i hate it when they talk about insomnia and sleep problems in general on tv. yes it’s great that it’s talked about so ppl don’t feel alone yes their tips and guidelines on how to make things better work for a lot of ppl etc etc. but their sleep hygiene guidelines don’t work for everyone and for us they don’t work for get judged for not implementing them and gets told that it’s our own fault we struggle falling alders because we don’t follow the guidelines. like I’ve been taught about sleep hygiene and no screens and relax and all that shit for years and years and years. they don’t work on me. it’s not like I’m sitting here thinking ‘you know what? i’m gonna ignore these tips and tricks I’ve learned and that really help me in favor of laying awake for three hours every night’ like come on. I wouldn’t ignore them if they were working, I’d happily use them. but the fact is that they make things worse. laying in bed playing games on my phone is actually helping me fall asleep, it helps my mind focus on something and not go off on it’s own. it actually helps me fall asleep quicker than not playing games. so no, me playing games on my phone when I’m trying to sleep is not why I have sleep issues

I'm barely to the massacre and I can already tell I'm going to be screaming at every this-makes-no-sense decision made by the writers (your temple is under violent attack, and you evacuate the kids... to a barely enclosed corner in a prominent temple room? Instead of to the hundreds of sky bison that were highlighted as flying in earlier? Why?) (And Aang left to clear his head and think instead of to run from his duties? That's such a less compelling plot arc?) (And the show had him briefly monologue about being a goofy kid who loves pies and his friends instead of using the extended temple scene to show any of that? Didn't want to pay more child actors, did you, Netflix?)
Yeah I'm just. Going to be screaming at the screen instead of enjoying this. Different decisions aren't necessarily bad, but when those decisions seem to be in the direction of "show a man burning alive before we even get to the on-screen massacre" this is just... not the show for me.

"Oh, this? Don't be ridiculous! It's not a marriage certificate! Look closely, okay? Throw away all your hangups, and simply do what you feel. Aren't you just dying to sign it? Won't it feel good? 3... 2... 1... sign!"

Only Michonne could have brought Rick back to himself, to her and to their children
She is his safe harbour, his sanctuary in the storm and his guiding light
Her touch brought him back to life, her words saved him and she is the only one who could have cut through the CRMs bs, given Carl back to him and brought her man home
She is Michonne Grimes and she is Rick's everything

I have this little headcanon cause i was reading the comic of obey me and we as mc have been given the neutral name zephyr in the very early chapters since we are a sheep and all and they want to make it inclusive since the name itself is gender neutral but I was thinking that let's say one day the curse is solved and sheep!mc gets their body back but the characters continue calling mc zephyr, what if one day someone (probably a side or secondary character) brings up the fact that "hey you know what? Your face doesn't really scream zephyr" and mc is like "yeah that's because that is not my actual given name, my actual name is ________" and the characters are like "😱😱😱" I mean they did know that this wasn't their real name since they gave it to them cause they can't just call them human and all but it's still shocking to hear it coming out of their own mouth, they would also probably coo when mc tells them their birth name because it means they learn more about their favorite person, well I mean they would coo at everything mc does regardless so-
