First years have to live on campus and the dorming system fucking sucks ass. And my roommate was an even bigger dick than you but at least he wasn’t a slob. No one will top you in that department I guess.

Rented a cheaper apartment off campus this year. It’s a shitty studio type, a bit cramped, but I like the privacy. It’s also closer to my part-time job and there’s this elderly couple who lives below me. I help them around sometimes and they give me food. The old landlady is a bit of a hardass though but…I think you would’ve charmed and won her over too, you smarmy ass shithead.

Rent isn’t cheap but it’s not too expensive either. If you were here, we could’ve shared an apartment. A regular one, not the high-end one you used to live in. Better for costs and splitting chores—not that you were any good at them, but you would’ve gotten better if you stayed. I wasn’t gonna tolerate your rich boy ass in college.

I know you had to leave but I wish you stayed instead. Would’ve been less lonely here.

Since Anitha loves nature, this is a picture of a vista from her home state of NJ, as well as a photo of her at Von Thun Farms when she was a toddler. Von Thun's is about 20 minutes away from Princeton, and it's a very popular place for families—there are lots of photo ops all around, and this is one her parents took advantage of! The leg cast was after the motorbike accident when she was 10 years old. Her love of nature is reflected in how she decorated it.

Anitha knows she can do anything, and she's known it since she was a little girl. So a childhood hero, the yellow ranger, is here to remind her of that.

Her parents' nickname, "Ani," is prominently displayed to remind her of their love and support.

The bisexual flag made with pictures from nature seemed perfectly fitting for her!

If she grew up in Jersey, she definitely spent some time at the Jersey Shore (which is NOTHING like it is on the TV show, I might add! lol). In the upper right corner, there is a cluster of photo memories and a few tickets (used for boardwalk rides/games) as souvenirs. The photos are of an amusement pier, seated at a boardwalk game, and playing in the sand.

Right in the center is a picture of Penderghast, and just under it, her acceptance letter! This represents her future, surrounded by her past which brought her here.

Lower left is from her Princeton High School graduation, the logo of PHS, and her HS graduation tassel.

Lower right (this is one of my favorites!) If she was raised in the Hindu faith and lived in the state of NJ, she had to visit BAPS Swaminarayan Akshardham. This is the second-largest Hindu mandir in the world, and it's an absolutely beautiful place. Anitha knows there is a type of magic here, as well. This is about 30 minutes from her home in Princeton, and I imagine she would have had many visits here. I imagine that is her foster mom in one of the photos.

so i actually went and read that article (grazie sophia christie on the cut). its flagrantly self-obsessed - she goes on for paragraphs about how she's just one of the smart girls who got picked up by a fully-formed man (then 30 to her then 23) while passing on badly disguised barbed 'pity' onto the now 20-year-old girls.

the reason for this pity is that they're currently teaching men how to live - how to grocery shop, how to move into an apartment, how to do laundry, etc. she pities them because "statistically, they will not end up" with their current boyfriends, and the next woman will benefit from this now fully-formed man while never knowing who came before her.

for someone who incessantly proclaims their intelligence (says if her classmates AT HARVARD were supposed to be smart girls, why aren't they out here getting with older men, oh btw did you pick up that she went to harvard? her ba in literature is from harvard university?), she can't see the painful irony of her own situation. her husband (not partner, gods- can you imagine being in a partnership with your significant other?!) magically appeared to her as a fully-formed grown man, and for whatever reason she does not divulge, he is the singular statistical outlier of all men -- no woman formed him! she is not living off some poor discarded girl's unappreciated labour right now!

this sentence in her last paragraph just prove my point: "Last week, we looked back at old photos and agreed we'd given each other our respective best years." Because you, unlike all those women you pity and the women in his life you oh-so-easily forget, didn't have to grow into who you are with someone. You said it yourself "At 20, I felt daunted by the project of becoming my ideal self, couldn't imagine doing it in tandem with somone, two raw lumps of clay trying to mold one another and only sullying things worse" (emphasis added). That project still daunts her, and she never reconciled with it. She just exported that burden to someone who had already done that work and knew what kind of person he wanted, so she became that person. She's a fraud.

Emi in Japan (2024) – Day 2/Day 3

(Link to Day 1, which was my first entry.)

Hey guys,

Gosh but I’ve been so busy! There’s so much to do for such a little town. Then again, I do have a lot of connections here😁

On Day 2, I went to the local 7/11 to buy brekkie…but also to say hi to the cuuuuutest dog who chills there every morning😍❤️. I’m friends with the owner’s family so I easily found out her name, which is Tasha. She looks like a border collie but I think she’s just a mutt🤔

Anyway! I met her on Day 1 when I arrived and just about fell in love. She’s so sweet and absolutely loooves belly rubs. I couldn’t wait to see her after that, but when I did go again, she was already being pet by other customers…a heartbreaker, that one is😔💔

For lunch, I visited I-san (not her real name), who is an old lady I befriended in 2022 when I was living here as my grandpa’s caretaker. She had a cat named Nyanko-sensei, who saw me reading in the next door park, and ran to my side for pets😍❤️

Unfortunately, Nyanko-sensei passed away last year after a long battle with mouth cancer😢. I-san has been sad ever since because she raised him from when he was small enough to fit in her palm. He was her baby. When we reunited, she hugged me and cried and thanked me for the photos of Nyanko-sensei I sent her earlier in the year. I also saw her calendar, which had my name written on it😭❤️. How sweet.

I-san was busy cleaning her place, so I went to have lunch without her at the local restaurant, run by a former English teacher, his wife and mother-in-law. I first went here in 2019 and have frequented this place every time I come back. The English teacher always loves it when I visit because he loves to practice his English. His wife was my mum’s classmate in primary school. Small town and all that.

Anyway, I had the tonkatsu set. Soooo yummy!

Afterwards, I visited I-san again. We had tea and ice cream together as I listened to her talk about Nyanko-sensei and life. She cried multiple times when talking about Nyanko-sensei, it broke my heart. Told me how she holds his urn every night and talks to him and cries😢💔

But she shared some good times about him too and we had a lot of laughs. Sometime soon, she’s going to let me wear her kimono that she wore for her coming of age, which was 64 years ago😱! I’ve never worn a kimono before, only yukata, so I’m very excited and honoured🥰❤️

For dinner, two of my mum’s friends came over…AND TWO DOGS, JILL AND TOM😍❤️❤️❤️

They’re both toy poodles. Jill is 9 years old. Tom is four months and they’ve only had him for three weeks. Jill, old lady that she is, cannot stand Tom’s puppy energy lol. But they were both absolute daaaarlings during dinner🥰❤️! For some reason, Jill really went to town on cherry tomatoes and shaved daikon lol. Granny likes her veggies!

Now, onto day 3, which is today!

For breakfast, I had potato chips lol. Afterwards, I went to 7/11 to print photos of Nyanko-sensei for I-san and stared longingly at Tasha as two high school boys rubbed her belly instead of me. Then I went to pick up I-san for lunch. She was all dressed up! Adorable. She said my messy bun would be perfect for when I wore the kimono lmao.

We had lunch at the same place I went on Day 2, since it's only a few minutes walk away and she goes there multiple times a week anyway. I gave her the photos and she was absolutely delighted. While we ate, she talked a lot of nature, and was joyful at the sight of the butterflies working hard to help the plants grow. She hopes her cucumbers will grow soon.

Afterwards, I went home because I had to work on uni stuff, blergh. I sprinted with my friends of the FAW Server who helped me get through it. Even when my American friends went to bed, I kept going. I called it a day when it reached 8pm. Btw, I started at like 12:30 lol which is pretty crazy even for me.

I did have dinner in between, though. My mum prepared me the leftover curry from Day 1 and also made some wonton soup. It was very yum. Then we chatted away until it was bedtime. It's been nice spending time with my mum like this, especially since our relationship has deteriorated as I've gotten older. I hope we have more times like this.

I'm so excited for tomorrow! I'm going to meet a fandom friend in Tokyo. This'll be my second time meeting a fandom friend IRL, since @runetari was my first. Tari and I became friends in 2020 during my Sylvgrid era, and we finally got to meet in April this year. It was so, so fun. I hope I have just as a great time hanging out with my second fandom friend as I did with Tari.

Skid: 8. No reason at all.

Pump: 7. I can't unsee him younger than Skid for some reason.

Jaune: 33-36. I don't think she's as old as Lila since even on that photo with Bob and the other she's smaller than Lila.

Kevin: 21. Just got his adult phase and is struggling to recompose his life.

Roy: 13. People say he's like 15 or 16 but no way he's that mature.

Here's Iris and her family!

First her papa and mama, Benigno and Gabi. Benigno lived in China since he was kid, he grew up with his childhood friend and the two ended up married, the two happy with their lives with him working as a dance teacher..though there days would darken and 2 years later his wife passed away. With that he left his job and moved back to Mexico to clear his head. Once there he stayed cooped up on his family farm before he got himself a job at the market. There he met Gabi, a divorced mama and her daughter Xavier who camed back from the states a year prior. The two found each other company to be comforting and the love that formed between them only grew once they learned of each other love for dancing. Anyways timeskiping here- the two got married, had 3 more kids and moved back to China as Benigno was offered a job opportunity and the kids were old enough. They're now both dance teachers, both tough and sweet folks. The two are alright with Iris and Yin relationship (Benigno moreso as the two remind him of his first relationship)

Xavier the step sister, she's somewhere in her late 40s and is a blogger/cyclist/. She loves herself comfy clothes and is always wearing her green hoodie whenever she can. She blogs about her travels and loves sending flowers as gifts. She stayed in Mexico when the rest of the family moved to China.

Her 2nd eldest siblings, Roma! In her 30s. She got a temper and is stubborn as heck. Her fiery attitude often lands her in some hot water, but she can usually talk her way out of it once she cools down. She's protective of her family's, yes families. Roma here is a mother to two kids and has a loving husband. Anyways she's protective as heck and she doesn't understand what Iris sees in that no good silver demon. She plans on going back to Mexico someday...even if it means leaving her husband and kids.

3rd oldest sibling her brother Mateo, nicknamed Mocha due to his love for it. He's 31, a wedding planner and a good one at that. He's outgoing, a smooth talker like Roma and he has a quite of an annoyance towards MK and any of the villains that he has fought. Why you might ask? Well some weddings have been ruined thanks to them and it chips away at him every single time. Like all the time and effort gone just like that! Don't get him started on the bridezillas or grooms-. It takes everything in him to not lose his temper! Anyway, he has a marigold tattooed on his neck and the skeleton of his arm and hand tattooed on his right arm and hand. An eyebrow piercing and heavy eye shadow (much to his parents disapproval)

This is so true. And the thing is, we didn't see it at the time. It's only with hindsight and seeing how healthy he looks now, that we realise where he was at. It's not always that noticeable in 2022, but the pictures of him dancing with Lando (how is that a sentence I get to say btw?!), for me, make it really stand out.

I have a very good friend that I've known for over 20 years and the situation reminds me of her. When we were teenagers, she was super skinny. To me, that's the way she always was. It wasn't until we were in our 20s or 30s that I discovered she was anorexic. Looking back at old photos, I've no idea how I didn't see it. Apologies for going a little sideways on this, but I haven't mentioned it before.

Well no, I think it's pretty well established that Aidan wouldn’t date a woman in her early 20s. I'm sorry anon but did you just stop by my blog for the first time today? Because I've already addressed this on many occasions. No one thinks Aidan is a creep, no one has called Aidan a creep, and we've established that he didn't approve of a romantic relationship between Petyr and Sansa. (However, I've never heard or read him say that it makes him uncomfortable. Just that he doesn't see it romantically because he has a kid her age.) But that's because she's VERY young. The age of his kids young.

And as far as his history, Camille is 7 years younger than he is. I dont know how old baby mamma is. And those are the only two women he's been publicly linked to. He's very private. But I garuantee you that between baby mamma and Camille, he didn’t become a monk. And we'll never know the ages of whomever warmed his bed on those nights. But, IF he were single, I don't think he'd be opposed to dating someone my age or a few years younger, like early 30s. That's 15 to 20 years his junior, which IS much younger. So I don't entirely agree with you that he would never do that.

And I'm not just saying that because I want him. The girl who played his girlfriend in 12 Rounds is almost a year younger than me and in the behind the scenes footage he goes on about their kissing scene and says she is a "very, very sexy kisser" and even jokes that the kissing scene was all his idea. So I think it's safe to say he's sexually attracted to women at least 15 years his junior, possibly up to 20. Because 20 years younger than him is still a 35-year-old grown ass woman. I don't think he sees a 30-something as someone who is unequal to him. I don't know how many 30 some year old women you know, but myself and the ones I know don't take shit from a man because he's older than us. Some fans think he's too shy and pure to be seen as sexy and yet he buys a fan a drink who calls him sexy to his face. On the red carpet women taking photos were cat-calling him and saying "ooh look at that tongue action" and the little fucker had the BIGGEST shit-eating grin on his face loving every second of the sexual innuendo.

I bring this up because it goes hand-in-hand with the fans who think he's too pure or saintly or something to look at a woman much younger than him and want to fuck the living shit out of her.

It's just not a very realistic viewpoint of a 55 year old man. Personally, I like the idea that he's a little naughty but for those who like to see celebs as super sweet and pure and wholesome, could be at risk of having that bubble popped, I'm just saying. I learned that lesson a very long time ago. Especially when it came to my idea of what older men are like. They're good in bed but the vast majority of them are pervy as fuck. More so than younger men in my experience.

Heyooz! I'm just wondering how 6118 would react to my Scp oc. She's called 425 and she's a 30 year old woman with autism and intellectual disability who has incredibly strong mind control and telepathy powers. She's very cheerful but a bit mischievous. I think they would mesh well together, she seems like a really fun person to be around and also extremely different from anything he's ever seen, but in a way that makes him curious.

First of all, her appearance is very well-decorated, she has a really fun colour sheme going on with a lot of accessories-- this is completely foreign to how people on Kepler dress, in their very plain greyish clothing. But different definitely doesn't mean bad, and I think he'd be interested in the level of self-expression that she has! Since his entire life was all uniforms and strict appearance regulations, maybe he would like to know how she chooses all her many hair accessories and things like that.

I imagine SCP-6118 meets much (if not all) of the diagnostic criteria for ASD as well, so it would feel nice to have someone who might be able to relate to some similar struggles. Same with her having an intellectual disability, because he's faced so many struggles for being physically disabled, it would be great to see how cheerful she and that she can still be happy and enjoy life despite it being more challenging for those with disabilities!

And hey, if 6118 is having a bad pain day or struggling with something physically, 425 can use telepathy to help-- and if 425 is struggling with something intellectually, 6118 can try his best to help her or patiently explain the situation/problem in a way that makes sense for her :)

When I was 17 I got kicked out of my parents house by my adopted dad over pasta. It's a whole saga it's long as shit I've posted about it before I'll post all the context together one day but yeah, this is related to that.

So when I got kicked out my mom was abroad on holiday. I didn't go home for days, because I'd been kicked out, and I assumed my mom knew and was just as mad at me because why the fuck wouldn't I assume her husband tell her he'd kicked me out?

It turned out he hadn't done that and people visiting were starting to ask questions about my whereabouts and he was lying to them.

In this whole time he hadn't told my mom, the authorities, my family, my school or my friends I was missing. He didn't even text me once.

But according to him I didn't get kicked out I just went missing.

Apparently, according to him, I went to school one day, didn't come back for 5 days and he assumed the worst happened but he didn't bother speaking to ANYONE?

Like no "hey have you seen Cordelia? If you see her lmk'" not ONE person got that call.

I'm a missing minor and you're telling me you don't even tell my MOTHER that I've not come home?

You're telling me you had no idea why I'd be gone and you didn't start calling hospitals and police stations? Like? Bro.

My mom genuinely believed that I ran away to go to an anime convention that wasn't even running that week (while attending school every day btw. I didn't miss a day of school while this was happening) and her husband stayed at home, watched football, smoked weed, destroyed my bedroom, tore up my prom photos, stole my money and broke my jewelry but didn't text me once?
