im smh everyone implies that harrowhark nonagesimus would listen to death metal and grindcore and all these super gritty music genres and imlike….shes literally a teenage nun raised in a religious cult by people who have long suffered from a death rattle. sugar water is too much for her. she cannot even handle salt in her soup. she is both the most intense and most pathetic human to live. babygirl is not listening to anything with rhythm but the clicking of her bone rosary and the sound of her own breath. and if she ever starts listening to music you can bet your ass it’s obscure 2hour gregorian chant with binaural beats on a portable cd player that she rewinds ad infinitum and plays on the lowest possible setting so as not to interrupt her racing thoughts

i have no particular taste when it comes to music .like i Will listen to pretty much everything its crazy "what kind of music are you into" IDK BRO. ANYTHING? IDK and yet im still embarrassed to talk about any of the stuff i do listen to. Lol

#sometimes I'll listen to something relaxing like idk classical music. and then later ill be listening to something Very Loud and Very Fast #i grew up with metalhead parents so i love loud music unfortunately #im like the worst kind of autistic i Need loud or else i will be Understimulated #ok ok i also like uhhhhhhmmmm dnb..which isnt necessarily loud but it is good for my brain.ineed more of that #i cant make playlists with music I like ever cuz its all different .sighhh

like yes i have chronic pain and fatigue and im autistic, and yes i went in the mosh pit and wall of death at a 5 hour long loud ass metal show. why? cause its fucking fun and fuck you i can enjoy my life however i want to.

does my body hate me even more now? yes. was seeing gwar live worth the pain and soreness and bruises after? fucking absolutely, and id do it again.

The claim “autism is caused by heavy metals” (a sort of ableist pseudoscience thing used to manipulate parents) is so funny because I’m either imaging

1) Megadeth at a concert saying “you’re autistic” and thats one way to get diagnosed

Or

2) Freddie Mercury (because mercury is a heavy metal) in heaven just deciding which person is autistic or not by some sort of queen russian roulette
