I had to generate an AI image for a class activity I felt sick

#we anti ai crowd have lost the battle i fear#also the execise got kinda boring to me quickly because the thing had generated pretty much the same for everyone#so there wasn't much to discuss about really jgkgk we moved to the next activity quickly#the only mildly interesting part about the exercise was when the ai created a lovecraftian creature for one of my classmates#personal

please be aware that disabled people are not "against exercising"
Some disabled people's symptoms worsen when exercising and they can't affort that while holding a job/studying/making an ssi application
some diasabled people cannot exercise unless in physical therapy, which they may not have acess to.
Some disabled people risk hurting themselves permanently by exercising
A lot of disabled people do exercise but abled people don't consider it exercise because it isn't normal enough.
Most disabled people have been told to "just exercise" or "try yoga". Most disabled people have been guilted into thinking it's their fault because they're not exercising or not enough. Most disabled people feel like shit when you bring up exercise because they'e learn it's followed up with either a lesson on how they can "cure their disability" or how they're "letting themselves go"
Some disabled people get trauma response by people telling them to exercise, or that execise is good for them even if that is true.
When someone tells me exercise is good for me i have to stop myself from sobbing on the spot. Because my dad and doctors told me i should just exercise no matter how many specialist's letters i have saying i risked permanent damage. Because my physical therapy is right there, i just can't acess it. Because all the ressources are a subway away and i'm being denied them. i'm being told to way for a year and a half while i watch my mobility and pain worsen, knowing it could be getting better. Because it reminds me how abandoned i am from people who could save me.
Because telling disabled people "exercise is good for you" or "have you tried exercising" is an insult to how much they want and are trying to get better. This is getting in the "i know better" position and getting mad when you do not know better.

Twisted Wonderland Nonsense [6]: The Prefect Chart
[Note: Yuu is genderless, using the They/Them Pronouns]
[The Overblot Boys (Riddle, Leona, Azul, Jamil, Vil, Idia, and Malleus) are occupying one of the meeting rooms; Riddle being the only one who is standing a large horizontal white board that rotates, while the rest of the Overblots are sitting in their chairs; well, Leona lounging in his chair and looked like he was about to fall asleep.]
Riddle: Now that we are all here... It's time to discuss a rather important matter: The Prefect of Ramshackle.
[All eyes are on Riddle, even Leona is awake and alert, paying attention to Riddle.]
Vil: What about My Sweet Potato?
Riddle: I am certain all of you are aware of this, but it would be wrong of me not to bring this up: We are consuming too much of the Prefect's Time from each other.
Jamil: Meaning?
Riddle: When someone wants to spend tim with Rose, they sometimes have to cancel on other obligations they have made with another one of us; causing them to feel rather bad about canceling on someone else. We all want to be around Rose, none of us can deny that; but we need to learn how to share the Prefect's Time fairly without overwhelming them.
Leona: Why the hell do I need to share My Herbivore with the rest of you when it's clear that I a their favorite?
Vil (Glaring at Leona): And what makes you think you are the Prefect's Favorite, you overgrown lazy cat?
Leona: They prefer to be around me more, considering that I am always at Ramshackle and they make me amazing meals without me even asking. And the head scratches...don't even get me started.
Jamil: Kingscholar, the only reason My Desert Flower allows you to stay at Ramshackle is because you break in when they are gone and steal their sofa for your damn napping. The only reason they make you food is because they are such a good host and would feel bad if they didn't offer you anything to eat. As for the head scratches, I am certain that you force your head into their lap and they scratch your head, thinking that you were Grim.
Leona (Glaring at Jamil): What the hell did you say, Serpent?!
Malleus: Kingscholar, Viper, that is enough. We are speaking about the Child of Man, now is not the time for pettiness. (Looks at Riddle) Please, move on, Rosehearts.
Riddle (Flips the Board over - revealing an empty Pie Chart with Yuu's Name at the top): This is the Prefect Chart, we are going to divide the Prefect's Free Time fairly so that we can all spend time with them without overwhelming them.
[The Other Overblot Boys nod.]
Riddle: Now, according to my sources: Rose's Busiest Days are Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays - therefore, we need to have Rose relax and rest after all of that work.
Jamil: Scarabia has some of the softest beds on campus and I can make them some good food. I will cater to my desert flower, just as I would cater to Kalim.
Vil: What about Al-Asim's Hyperactiveness and Relentless Partying? Wouldn't that bother My Sweet Potato's Rest? I think Pomefiore would be the better place for the Prefect to rest.
Idia: With that overwhelming smell of perfume? Sugar Skull should ome to Ignihyde - I have a Sound Proof Room with no dim lighting so they can get some proper rest.
Riddle: Viper, what days does Kalim not throw parties?
Jamil: He tends to avoid partying on Wednesdays.
Riddle: Okay - Aftering Rose's Work on Wednesdays, Rose will rest in Scarabia. Pomefiore woud be good for Mondays, and Ignihyde on Fridays.
[Vil, Jamil, and Idia nod]
Riddle: Moving on. The Prefect loves to execise on Saturdays to release all pent up energy and anger. I think it would be best if Rose spent that day with Savanaclaw.
Leona: Agreed.
Malleus: If that is the case, I would ask that My Child of Man comes to Diasomnia on Sundays.
Riddle: That is fair. Moving on...
[The Overblot Boys continue the meeting for about 30 Minutes and ends when Riddle gives everyone copies of the Prefect Time Chart they've all agreed one.]
[Meanwhile - At Ramshackle]
Yuu (Reading a book and looks up, looking around to see if someone is watching them): Why do I feel like someone is gunning for me?

Welcome to the premier of One-Picture-Proof!

This is either going to be the first installment of a long running series or something I will never do again. (We'll see, don't know yet.)
Like the name suggests each iteration will showcase a theorem with its proof, all in one picture. I will provide preliminaries and definitions, as well as some execises so you can test your understanding. (Answers will be provided below the break.)
The goal is to ease people with some basic knowledge in mathematics into set theory, and its categorical approach specifically. While many of the theorems in this series will apply to topos theory in general, our main interest will be the topos Set. I will assume you are aware of the notations of commutative diagrams and some terminology. You will find each post to be very information dense, don't feel discouraged if you need some time on each diagram. When you have internalized everything mentioned in this post you have completed weeks worth of study from a variety of undergrad and grad courses. Try to work through the proof arrow by arrow, try out specific examples and it will become clear in retrospect.
Please feel free to submit your solutions and ask questions, I will try to clear up missunderstandings and it will help me designing further illustrations. (Of course you can just cheat, but where's the fun in that. Noone's here to judge you!)
Preliminaries and Definitions:
B^A is the exponential object, which contains all morphisms A→B. I comes equipped with the morphism eval. : A×(B^A)→B which can be thought of as evaluating an input-morphism pair (a,f)↦f(a).
The natural isomorphism curry sends a morphism X×A→B to the morphism X→B^A that partially evaluates it. (1×A≃A)
φ is just some morphism A→B^A.
Δ is the diagonal, which maps a↦(a,a).
1 is the terminal object, you can think of it as a single-point set.
We will start out with some introductory theorem, which many of you may already be familiar with. Here it is again, so you don't have to scroll all the way up:

Exercises:
What is the statement of the theorem?
Work through the proof, follow the arrows in the diagram, understand how it is composed.
What is the more popular name for this technique?
What are some applications of it? Work through those corollaries in the diagram.
Can the theorem be modified for epimorphisms? Why or why not?
For the advanced: What is the precise requirement on the category, such that we can perform this proof?
For the advanced: Can you alter the proof to lessen this requirement?
Bonus question: Can you see the Sicko face? Can you unsee it now?
Expand to see the solutions:
Solutions:
This is Lawvere's Fixed-Point Theorem. It states that, if there is a point-surjective morphism φ:A→B^A, then every endomorphism on B has a fixed point.
Good job! Nothing else to say here.
This is most commonly known as diagonalization, though many corollaries carry their own name. Usually it is stated in its contraposition: Given a fixed-point-less endomorphism on B there is no surjective morphism A→B^A.
Most famous is certainly Cantor's Diagonalization, which introduced the technique and founded the field of set theory. For this we work in the category of sets where morphisms are functions. Let A=ℕ and B=2={0,1}. Now the function 2→2, 0↦1, 1↦0 witnesses that there can not be a surjection ℕ→2^ℕ, and thus there is more than one infinite cardinal. Similarly it is also the prototypiacal proof of incompletness arguments, such as Gödels Incompleteness Theorem when applied to a Gödel-numbering, the Halting Problem when we enumerate all programs (more generally Rice's Theorem), Russells Paradox, the Liar Paradox and Tarski's Non-Defineability of Truth when we enumerate definable formulas or Curry's Paradox which shows lambda calculus is incompatible with the implication symbol (minimal logic) as well as many many more. As in the proof for Curry's Paradox it can be used to construct a fixed-point combinator. It also is the basis for forcing but this will be discussed in detail at a later date.
If we were to replace point-surjective with epimorphism the theorem would no longer hold for general categories. (Of course in Set the epimorphisms are exactly the surjective functions.) The standard counterexample is somewhat technical and uses an epimorphism ℕ→S^ℕ in the category of compactly generated Hausdorff spaces. This either made it very obvious to you or not at all. Either way, don't linger on this for too long. (Maybe in future installments we will talk about Polish spaces, then you may want to look at this again.) If you really want to you can read more in the nLab page mentioned below.
This proof requires our category to be cartesian closed. This means that it has all finite products and gives us some "meta knowledge", called closed monoidal structure, to work with exponentials.
Yanofsky's theorem is a slight generalization. It combines our proof steps where we use the closed monoidal structure such that we only use finite products by pre-evaluating everything. But this in turn requires us to introduce a corresponding technicallity to the statement of the theorem which makes working with it much more cumbersome. So it is worth keeping in the back of your mind that it exists, but usually you want to be working with Lawvere's version.
Yes you can. No, you will never be able to look at this diagram the same way again.
We see that Lawvere's Theorem forms the foundation of foundational mathematics and logic, appears everywhere and is (imo) its most important theorem. Hence why I thought it a good pick to kick of this series.
If you want to read more, the nLab page expands on some of the only tangentially mentioned topics, but in my opinion this suprisingly beginner friendly paper by Yanofsky is the best way to read about the topic.

JUST REPUBLICANS EXECISING AN OLD HABIT! CALLING IT WHAT IT AIN'T!
Neoliberalism,
At its core, advocates for minimal government intervention in the economy, promoting market-oriented policies and free trade. It emphasizes deregulation, privatization, and reducing the role of the state in areas like social services and welfare. Critics argue that neoliberalism can lead to increased inequality, reduced social safety nets, and a focus on market forces over human well-being.
IN OTHER WORDS? THE SAME OLD REPUBLICAN PLATFORM OF PANDERING TO THE RICH AND CORPORATE AND SCREWING THE AVERAGE AMERICAN!

The deal, chapter 5 sneak peak:
There is so much hatred in those eyes... Hatred, rage, and a poisoned cloudy feeling, covered by the glass his pupils have become. Lucifer blinks a couple of times and looks at him nonchalantly, almost giving him permission to try to choke him. It doesn't matter anyway. Alastor can't hurt him. There is no threat here. And Alastor, who, despite being drunk, is no idiot, knows it.
That's why he doesn't clench his hands or fingers. He just leaves them there, cold against the skin of his neck, surrounding him like a collar, like the leash that traps all of them. His teeth, however, grind.
"I hate you... so much" the Radio Demon mumbles in a pasty voice.
Lucifer smiles. He doesn't feel a shred of the fear or discomfort he's put the other demon through, and that may be the worst of all.
"Why?" asks the King of Hell. "I've never quite understood. You've hated me ever since you first saw me, and I don't know why."
"Are you really" hisses Alastor, "able to look yourself in the mirror and not find the explanation?"
The deer's demon pressure around his neck, as opposed to his words, loosens until it is no more than a touch. Maybe and only maybe this is due to Lucifer himself who, with narrowed eyes, grabs Alastor by the chin and forces his head down to look into his eyes. In a power struggle, the winner is more than clear. Alastor doesn't stand a chance. In a battle of wills... it would depend on motivation. Fortunately, Lucifer plays with an advantage. And he execises it by licking his lips.
Alastor doesn't lose track of his viperine tongue. Interesting.
"You didn't even know me, Alastor."
The Radio Demon laughs without smiling. Only him can do that.
"No need to." He sneers. "You have a child like Charlie and you abandon her for decades just cause you're too afraid of conflict. You. Our king. The very owner of our souls. The most powerful being in this place. Just the thought of all our lives and our wills being tied to you, so much power and so much potential wasted on someone who has done nothing to deserve it. It disgusts me. You disgusts me, Lucifer. As much as revulsion I cause you, you cause me."

What is your opinion on each combination of the Elden Ring's incest love square (Malmiq, Trina x Malenia, Miquella x Trina, Radmiq, Radagon x Malenia, Radagon x Trina)?
Ahahah for me malmiq/miqtrina/maltrina are all free game lol. I guess it is also because of how i see trina as not really existing as her own person and more as a split personality of miquella up until he execised her so all of these ships are just. The same but also not the same to me up until dlc events. Even then i can see the dynamic! Trina being miquella's love and abandoning her and trina and malenia both having been put in the backburner. Bitterness regret longing etc etc it is all delicious to me.
Radmiq is a no because i am still salty about. Its whole existance and how it was an asspull and how people throw shit on malmiq shippers but ignore radmiq.
Radagon/either of the twins is eeeeh... i am not opposed per se but i cannot see it working as a dynamic. It is just. Boring even when i whack my brain for ideas.but also that is because i dont care particularly about radagon lol. It. Exists. More power to its shippers lmao

Askari: Armies In Single Bodies
[P.E. Class]
[After doing Vargas' Execises, Ban started cracking his knuckles before turning to face Askari.]
Ban: Yo, Boss: How about a dance? The first one to get knocked to the ground loses.
Askari (Rolling his shoulders): I'm game. *Looks at Roth* Roth, do you mind starting us off?
Roth (Reading a book): *Nods*
[Roth puts one hand behind his back as he levitates off the ground, his feet still planted as if he is standing on air before holding his book out open with his hand positioned as if he's going to slam it closed. Ban & Askari are focused on each other. The moment Roth slams the book close, Ban & Askari charged at each other.]
[With Ban's Muscular Form, it's clear that he's stronger than Askari, but he still moves faster than he should be able to. Askari dances around Ban's attacks before breaking his hold with a kick and kicking off Ban's chest into a series of backflips before he lands on his feet to avoid another attack as Ban closes the distance on them again.]
Roth: *Goes back to reading*
Students, watching them.
Vargas, points at them: See! Now that's what your muscles should look like!

i think i may never finish that wbawc story because i keep changing my mind about a hundred different things even though it was supposed to be a simple enough thing i thought i could do in like. a weekend.
But that doesn't matter because i've got other writing things to be distracted about! i recently signed up for this story exchange thing on ao3 and its my first time doing a thing like that, so it ought to be interesting just trying to do short things with media id probably never have considered writing about otherwise since ive always stuck really close to either just touhou or people i know, with the occasional peeking into random tags just to see what odd thing i'll inevitably find on the first page.
at first before i knew anything about it (its called yuletide btw) i thought what if signing up meant i became obligated to write something i really didnt want to, like... baseball rpf or something. the system is of course smarter than i am and you're only guaranteed to get an 'assignment' for a fandom you offered. Although then i realised the number of things i could envision myself doing fanfic of outside of touhou at the moment was uuuuuuh Close to Zero? So this whole thing will perhaps also be a good execise in expanding my imagination a bit n_n;
