Like Anakin gets to do his courting (which probably is just, idk, covering in a buch of colorful seaweed so he looks prettier) and lots of hugging and he's happy about it and that's enough for weird fantasy seadragon biology to activate, his body went "WE HAVE A PARTNER, AND SHE ISN'T GETTING PREGNANT, IT MEANS WE'RE THE ONES GETTING PREGNANT"
