So I had a series of thoughts earlier today and it shook me. (This is of course assuming that Nandor and Marwa actually get married and that Nandor doesn’t end up reversing the penis curse.)

So Nandor and Marwa get married. Guillermo stands by as best man. After the wedding, Guillermo leaves (with Freddie?) with the intention of putting himself first. Nandor is happy enough (or at least has convinced himself he is) but as soon as he skips off with Marwa to consummate the marriage he is bombarded with thoughts of Guillermo and everything he’s done and sacrificed for him over the years, how undeniably devoted to him he was and now Nandor has fully pushed him away without really meaning to. And we get all these flashbacks of all these moments over the last few seasons and Nandor is really struggling, he’s really fucked up, he finally has the realization that the love and companionship he’s been wanting this whole time has been right in front of his face... and the credits roll.

This is of course, an outlandish shippy nonsense theory... but with how it’s been going this season I don’t think its implausible. So anyway, I gave myself this pain and now you get it too. Ta-da!

guys I had this realization the other day that Redwall works really well for reading aloud, and kinda half-remembered something about the author reading to kids? So I looked it up to see if I had made a connection.

And it turns out, yes, actually, because he read aloud to kids at a school for the blind. But all the books they gave him to read were depressing. So he wrote Redwall, a story about heroism and courage and making it through struggles, and filled it with so many sensory, visual details so he could give them something better and I just-- that's so wholesome-- help

- i kinda like that she ended up looking like a mother-of-pearl inlay lacquerware!

- oh this was a subconscious choice, but Gale is sitting in seiza which is a posture for showing respect especially to elders. it's also known to be a painful position to sit in for extended periods of time, which is why it was sometimes used as a method of (morally dubious) punishment. however, experienced people can maintain this posture for much longer. food for thought :-)

Update: The way Noah is so close to freaking out, and works so hard to take some deep breaths and calm himself down and school his emotions so that he can treat this like the missing person case that it is instead of like the missing SON case that it is I just...I can't.

Update Part 2: The way freaking EVERYONE UNDER THE SUN is looking for him and is so concerned I just...Melissa's face and urgency when the group walks in, Derek's heavily schooled concern at the realization of Stiles' struggle ("With who?" "Himself."), the worry on Isaac's face when they hit another dead end, the entire police station on such high alert and clearly worried...the ONE THING the Nogitsune has going against him by picking Stiles is that he is the LAST PERSON that ANYONE would let something happen to, and they are gonna find him and save him from you you F*CKING SON OF A B*TCH, no matter WHAT it takes.
