The flower will look a lot more threatening once I finish stitching the bloody knife it's holding 🤣 I've only stitched the second half of the total phrase, since ideally in cross stitch you work from the center out. It's actually going to be an aggressively positive affirmation once it's finished.

Avior (fear) is a character analysis that I'm working on, not a full fic. I want to include timestamps and exact quotes so it's taking a bit of work. The plan is to talk about how fear is a big motivator for him and what that means in his plotline. Considering he's just about my favorite Redacted character I want to take my time and do it justice.

Here's a second N7 Day surprise, thanks yet again to @swaps55 - we added Eden Prime to our lineup of Mass Effect destinations! I don't think I need to explain the profound importance of this one; the moment I laid eyes on a gas bag I knew I would pay respect to it in art form one day. Was just a matter of time and sufficient accumulation of skill. But we finally did it, folks.

As an added bonus, we helped tease the final piece to today's treasure hunt for Mass Effect's newest reveal over on the dreaded bird website. Caused quite the hubbub but was certainly a fun time!

Ok, Red Hood as a Crime Boss in the Meat Marionette AU.

He wields two enormous custom handguns (I'm talking like Alucard-from-Helsing sized guns) that can combine into a sniper rifle al-la Arkham Knight.

Harley Quinn is his right hand woman (when she saw what Mr. J did to that little Robin, she finally realized just how much of a monster he was, and she ended up protecting Red Hoods 'cocoon', and now sorta considers Hood her 'son')

So there's that scene in Under the Red Hood where all the drug lords are sitting around a table like 'Who called this meeting?' 'I thought you did?' 'Wasn't me.'

Suddenly the table is riddled with bullets.

'My baby boy called y'all!' It's Harley Quinn with an AK-47 on the catwalk above.

'Yer all workin' fer him now! Kick up 40% to him, no sellin' ta kids, and you'll have protection from the cops AND the Bat! Sound good?'

Honestly, this wouldn't work for Meat Marionettes- but as an AU or scene in general? I think it's hilarious.

(same anon as before who really liked the Hush fic) Oh I see!!! I like the detail of Hush learning things quickly and generally being able to adapt in a supernatural pace! I forgot to add this in my earlier ask, but one of my favorite parts of your fic was the fact that Doc has a very interesting personality lmao; like when they felt a bit of pride when they managed to get a reaction out of Hush, and when they refuse to admit that they're begging HAHAHAHA. It's definitely very believable to what we know of them in canon, even as a listener character, that this is a person who'd ask " Does it taste good?" when Hush would explain that he doesn't eat but rather consumes arcana 😂😂

I can make conjectures about Hush's personality all day with the canon information we have. Not to say my ideas are definitive by any means, I'd love to be proven wrong about some of this because that means we've gotten another Hush video!

Doc, however, is a lot more flexible for self-insertion as a character, so I did take some liberties there. My "Doc" is a bit less about what they would do (because they're literally meant to be a vague blank slate for people to project on) and more of a response to the question "what traits would make Hush react to this person in that way". Curiosity (wanting to know what arcana tastes like), pride (being arrogant enough to insert themselves between Reticuli and Hush when it's none of their business), caring for others (inserting himself between Reticuli and Hush when it's none of their business). It's not a perfect system, but I'm happy you appreciate it!
