Danny is on a time travel errand for Clockwork and travels to the past.

Jason is also back in time for [some reason - the reason why is up to you]

The two meet and fall in love, but are tentative about the relationship and their emotions because they think the other is a resident of the past.

How they find out that they are actually both from the present is up to you. Do you want fluff? angst? It’s your decision!

Odd question for the Tumblr void, but I'm currently writing a dead on main fic and was wondering if I might be able to find either a beta reader or someone to help me with it? Im not the best with anything besides descriptions and I am on the struggle bus for how to play out fight scenes.

Basically the concept of the fic is Danny gets crowned king of the GZ and some of his first royal actions are to go into a different dimension to take back ghostly artifacts and stop leaks of ectoplasm from the GZ. He gains the title of "Ghost Thief" from the heros of the DCU and he ends up meeting a certain someone along the way.

The title for the fic? Putting the "Fun" Back in "Funeral"

I don't want to spoil too much but I have a lot of plans for this and have been doing a bunch of research into various DC rabbit holes for this. Im so excited to finish writing the first chapter and post it!! But, like I said, I struggle with writing sometimes due to only being really good at descriptions.

these are some concepts for a new oc, her name is Whispered Secrets and she was originally in charge of keeping, caring for, and otherwise knowing all the secrets of equestria. originally it started out small, she was like a therapist with an interest in the general pursuit of knowledge, but being a unicorn with a strong aspect for magic she caught the attention of the princesses.

she began working in the castle, she basically had a big library where she studied the mysteries of the world, she would unearth forgotten pasts, preserve quiet presents, and keep everything safe for a brighter future. her and Luna were good friends, and she was friendly enough with Celestia, acting almost as a stand in advisor because of her extensive less-than-common-common knowledge. she recognized that at the time of her employment the princess were still very young and inexperienced.

after Luna's imprisonment, she and celestia were on very... shaky standings. Celestia was still reeling from the rather unplanned banishment and general loss of her sister. Secrets, on the other hand was furious at the unfair treatment of her dear friend and had trouble not being angry with the eldest because of it. as celestia started to form plans to get her sister back and otherwise taking on the rising of the moon, her and Secrets' relationship continued to strain. Whisper wanted to do her job and make the incident public knowledge, but celestia saw how it could backfire and started seeing her as more of a threat.

it got to the point where Celestia's paranoia and guilt got the best of her and she put a curse on Whisper. it caused the loss of her horn and therefore her ability to control her magic in any traditional manner. for some reason it also stopped her aging. regardless, she was sealed in her library along with her work with the door built over and left to be forgotten in what should have been her grave.

over the millennia of Luna's banishment her story was twisted under the name of Silver Tongue Secrets, a manipulative mare who would find out a pony's wrong doings and expose them to everyone. although no one knows who started the tale, some say it could have been Celestia's doing to cover up Whisper's memory.

“Just take your time, Danny. I promise I’m not going anywhere this time.” Jason had hoped his words would have a soothing affect on Danny, seeing as how he didn’t feel entitled to the idea of comforting him in the form of physical contact quite yet, yet all it did was cause Danny’s tears to form faster in the corners of his eyes.

“But you will. You should. You can’t promise something like that when I know that’s the only way this is going to end. I don’t deserve anything more.” The first of Danny’s tears slipped free from his right eye, trailing down his cheek and hitting his leg where it still sat on Jason’s bed.

“I just- I thought I’d really lost you when I got back to the apartment and everything was gone and you weren’t answering your phone and I just- I j-just-” Danny’s tears quickly devolved into steady rivers of pure agony, his breath receding inward as he verged on the tipping point of full blown hyperventilation.

Not knowing what else to do, Jason closed the final chunk of distance between the two of them and pulled Danny into his arms, taking a seat on the bed right next to him. Danny hid his sobs in Jason’s neck, wetting the edge of his shirt in the process. Jason couldn’t give a single fuck less though, only caring about comforting Danny in that moment right there.

I want to dip my toes into writing and I've got the beginning premise to a fanfic crossover piece, but I cannot thing of the rest of the plot. I’ve got some opening conflict. I’ve got a romantic pairing. I’ve got a fair bit of background which sets up the architecture of the ‘verse. But no driving plot. No conflict to be resolved at the climax of the fic. 

 Help! How do I do plot.
