On the one hand, I think Fourteen should attend the companion support group so that everyone can share their grievances. He treated a lot of them quite poorly and they deserve the opportunity to express their feelings, and the Doctor needs to make amends as part of his own journey of healing.

On the other hand, I think Fourteen should be so pathetic that no one wants to yell at him. He shows up with his giant sad eyes like "I'm taking some time off travelling the universe because I realized I was using it as an unhealthy coping mechanism for millennia of trauma. "Do you have a plan?" The Alien asked?

"Nope!" Charater A happily announces. They grip the blaster in their hand, a wicked smile growing on their face.

"They never have a plan," Charater B groans, then turns to Alien. "Stay close to me, and try to avert your eyes from crazy over here."

A is basically vibrating with joy as their eyes dart around, looking at their enemies. B holds Alien close to them with one arm, and the other, they hold a makeshift shield.

"This is a bad plan," Alien squeaks, slightly shaking in B's grasp.

"Remember, no plan," B corrects. "But I'll keep you safe. Just stay close."

"On my signal," A beams, holding a fist.

B holds Alien tighter, ready to drag them if necessary. Sweat bleeds off Alien's forehead. No guide about humans ever informed them about things like this.

Alien tries to pry off B. "Hold on. Let's just -"

"Now!" A screams, jumping out of their cover and blasting away. Shots fire back, but nothing hits them.

B runs after A, forcing Alien to follow with them. The makeshift shield takes everything their enemies blast at them.

To what Alien felt like a lifetime, the three of them made it to a ship and flew off. All of them only had scraps and bruises, nothing fatal.

"See? I told you I'd keep you safe," B huffs. They relax in the pilot's chair as they glide the ship through space.

A hums in agreement, cleaning and reloading their weapons in the chair behind B.

Alien, still shaking and slightly hyperventilating, sits in the copilot's chair.

"Please, take me back to my home planet. Now," Alien quavers.

Astarion has accidentally predicted the truth/future of my playthrough three times - purely by coincidence, I think, but it's still so weird I am actually considering adopting it into my headcanon now; Astarion has some innate, but undeveloped, skill as a diviner.

Actually, Astarion having that inclination towards being a seer really adds a special something towards him having absolutely no ability to plan ahead or connect his actions with their consequences.

Common sense and the sixth sense are both warning him of danger, and he is not listening to either.

Might actually go through with multiclassing him... (he has the headband of intellect, he'll be fine).
