When Babs started dating Tucker, she didn't think the biggest obstacle would be having to constantly stop him from hacking off his limbs so he could make himself a cyborg. His friends are no help in this regard, they think it's hilarious.

Tucker: "Babe, it's not what you think!"

Danny: *Holding a saw* "It's a little bit what she thinks."

Barbara took a deep breath. Then she closed her eyes and counted to ten backwards. Still closing her eyes, she said, “I’m going to wheel myself back out and when I come back in, this scene better be gone.”

She silently went backwards and closed the door, counted to thirty amongst the loud crashing noises and cursing, before she knocked curtly and then opened the door again, where the room was now relatively back to normal with her boyfriend and his best friend smiling at her nervously, hiding a saw behind his back.

Barbara turned to look at Tucker.

For a moment, neither of them said anything until Tucker broke and started whining. “But baaaabbbbeee! Aren’t cyborgs cool?”

Barbara slapped her forehead in exhaustion.

“Tucker! Replacing your limbs with metal is not cool!!” She glared at Danny. “And you! You should know better than to encourage him!”

Danny laughed nervously. “He… he was very persuasive?”

Tucker snorted. “Yeah, because I offered to give you pictures of—”

Thunk!

A batarang sank into the ground at their feet. Both Tucker and Danny were clutching at each other and shivering like chihuahuas left in the rain. Barbara grit her teeth. Sometimes, she wondered why she was a magnet for younger lovers.

“Tucker. I didn’t want to tell you this, but I’m afraid I have to. We already have a black cyborg. And he’s an actual, serious cyborg and part of the Teen Titans. His name is Victor Stone, look him up. So you can’t become another cyborg, we already have one.”

Tucker fell to his hands and knees in despair with a mournful wail. Barbara turned to Danny with vengeance in her eyes. “And you! Stay away from the Batkids! Or god forbid, I’m telling your sister!”

“What?!” Danny shrieked as he too, fell to his hands and knees in horror.

Barbara rolled her eyes at the two overdramatic divas on the floor.

Sometimes, she almost wanted to ask Jazz or Sam how they were able to survive these two for so long. Those women were probably saints of some kind.

Delphi MASH: Beware, the medics bite

I got this idea for a Transformers fic loosely based on the MASH tv show. The story focuses on a Mobile Army Surgical Hospital (MASH), Delphi, and the shenanigans of the medics and guards. And then an other idea got me. What if there was copious amount of porn in it. So, the idea was born. I don’t know where I can get to it, but I sketched out the base ideas for the characters and I thought I'd share them. After I'm done with my archival exam, I will get to it.

Anyway, character concepts under the cut. I promise it will get weird.

Albus deserves to have that type of romance where HE is the one with a pathetic bf. Like he needs a guy who would be begging al to call him back and not break up with him- who does the usher slide when he walks in the door, or just looks so happy to be in his presence that he's at Al's beck and call whenever he needs something.

Like that boy is always seen as the pathetic wet cat of a bf but what if he was the one who had the pathetic wet cat of a boyfriend?

The biggest concern of all Perachel shippers and the most used argument used by anti Perachel shippers is that Rachel is an oracle and she took a vow of celibacy so no dating. That's not exactly how it works.

The reason they are made to make such a vow is to put serving their God Apollo first and foremost.

May Castellan had already had a child when she went to bond with the Oracle, and her not being celibate has nothing to do with that as we know .

Now, even in Ancient Greece, older women have been vessels for Oracles. They just had to put their family aside.

So, in conclusion, the vow of celibacy isn't an obligate condition.

Now for a bit of an history lesson The Oracle of Delphi is extremely unique as she has existed long before the Gods did as a spirit in Lake of Delphi and was often initially referred to as the Oracle of Gaia.

The titaness Phoebe used the powers given by the lake to divine futures. That was how Rhea knew where to hide and how to trick Kronos as she had gone to Phoebe for advice.

Now, for an even more interesting piece of fact after the Gods took control, the Lake of Delphi remained for millenias under the jurisdiction of Poseidon himself.

Priestesses used to come there to seek the power to be able to divine the futures. Only when it was attacked by Python himself and then saved by Apollo who killed the Python did the Spirit of Delphi choose to host itself in Apollos Priestesses thus abandoning the Lake.

The spirit of Delphi has no clear allegiances being able to change who she serves, and we know the Oracle spirit has some fondness for Percy given his own exceptionally prophetic dreams which is a power akin to an Oracle.

This means Rachel can probably choose to serve another God, maybe Poseidon himself, again, so he would revoke the no dating condition.

Or or this is my absolute favorite headcanon about Perachel, that given how many times Percy has managed to save her when Percy eventually ascends to Godhood Rachel and the Oracle spirit, swear fealty to him.

Take that Percabeth shippers. Your only viable argument against Perachel is no longer an argument.

i'm not worried about a potential influx of hsr players from the honkai×honkai collab. because in reality the only ones potentially bothering with and staying with hi3 are the ones coming in that don't mind what would be deal breakers for everyone else. i think it's great if people who pick up hi3 end up enjoying it. it can also greatly embellish your experience playing hsr.

I feel like Tucker is the kind of person who, when his significant other is in a wheelchair, would add so much tech and gear into it that it could turn into a mech. I don't know how Babs would feel about that.

I think she would enjoy it XD knowing Tucker (and the DP world), there would be lasers, bombs, flame throwers, and an espresso machine built into her wheelchair.

Why you like it: another light, short story to suit my current mood. Benny is a big lug who thinks every guy doesn't really get too excited about women because love isn't like movies act like it is. I love a big lug character, a threat but also sweet, and maybe not used to anyone wanting or expecting actual conversation from them.
