This all looks very neat and tidy but I was doing some thinking last night about process and what you don't see on Instagram, when we make an error! - I realised that when I make an error on one of my art pieces I don't panic or give up but instead I learn from the mistake. I take into account the possibility of starting over and this is something I've learnt to do through literally failing and failing hard at times but in the end I always learn for the next time. It was 2010 and I started with my #entrepreneurial journey. At one side I was happy that now I can have my own rules, authority, decisions but nervous at the second side of getting failed.

As 3 months passed I was started getting the real taste and realised that entrepreneur is not someone who is a boss wherein he or she is a person who makes money but by taking risk,learning and acquiring new knowledge with keeping ethics, values intact.

I had so much to learn at that point of time. How to come to break even point?

How to handle team members?

How to analyse market?

How to understand profits?

All these questions were new to me and I was just feeling overwhelmed as I started my career as a trainer then team leader and then centre manager but had someone was always there to guide me.

Now, I was all alone responsible for what me and my team would do and the outcomes will also be our responsibility.

I had two options:

One, I could have taken the easy way by being like most of the people who just follow the normal norms and do what others advice as they have already tried and tested things.

Second, I could have taken the hard way which involved learning and knowing the things deeply, taking risk, being good by learning at things and getting success at what I was doing.

Now, what would you choose if you would be at my place?

I pulled my socks up and chose the second option, grinded the things, tried all possible options, all kind of marketing strategies, and many more. I failed also for some time but then by failing again and again i found the appropriate options and started doing well.

I am sharing this because this made me learn two things:

First "Take ownership, risks and keep learning to grow"

Second "Failing does not mean you cannot do things. It makes you better second time,so keep trying"
