looked at the BLU Sniper standing not even two dozen paces away.
A beat of pause.
“How the fuck did you miss?” Scout asked, utterly baffled.
“Bugger off,” the Sniper barked, looking similarly confused.
“No, seriously, how’d you fuckin’ miss?” he repeated, standing up and turning to look at the arrow again. “What the shit? My guy, I could’ve thrown it overhand and hit closer than that.”
“Well how does a bloody Scout miss a four-foot horizontal jump to flat ground?” he challenged right back.
“Oh, fuck you. I’m not the one who couldn’t hit a still target at eight fuckin’ yards.”
“I’m not the one who fell eight feet and yelped like one of those yappy sorts of dogs!”
“I’m not the one who wears sunglasses in the middle of the fuckin’ night.”
“Oh bugger off,” the Sniper spat, jaw tight, “now you’re just getting personal.”
“Wanna talk about personal?” the Scout challenged, moving forward, feeling particularly bold just then as he processed that closer range meant he was in less danger when it came to a Sniper. “If we’re talkin’ about personal, we can talk about how you’re gettin’ all personal! What’s with the target on my back, huh?”
“Well why are you wasting time bolting up to beat my head in instead of doing your buggering job?” the Sniper challenged right back, eyeing the way the Scout moved in but not backing down.
“Hey, you’re the one shooting at fast targets for no reason!”
“No, you answer the damn question,” the Sniper sneered, taking a step in as well, and it made Scout stutter to a halt, suddenly much closer than he was entirely on board with now that he noticed the knife hanging on the man’s hip. “What’s got you picking fights with blokes a kilometer out from the damn fight? You got a bloody death wish?”
“Maybe it’s just ‘cause I like you so much,” Scout teased in a sing-song voice, and didn’t anticipate the hard shove to the chest that sent him stumbling back, and it caught his leg wrong, made him hiss through his teeth at the sharp spike of pain, and too late he recovered his balance.
“Not so brave now, though, are you?” the Sniper jeered, fronting on him now, and before Scout could shift his weight to defend himself another hard shove sent him stumbling back further, off balance again. “Caught out neck-deep on enemy territory with a bum leg, and there goes that bravado, doesn’t it? Maybe now you’ll learn to mind the attitude.”
“Ain’t ever minded my attitude before, why would I start today? Because some fuckin’ punk gets his kicks playing with his food?” Scout mocked, absolutely committed to not looking like a coward. This Sniper wasn’t gonna get that satisfaction. “Where’s that professionalism now, huh, crocodile man?”
“Are you ever going to shut your damn mouth?!” the Sniper growled, and every nerve in Scout’s body screamed ‘danger’ at his expression, his body language, everything. Back literally to a wall, the tail of that arrow from earlier in his periphery, the Sniper closing in. “Will you just shut up already?!”
“Make me,” Scout sneered, and the Sniper practically snarled, surging forward. He processed the painful click of teeth foremost, but his limbs caught up faster than his brain, and within seconds he had arms up around the Sniper’s shoulders, yanking him down to kiss him harder, longer, and man, he was so fucked.
This was like fighting too, fighting to hold on tighter, to pull back to breathe. He was being crushed a little, ribs aching, but it was good, the fighting.
He pulled back to gasp hard, and coughed a little at how the closeness didn’t let him get the whole gasp’s worth of air, and a second gasp followed at the feeling of the Sniper pushing his head back, setting his mouth in against his neck and getting to work. Scout huffed for air, digging fingertips in to grip at him, lips tingling and aching. He was pretty sure he could taste blood, but he wasn’t sure whose.
Wait, what the fuck was he doing?!
Like ice water, brought to his senses, he caught sight of the arrow out of the corner of his eye. It was easy to reach, but a little harder to yank out of the wall, and then easy to jab down somewhere into the Sniper’s ribcage.
A choked noise, the Sniper rearing back despite Scout’s clinging arms, and he didn’t see him reaching for the blade but he felt it lodged down through his shoulder.

God fucking damn it, he had good aim. Already his vision was swimming and going dark. He didn’t have long.
“Kill ya later,” he managed to quip, grinning as wide and smug as he could manage, and it was hard to tell, but at least he probably got the Sniper too from the way the man teetered. And he tried for a wink, but waking back up in the Resupply again, he couldn’t be sure he managed it.
Oh well. He’d have next time. And if he wasn’t determined before, he was now—there would be a next time.

Overblot Theory (pt1?)
okay okay all my twst darlings, i bring forward a theory. and please bear with me because this is written in the middle of the night-morning & i am thriving on sleep drugs that aren’t doing their job, so there’s likely a million typos and half of it or more might sound like drunk rambling the irony of never being drunk lol.
also i’m tagging now that this contains spoilers i guess? i haven’t finished chapter 5 ( i’m still fairly early in ) yet but i’m literally going to be talking about everything i’ve seen thus far regarding overblot and those effected by it.
aNYWAYS—
so we all know how overblot works right? nasty emotional build up, using too much magic, and then sNAP!
that’s great and dandy, it seems like a build up that gets to a tipping point and suddenly that last drop cracks the glass and everything comes flooding out— right?
but what if overblot isn’t actually that flood point where they turn? what if the overblot is the whole process, not when they are consumed by the negative energies and black magic that force such a violent change on them?
so in every chapter thus far, there is always a few scenes were were see the ink dripping. gradually as we progress through the chapters, we watch as the character begins to spiral and is consumed by negative emotions. each time we see the ink, it splotches more and more, growing and forming a larger puddle each time.
BUT— each case is slightly different from the others, despite having the same trends with each dorm and the inevitable overblot, each character has a different way of reaching that.
so we have the general order everyone overblots for plot purposes, but in my opinion the fact riddle didn’t overblot sooner was fucking astounding. we’re shown how liberally he used his magic and the super strict and toxic mindset he had which was forced on him since childhood. then after each scene we saw of the ink pooling, riddle would gradually become worse in the chapter, until the moment he snapped and became a homicidal maniac.
leona was similar, except instead of him using his magic, he was consumed by his own emotions more and more. it was his hatred from his brother, his family, and his home that started it. then the issue of being second still in nrc to someone like malleus. many reasons to why leona is a lazy ass but i love him still oof but because he kept these things contained, letting it boil and seep into him, it made these things so much worse than they should have been. so ultimately when his plan fails, after trying so hard and becoming so desperate, there’s a surge and he transforms.
azul goes down a combined path, he uses his magic constantly, even with a buffer like a contract and his crystal, and is consumed by his own self loathing and emotions that send him spiraling. the final straw is the moment when his contracts are stolen and disintegrated by leona. but it was already shown throughout chapter 3 that azul has a moment of breaking, despite his composure, was spiraling the moment yuu started poking around. and being outsmarted did nothing for his barely existing pride to begin with.
jamil, out of all of them, but far hurt me the most because all of his sly tactics and underhanded tricks were really because he was trying to fight so he could be himself. fully heartedly believe if grim and yuu never showed up, he would have never overblotted. granted what jamil does is a big dick move but his entire life he’s been repressed and he has no freedom to himself what so ever— essentially he was forced to be an adult since he was a child and lemme tell you that ain’t fun. the one thing i consider a key part here is not the fact his emotions got the better of him in the end, but the fact he used his unique magic on the entire fucking scarabia dorm.
as for vil, granted i don’t know much, but pride and especially vanity will no doubt play a lot into his overblot all because of his rival neige. he’s already a very strict and disciplined character who holds himself very high and strives for nothing less than perfection... so we all know how that ends.
each one of them showed similar tendencies. all of them have some sort of inferiority complex, repressed emotions, and magic is always involved in small or excessive quantities. what i think is going on is not that suddenly they are overwhelmed— no, the overblot starts before anyone notices. that’s what the ink represents.
let’s assume that everyone, no matter what, always has blot, regardless if their magic crystals are ‘clean’ and ‘clear’. after all, the crystals are supposed to be an extra barrier between the user and magical backlash, but emotions have to play a part in this too. so while the crystals protect from magic blot, emotional is different... they just kind of soak that disgusting ink right up and channels all their magic right through it and the crystals only soak up so much of it.
so everyone has some blot? great. but what’s the point of this? i’ll tell you! it’s that each person handles it differently. our boys here all swallow their complaints, the crap they deal with, disagree with, or have been served, and try to shove it into some deep, dark, forgotten pit to never see again. except it doesn’t work, because the more they use magic the more it warps those feelings, feeding off of it. it uses emotions as a sort of super charge for the magic, which creates more negative magic and amplifies the emotions.
so the overblot had already started by the time yuu and grim show up, just some of the boys had decent wraps of it all and didn’t have a nosy human ruining their fucking plans.
okay, kidding, i don’t believe that yuu and grim play a super major part, as eventually the overblots would happen with our without them. either way, i don’t think there would have been a way to stop it without knowing and solving the problem before the transformed and needing anyone in the near vicinity with ability to beat the shit out of the monster controlled student & knock some sense back into them.
i think that by the time yuu shows up, it’s already too late. that first moment we see the ink drip and gather? that’s the start and there’s no stopping it. why? because that was the overblot, the end of filling up and the beginning of tipping without a way to reverse it.
instead of having their emotions all tucked away, the magic has morphed into something nasty, too strong, and they might not even know it. at this point, it’s less about them actually accumulating blot and more that every negative emotion and burst of magic they let out begins to accelerate the build up attracting every little bit of negativity and magic whether or not they actually feel or do anything. the transformation is not the overblot finally happening, it’s the completion, when all that black magic, blot, and emotions burst free from its cage and utter consumes the host.
now i’m not going into the theory i have about the overblot forms and the shadows, because that’s an entirely different topic for me about possession and the great 7, but what i’m trying to say here is—
the overblot is the whole process, not just the transformation and monstrous shadow lurking behind the newest asshole victim.
the ink forming, the unstable spiral each character falls into, and finally the explosion that transforms them. it’s the magic and emotions that muddled together taking on an intent of its own, a will of nothing but chaos and destruction, taints their magic crystals, and uses the host as a means of executing it by clouding their minds and giving them the power they always wanted and needed.
after all, when you’re drunk on power and fed by trauma, are you really going to listen to reason or do what you want because you finally have the ability to do so? of course you’re going to listen to the little voice that says to destroy and take it all for yourself!

the new assclown dunkin donuts district manager’s quote-unquote “genius idea” to increase sales during football season(the season during which sales are already so high the store is fully overwhelmed) is to….set up a tent outside selling donuts. In the parking lot of the dunkin donuts. Beside the dumpster because that’s literally the only place they won’t get hit by a car and there’s still not a 100% chance they won’t get hit by a car because like 2/3 of the people that live here don’t know how to drive. and the manager from the other store that he’s bringing in over my brother called my brother while he was at walmart yesterday and she was like, “am i in trouble?” And my brother was like, “…no?” And she was like, “then why am i only working 48 hours this week?” And the whole thing is just insane obviously so everyone is unsuccessfully trying to convince my brother to enter his johnny paycheck era and tell that assclown to take this job and shove it he ain’t working here no more. So last night my dad was using this extremely obvious metaphor about all the stress he felt working for the state and how once he retired and went private sector all that weight was lifted off his shoulders. and my mom is the type who thinks everything is always all about her all the time and she STILL works for the state so she got all offended and went on a tangent about how working for the state isn’t all bad. literally had to be like mom STOP you’re ruining the metaphor

.
If anyone could match her temper and brashness, it would be Bakugou Katsuki.
But that doesn’t mean she got along with him.
It had always been a funny thing for people who grew up with them.
Ever since they were as little as kindergartners in a tots’ dance school, she had always been the person who stood against him whenever he was mean to Izuku.
She was constantly frowning upon on how he treated the other boy and never understood why Izuku would ever want to hang around with someone like him.
Though ironically, it was common to hear their peers commenting about how similar she and Bakugou were.
Dominating.
Hot-headed.
Loud.
Two powerful frictions were what they were. Always rubbing off each other the wrong way.
A stare any longer than a second could become an unwavering match of death glares.
Brushing past each other along the hallway of the same famous dance school they were unfortunate enough to end up in could make even oblivious idiots shiver to the dangerous aura both emitted at the mere brief contact.
A word from one could trigger the other to demand a ‘shut up’ and escalate it to a shouting match colored with so much vulgarity that anyone who heard them would probably need to cleanse their ears, be it with soap or holy water.
They had always rubbed off each other the wrong way, but this was the craziest they’d been.
Who knew that one day this endless rivalry would eventually bring them before a fogged mirror.
.
She couldn’t really tell how it happened or even why it happened.
An international dance competition she had signed up for was all that she had in mind and staying back at the dance school to practice had been how she spent her nights.
And for the past few nights, her hardwork was executed in a room the administration officer had left unlocked so that she could use it after she was done with her part-time job.
It had never really crossed her mind, or more like she just didn’t care to know that any other students would be taking part in this competition until she arrived at the school on her third night to find the room lighted and occupied.
By none other than Bakugou fucking Katsuki.
Something about him always infuriated her without fail, with a blooming annoyance and irritation which would always make her particularly unforgiving.
It was probably the years after years of conflict that caused this to be built into her system.
Furious clenches between her eyebrows and snarls on her lips were the default face she made around him.
But somehow for reasons she could not comprehend, a strange click in her happened while she argued for the room and he spatted a ‘fuck off’ at her.
Her eyes just had to wander and notice the weirdest things about him while she was fuming.
She’d never really seen him in this state before - maybe she did but just didn’t bother because, in her eyes, he was always the young annoying brat she knew since little and wanted nothing to do with him.
But tonight was different. Being up close and spitting fire at him alone made noticing...anatomical things about him inevitable.
Without his usual oversized tee or singlets, his sweaty sculpted body rippled to every movement.
It was hard to miss the prominent waves of clenches ripping down the taut muscles down his chiseled six-packs to the V-line disappearing below the stretchy waistline of his black sweatpants.
Under his tightened jaw jarring out at her, the noticeable bops of his Adam’s apple were distracting as they exchanged spats of demanding, awful words.
Being in a sports bra and a pair of fitting shorts, she didn’t miss the way his angry red eyes ran over her a couple of times.
Maybe that was it.
Maybe that was why her knees and her palms were pressed into the cool, wooden floor of the dance studio, with her naked arched back accentuating her equally naked ass.
Wanting this but not at all at the same time.
Aroused but angry.
Relishing but spiteful.
Brimming with moans within her rapidly expanding chest but adamantly refusing to give him the satisfaction of hearing a single one of them.
Her eyes burning into the gray bricked wall and her teeth biting down on her lower lips, pushing back any moans or whimpers threatening to respond to the two long, thick fingers inside her weeping cunt.
She could feel his red eyes boring into her, enjoying her struggle to keep herself from making a sound.
Waiting for her to lose her footing and beg him.
Knowing with smugness that he was good. Damn good at what he was doing.
...That even someone who was as intense and stubborn as him would eventually bow down to him once he gained the upper hand, even if it meant needing to shove his cock into her some time soon.
“Feeling good, ain’t ya?” There was a smirk evident in his smug voice. “Admit it, bitch, your fucking pussy is literally soaking me.”
She refused to open her mouth, knowing something would escape if she did.
An actual smirk curled his lips at her silence, tad amused at her loud, tattered breathing.
“Oh wait, what the fuck am I doing anyway?” Bakugou eyed her with an anticipating calculated glint, “Why should I care if you feel good? You don’t deserve anything from me.”
His fingers slipped out, splatters of her slick arousal flickering across the floor. A whine nearly escaped her at the emptiness between her folds.
Clad loosely within his sweatpants, his thigh muscles clenched as he moved to stand on his feet.
“...St-Stop.”
Bakugou paused, his knee he knelt on hovering over the floor as he glanced over with dancing eyes.
“Stop?”
Tongue darting out to lick his fingers clean, Bakugou resisted a groan at the taste in his mouth.
Fuck, how can someone like her taste this...nice?
His eyes lingered on her sopping cunt hungrily as he planted himself behind her ass to marvel at his work.
“...you can’t just leave something half done, bastard.’ Her thighs under her shook.
Leave it to this girl to remain stubborn.
His lips curled wider.
That was something he liked yet hated about her. His feelings toward her had always been an enigma since...forever.
She was intriguing but grated on his nerves. And he was sure that was what she felt about him too.
Seeing her succumb to him had always been a dirty little wet dream he always thought about.
“Yes I can,” A scoff blew through his lips, “and I just fucking did. So deal with it, bitch.”
Today felt like the day to let it all play out.
He made his move to step away, eyes fixed and breath bated for her reaction.
“No wait, please-”
A pleading whimper she fought so hard to hold back interrupted her before she could stop herself.
His Adam’s apple bopped with an elaborate, deep gulp at the broken sound drifting to his ears.
Shit, that sounded so...
Bakugou shuddered to the chill running down his body, down to the tightening pressure in his pants.
Was she finally giving in?
“Please?” His lips parted to a grin. “Please what? Speak up, where did all that bitchiness go?”
Oh, he was definitely still infuriating as always but fuck, she really needed him. Right now. Even if it meant giving in.
Her toes curled. “Don’t go. St-Stay with me.”
Shaky exhale at the sweet crack in her weak, quiet voice, red eyes glimmered with a dangerous keen look, sharpening with an almost feral edge.
Tongue licking his bottom lip sensually, Bakugou tilted his head back and rolled it to his right shoulder in a condescending, lazy manner.
“And you think I’ll oblige to that?” A chuckle huffed out of his mouth as his hands hung heavily in his pockets.  “Beg me like a little bitch then.”
An annoyed sigh sifted through her gritted teeth, feeling herself wavering.
And she did.
“Ple...Please fuck me,” Her heated walls quivered with impatience and overwhelming needs.
It was too much.
He was driving her nuts.
She was driving herself nuts.
Everything felt so fucked up tonight, but she didn’t even want to give a damn anymore.
“I-I’ll be your bitch for today.” Her words gasped out of her in a whimpering plea.
A coat of silence echoed after her words.
“Fine.” Amusement cracked the grin on his face wider. “But you gotta call me Daddy. Now, let me hear it.”
Another sigh of annoyance blew through her mouth.
“Da…” Her lips trembled with hesitation.“...Daddy.”
“Good, but I’m not gonna do all the work here.” His eyes glinted. “Sit on your ass and spread your legs, I wanna watch you prep yourself for me.”
Bakugou toed his shoes off and kicked aside before moving to sit against the mirrored wall.
Back slouching against the cool surface, his eyes followed her movement with raw hunger. Meticulous to every detail of her body moving with her.
Her breasts shifting and lightly jiggling to her turning body, their nipples perking at him.
The spread of her legs widening before him as she settled on her butt.
The red blush adorning her cheeks as her hand gingerly reached down to her leaking cunt, prying open her folds with shaky fingers.
What hit him the hardest was the quiet, wavering look in her eyes he’d never thought he would ever see on her face, as if she was feeling...shy around him.
He couldn’t quite believe his own eyes. Shyness and her just did not fit but it was there.
Bizarre, indeed.
...that she could actually feel shy around him.
A guy she bared her teeth at, almost every time she saw him. Like she would rather set herself on fire than have anything to do with him.
Fuck, something about this foreign side of her was so...sexy. He had to fight himself not to palm his erecting cock poking up against his pants.
To add to the sight, the soft moans leaving her parted lips and the soft, wet squelches made by her fingers were killing him.
His red eyes looked even redder with heat and carnal hunger as he watched her reach her other hand up to cup her breast, tugging and rolling her nipple between her fingers.
Familiarity evident in her actions.
Shit. Was this something she’d done a lot alone?
Bakugou stared hard, too caught up by her to realize that his harsh, raspy breathing was giving his arousal away.
Obvious enough to make her smirk.
Lifting her eyes from her working fingers inside her cunt, she met his gaze and felt a strong urge to tease him.
While she was feeling kinda strange and shy about performing her usual masturbation technique for him, she was still her.
A little reign of control was something she could at least do while being submissive to that grinning hot asshole.
“...Are you enjoying my little show, Daddy?” She spoke through her pants. “Do you see how ready I am for you?”
The smirk on her face grew.
Her fingers burrowed inside her slipped out to pry her folds open for his fixated eyes. “Look at how much I’m producing.”
Through her slit, her arousal leaked and spilled over the wooden floor, growing the small puddle under her.
His widened eyes stared back at her, his muscles running down his body rippling and clenching hastily to his harsh breathing.
The choked grunt he was pushing down slipped out of his grasp as a soft whimpering moan, cracking through heavy puffs of his exhale.
“...you little bitch.”
Bakugou sprang forward and planted himself between her legs, arms tensing around her thighs to pull her further apart.
A responsive sharp gasp rushed down to his ears.
His face was down quickly on her weeping slit, his tongue giving her clit a roll before jamming itself between her folds.
Lapping and gulping down her fluid like a thirsty person, a low moan hummed against her as he felt her fingers dig into his hair with a tug.
Watching him from above her rapidly heaving breasts, her eyes glazed over with heat as she watched him taste her with fervor.
Her breath grew louder by the seconds.
“Li-Liking the taste?” Her hand ran over his hair, soft blond locks sifting through her fingers as she caressed his head with soft tugs.
Pulling away slightly, a snort huffed against her cleaned slit as his lips hovered with a smirk.
“Nah, I like it better fucking you with my cock.”
Her breath hitched. “...You can do it now, you know.” She bit her lower lip at the thought.
There was a pause after her words. Like he was mulling over something.
“Very well, get in front of the mirror.” Warm breath of chuckles tickled her skin.
Her eyebrows shot up in surprise. “What?”
“If I’m going to do it,” A crooked smirk curled his lips, growling his words hoarsely. “I’m going to fuck you in front of a mirror so you can watch.”
Clenching taut muscle on his back moved with him as he retreated from her parted legs to settle in a kneel on his knees.
This time, it was her time to laugh.
“Never took you for such a kinky bastard.” She got up and slipped past him to the mirror anyway.
“So...” Her hands planted on the mirrored wall as she adjusted her position till her ass was stuck out. “...like this?”
She glanced down at herself and turned her head to gauge his response to her stance-
“I’m fucking sure I’m not the only one.”
Her action came to a halt with a shiver as his warm breath shuddered across her shoulder, feeling his warmth radiate over her back like a coat as he appeared behind her.
“Look at you, already getting it correct.”
His lips pressed to her ear.
“Someone’s excited to feel my cock in her slutty pussy eh,” His words ended in a taunting hiss. “...kinky bitch?”
His arms snapped around her waist, one flying down to cup the conjunction between her thighs with his large hand, immediately greeted by a sharp gasp from her.
The sculpted curls of his bicep rippled to his movement as he shifted her further away from the wall.
To the point that she had to lean her weight on her arms probed against the mirrored wall- her fingers splayed and digging into the surface to support herself.
In this position, her back was arched, accentuating her ass even more. The folds between the widened gap of her thighs stretched out right before his aching, swollen cock ready in his hand.
“I have to give it to you though,” He slathered himself between her stretched folds teasingly, “You’ve done a good job prepping yourself.”
His eyes prodding hers through their reflection drank the sight of her parting lips at his action, the helpless sob feeding the heat within his grip.
“Won’t you look at that.”
A whistle blew through his lips the moment his glance slipped down to admire how thoroughly coated his length was in her slick fluid-
“...So fucking wet for my cock.” -with a hum of satisfaction in his chest.
His red eyes rose to meet her dazed ones again, his hand pausing to prod her with his cock.
That and a stretching grin on his face was his only warning before his hip rutted forward, burrowing his whole length into her in one powerful shove.
She jerked forward from the force with a loud cry, her chest heaving and falling hastily in a drawling breathless moan at the abrupt, dramatic stretch of her cervix.
“...Fuck, your tight little cunt is as bitchy as you.” A strangled grunt rumbled in the chest pressed against her back.
Eyes rolling back in ecstasy, she felt him pull himself back, the vein on his thick, generous girth rubbing deliciously against her melting, throbbing walls as he drew himself to his tip.
A delirious whimper accompanying his movement as she relished in the sinfully sweet friction inside her.
But was quickly interrupted with a sharp cry spiking through her when he slammed back in.
And that started his relentless, powerful pace in her.
Forcing tumbling moans out of her as his powerful thrusts hammered into with strong, rough prods.
His heated red eyes watching her greedily through their reflection as his cock shot inside her at every thrust of his hip.
The muscle curling on his arms clenched and ripped across his skin, along with his rippling body as he hiked her leg up by the crook of his elbow.
His eyes drifted down to where he could see his balls slapping against her folds, his cock disappearing between them in a plundering speed.
The splutters of their mixed fluids from his fierce ruts were clearly visible.
And when he returned his eyes to her face, shit - what he saw nearly made him lose the reign over his own building release.
With the sultry moans dragging through her panting, parted lips, the hazy heat through her fluttering blinks reflected back at him.
Somewhere between the heat of each thrust, they had shifted closer to the mirror, close enough for her nipples to brush across the cool surface at every furious bounce of her breasts.
“Gro-Growing addicted to my cock?” Bakugou managed through his tattered breathing.
She responded to him with trembling whimpers.
“...Clearly.” He remarked mockingly.
Chest pressed flush against her back, his hand slipped up to cup her throat and tilted her head back till the side of her head met his smirking lips.
“Don’t come begging me for more after this,” His low, husky voice breathed into her ear, “...unless you’re ready to permanently call me Daddy, got it?”
Her eyes clenched close at his words.
Oh, fuck.
Along with those stirring words, his cock continued to pound through her between her struggle to form coherent thoughts.
All they did to her was push her closer to the edge.
Her brain felt so heavy and slow, too saturated and hazy in the fast-approaching heat of her orgasm.
She couldn’t take it anymore.
“I-I’m...”
White flashes met her eyes with every rut the thick, bulging girth pushed into her, straining her walls with wide stretches again and again.
This was it.
His smirk widened. “You what?”
She just can’t hold it anymore.
“I...can’t-”
A loud sob wrecking through her throat as her pulsing walls clamped down harshly over his plunging cock, flooding her insides with rich juice of her arousal.
The choked moan dragging through his breathing mingled with her tattered voice.
“Shit,” Bakugou tried to speak, “...you sneaky little slut.”
The tight muscles of his broad back and down to his taut ass rippled and clenched vigorously to his furious thrusts.
The pleasure squeezing his painfully swollen cock was urging him to let go as he continued working his cock through her greedy clutching walls.
“...D-Don’t you dare cum inside me.” Her words fell out of her as she tried to fight through the moans leaving her.
Her weak whimpering moans escaped her one after another in a hasty fashion as her body rocked fast along with his.
A shaky snort left Bakugou.
“...Don’t be so fucking obvious,” he panted over her shoulder, his eyebrows furrowed in concentration. “you don’t deserve any of that.”
With that, his movement inside her grew faster. The need for his own release evident in the desperate, wild snaps of his hip, her butt cheeks jiggling to the slams against them.
Until-
“...Shit.”
With a loud throaty grunt, he tore himself out of her at the nick of time, bursting his load all over her the moment his cock was freed.
Staggering on her quivering legs, she turned to watch him throw his head back with a long growl shredding through his throat as he sprayed ropes and ropes of his seeds from his cock.
Her breathing was shaky and heavy as his pumping hand splattered his thick warm cum onto her.
She fixed her heated eyes on him, absorbing the sight of the agonizing pleasure showing on his face greedily into her memory.
Knowing this was probably the last time she would ever see it.
They had always rubbed off each other the wrong way, but this was the craziest they’d been.
But that doesn’t mean she didn’t like it.

Lost and Found  |  Arvin Russel x Male!Reader
Tumblr media
Request:  I kind of thought about Arvin arrived in new city, without cash (maybe only small amount) and wandering aimlessly. Then he stop at a diner realising he doesn't have a place to stay at night and buy food, decide to leave but stopped by mreader(waiter?owner?) and said that he can eat for free (mreader can't help after watching him so pitiful). Later on mreader said that he know Arvin not from here, and kind of tell him place to stay and also a job if he want to, i mean who can just ignore Arvin.
Warnings: Cursing, smoking.
Words: 4915

A mere glimpse. Just enough. A man, somewhere around your age. You'd seen him walk past the large window as you cleaned the last plates, halt for a moment before turning inwards. Stepping into your diner. The place wasn't big. But it had style, that look about it. Vibrant colors, yet cozy and warm. Located on the corner of a busy street, always something happening. Always movement. Three booths on either side, each seat sporting a view through the large windows on that bustling street. Opposite the booths stood the bar, it wrapped around the corner and partially hid the kitchen—enough stools to fit a soccer team. A small space was occupied by a door in the left corner; behind lay a staircase leading up. On the far right stood the large jukebox, too large for the place. But what is a diner without it? In all, a small place, but locally renowned for the food. Except for tonight. Tonight was quiet—a boring, dull, dark night.
"How may I help you?" You asked, moving towards him, drying your hands on the towel slung over your shoulder. "Kitchen is still open." At first sight, he struck you as a roadworker. A knapsack slung over his shoulder and worn-torn jeans and jacket. His once white shirt underneath grime with dirt and sweat. With his gray cap on, you couldn't really tell his expression as he was busy with the contents of his wallet. Spreading a small collection of coins across the bar. He cleared his voice before speaking. "Hi...ehm..." His voice was hoarse and dry. "W-What can you get me for this?" Speaking with an accent that wasn't from around. Working in the dinner, you heard and spotted many different ones. Making it a sport to figure out where they came from. But his posture and expression didn't lend towards a nice conversation. He looked reserved and held back.
Wiping your hands clean on your apron, you step closer and lean in, accessing what lay in front of you. It was obvious; he had literally turned his wallet upside down on the counter. Scraping every last coin out of there. The amount in front of you was far off from a meal you served here. But there was something about him as you looked up. You get a glimpse of his eyes underneath the cap. His eyes sat deep in his face. The expression was grave. Staring soullessly into a void. Veering back into life as he felt your eyes connect with his. "Sorry, sir…" He apologized after a lengthy sigh. "Long day." He mumbled, straightening himself upwards. He took off his cap and raked his fingers through his hair before putting it back on. "I know it ain't much, but…"
"Jerry!" You call out over your shoulder, awaiting the familiar deep voice to respond back to you. "One burger with extra fries." And give him a smile. "Seat yourself." Nodding towards the booths behind him. "I'll be right with ya." And start collecting the coins into your hand. You knew it wouldn't cover the cost, far from it. But you'd rather have a customer then wait for this long evening to end. You'll make ends meet. A good deed wasn't misplaced once in a while. And as your father always said, it's better to give than receive. From the corner of your eye, you see the man seat himself. The far most booth in the corner, close to the window and holding his knapsack close. A sense of pity grew for the man as you saw him there. Head hanging low, gaze stuck to the table. Occasionally peering outside. His expression was impossible to read as his cap sat low and firm on his head. Hiding his eyes.
Arvin looked across the booth's plain white table, staring almost, with incomprehension on his face. He felt empty and alone. Traveling all this way without purpose. Only anger and rage. Angry at the world. At everything. His growling stomach was the only thing that kept him sane. At least there was one thing he accomplished. He wanted to be far away from that place he once called home. His thoughts drifted between Lenora and his grandparents. He couldn't let his guard down for a moment and kicked himself back into it. His eyes were almost trained to spot a police car from a mile away. It set him on edge since that day—even the sound of the sirens. A quick glance through the local newspaper revealed no article about the drama in his hometown. It was a momentary relief. But the question was, for how long?
"Here you go, sir." You announced as you approached, putting down a glass of coke in front of him. He looked up at you, staggered, to say the least. "So... where are ya from? Going by your accent, you're not from around here." You check the diner a second time around, ensuring no customer was going unattended before returning to the stranger. You stuff your hand in the pockets of your apron. Patiently awaiting his response.
"I'm not." He said somberly. Taking big swigs from the glass. "I'm from a place called Coal Creek. Somewhere close there."
"Hmmm, that's around Marlinton." You asked. "Somewhere in-between Summersville and Staunton?" You tried to recall the map in your mind as you thought long and hard. "I'm not sure..."
"You're about right…" He nodded, crossing his arms on the table. "You been there?"
"No. No, not me. But I can recall someone going there." You heard the place before, but it probably was a trucker or someone else who mentioned it. "But I'm not sure who it was." You shake your head and continue on. "Anyway, how was the drive?"
"I got a lift."
"Okay, and what brings you to the rural city? Work, family?" You asked. "Love?" Followed by a light chuckle, trying to lift the mood a little. In the background, the jukebox had stopped playing. Only the sound of the grill in the kitchen and the neon letters' sizzle outside took over its role. Even the old coffee machine was quiet now.
"I don't know...." He shrugged off your question.
The rough and uneasy response brought the ongoing conversation to an abrupt end. You didn't know how to respond to such an absent, short answer. Luckily you were saved by the bell. Jerry shoved the plate through the window towards the front. "Thank you, Jerry. Lookin' good as always." Giving him a thumbs up to show your gratitude as you take the warm plate. "Might as well lock everything up back there, Jerry. I think that's it for tonight." Following his confirmation, you bring the plate up to the table. Before you put the plate down, you take out a moist towel and wipe the table clean. "Look at that." You mumbled while cleaning the last bits of. "Much better." You pass him a knife and fork and follow up by placing the plate in front of him. "Enjoy your meal."
"Thank you, sir." He said, and began to eat immediately. With an eye on closing time, you begin to clean the bar and surrounding booths. Jerry had cleaned the kitchen and said his goodbyes before heading home. All the tables and benches needed a thorough cleaning, and if you managed now, you'd have spare time for other things tomorrow morning.
"You planning on going back to Coal Creek?" You asked while you cleaned the second last booth in front of him. From your position, you could only see the top part of his cap. He sure must have heard the question, as there was total silence across the diner. But the response took some time.
"No." He said resolutely, with a whiff of distraught emotion in his voice. "Never." You gaze up, finding yourself lost in the dark eyes peering from underneath his cap. The pupils functioned like little keyholes, allowing a small glimpse at the ferocity and anger boiling within him. A fire raging within him that you wouldn't want to know how to quench. "I ain't going back to place."
"Right... Well, that's clear." Something had happened in that town where this stranger came from. And he wasn't intent on sharing that with you. Not in this state. "There's plenty of work in the city." And continue on to the next booth while you try to keep him talking. In the past, you sure had more talkative guests at the end of the evening. "Just make sure you walk in the right people."
"What does that mean?"
"Well…You see-" With a sigh, you raise yourself up again from cleaning the booth. You've always tried to warn the newcomers around—especially the ones who were low on cash. "Certain neighborhoods here… have a wrong crowd. Tend to lure people in, you know, pray on the poor and lonely... with false promises and such. Ending up… bad."
"I don't fall for that." He scoffed and continued to eat his burger. "Don't you worry."
"Oh, I don't." You said, slightly sarcastic. "But it's easier said than done." And turn back behind the bar. Wiping the top of the bar down. Restock the last things. Making sure all the lights in the back were off. "Sometimes it makes you wonder if there's more bad than good on this planet.
"I know there is…" He muttered while he watched the world go by his window. "If there really was a God out there…" He spat, shaking his head. The man seemed distracted as if something was on his mind. The quiet was eerie, just to the two of you. He captured you in a way you couldn't describe, nor felt before. The headlight of passing cars illuminated his face. And you couldn't help but stare sometimes. Yet, the man didn't scare you. He remained unmoved in his spot while you worked your way around the place. Even when you turned the jukebox on again, trying to break the uneasy silence. You said your goodbyes to Jerry the cook again as he returned for his keys, and watched the streets go quietly darker and darker into the night.
"I understand you're closing." He said out of the blue, leaving his seat. Taking his jacket and knapsack with him. Halting in front of the bar where you were working. At least pretending to be working.
"A bit earlier than usual, yes." Wiping the bar down again, as he stood there. Watching you. "I got some pie leftover if you want." You offered, pointing at the stool. "Take a seat."
"No, I'm good." He replied with a grumble.
"Okay… Well, suit yourself." Drinking the last bit out your glass and continue your work on the cash register. "Have a good night, sir. And, please make sure the door is shut properly behind you."
But the man stood there, watching you work. And as you glanced back, he turned his eyes to the street. As if he searched deeply for a reason to stay inside. Not wanting to go outside. You know it didn't rain. You could see that. Yet, he remained in the same spot. Unmoved.
"I can wait." He offered, which took you by surprise. He didn't unsettle you in any way. But it was this kind of gesture you didn't expect. "Don't want you to be robbed by that… wrong crowd lurking the street." He looked over his shoulder, scanning the dimly lit streets while leaning against a table. "If... that's... alright with you?"
"Yeah…" You say and turn to confirm, catching each other's gaze. It's normal in any conversation. But this felt different. You felt drawn in by those brown eyes. Almost hypnotized. The moment of eye contact was longer than probably necessary. A smile slowly forming on your lips. "Of course." You nod and slowly return to your work. To your shock, you see your hands trembling ever so slightly as they hover over the numbers on your cash register. Not from the cold. That for sure. Because your hands feel clammy.
  -
"Was that all your money?" You asked while you shut the door behind you. With the keys in your other hand, you lock the place up. Turning on your heel, standing there a few feet apart from each other. The streets weren't exactly busy at this hour. But there was always some movement. But the man stayed silent nonetheless. Perhaps hoping you would drop it. "By not answering, you're admitting it is."
"Yes..." He grumbled, annoyed. "Yes, it was." Avoiding your gaze as he stepped aside for a passerby.
"There are some cheap rooms, two blocks down that way." You pointed down the road. "Big motel. Can't miss it." Pulling out a couple dollars from your wallet.
"That's far more than I paid for the food." He said, too stubborn to take the money.
"That's not the point." You noted. "I don't want you to sleep in a cardboard box under a bridge. There's no need to." Holding the money up to him. "It's cheap, but at least you got a roof over your head, a warm bed, and a way to freshen up."
"You don't have to do this."
"I know." You nod. "Now take it." Reaching the money out to him again. "Or are you intend to find out who's the most stubborn of the two of us."
"I can just walk away." He chuckled. "You know that, right?"
"Promise me one thing." Taking another step closer to him.
"What is that?" He says, watching you with a challenging glint in his eyes.
"Tomorrow morning, be here at seven." Jabbing a finger over your shoulder. "Backdoor. I'll fix you breakfast." Forcing the money in his hand. "Got it?"
The man nodded as he stashed the bills away in his pocket. "And to who do I owe this promise?"
"(Y/N)."
If there was something to lie about, it could be his name. That's what coursed through Arvin's brain right now. After all this, should he be honest? Hadn't he already been up until now? A small inner conflict silenced him for a moment. But inside of him, the gears were turning. The name sat right with the person standing in front of him. And it made him feel… things….
For the first time, you caught a glimpse of what you thought to be a smile on the stranger's face. Short and sweet. It was a kind one. A genuine one. A smile that pleasantly cracked his stern features. So unexpected, yet so satisfying to witness. It suited him well.
But only seconds. As he bowed his head down, strolling his eyes across the pavement while fishing for a pack of cigarettes from his jacket. The cap hiding the expression. As if he was embarrassed to show his smile.
"I'm Arvin." He looked up, flashing his smile with confidence, stepping closer towards you. "I haven't thanked you (Y/N)." Offering you one of his last cigarettes. "The meal. And… this." Patting the bills in his pocket. "That's real kind of you." The smile said more than enough. Despite the stubbles across his face, the unshaven look, the long locks of brown hair protruding from underneath his cap, he had a certain charm. And it felt infectious. That ferocity from earlier had subsided. Making way for a heartwarming smile. "Thank you (Y/N)."
"No problem, Arvin." Pulling the collars up against the wind, but kindly refusing the cigarette. "I only drink." And return him a smile. "See you tomorrow morning."
He nodded as you saw the fire catch his cigarette. The orange glow shining across his features. There was this tensioned moment of eye contact before you exchanged a "Goodnight". Arvin watched you go as he ran his hand over his curled dark hair, smoothing it into place before putting the cap back on. A shuddered breath left his parted lips. He didn't understand what his body was experiencing. This feeling. He wanted to say something as he saw you walking away. But he couldn't. Nailed to the spot. Yet his legs were like jelly. So each went their own way. But not without their troubled minds.
  - NEXT MORNING -
Still early in the morning, the cool breeze nipping at your skin, you tighten your coat around you. The streets were reasonably quiet. With your hands safely stowed away in your pockets, sheltered from the wind, you make your way down the street. The unmistakable form of the kiosk was one of the few places open so early. You pick up the newspaper while you exchange a few words with the older man behind the counter. It wasn't the smoothest of conversations. Undeniably, Arvin had been on your mind. Something about him made you look forward to seeing him again. With the newspaper under your arm, you continue. Therefore sleep didn't come easily last night. Twisting and turning in the sheets. What bothered you, you couldn't pinpoint exactly. But it had something to do with Arvin, you figured as much. The night was short as you woke up way before your alarm clock did go off—a terrible start to the day.
You turn into the alley leading to the backdoor. Not much movement this early in the morning. Your heart skips a beat as you are frozen on the spot. Seeing a figure hunched together beside the backdoor of the diner. The denim jacket and cap immediately gave away who it was. "Arvin?" You asked the obvious, slowly approaching. "Is...Is that you?"
A pair of tired eyes paired with furrowed brows shot up at you while you fish the keys from your pocket. His handsome face was lined, and eyes set deep into its sockets, riddled with sleep—a frustrated but tired gaze connected with yours. You can't help but notice the trembles shaking his frame as you come close. "Hey." He grumbled as the simple greeting came from his shuddering lips. The cold and fatigue certainly got a good grip on him.
"You're... early?" You said somewhat sarcastically. "Something happened?"
"R-Ran into some problems." He groaned, followed by a coughing fit that almost knocked his lungs out. "So I…eh slept here."
"Damn… Do I wanna know what happened?" Arvin's condescending stare said more than enough. The way he communicated through that stare—the eye contact. You knew enough. You shook your head in disbelief. "Well, c'mon." Extending him a hand to help him on his feet. "I'll get you started with something warm." A firm grasp takes your hand, but his fingers were cold through and through, followed by a gaze of threatening eyes. You caught it in a glimpse. It was more than enough. Just what you thought. The red of his knuckles, skin rough and stained with dried blood. Arvin had been in a fight of some sort.
"What?" He snorted in derision. Pulling back his hand from yours as he got onto his legs. His anger, sudden, and ferocious. There was a moment of thoughtful silence as he inched closer beside you. He was aware of what you saw. But wasn't going to admit it, nor tell you.
"Nothin…" You replied. Careful not to show your disappointment. "Let's head inside."
Arvin took a seat at the bar, with your jacket wrapped around him. Just to give some extra warmth. Eyes small and dim, an expression of defeat and a glare that had tiresome written all over it. His shoulders hung low, and his posture sat like a wreck on the stool.
"Did you even sleep?" Placing a big pot of tea beside him. He only answered by shaking his head, wrapping his hands around the mug. Life slowly returning to his pale-looking fingers. You let him sit in silence as you sip your morning coffee. Arvin's gaze stuck somewhere beyond the passing traffic. A thousand-yard stare. It sure was his trademark—so absent-minded, sulking on his own. Jaw locked and sucking on his teeth. You weren't a morning person either, but this was something else.
"Tidy up." You said while putting a warm moist cloth beside his hands. "You'll scare the customers."
"I don't follow." Came the grunted reply. Sipping on his steaming hot cup of tea. His reply almost sounded like a challenge, rather than this usual angry tone you got used to.
"The blood-" You nod to his knuckles. Looking all sore and red. "On your hands. You... need a bandage or...?" The response was none. He just looked at you. Sometimes a car caught his attention before looking back at you. You think to notice a small curvature on the corner of his lips. Making you a little unsure of what to do. "You okay, Arvin?"
"You'd like to know...?" He asked with a growing smirk, slowly tilting the cup to his lips. The smile now more prominent than before. "Wouldn't you…"
"Arvin…" You sighed and rolled your eyes. "It's more-"
"Goodmorning!" A voice called out in the back. Interrupting you mid-sentence. Making you jump a little. You hop over to Arvin and pull the jacket away from him, just in time as your father turned the corner. "Well, good morning to you too." He flashed a smile towards Arvin. "To what do we owe this pleasure?"
Before Arvin had said a word, you already interjected; rather smoothly, you had to admit. "This is Arvin." You introduced. "And we were just talking about the job…"
"Oh! Nice meeting you." Extending his hand towards Arvin. "I'm (YOUR DADS NAME)." Shaking his hand. "So you're here for the kitchen? That's good! Jerry will be delighted to hear that." Arvin watched you with big eyes as you continued to talk in on your dad. Desperate not to let Arvin ruin the hold thing. But for one, Arvin didn't follow at all. His mind was too hazy to process this much so early in the morning. After a few minutes of conversation, your dad turns to Arvin. "All sounds good. You got experience?"
"Well... ehm." He stammered somewhat inaudible. Nervously shielding his bruised knuckles with his other hand. "I…"
" You... mentioned… your gran-" Trying to put the words in his mouth, mimicking the words with your lips. But Arvin clearly wasn't following. A confused expression crawled on his face as you exchanged glances. "Grand--... M-
"-Grandmother… Yes." He said, finally catching on. "I… learned from my grandmother."
"Ah! Okay. Well, we don't serve that kind of food here." Your father bellowed in laughter. "But experience is best shown via practice. When you're ready, hop on in the kitchen and serve us some breakfast." Your dad says, pulling off his jacket. "Give us a call when you're ready." And turns to you. "I'll be upstairs, do some paperwork. How was yesterday?"
"Good, good. Nothing special. But listen…" Pushing him along towards the staircase in the back. Out of earreach of Arvin. "Arvin needs some living space. If he's good, which I think he really is, maybe he can sleep upstairs? One of the older rooms."
"I thought you were thinking about-"
"No, no, no… That can wait. I can wait. But what do you think?"
"Yeah, of course. We can make that work. If you think he's good. Go for it. But he better make us a good breakfast." He laughs and pats you on your shoulder, starting to scale the flight of stairs. "Call me when it's done." You let out a sigh of relief as you close the door behind you. A good start so far.
But dark clouds were gathering near the bar. You could see it in his eyes. Arvin's kind and smiling expression he faked in front of your dad. Those expressions had vanished, replaced by something of an animal's howl of outrage. "What did you just do?!" Arvin jumped off his stool, aggressively barged towards you. "You-"
"If you mean to ruin this for yourself-..." You cut him off. "-speak... louder."
"I didn't ask for any of this!" He hissed with his teeth clenched, like a wolf snarling at his prey. But surprisingly, in a lowered tone. Confronting you close up. His balled up fists threatening what came next.
"Then why are you whispering-...?" You grinned. "-Arvin?"
"You don't know what you're getting yourself into!" His breath ragged with the passion of his anger and fuelled rage, big brown eyes peered into yours. For a moment, you were afraid that he might do something to you. "Do you?!"
"No, but neither do you." You fired back at him. "Don't be mad at me. I'm merely giving you a chance."
"If I wanted that, I'd ask for it!" He snarled up close, the spittle almost flying across your face. "For ev-"
"Stay angry all you want." You said without letting him finish. "You can walk right out of the door if you want, or… you step into that kitchen and make something of it." You let the words sink in. Stepping past him, you turn around and pat his shoulder. "Think about it. It's a chance to start anew."
"I…" He sighed without finishing his sentence before even starting it. "You don't even know me."
"What's your point?"
"Why would you help me?!" He held his pose as he spoke, the dark brown intensity of his eyes never leaving yours. "Out of all the people that walk in here, why me?"
"It's simple." You toss the pen aside. Feeling the frustration of his misplaced mistrust starting to annoy you. "I just want to help you, Arvin. That's all." Your breath quickened for a moment as you stood there facing each other. Locked in one and other's gaze. "I… I felt…" But shake the thoughts from your mind. "I felt sorry for you."
"You shouldn't..." He mumbled, gazing into the distance. Locking his jaw as he mulled over your words. Trying to look tough. "I don't need someone else's pity." Throwing his knapsack over his shoulder. And starts heading for the door. "I'm a lost cause."
"Then what do you have left to lose? Nothing. Right?"
"I'm free to go wherever the fuck I want." He sneered, jabbing an angry finger against your chest. "Because you did something nice doesn't mean I have to repay you."
"That's not…" You sighed deeply, frustrated at his stubbornness. Seeing him walk away again. "Arvin… don't go."
"Oh shut up." He snarled, waving a dismissive hand.
"I'm sorry." You apologized. Ashamed of your comment earlier. "I shouldn't have said that. And, I… didn't mean it that way. It's… I haven't slept well and..."
"You and me both." He said. Leaving you a little bit surprised. A moment of silence filled the room. Upstairs you could hear your dad walking. For a moment, youre afraid he might have heard something. "I'm sorry too." He hung his head low. "I shouldn't have lashed out at you. You didn't deserve that."
"Will you at least think about, Arvin. I want you to know, my father has agreed on lending you a room upstairs." You said while averting your gaze, back to your work. "You can stay there for a while." And head towards the ledger spread out before on the counter. Arvin stood there, frozen on the spot. Hand on the door. Ready to leave. "Think about it, Arvin."
His eyes widened, the aggression in his expression sank away, replaced by guilt. "Are you… Are you serious?" He turned to you. "(Y/N)?"
"Yes, I believe in you. You just… need a little bit of help." You said. "Worst case, my dad laughs about it, and he'll teach you himself. He can't see the bad in people. He only wants to bring the best out of them."
"Runs in the family." He says with a small smile growing. You only catch it in a glimpse as you watch him turn around, walking towards one of the hanging aprons behind the bar. You watch him from the corner of your eye and can't help but smile. Fiddling with the apron and cleaning his hands. He seemed like a good lad. And you were happy he at least was giving it a shot. "Arvin." You called just before he entered the kitchen, mentioning him to come over. "Make the bacon extra crispy for my dad. You'll score extra points."
"I will." He smiled and nodded. "I will." And watch him enter the kitchen.
"And don't forget yourself." You add on while you try to focus on the numbers in front of you. But they didn't hold any interest to you. Opening hour was just around the corner, but this day had already gotten so much better. Your smile was hard to suppress. But why would you? A smile of happiness. Now it's up to him.
"(Y/N)" Arvin's voice came from behind you. Waking you from your derailed train of thought. As you turned around, you see him leaning on his forearms through the little serving counter. "When this turns out-"
"It will, Arvin." You immediately said with confidence, followed with a smile. "Trust me. It will."
"Okay." He chuckled softly. "Well...Do you… eh maybe want to get a drink sometime?" Asking with a slight nervousness to his voice. "No cigarettes." He added, a tender smile curving his lips. "I… also... still owe you for last night, so..."
"Now I have to make this work." You chuckle, rubbing the nape of your neck. Feeling a rush of heat shoot across your cheeks. "Sounds good, Arvin."

The Obey Me! Boys and How They Cuddle
Because this quarantine got me touch-starved.  ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Slight NSFW warning for Asmo.
Lucifer: He could feel his heartbeat in his forehead as he reclined (not slouched, he would never slouch) against the back of his chair. He had at least three different reports to write for Diavolo, the ever-growing stack of bills addressed to Mammon was beginning to lean alarmingly to the left, and he had just received word that one of his brothers had broken a stained-glass window at RAD. Again.
The sound of his door creaking open startled him out of his brooding. He whipped around with a scowl already set in place, but his expression soften when he registered the human standing there. They were carrying a tray in their hands, which were wrapped carefully in the sleeves of their shirt to stave off the chill of the Devildom evenings.
“You missed dinner,” they set the tray down on the edge of his desk, away from all of the important documents. “I was worried the others were going to start a riot.”
“I wouldn’t put it past them.” he sighed, pinching the bridge of his nose. On top of the pounding in his head, he was beginning to feel the muscle in his neck tensing from being bent over writing for the majority of the day. Great, now his responsibilities were becoming a literal pain in the neck instead of just a figurative one.
“Lucifer?” concern laced through their voice as they spoke. “Are you okay?”
Their hands were still planted on the desk where they had set the tray down, eyes trained on him like they were worried he would explode. This left them wide open, and Lucifer was nothing if not opportunistic.
“Come here.”
The human yelped as he gripped them around the waist and easily hoisted them into his lap. Their legs dangled uselessly over one arm of the chair and Lucifer had pressed their torso against his own. He kept them close, encasing them in his arms as he rested his cheek on top of their head.
“Lucifer!” they attempted to wiggle out of his grasp, but both of them knew it would do nothing. “I’m not a teddy bear!”
“Oh? But the job suits you perfectly.”
They huffed petulantly, but instead of pouting, they wrapped their arms around his neck and accepted their fate. “Just ask next time, okay?”
Mammon: “...stupid lil’...why do they hafta...treat their older brother with at least a lil’ respect!”
The door to the living room burst open, causing the human sitting on the couch to jump and quickly whip their headphones out. Mammon definitely didn’t get a little mushy when he noticed their expression go from on guard to exasperatedly fond.
“What happened now?”
The Avatar of Greed flopped unceremoniously onto the couch next to them and sighed dramatically. “Why do they always gotta gang up on me?!”
“Because it’s funny to watch you explode?”
“Not helping, human.”
They started to laugh, but when they saw Mammon slouch down a little further, they cut themselves off. “Does it really get to you that much?”
“Sometimes,” Mammon scratched at his neck. “Even when I’m trying to help, they start taking jabs at me for no reason.”
The human was silent for a moment before they shoved the worksheet they had been scribbling away at into their textbook and closed it. “That’s not right.”
“You’re damn right it ain’t! I’m a good big brother, and every time I -” a light tug on his hair cut him off mid-rant. The human had scooted down to the end of the couch and was looking at him expectantly. When had they grabbed a hold of his hair?
His human was nothing if not persistent, and who was he to deny them? He followed their tugs down to rest his head in their lap, stretching out his long legs. Their gentle fingers kept weaving and scritching in his hair, and his eyes slipped closed like a content kitten.
“You know the best ways to shut me up.”
“Mmhmm.”
Levi: When he had told them what time the stream was going to start, they had grinned and said staying up that late wasn’t going to be a problem. They had high-fived and the human had skipped off to do whatever it was normies did during the day. When 10 o’clock rolled around, they showed up to his room practically buzzing with excitement. It had been forever since they had gotten to watch a live stream with someone!
They had been so jazzed. So why in the three Realms were they asleep?!
And more importantly, why were they asleep on his shoulder?!?!
Levi could feel himself start to hyperventilate. He barely let his brothers touch him, forget about the human! The streamer had said something that was making the chat go a mile a minute, but Levi couldn’t bring himself to concentrate on anything but the weight on his shoulder.
Swallowing heavily, he managed to gather up enough courage to actually look at the human. They were small and fragile looking when they were awake and yelling at everyone, but when they were asleep, they might as well be a figurine. Their face was relaxed, so different from the victorious grin they wore when they thrashed Mammon in a game, or the determined frown they wore when Devildom culture shock smacked them in the face and they were trying to deal with it.
The soft blue light from Henry 2.0′s aquarium rippled across their face, and Levi could feel their slow, even breaths against his collarbone. His face felt like it was on fire, and he was just about to start flailing when they made a soft noise in their sleep and snuggled in a bit closer. They were shivering.
He had watched enough romcom anime to know the proper course of action, but that didn’t cool his blush any. Sighing in defeat, he managed to sneak his arm up from where it had been resting against his side and - slowly, hesitantly, holy shit what was he doing this was a bad idea what the fu - wrapped it around their shoulders and pulled them in.
Thankfully, they stayed asleep. Slowly but surely, Levi’s heart rate slowed back down to normal as he felt them stop shaking. Maybe this wasn’t so bad?
Satan: It wasn’t often that the human lost their cool. They were probably one of the most put-together beings who ever existed. But, as Satan knew all too well, one could only take so much bullshit before they exploded.
“That sorry, sniveling, micro-dicked little cockroach!”
Satan would have praised them on that insult if he didn’t think it would piss them off more. “Who has a micro dick?”
“That guy I got paired with to do the Potions project!” they had begun pacing around the library. Satan had been in enough arguments to know where this was going, so he shut his book, crossed his legs and waited. The human didn’t disappoint.
“We agreed to meet up at the cafe to work on the project after class, since the assignment is due tomorrow and we needed to get everything put together. Not only does this bastard not show up, he has the balls to text me and ‘apologize’ for not having any of his share of the work done! So now I have to do by tomorrow!” frustrated tears gathered in the corners of their eyes, and Satan had to smother the flames of his own anger. How dare this scum make his human cry?
“Kitten,” he said, hoping the familiar pet name would soothe instead of scorn. “You’re going to wear a path in the carpet if you keep pacing like that.”
They turned to glare at him, but their fire had run out of kindling. They sighed heavily, shoulders slouching as though their anger had physically drained them. “I’m sorry, I didn’t mean to...I stormed in here and interrupted you, didn’t I? I wan’t thinking, sorry, I’ll just...”
Before they could finish their retreat, Satan was in front of them, hands on their shoulders.
“Hey now, it’s alright.” he reached up and brushed their tears away with the backs of his knuckles. “I of all people know how it is when you’re angry, I understand.”
They sniffled pathetically. “Sorry...”
Smiling gently, Satan guided them to the couch and let them slump against him. They were settled between his legs with their head pillowed against his chest, listening to his heartbeat as they calmed down. Satan’s long fingers played with their hair, twirling a strand around his finger.
“Now then, I’m going to need a name, address and photo id of this formerly-alive gentleman.”
Asmo: There was nothing quite like those few moments after a couple rounds of mind-blowing sex that had followed a carefully-crafted seduction. Asmodeus sighed in satisfaction as he relaxed against the soft pillows.
“Mm...” the human stirred beside him, and Asmo turned his head to admire his handiwork. Their hair was slick with sweat, curling along their forehead and jaw like ivy climbing up the side of a house. They were soft, pliant, practically melting into the sheets, and they had the most deliciously fucked-out expression on their face.
“Hello there, darling.” he said softly, reaching up to brush their hair out of their eyes. “How are you doing?”
Confusion flashed across their face and Asmo decided to answer their question before they asked it. “Aftercare is very important, my dear. Tell me what you need.”
Unbelievably, the human flushed and buried their head in the pillow. “...dles...”
“What was that, sweetheart?”
The human resurfaced, but couldn’t quite look him in the eye. “...Cuddles.”
Asmo scoffed affectionately. “Are you telling me that, after spending the night committing all kinds of salacious acts with me, you’re having trouble asking me for post-sex cuddles?”
Before the human could proceed with the inevitable flailing, Asmo tucked them against his chest, one leg thrown over both of theirs and a delicately manicured finger tracing over his pact mark on their hip. He felt them sigh contentedly as they settled down, and he couldn’t resist laughing as he kissed their forehead.
“I’ll have you know, post-sex cuddling is the best kind of cuddling.”
Beelzebub: It was a rare occasion that only one brother was camped out in the human’s room. Usually there were at least two monopolizing their bed. But, Mammon had a modeling gig, Levi had a raid going on, Satan had just bought a new book and couldn’t be torn away from it, Asmo had a date, and Belphie was....probably asleep somewhere that wasn’t their room. Which left them and Beel.
“What are we going to watch tonight?” Beel asked, making himself comfortable on their bed. He had brought a bowl of popcorn the size of their head, and before they even picked a movie the bowl was 3/4 of the way empty.
“Come on, Beel, I didn’t even get any!” they pouted, but there was an amused gleam in their eye. “And, to answer your question, I was thinking horror, since Mammon isn’t here to scream through it.”
By the time they finished their sentence, the popcorn had been vacuumed into Beel’s mouth. The human looked at Beel with a raised eyebrow.
“...”
“...”
“...We’re out of popcorn.”
They snorted, snatching the bowl from Beel’s hands. “I’ll go make more, you pick a movie.”
When they returned, Beel was leaning against their headboard with the movie paused on the title screen. It was some Devildom flick that the human had never heard of, but they trusted Beel.
Well, with the movie, anyway.
When he made grabby hands for the popcorn, the human turned to shield it with their body. “I don’t think so! I actually want some this time, Beelzebub. I’m holding it.”
The Avatar of Gluttony looked like they had just told him Santa wasn’t real, but the human stood firm.
“I’ll share, but I’m not letting you inhale the whole bowl.” they stuck their tongue out and plopped themselves on their bed. “Let’s start this thing.”
The movie started with a demon getting disemboweled, so they knew it was going to be good. The human was situation with the bowl rested in between their folded legs, and Beel would reach over and grab a fistful of popcorn every few seconds. But, in order to do that, he would have to rock himself forward, and as a result, spilled a fair amount of popcorn on the bed.
“This isn’t working.” Beel muttered about 20 minutes in.
“What isn’t?” they didn’t even turn away from the screen. It was just getting good!
“I keep spilling the popcorn.”
“Hm?” the human briefly glanced down to realize that they were sitting among the remains of many, many pieces of popcorn. “Oh. So you do. Sorry, Beel, I’ll move.”
The human had meant to scoot just a little closer so Beel wouldn’t have to reach so far, but apparently he had other ideas.
They squeaked a little when they went from leaning against the cool wall to something warm.
“Beel!” they exclaimed, suddenly finding themself situated snugly in Beel’s lap. “What the actual fuck?”
“This is easier.” To demonstrate, he reached into the bowl that was still cushioned in their lap, plucked out a fistful of popcorn, and took a bite. “See? No spilling. And you’re still holding the bowl.”
They felt like their face was going to explode from the force of their blush.
“Is this okay?” Beel asked, apparently belatedly realizing what he had just done might be considered inappropriate.
“...Yeah, it’s okay. You have a comfy lap.”
Beel smiled. “Good. I like having you close like this.”
“Shut up, I’m watching the movie.”
Belphegor: It was hard to keep your circadian rhythm going when there was no sun. This was the third night in a row that the human found themselves unable to sleep, and they were getting sick of sitting in their room playing on their D.D.D. So, even though they knew Lucifer would use their skin to decorate his office if he found them, they tip-toed out of their room and began wandering the halls in search for...something.
Eventually, they found themselves in the planetarium. Honestly, they didn’t know what they would do up there, but it beat sitting around in the darkness waiting for their body to shut down from sheer exhaustion.
“Shouldn’t you be sleeping?”
They nearly jumped out of their skin. “Belphie!”
Belphegor was draped languidly over one of the couches, cow-print pillow hugged to his chest as he blinked sleepily at them. “What are you doing up?”
They shrugged. “Trouble sleeping.”
“Is that right?” Belphie hummed, sitting up. “You’re lucky you found me, then.”
“Why is that?” the human asked, tilting their head. Belphegor chuckled softly.
“I’m the Avatar of Sloth. If anyone can cure insomnia, it’s me.” he leaned back against the arm of the couch and opened his arms. “Come on, I won’t hurt you.”
He kept his voice nonchalant, but they felt him push his sincerity through their bond. He was still so cautious around them. Probably always would be.
Taking a deep breath, the human stepped forward into Belphie’s waiting arms. Honestly, the demon was a little shocked that the human had accepted. A slap to the face would have been his first reaction if the tables were turned.
He curled his arms around their shoulders and cupped the back of their head, gently guiding them to the crook of his neck. They squirmed, trying to get comfortable.
“Hush,” Belphie muttered, voice low and soothing. “I’m going to use magic, okay?”
He felt them nod, already drifting a little bit. Belphie took a deep breath, threading his fingers through their hair. He didn’t deserve this. Didn’t deserve their trust and affection. But he was going to take it anyway.
The magic laced itself through his voice as he sang. It was an old lullaby that Lucifer used to sing to him and Beel when they were fussy children, but the human didn’t need to know that. Almost immediately, they stopped wiggling and settled heavily against him. By the time the lullaby was finished, they were asleep, breath fanning deep and even across his collarbone.
Belphegor leaned down and nuzzled into their hair. “Goodnight. Sweet dreams.”

Please tell us about the cinema, I beg you
Oh boy...that accursed night. If you think fanfic plots are chaotic, just wait for this story.
Tumblr media
Story under the cut:
So, I just got this job at my small town’s local theatre. I genuinely enjoyed it, and was quite content with the way things were going—fun shifts, cool coworkers, and a nice boss. So I thought.
I was only two weeks in when the “incident” occurred.
At the theatre, we had to collect a walkie talkie radio at the start of every shift, and sign it in and out with a piece of paper in the office.
It was a little clunky and annoying when cleaning cinemas with vacuums, but nothing to cry over.
One night, I’m put to work with a new supervisor I hadn’t met before and some new coworkers (they’d all been there a while, but this was my first shift with them).
For a little context, I’m 19, and most of the other employees were like 15-17. So, I was basically being bossed around by pretentious, power-tripping kids. Fun.
King Kong vs Godzilla had just been released, so of course, the theatre was packed that night — 130 people per room.
Now, we usually have 20-30 minute intervals between sessions to clean the cinemas, but with the release of a new movie, it was cut down in half, sometimes less.
I was cleaning the most popular cinema that night, and was first told to take my time, as it needed to be spotless. Also, side note, can people please not throw popcorn everywhere? It’s a pain to clean. Then again, I don’t work there anymore nor ever will, so do what you want, I suppose.
My little coworker told me to take my radio off my belt and put it aside to get a good vacuum going through each aisle, as it apparently made it easier, as the cord would sometimes get wrapped around the radio stem.
Fair enough.
I did so, and left it on the wooden platform of the rows to begin vacuuming. He leaves and I get to work.
However, he comes rushing back a few minutes later and says, “what the hell are you still cleaning for?? We’ve got a hundred people waiting outside???”
I’m over it™️ at this point because I only took this job to see the behind the scenes of how a cinema works. I shrug and go, “okay”
I pack the vacuum up and try to leave hastily, as he’s being very antsy and pushy.
He gets frustrated and grabs the rest of my cleaning crap to leave, and tells me to hurry up behind him.
My hands are full and I can’t grab the radio, so I say, “what about the walkie talkie?”
I swear I hear him say, “leave it, there’s no time!”
I shrug and think it’s weird, but trust him to know better.
However, once I dump my crap and prepare to leave, as a hundred people are pushing in behind me, my intuition tells me to grab the walkie talkie.
I rush back in to where I left it, and find it missing
Tumblr media
I have a brief moment of “oh shit”
However, I think to myself, “it’s okay, you only took this job for shits and giggles. If they fire you, you have your other job anyways. What’s the worst that can happen?”
If only I knew.
An hour goes by into my shift, and I’m cleaning another cinema with the same coworker. I’ve kind of shoved the walkie talkie thing to the back of my mind, because I was doing a closing shift that night and could probably get away with not facing my manager about the sign out sheet.
However, at one point the boy goes, “where’s your radio??”
Sheepishly, I say, “uh...I left it in cinema 3, like you told me to?”
He sort of pales and I think this little skinny high schooler is about to pass out.
He starts yelling at me and tells me that I need to get my flashlight and start checking every single row in there.
I go, “fuck no, the movie is still going? You want me to flash a torch in the peoples’ faces during King Kong?? The one cinema hosting the entirety of the sweaty balls side of reddit right now???”
He gets very shitty and says, “I’ll do it myself, wait here.”
By now I know I’m in the shit, but shrug and remember I can always escape through the vents if need be.
Now, there was this really fucking annoying 15 year old boy I was working with that night, who’s the definition of the “well aCtUaLlY” guy irl
He comes sprinting into the theatre I was cleaning, and starts literally interrogating me over this walkie talkie. Like, he thinks he’s the “bad cop” or some shit. Other coworkers closer to my age had already warned me about him before I even met him.
The other boy I was working with apparently couldn’t find it, and just didn’t want to deal with the consequences that night so much, that he called his mum to come pick him up early.
Weakling child.
It was at this point that I quietly arrived at the conclusion of “they think I stole it”
I didn’t understand why, it’s a fucking walkie talkie? What’s the big deal? Go get a Dora the Explorer one to replace it from Target??
I let my inner Mickey Milkovich come out, and play cool.
Him: you fucking stole it
Me:
Tumblr media
This 15 year old Ben Shapiro-looking fucker starts grilling me, and literally places me under theatre arrest. I wasn’t allowed to leave the room I was cleaning, in other words.
He gets uncomfortably close—just me and this weird boy in this dark theatre—and goes, “I want you to be brutally honest with me...did you take the walkie talkie? I won’t tell the manager that you did.”
If you guys know me well enough from my blog, then you know this boy suffered a great deal of aggressive sarcasm in response.
He gets pissed (brown-noser), and tells me to continue cleaning, as he leaves the theatre.
Only ten minutes go by until he comes back, but this time with “good cop”.
I roll my eyes, and turn the vacuum off.
They stand at the bottom of the cinema blocking my entrance with their arms folded, and start interrogating me about stealing it.
I give them some more Mickey Milkovich sarcasm, as I had already explained to them a hundred times what happened.
They involve the manager (snitches) and now I’m really in trouble.
They force me to go into the cinema whilst the movie is still playing to look for it. Begrudgingly grabbing my flashlight, and preparing for rightfully angry people as I search their crotches in the middle of a highly anticipated movie, I head inside theatre 3.
Fuck doing that though, I watch the movie instead with the people and eat some popcorn.
Figuring a reasonable amount of time to search had gone by, I sadly leave the cool laser battle scene, and head back out.
Me: “I searched and couldn’t find it.”
Power-complex 15 year old with a punchable Ben Shapiro face: “Did you look everywhere in the cinema??”
Me: “Yeah, I shoved a flashlight up seat 33’s asshole and checked it myself.”
Some more pissy exchanges take place, and I’m told to go clean another cinema.
I’m having fun at this point, because I’ve worked enough jobs to know this situation was being dealt with incredibly immaturely by the other staff.
Regarding accidents like these in the workplace, and given how big the cinema chain is, they should know insurance covers a simple walkie talkie, and that assuming the new employee stole something which is misplaced is a bad way to integrate them into your company. It’s simply a bad look for your business.
I’m cleaning another cinema when all three come in, and tell me they’re going to put cinema 3 on lockdown when the movie ends, and check everyone’s bags.
I’m amused at this point, so I really just go “damn bro that’s wild”
They do exactly that, and it’s as awkward as you can imagine.
People are angry and annoyed—all 130 of them at 9:30pm huddled in a group, having their bags searched for a damn walkie talkie.
After discovering no one had actually stolen it, like I said, they start interrogating me again.
“Are you sure it was cinema 3??? Is your memory perhaps failing you???”
“If I say yes, will I go home sooner?” (my shift ended 15 minutes ago, and I wasn’t allowed to leave)
Naturally, I stayed another 40 minutes, and had to search the entire building. I’m talking arcade, toilets, offices—everywhere.
It is eventually deemed completely lost, and I basically end the night saying, “well, I ain’t about to strip nude for you all for a full body search, and although I’ve never had such a fun shift anywhere else, I’m not a fan of work environments that promote skepticism and cohort-wide distrust. I ain’t coming in next week, or the week after that, or the...well, I think you get the point.”
I leave my badge behind, and basically book it out of the cinema an hour after my shift was supposed to end. I worked illegally longer than I was supposed to, and wasn’t given the legal shift break.
I received text messages and emails from the head office shortly after, asking if I was coming back, and ignored them for a little while, as although I can handle irl confrontation, virtual ones spook me?
Anywho, the walkie talkie actually costs $1000, but as mentioned before, I, an adult, recognise insurance covers these sorts of things, especially in companies as big as these.
So, moral of the story, don’t leave 15 year olds in charge of adults, because most of the time, they’re too young to realise what insurance policies are :)

Eugene follows Snafu Back To See The Caboose
After the girl on the train rejects him feistily, Snafu disappears once lunch is finished. So Eugene decides to hunt him down...
A short enemies to lovers 'missing scene' type oneshot that is basically a fanfic of a fanfic because the UST in @badgerms's F.M.L was too high, I needed them to kiss...so I wrote this using lolki's "what are you gonna do about it?" moment:
The back of the caboose is as deserted as Snafu expects it to be. The door to the outside deck shuts behind him with a literal and metaphorical heaviness. Snafu hopes he remembered to unlock it first. He slides his tie loose, unbuttons the top of his shirt, and slumps against the rail. After years of no real need to dress nice, Snaf starts getting antsy all dolled up among polite company. There was an ease in wearing his ratty service uniform everyday that he kinda misses. It was like a second skin, really. And eventually, when he wore it long enough, he stopped noticing the grime.
He lights a cigarette and sighs, watching the railroad ties pass underneath his feet as the train chugs along. His head feels so heavy slung between his shoulders, he could almost join them.
Watching the track is hypnotic, something to think about without thinking. Because the one thing currently filling his entire mind needs to go away.
Eugene Sledge.
Take necessity out of the equation, and he and Sledge are barely left with a friendship. Eugene doesn't look to Snafu for guidance like he used to, he doesn't look back to make sure Snafu is still running behind him - he doesn't look at Snafu much anymore period. Unless Snafu is acting like an ass. Or a fool. Or both at the same time. Like Eugene considers him some form of mild entertainment.
It hurts more than Snafu would like to admit. It hurts even worse when Snafu is forced to listen to Eugene's talk about 'when they get home', as if 'home' is a concept Snafu is expected to relate to.
Eugene and his ridiculous posturing about 'no plans'. Snafu knows better. Sledge is gonna leave K company behind, go back home to mama, get pa to get him a job, work his way up the social ladder, become successful, and forget all about the war.
Goddamn asshole.
Goddamn beautiful fucking asshole.
With perfect timing, the door to the caboose opens. "Hey," Eugene's shy voice comes up behind Snafu.
Snafu glances at the door. Without making eye contact he holds his cigarette carton out to Eugene.
"No thanks," Eugene says quietly, "Been trying to cut back."
That makes Snafu pause. He pockets the carton, and retreats from the usual cloud of smoke surrounding his head. Waving his hand through the air to try and disperse it, he backs up into the farthest corner of the caboose deck till his butt hits the cold railing. He's trying to put as much space between them as possible. Not that there's much space to begin with. The train is probably less than five feet wide.
"Am I interrupting?" Eugene asks politely, though his tone says he doesn't give a shit if he is.
Snafu just smirks at him. He flattens his cigarette between his lips, grasps onto the ladder attached to the caboose wall, and hoists himself onto the rail. He sits there and smokes, with one leg wrapped around the corner pole to keep himself stable.
Eugene eyes him warily, looking minorly concerned for Snafu's wellbeing if he falls off the train, but says nothing. He walks to the opposite end of the deck and leans over the rail there.
It gives Snafu a pretty good view of his ass.
The silence over them is awkward. They never had to fill silences like this during the war, in foxholes or on the roads. Back then they had too much noise, too much exhaustion for words. Now Snafu wishes Gene would just fucking say what he is thinking.
"Sorry," Eugene says.
Snafu grunts. He's gonna need more than that.
"Sorry for that girl stickin her nose up at you," Eugene continues.
"Only to be expected," Snafu mutters, petulant, "You didn't see her making her way back here, did you?"
Eugene shakes his head. "This happens every time. Anybody would be better than you at talking to girls. Even me, and I've never talked to a girl who wasn't Sid's kid sister in my life," Eugene complains, "You've got the looks but as soon as you open your mouth you step in it, Snaf. There's no way that girl was ever gonna show."
"Never thought she would," Snafu drawls. He wonders why Eugene is even bringing this up.
"So why do you do it then?" Eugene asks, sounding annoyed, "Antagonize those girls?"
Snafu shrugs even though he knows Gene can't see it with his back to him. "No reason," he says. 'To make you look at me again, to get your attention back on me where it should be,' he adds inwardly.
Eugene bristles. Snafu swears he can see the hair on the back of the guy's neck stand up. "You sure you don't do it just to mess with me?"
"Why the fuck would me talking to girls mess with you?" Snafu scrunches his face up in confusion.
Eugene falls quiet. Like he only just now realized what words fell out of his mouth.
Sensing Eugene isn't going to explain himself, Snafu shrugs and says, "I dunno, Sledgehammer." By now his cigarette is finally finished and he's ready to get back inside and away from whatever weird mood Sledge is in, "I just say shit. I don't mean any of it."
Eugene turns to look at him, and takes a few steps closer to lean against the rail nearby. He doesn't say a word, he just stares at Snafu with those soft sad eyes, and instantly makes Snafu feel like the biggest piece of shit to walk the earth. "You don't mean any of what you say?" he asks, his voice strangely vulnerable.
"Nah," Snafu throws the cigarette butt off the end of the train.
Eugene looks like a kicked puppy.
"I don't think about shit I do before I do it, Sledge," Snafu says, "Too much fucking work. Who does that?"
Eugene rolls his eyes. He's growing increasingly surly, as if Snafu is pushing him into this bad mood.
"Why do you care anyway?" Snafu asks.
"Remember what you said to me, the night of VJ day?" Eugene asks, "After Burgie left us alone on those rocks to go get drunk with the other guys and I said to you, 'looks like it's just you and me again'?"
"Yeah," Snafu says.
"Did you mean what you said?" Eugene demands to know. Eugene goes all haughty and poised as if he deserves every right to be putting Snafu on the spot like this.
"I ain't the one reading anything into it," Snafu retorts.
"Is that a no?"
"No!" Snafu snaps.
"So you never mean any of the shit you say?" Eugene demands.
"Nope."
Eugene turns away from him, presents Snafu with a cold shoulder.
Snafu wishes he could kiss that sour face better.
Instead Snafu scoffs, "-And yeah, what if I did mean it? I ain't the one reading into things, and I ain't the one who's been avoiding the other. You're the one who thinks you're better than me. What's it matter if I did mean something six months ago, if it's changed now? What are you gonna do about it?" He says it like it's a challenge but judging from Eugene's change of expression, Gene takes it as an insult.
Eugene stares intently down at the tracks, his posture an exact replica of Snafu's earlier. There's a stubborn furrow in Gene's brow. His shoulders are tense. He's wound up tighter than a spring.
Snafu laughs at him, mocking him. It's a relief, to finally get the meanness out, how much he hates not being under Gene's skin - so much that he's come to dislike him. A string's been snapped in Snafu's brain, he lets loose, he laughs and laughs. He gets caught up in his own amusement. He doesn't see what's coming for him.
Not till Gene's hand darts out and grabs the knot in Snafu's tie. Eugene yanks him forward - it takes all of Snafu's concentration not to slip backwards off the train - and crashes their faces together. Eugene's teeth hit Snafu's chin and Snafu gets the tip of Eugene's nose half in his mouth. Eugene quickly adjusts and this time when they reconnect, Snafu's lips fuse to his.
Eugene takes this as encouragement and shoves his hand into Snafu's hair to better control the kiss. He threads his fingers through and pulls, hard.
Snafu loses his balance on the rail and tips forward, stumbling into Gene's space.
Still focusing on the kiss, Snafu blindly grasps onto whatever part of Gene he can reach. The minute his hand touches Eugene's hip, the other guy gets spooked. For one wonderful moment Eugene is licking into Snafu's mouth and their hot, alcohol laden breath is mixing together, and the next minute Eugene is retreating like a shamed schoolgirl.
Eugene folds his arms in front of his chest, closes himself off, and turns his face resolutely to the door, away from Snafu. "Sorry," he breathes.
"Jesus christ, Gene," Snafu groans. He shares Eugene's sentiment in being unable to look his buddy in the eye. He doesn't want the physical contact to end, though. Snafu moves his hand from Gene's hip to his neck and leans his forehead against Eugene's soft shoulder, "Warn a man next time." He rests his head there, keeps his eyes closed, and takes deep calming breaths.
"It wasn't true," Eugene says hotly, "What you said - I wasn't avoiding you. I don't think I'm better than you."
"Okay," Snafu says, his heart still pounding.
"I have been distant…" Eugene admits, "Because I was afraid if I wasn't I might
…" He trails off.
"...do what you just did?" Snafu helpfully provides an end to his sentence.
Eugene doesn't say anything.
"God, Gene," Snafu sighs, grinding his forehead into the bone of Eugene's shoulder. Saying Eugene's name feels different now. He's no longer choking down all that fucking batshit yearning. He can say it like he wants to. With everything he wants behind it. Like how he wants to slide his hand up to Eugene's cheek and turn Gene's stubborn head so he can kiss his blushing face. And keep kissing him till Eugene's as desperate and clingy and horny as Snafu feels. "Eugene…" Snafu whispers. It's almost begging really. Begging this dumbass to please please stop fucking with him.
Eugene turns his head and draws Snafu in a little closer so he can press his face into the top of Snafu's curls. "Why is your shirt unbuttoned?" Eugene mumbles.
"The fuck does it matter that my shirt is unbuttoned?" Snafu asks.
"I was just asking…"
"It's fucking hot…" Snafu claims.
"No, it's not," Eugene counters.
"It's boiling. I'm sweating like a stuck pig in all these layers," Snafu says.
"It's March," Eugene argues, "We're still in the dead of winter."
"No we ain't," Snafu whines, "Don't you see that bright sun up there?"
"You just shivered, Snaf," Eugene says, "I felt it…"
"Maybe you're feeling something else," Snafu smiles and raises his head enough to nose along Eugene's long neck. He kisses him there, relishing in the way his lips stick lightly to Eugene's flushed skin. Snafu leaves his open mouth pressed against Eugene's neck and just continues to try and breathe.
Eugene appears entirely unaffected. Despite the fact that he was the one who fucking started this.
Snafu gives up. He drops his hand off Eugene's shoulder, lets it fall to Eugene's waist, where he slides his fingers along Eugene's tightly cinched belt before letting go altogether. Snafu disconnects from Eugene and takes a single step towards the door.
Eugene stops him. Eugene's hands find their way to Snafu's hips and he shoves Snafu against the platform rail. The cold bar digs into the small of Snafu's back. Snafu squirms against Eugene's body as Eugene presses in close. He almost bends Snafu backwards over the rail in his efforts to touch as much of Snafu as possible.
"Eugene…!" Snafu says with an embarrassing amount of longing.
Eugene kisses him silent.
Snafu's arms go around Gene's neck, and he holds onto him for dear life. Gene's hands stay strong against Snafu's back. Till Eugene slides them down, digging into every inch of Snafu's spine.
That makes Snafu shiver as much as the cold does. He loves him. Snafu loves this asshole whose hands and thoughts are all over him, inside and out…and maybe, just maybe, Eugene likes him back.
Eugene drops his hands from the small of Snafu's back to Snafu's ass and smoothly brings their hips together. As if Eugene had all this planned. Like he's taking it one step at a time, going down a list he had all mapped out.
Snafu briefly breaks the kiss to take a breath and tells Gene in a shocked whisper, "Thought you were a virgin?" Cause Eugene seems like he knows what he's doing.
Eugene steps back.
Snafu immediately regrets opening his big mouth.
"I am," Eugene scowls. He leans in and kisses Snafu one last, glorious time. "Funny...I thought you were better at this...with all your big talk about getting people," he says in Snafu's ear. And then opens the caboose door, walks through without looking back, and slams it shut.
"Fuck," Snafu swears and drops to the deck because his legs can't hold him up anymore. He's not sure what kind of game they're playing, but he's pretty sure Gene just won.

Curse of the Clan part 6! @scentedcandlecryptid @selfindulgenz @digitl-art-monstr @brightlotusmoon
As Bishop guided the Clan through the cold, sterile halls of white, none of the brothers felt comfortable enough to say much of anything. Bishop’s footsteps echoed with each sharp strike of his formal black shoes, the only sound in the facility aside from the mechanical murmuring of machines and employees at work. When the silence became too much to handle, the brothers began to try and bully each other into saying something to break the cold tension. They nudged and shoved and whispered hush whispers to each other before Leonardo finally spoke up.
“Hey Bishop!” He called, “can I have a sip of your water?” He pointed to bishops flask on his waist.
Bishop stopped walking and snapped to look back at Leonardo, though his smile never faltered. “It’s not water.”
Leonardo’s nostrils flared to bring in more of the acrid smell. “Seriously? Drinking on the job?”
“It doesn’t at all affect what I do here, trust me.” Bishop laughed.
“And what exactly is it that you do?”
With a sharp turn, Bishop went right back to walking. The Hamatos huddled around each other, hesitant to follow until Bishop called back to them without stopping his stride.
“Come along then, Hamatos, we have a lot to discuss.”
One by one, the brothers continued to follow Bishop down the hall until it opened into what seemed almost like an underground warehouse, though Bishop and the family were on a higher deck looking down upon the expansive room.
“What’s this place, mister Bishop?” April asked, walking over in an attempt to peer over the barrier.
Bishop grabbed a hold of April’s arm with a vice-like grip and yanked her back hard. “Don’t go near the barrier, little girl.”
Raphael was upon Bishop in an instant, snatching Bishop’s arm and twisting it slowly. Bishop resisted for a moment, but ultimately relented with a laugh and relinquished. When Raphael let him go, Bishop brought his arm back to his chest and rubbed it gently.
“You okay April?” Raphael asked, looking to April.
“I’m fine.” April huffed, rubbing her arm where Bishop had grabbed her as she pressed herself deeper into the group so she wasn’t so readily exposed.
“Sorry to frighten you.” For the first time, Bishop smiled in April’s direction. “Just didn't want you to fall.”
“Would ‘please step back before you fall’ not have worked?” Leonardo asked with crossed arms.
“Yeah!” Michelangelo added, “You didn't have to put your hand on her!”
“My apologies.” Bishop gave a laugh that shook his whole body and removed his hat to give a bow. “It’s just dangerous here in the holding area. Wouldn’t want you getting hurt…”
“Wait wait, holding area…?” Donatello prompted with a deepening frown. “That’s deeply concerning.”
“What exactly are you holding?”
“Yes. Here at TCRI, we isolate and incapacitate dangerous mutants, yokai, and other cryptids that might pose a threat to human safety and put our work here at risk. You understand that don’t you?” Bishop was almost like a snake, cold and constricting as he circled the family with his eyes trained on April. “Wouldn’t want you getting hurt.”
“You said that already.” April huffed, glad to be able to hide her full body behind the bulk of Raphael.
“Did I? Sorry.” Bishop laughed, finally stopping circling the brothers and starting to walk along the length of the balcony. “What exactly I do here isn’t much your concern, you know. I protect people, and that’s all you need to know.”
“But why the whole conspiracy?” Leonardo wasn’t going to stop questioning everything here, no matter the fact that each of Bishop’s words seemed to cut deeper and deeper and made Leonardo almost sick. “Why is it so important to keep humans blissfully aware of the creatures they share earth with?”
“Silly boy. Humans barely accept other humans of different skin and beliefs…” Bishop looked back at Leonardo without completely turning around, “Do you really think they’d accept a whole other sapient race…?”
***
The tour took far longer than any of the family was comfortable with, so when Bishop finally brought them into the elevator to take them to the roof, it was a great relief. But soon it turned quickly as awkward when they saw just how many floors they had to pass.
“Dude, how tall is this building?” Leonardo scoffed, motioning to the wall of seemingly endless buttons.
“Just 56 floors above ground. But there are five floors below.” Bishop answered helpfully.
“Sounds… great!”
Five floors up and already the silence was stretching before them. Michelangelo looked around at each of his family, watching the nervously anxious expressions on their faces that only served to further his own upset until, quite suddenly, he piped up with,
“There once was a ship that was put to sea and the name of the ship was the Billy of Tea~ The winds blew up, her bow dipped down, oh blow my bully boys blow.”
A heartbeat of silence before Leonardo’s musically inclined voice sounded. “Soon may the Wellermen come to bring us sugar and tea and rum~.”
Not to be outdone, Donatello took the second half of the verse with great enthusiasm. “One day when the tonguing is done, we’ll take our leave and go!”
April broke in before Michelangelo could say the next verse, but Michelangelo didn't care; especially not when he got to hear April’s angel-like voice. “She'd not been two weeks from shore when down on her a right whale bore! The captain called all hands and swore he'd take that whale in tow!”
Everyone, sans Bishop, joined in the next verse. “Soon may the Wellermen come to bring us sugar and tea and rum! One day when the tonguing is done, we’ll take our leave and go!”
They kept singing, much to Bishop’s increasing frustration, until they reached the top floor and Bishop gladly ran out. He motioned them to quickly follow. Their song was drowned out by the loud whirl of metal as a helicopter awaited them on the roof, its blade spinning and ready for takeoff. Bishop had to talk extra loudly to be heard over the rumble.
“This is the helicopter that will take you to the drop-off point.” Bishop practically yelled, “You will be provided with enough food and supplies to last the fortnight!”
“Wait—just like that?” Leonardo asked, “Shouldn’t we get more details or something? You’ve hardly told us anything!”
“I don’t have any bags packed!” Michelangelo whimpered.
“I need at least a two day notice before doing any traveling!” Donatello scoffed.
“You will be provided with more information on the way.”
“I’d like to be provided with it now.” Leonardo called, then turned to his brothers, “I think we can all agree this is highly sus, right?”
His family nodded their agreement.
“There is no time to waste, Hamatos.” Bishop called, “You must hurry.”
“It— it’s fine Leo.” Raphael tried to comfort with a nod of his head. “We’ll be together, right? We’ll be okay. Come on Mad Dogz!”
Raphael smiled and stood up straighter as he went to lead his family onto the helicopter. Bishop stopped Raphael before he could get far.
“What are you doing?” Bishop asked.
“Uh. Going on the helicopter…?” Raphael pointed.
“No. Not you.” Bishop shook his head, “Or you or you.” He pointed to Leonardo and Michelangelo.
“What?”
Bishop pointed at Donatello. “HIM!”
“Me?” Donatello gawked, pointing at himself.
“What? Wait—wait! Why does only Donnie go?” Raphael demanded. He and the rest of his family formed a protective circle around their brother.
“Because unlike you three, he was competent enough to not break his mystic weapon.”
“But… Donnie doesn’t have a mystic weapon?” Michelangelo frowned.
With a wave of his hand, a guard came over and offered Bishop what could have been mistaken for a bo staff, with a spike at one end joined with what looked like a sickle claw and on its other end was a spiked mace. Bishop accepted the weapon, and then presented it to Donatello. It took the softshell a moment to realize he was supposed to take it, and when he did take it, his movements were slow and hesitant.
“Ain’t that the weapon we saw when we all got our mystic weapons?” Raphael asked, rubbing his head.
“Yeah!” April agreed, “And Donnie didn't want it, so he left it on the shelf!”
“Talk about luck.” Leonardo whistled.
“Wait wait wait!” Raphael shook his head and put a hand on Donatello’s shoulder, pulling him back protectively. “You can’t take Donnie!”
“Why not?” Bishop asked, tilting his head, and widening his grin.
“Because he’s our brother!” Raphael declared, “And you ain’t taking him without us going along!”
“There’s only enough provisions for one.” Bishop laughed.
“Then we got a problem, don’t we?” Raphael crossed his arms and stood strong and stubborn. His family followed his stance and stood as solid as a brick wall.
“You all will be too busy with your own missions to miss your brother, don’t worry.”
“What missions?” Leonardo demanded. “You’ve told us literally nothing!”
With another motion, three more guards came forward and presented Michelangelo, Leonardo, and Raphael with weapons of their own; a set of tonfa, an odachi, and a kusari fundo.
“Ohhhh!” Michelangelo’s eyes shimmered like gold in the earth.
“Nice!” Raphael felt the weight of his weapons approvingly.
Leonardo accepted his weapon, looking down at it a moment before looking back up at Bishop. “We already have weapons.”
“Oh? Do you?” Bishop’s head tilted to the point of almost snapping.
“Yeah. Katana and sai and nunchaku, like we had before we got the mystic weapons. Our nimpo weapons? Thought you were up to date?”
Bishop’s entire body trembled with each laugh. “Oh, no no no. Those won’t do. The mystic weapons have to be the same. Otherwise you can’t seal the barrier!”
“WHAT BARRIER?!” They all cried out as one.
“We don’t like to mix things up when it comes to mystic weapons.” Bishop said. “You understand don’t you?”
The brothers all looked around at each other. Each of them could read the other like a book, their mixture of emotions collected into one shared feeling of anxiety as they fed off of each other's fear and distrust of the man in front of them.
“You have every right not to trust me.” Bishop nodded as he spoke, “You do not know me. It is only natural to be nervous. But please do allow me to tell you what you will be spending the next two weeks of your life doing. Unless you want the evil to escape?”
“Nobody wants that...” Raphael grumbled softly
Bishop clasped his hands together and looked expectantly between the brothers and their father, overlooking April pointedly. Raphael put his hands on his hips and gave a long, heavy sigh.
“Fine.”
“Oh, wonderful.” Bishop’s eyes gleamed, “I shall start with you then, Raphael. With your Tonfa, you must find the blessing of a king. How fun.”
Raphael looked down at the tonfa in each hand. “I get to meet royalty? Sweet!”
“Your journey will take place in the western wing of the hidden city!”
“Isn’t that the bad side of town?” Leonardo asked.
“Exactly.” Bishop turned to Leonardo. “And you, Leonardo, must get the blessing of a ronin’s ronin.”
“What does that even mean?” Leonardo scoffed.
“You tell me.” Bishop laughed and closed his eyes a moment. Then he handed Leonardo a small medallion. “This will help you get back home! Your journey is taking you somewhere far, far away, where Yokai thrive and humans do not.”
“What about me?” Michelangelo squeaked.
Bishop looked to the smallest. “You must get the blessing of a Seamer of Time!”
“What does that mean?” Michelangelo frowned, bringing a finger to his lips in concentration.
“It is not me to tell you. You must figure that out yourself. But you may find your answer somewhere in the hidden city.”
“What? I don’t even get a specific part of the Hidden City?! That’s so... Vague!”
“And uh… where do I fit into this picture?” Donatello raised a hand.
“You are a very special case, Donatello.” Bishop walked close to Donatello. Uncomfortably close. “The closer the mystic weapon is to the barrier, the longer it can hold. And you will be the one who brings it there.”
“And then?”
“And then keep it there!” Bishop laughed. “And Japan will be your hime while you wait for your brothers.”
Donatello frowned. “I’m just gonna sit around and wait for my brothers to do all the fun work? Don’t I get a mystic prophecy or something?”
“Well you are rather soft.” Bishop whistled through his teeth. “You should be glad. You won’t be in any physical danger!”
“And how do you know all this?” Leonardo asked, motioning vaguely.
Bishop gave a low, growling hiss. “You ask a lot of questions boy.”
“And you don’t give a lot of answers.” Leonardo met evenly.
Bishop and Leonardo remained staring at each other until Splinter decided to break it up, tugging his sons and April aside for a family chat.
“You can’t seriously be considering this, dad!” Leonardo growled.
“Blue…” Splinter didn't seem to know what to do, shaking his head. “This is something we can’t risk! We… we have to do this.”
“I don’t trust Bishop, dad.”
“Neither do I!” Splinter almost snarled, “But we don’t have many other options. Bishop has information and technology that we do not! You don’t have to trust him, Leonardo, but I ask you trust me…” Splinter put his paws to his chest in a pleading motion.
Leonardo looked around at his brothers and April. “What do you guys think?”
“I mean… if it’s important enough that grandma comes back from the dead to warn us, then we should probably at least look into it.” Donatello said.
“But— Donnie! You’d be a whole country away!” Leonardo said desperately, “And— and I don’t have my odachi to reach you! I can’t use my nimpo weapon without the nimpo state!”
“We have Draxum…” Michelangelo suggested softly. “He can make gateways...”
“Raph?” Leonardo looked to Raphael.
Raphael gave a nervous whine, his face practically melting with anxiety as his eyes darted back and forth as if looking for the right thing to say. When he finally decided, it was like a lightbulb blipped to life in his eyes.
“Donnie’s right! We at least gotta give this a shot!” Raphael decided with a nod, “I mean, it’s only two weeks right? We can handle ourselves for two weeks!”
“I trust your judgement, Raph.” Leonardo had to bite his tongue to force back the doubtful anxiety that tried to escape him. Raphael was the leader, and Leonardo had to trust in that. He just hoped Raphael knew what he was getting them into.
