there's a fascinating Internet Person phenomenon of someone who will buy into the weirdest tin foil hat diatribes against something pretty anodyne and common and then you will find out they straight up are like. allergic to that thing or simply don't care for it on entirely personal grounds and instead of being like "oh yeah this isn't for me" they've decided to pretend they are uniquely virtuous for not participating.
