...yknow, i'm pretty sure jarthur either actually died, or were supposed to die, falling off that cliff into the gug's habitat in part 16. john explicitly says "there's no way we would survive that fall," and then they do fall and there's this moment where everything goes quiet and faroe's song plays (seemingly as a memory of arthur composing it?) and then they hit the bottom and are. not dead. which arthur expresses disbelief at. i think they were both right the first time. i think under normal circumstances that would have killed them.

#at the time it seems implied that one of the piles of meat broke their fall (<- LOVELY sentence btw)#but. knowing what we know now...#i don't know that i actually think the manager has interfered directly besides pre-part 1 and post-52 (and with the witch)#given that their intervention seems pretty. obvious. when it does happen #but they DO say ''what [the lighter] does has made all the difference''#which implies that it's been. doing things??#including maybe making arthur Hard To Kill??#...istg if it turns out i was right abt faroe's spirit being the thing keeping him alive-#the nemesis speaks #malevolent spoilers #malevolent da capo spoilers #mv liveblog #i was actually looking at 16 for arthur's talking to the salamander again bc ive been thinking abt his specific way of baby talking animals #and then john interrupts glowy friend time to say ''we are definitely going to die if we fall here btw. be so careful please''#and i was like wait. aren't they about to fall in the next 5 minutes #there's a third thing earlier in the episode that feels noteworthy too. why does this happen every time i look at any ep transcript #i find like five new things to talk about. every time.

Katniss is such an unreliable narrator. She says "Then something unexpected happens. At least, I don't expect it because I don't think of District 12 as a place that cares about me" girl you deliver strawberries to the Mayor, you hunt and trade for the district, when you fell at Prim being chosen someone caught you, when you went to Prim people parted for you, when you volunteered EVERYONE stopped. Idk how to tell you but I think you're a pillar of the community.

Peeta buring the bread and tossing some to her then taking a beating from his mom is a HUGE thing in the books.#he used his resources to help her like you all said someone should.#district 12 DID (rip) care about Katniss before the hunger games. why do you think she was allowed to hunt? or how her trades were good #these are the little ways 12 can shows Katniss they love her. but again Katniss doesn't see this and YES its because she had ptsd before the #hunger games as well. i swear some of you make it seem like d12 was all living a life of luxury and glaring down at Katniss.#other things that show Katniss is in hight standing with at least her people of d12 is her dad was known enough through d12 for peeta dad to #comment on his singing along with his commenting on her mom. also her mom is a healer in the community. yeah her parents arnt the top but #of d12 but they are/were definitely high staning in the Seam.

We all know the semi-canonical ‘all the Robins know to hide/duck inside of Batman’s cape, even as adults’ thing.

We also know that Danny ‘is LITERALLY a ghost’ Fenton sucks at remembering his own intangibility while ALSO forgetting to look ahead of him.

All I’m saying is, Danny Fenton (or Phantom, if you’d really like) would absolutely SLAM into Batman on accident while running on roof tops and Bruce ‘Brooding Instinct’ Wayne doesn’t even think twice about letting the kid hide and scanning around for danger before there’s a record scratch of ‘wait who tf is this?’ kicks in.
