AU | SY Transmigrates as Someone Else | WQW Edition

ヾ⁠(⁠*⁠’⁠Ｏ⁠’⁠*⁠)⁠/~

In this world, when attempting to transfer SY into SQQ, the system glitches.

This glitch happens as the ‘SQQ villain’ role is still occupied, meaning SQQ would have still been present in his body, probably being able to counteract/treat the Qi deviation when it started, as he had some magical herb or another that he had on him due to his previous occurrences and history of bad deviations, so he survives.

SY is just there in the system’s waiting room, watching this screen and text glitch out.

He questions this malfunctioning system on wtf it wants him to do /who he would have become, cause come on, obviously he was gonna be isekai’ed and has suspicions on where he would be going as of what he was going off about and the voices he heard before he expired.

He chooses to shelve his panic and grief for later when he has time to process and mourn once he removes himself from whatever the fuck this situation is, cause like duh, he is dead he’ll never see his family againohmygod-

Anyways, he finds out that he would have been placed in SQQ’s body and nope what the hell do you want me to die?!?! and tries to see if he could be anyone else, ‘cause like come on, it’s PIDW!

He wants to at least be able to see all the cool flora and fauna if he has no choice of what world he will be living in, and although living as a woman may mean he gets to live longer, there is the threat of the heavenly pillar and the sudden transition of living as a man to a woman would be just too jarring.

So! After the system sorta relents at seeing that this guy is giving it another way to operate as well as saving its ass from being taken to see its higher-ups, it gives a list of potential other people that he can become that sorta has similar power and potential to affect the plot as being SQQ would have granted, although never as much given SQQ’s natural predisposition.

SY gets given the choice of LQG, QQQ, The Old Palace Master, Gongyi Xiao, and a few others.

Given his desire of wanting to live a relatively alive existence, he forgoes the more plot-present characters, such as Gongyi Xiao and The Old Palace Master, as well as LQG (cause he does not want to get shanked by SQQ, please and thank you), and due to previous arguments and reasons, he forgoes QQQ.

He looks over the remaining names and sees WQW, a character that doesn’t actually appear or get mentioned much in PIDW, is known to be the peak lord of the sword-forging peak, has massive muscles and has literally, like, one line when LBH got sent over and picked up Zheng Yang.

Additionally, the guy owns that sword that can tell if someone is possessed, so he would only have to stay away from the thing if the system doesn’t ensure that he can’t be ousted as such.

With this, SY as WQW would be living his best life as this guy bc he can fly on his sword all day and stay away from the plot while planning his escape when Cang Qiong Mountain Sect sets alight!

So with his choice made, SY, now WQW, wakes up half-disorientated, his forearms aching and the sounds of crying children and concerned/panicked teenagers.

After he gets dragged to Qian Cao Peak, the still-glitching system gives him the rundown of the situation of how he entered his new body; apparently Original!WQW got caught up in trying to stop a disciple from experimenting with volatile sword materials and the forge blew up as he tried to do damage control after he got everyone out, gaining a head injury and leaving him with plausible temporary amnesia, in addition to a sort of broken/glitched OOC lock that gradually corrupts over time till it's gone due to the vague understanding of the guy.

SY|WQW [we’ll just call him WQW from now on] realised that he was placed in PIDW a few months before the disciple choosing where LBH officially enters the sect, gets picked, and then is abused by SQQ [future him problem!!!] and although he doesn’t want LBH to face all those injustices, the system will not let him take purposeful actions to change certain plot points in the face of system punishment.

After he is fully released from Qian Cao Peak, he is expected by both the sect and mandated by the system to attend the disciple choosing.

While watching the poor children climb the massive staircase and start digging their hole to the best of their ability in an attempt to become a part of the prestigious sect and change the course of their life which they would most likely wish they didn’t join when LBH sets this place on fire…and sees what he thinks is a smol fluffy girl who has the determination and a spark in her eye attempting to dig a massive hole meticulously to catch the eye of a peak lord.

He runs through each wife in LBH’s harem to see if he can match this cute jie-jie with, and can’t seem to match her.

Looking around, he takes note that the other peak lords are overlooking her, seemingly disinterested or glancing her over with slight disgust at her thoroughly worn-through but obviously meticulously cleaned-up/washed clothing.

His eyeing had caught the eye of a little girl, most likely NYY who stood next to who he could only assume to be SQQ. She asks SQQ something about having a new martial sibling, which draws the attention of both SQQ and LQG to the girl.

Obviously having changed something as now NYY is eyeing this girl instead of her future demon harem husband system don’t punish me, as well as placing this jie-jie in the lane of SQQ, who is eyeing her with an unnamed but obviously not good look cause this cute girl is in front of a lecherous man as well as in the sight of LQG who wow has such a womanly visage I'd have thought that he would be more gruff who is set to die off in a few years and is peak lord of a boyish and brutish peak which he doesn't think that such a pretty jie-jie should be on, there is only one thing he can do!

So, at the end of the day, he ends up picking this smol bean before these ppl can get their hands on her, as obviously she wasn’t accepted in the original PIDW and if she had lived would have most likely ended up as a harem member, cause no way would such a cute bean not grow up and not catch the eye of LBH!

Obviously he won't let her suffer such a fate or leave her in the hands of SQQ. This causes some of his martial siblings to side-eye him, as he has a history of choosing more well-built candidates and not skinny dirty runts that look like death-warmed-over.

This smol jie-jie has sparkles in her eyes as she gets called over by one of WQW’s runners, which light up more the closer she gets to her new to-be-Shuzin!!! HIM!

WQW feels proud of his choice and decides that that is enough of tempting fate and the system, so he turns to leave, promising himself to ensure this little jie-jie lives her best life away from the plot [and LBG and his harem] on his peak!

…not seeing the system glitching and erroring to hell and back, not able to punish him as it was not a purposeful choice and raging in its system space at the hell that its higher-ups would put it through.

All because SY|WQW didn’t take note of the child’s outerwear. :)

Ask jaune goes to Beacon but the role of fanus and humans are switch Being one of the only humans in Beacon and surrounded by faunas. That for some reason find him very cute.

Fanus are taler than humans, so now he is constantly squished by amazon pretty much. Tiger pyrrha bear yang, for example.

To be honest, this kind of reminds me of a couple of things. Namely the Jaune is the last human AU from about a month ago and the fic "Zodiac" in which Jaune sneaks into all-faunus school Beacon that I never finished reading.

So, he sucked up his courage and just continued to lay against the taller woman, as if he were a housecat.

Weiss Being the problem teammate for SO LONG is crazy like I’m not even just talking about being anti faunas and stuff

She lived somewhere that’s like THE worst place like this is every oppressor and awful take and we’re right about everything and then was living with the worst of that and told it was the best

Despite how good her heart is no amount of good heart or intelligence makes people immune to propaganda or brainwashing like there’s definitely a LOT of bad views she really had to work to find out were actually really bad and wrong and there’s probably some she still has that she just hasn’t noticed or thought about because for the majority of her life it was so normal

Not to make another “Weiss is the best written character” post on my Yang blog but like?? My god

And I say this about a lot of characters but having an older sister would fix her AND IT DID it’s just that winter couldn’t fully be that, I mean she did her part but she just traded one brainwashing for another in the military

(you can’t tell me Yang isn’t the kinda older sister figure that could go “no you can’t say that” and you shut up)

But even without specifically big sister dynamic just the fact that she was accepted into Rwby as family (I’ll make another post about that these are out of order my b💖) is huge in helping her

Like she was abused in her family but she was still its crowning jewel in the family’s crown she was the heir she was its greatest success and the treatment she received was part of that responsibility and honor so it was ok

However in Rwby she was part of the family but she was the black sheep of the family

Blake was an ex terrorist and SHE, Weiss Schnee, was the Black sheep

And YET she was still clearly loved and cared for they still wanted her safe and included they just wanted her to be a decent person and let her become one

Weiss is a lonely character in big house and a big family she was lonely as hell and now she’s in a small dorm with three people who immediately didn’t like her and she’s never been more secure she’s never had such companionship

And she craves to be more accepted and more included and also just to be better and so she becomes better

I just lover her a lot and the little Rwby family

Awoken Headcanons

note: this is mostly based on my own audacity rather than actual lore. 🤫

Earthborn and Awoken Guardians are like the book versions of LotR elves, while Reefborn are like the movie versions. They're actually similar, but to outsiders, Earthborn are friendly and full of life while Reefborn are aloof and elegant like their queen. This perception, though frustrating to people like Petra, generally works in Mara's favor so she allows it to continue.

Awoken Speech sounds more like creole than a separate language. This is due to the multitude of languages spoken aboard the Yang Liwei, which then carried over into the dialects in the Distributary. Although some argue Speech is a mixed language rather than creole, consensus from both the Gensym Scribes and Last City's Cryptarchy has not yet been reached.

Portmanteau examples:

daatma (ดาว/"dāw" + आत्मा/"ātman"): Awoken [older gen]

tulatma (tulay + आत्मा/"ātman"): Awoken [younger gen]

luxïn (luz + 星/"xīng"): starlight

noyam (noyer + يوم/"yawm"): Darkness

Traditional Awoken names usually sound "soft," with palatalized consonants and several vowels. The most common ending letters are "A" (Mara, Petra, Amrita) and "N" (Uldren, Jolyon, Nasan), while the most uncommon letter is "K" (Tulnik).

Most Reefborn are highly superstitious, due to the environment they grew up in. However they don't consider themselves superstitious, as it is only "practical" to refer to The Dreaming using epithets instead of names, or to look for omens in dreams, or to treat water and reflections as near-sacred, and so on.

Promises and vows / oaths are generally a life-long ordeal for Awoken, especially for Reefborn and especially if they are made to Mara. This is partly influenced by the post-Distributary riots, partly influenced by contracts with Ahamkara, and partly influenced by Mara's own charisma, which has created an almost religious devotion* amongst her followers.

*(Embarrassingly, when Calus sought to imitate this sense of devotion to lure Awoken Guardians to the Menagerie, he was partially successful.)

Balance is an important part of Awoken culture. Past and future and life and death are strongly emphasized by Reefborn, while Earthborn have integrated Old Earth philosophies like yin-yang and wabi-sabi. While Awoken Guardians tend to be less ardent about balance and/or a desire for it, there are noticeably less Awoken within the Praxic Order than in other Vanguard-affiliated organizations.

The Awoken don't believe in a physical afterlife, only the Unreal. This makes the existence of Awoken Guardians egregious to other Awoken, as they do not "return" from death, but rather "take form" of people who no longer exist. Even so, Guardians (or "Noble Dead") are still treated with respect - out of love for the ones they look like, and fear of the entities they are.

(Awoken don't believe in reincarnation either, as The Awakening is considered an "extraordinary" circumstance.)

Contrary to popular belief, male Awoken aren't ostracized in Reefborn society, and they aren't considered second-class citizens either. Even so, due to the 70/30 split [which has persisted since the Distributary], it is rare to see male Reefborn in high-level positions or as Techeuns. The perceived lack of opportunity has led to an increase in Reefborn emigrants in recent years, especially after the Battle of Saturn.

Due to the loss of resources and difficulties of growing food in the Reef, Reefborn dishes are "bland" compared to Earthborn ones. The most common seasonings are salt, cold-hardy herbs like mint, and corasteri (a star-shaped culinary variant of asphodelia). However, Reefborn food is both warming and filling, which is suited to a life in deep space.

The Dreaming City is surprisingly bare in terms of flora and fauna. Aside from pink asphodelia, queensfoil, baryon bough and memorial trees - most of which are cultivated - there are very few plants to be found. Spectral butterflies and non-native jewel bugs can be found in gardens and lost sectors, and starcats have free rein of the buildings, but there is no urban wildlife like in the Last City and Earth's metropolitan ruins. The vibrance is an illusion; it is as empty as the Reef's biodomes.

Earthborn do not live as long as their Reefborn counterparts; higher oxygen levels, increased gravity, and larger amounts of pollution make life more difficult for people adapted to space. Ironically, this is the inverse issue the Awoken faced when leaving the Distributary.

Awoken anatomy is uncanny if you look closely enough. Most traits fall within expectations (eg resistance to radiation, increased reaction time) but adaptations like tapetum lucidum can still startle people who aren't used to seeing them. Experimental traits, which are common in later-generation Reefborn, make some seem entirely inhuman. And the ability to track Guardians by their Light will never not be creepy.

Experimental traits include but aren't limited to: pointed ears; nictitating membranes (i.e. "third eyelids"); and genital slits [for Awoken specifically created for deep space missions].

Due to a history of bio-engineering, cybernetic augments are seen as unnecessary and rarely utilized outside of eutechs, and later, Techeuns. Fully robotic components, such as exo frames, are practically unheard of and often met with pity or revulsion.

The 891 are forbidden from seeking information about their lives from The Time Before (aka pre-Collapse lives), as it is considered a "distraction" from Mara's plan. Descendant Awoken are also discouraged from pursuing such info unless it is considered pertinent to their mission.

Queenslaw has been partially lifted in the Reef, due to the influx of Guardians after the Battle of Saturn. Many things once considered illegal or taboo are now acceptable, and some things are even encouraged. Unfortunately, not everyone agrees with these "sudden" changes and it has done little to reduce tensions between factions, most notably the Gensym Scribes and the Last City's Cryptarchy.

Reefborn sobriquets often refer to relationships (Uldren "Queensbrother," Taranis "Rivensmate," Petra "Covensdaughter"). Earthborn nicknames are often more individualized but still invoke a sense of interconnectedness (eg "Swornsister" Takara, Avraam "Firstborn").

Although the Awoken are known for their music (for ceremonies, parties, mourning, etc.) Earth-derived music seems just as violent to them as the Guardians who enjoy it. Knowing this, RZ-3 intentionally made a playlist to "scare" Petra on missions, and has successfully startled several Corsairs by belting out the lyrics to "Teenagers" while doing patrols.

Hello there! It's me Maja and I just want to make this post to show some appreciation to some of all the people, who has made my 2023 on this blog so so so worth it! If now isn't the best time to do so, idk when would be. First of all, it's the end of 2023, which means we all somehow made it through another shit-show (I am proud of all of you!!). I also hit 1k followers on here yesterday. It's wild to me, seeing how I only made this blog back in April. It means a lot to me, knowing that so many of you decided to follow me on here - either after following me on my main or just because you found this blog and decided it was worth it! ♥

rwby but set in the Hyborian age. jaune isn't a barbarian like conan but instead is a knight who actually belives and does his best to live up to the ideals of his station constantly saving damsels in distress only to return home to his oaths and shun the greater power and wealth he might gain from keeping the damsels. ruby is a destined warrior meant to fight against the eldritch gods that are utterly uncaring to humanity and it's place in the universe, supported by the sorcerer queen weiss, the cultist of the god of animals blake and her barbarian sister yang. pyrrha is queen of the kingdom jaune serves but can't seem to get through to him that she wants to be boned him. ren and nora are pyrrha's bodyguards and also want to bone/get boned by, him. but can't seem to get that idea across to him.

Much better thought out then the last one.

My first thoughts were mistakenly about the Tarnsman of Gor, or of Fire and Ice. It definitely combines the high-fantasy with the low-fantasy, which is wonderful. It's usually about OP hero, or entirely mundane heroes.

Since we're dealing with Eldritch Horrors, then Jaune's knight's resolve would help him keep his sanity, alongside with Ruby's irrational optimism. This let's them fight the horrors, (presumably Grimm, or not irrational Grimm).

Faunus is literally a Roman god, but if Blake's a Priestess, (high priestess?), then Fauna might be a better idea.

And Yang should be an Amazon. An actual Amazon. The horny for great heroes kind of Amazon.

Love the idea of this world.

LBH makes a few bad decisions to make money fast to pay for his sick washerwoman mother’s treatment. He just wants her to be ok! But he ends up losing his scholarship and then his mother dies.

So he gets a job to be a security guard for some cultivation sect museum. He has no future but he does have access to priceless artifacts. So he steals Zheng Yang and one that gives him a one way trip to the past and uses it.

And it is cool - he has knowledge of advanced cultivation techniques from the future! People love him! LBH even gets to meet the legendary YQY and SQQ! They hate him which isn’t so great. YQY thinks of him as a showboat at a best or a scam artist at worst. SQQ thinks he's just a pretty face and not much else. So he doesn’t quite make Cang Qiong.

And then there’s a small conference or a meeting of allied sects of some sort. They have to deal with a threat. SJ is there and wants to kick him out but SY stops him and thinks they should give LBH a chance. SY takes LBH under his wing.

Even after the conference or dealing with threat, they do night hunts together. When they are not saving people or observing the fauna and flora, SY gets a harebrained scheme to make money. Even when LBH knows it won’t work, he goes along with it and supports it. It’s fun! They get to spend more time together!

People tend to think LBH is the one doing it because of his rep and SY is the one saving him from trouble. In reality it is usually the other way around (though sometimes they are right – LBH likes being swept off his feet!). LBH doesn't mind it.

For once, he is someone's first choice, the one he turns to to share an inside joke. SY accepts him and respects his opinion! He looks to him for advice and treats him as an equal rather than an empty headed fool.

When SY’s relationships end badly, LBH is there to get him through it (he rather there not be a relationship to recover from at all) (he doesn’t tell SY to date him instead.) (He doesn’t know if SY would be interested.) (And the time period is more conservative.).

When LBH is badly injured, creates a special artifact that works as life support for him. Sometimes they have arguments but they have each other’s backs when it matters!

And then. it is during this one of arguments that SY starts investigating something strange. He goes to the other sects and his other cultivator friends such as SJ but they all turn him away, thinking he is just seeing things.

So finally, SY goes to LBH for help. Even when he is mad at him, LBH is willing to investigate with SY. But while following the trail, LBH gets badly hurt and is put into a healing coma. SY continues alone. When LBH wakes up, SY is dead.

But with his death, there's evidence. LBH realizes SJ KNEW but kept it to himself when SY went to him for help. SJ didn't trust anyone and wanted to investigate it alone and tried to stop SY. but SY wasn't swayed. Lbh has to work with SJ and CQMS but isn't happy about it. they solve the case but SY is still dead.

he looks for the current version of the artifact that brought him to the past. he gets help from some of the QJ disciples like NYY and MF. LBH and his little group tries to change the past to save SY. but things end up worse. without SY dying, there is no evidence. CQMS never gets involved. hm. maybe it was TLJ trying to merge the realms and he is almost successful but SY goes back to the past to set it right.

and life returns back to when SY died. sy told him it was for him, that he rather lbh survive. so if he can't change the past, then he will just have to move forward with the present. the years of grief and trying to move on but unable to TT^TT

tlj being the one to kill sy but also give lbh the clue about the Holy Mausoleum. LBH uses it. SY already fulfilled his role! nothing stopping LBH from reviving him!!

with the worst already happened. lbh decides to confess to sy. sy is very confused being recently revived.

and then they have the rest of their lives feeding dog food to others.

Team RWBY, Vampire Hunters

Ruby: Wait... You're not a vampire?

Jaune: Nope! I'm a hundred percent human!

Blake: But, people call you a vampire?

Jaune: Anyone who isn't a local calls me that.

Yang: Then, why do they call you a vampire?

Jaune: Hmmm...? Probably because I'm a doctor.

Jaune: And, that I know so much about blood, and the fact I invented blood transfusions.

Weiss: Blood transfusions...? What exactly is that?

Jaune: Oh, human's, and faunas have different types of blood running through their veins. It is possible to transfer the blood of one person with a similar blood type to another person with the same blood type to supplement the blood they possible lost. A process I call: A blood transfusion.

Ruby: And, because of that people call you a vampire?

Jaune: More, or less.

Yang: That... makes sense.

Blake: It makes too much sense why people would refer a doctor that specializes in blood as a vampire.

Weiss: But, what about all the reports of vampires coming here?

Yang: That's right! People have made various reports of vampires coming to this town! Some have reported that they've visited the local taverns, and enjoyed a meal there!

Ruby: What are they talking about, is that true?

Jaune: I would advise you that you remove that knife from my neck missy.

Ruby: Answer my questions!

Jaune: Okay, okay, okay! I keep the blood on ice, and every other day a vampire, or two stops by my clinic, and buys a pint of blood, and drinks it.

Weiss: You're selling peoples blood?!

Jaune: It's a mutual business agreement! People sell their blood to me for a few coins, and I sell the blood to the vampires for a few more coins! It's a good, and honest business! Besides, it keeps the vampires fed so they don't go out to eat people!

Blake: People can't honestly think that's a good deal now can they?!

Jaune: You'd be surprised, most people are totally fine with it! I mean as the saying goes: 'A pint of blood a day, keeps the vampire away.'

Blake: People aren't actually saying that... are they?

Jaune: I wish they weren't, it sounds cheesy.

Yang: So what is this place? The perfect vampire society, where they live in harmony with humans so long as the are freely given a pint of their blood to drink?!

Jaune: Well, it isn't for free. But yeah, that's pretty much it.

Ruby: What the hell is this place...?

Weiss: Why? Why would you do all of this; Just to live in harmony with the vampires?!

Jaune: Well, that wasn't my main reason why, that just happened to be a positive sideeffect of my research.

Ruby: And, what was the main reason?

Jaune: To feed my girlfriend.

Yang: Wait, does that mean you're dating a vampire?!

Jaune: Yep! Her name is, Salem the Vampire Queen!

RWBY: She's the what?!

Jaune: The Vampire Queen! Say hi, babe!

RWBY: What?!

Salem: GET THE HELL AWAY FEOM MY BOYFRIEND!!!!!

RWBY: AAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHH?!?!!?!!!

the time line where Ranger Jaune is from is the Dark time line, where Salem created a stronger and dangerous grimm she created more than one she created multiple types of grimm(aside from the grimm from the canon time line), Lumière a small city far away from vale, the city) hold a tree given by the brother of light in secret so the brother of darkness well never know, the tree a symbol of hope to the people lumiere human and faunas work together to build walls to keep any of types of grimm out, but the nearby towns and villages far from the city are prone to bandit raids and grimm attacks some villagers and townsfolk flied to for safety some aren't so lucky, some are victims of the bandits and some are food to the grimm, huntsman and huntress are viewed as heroes to the 4 kingdoms but to the people Lumière,Rangers and militia viewed them as glorified mercenaries who studied in some fancy academy.

Team RWBY walked into Lumière, following behind Jaune, who Blake still hadn't explained how she knew the Ranger.

As they walked through the town, Weiss noticed that the people of Lumière were looking at them, not just her, but the whole team, some looks of disgust some with confusion.

"Why are they looking at us like that?" Weiss asked.

Jaune turned to her, "Forgive them, we here in Lumière don't like Huntsmen," Jaune told her.

Ruby looked at the blonde Ranger with shock, "What!? Why!?" She asked.

"Because in all reality, you're nothing more than small mercenaries who trained in some fancy and safe academy," Jaune replied.

Weiss was confused by this, "But weren't the Rangers and the Militia of Lumière founded by a Huntsman?" Weiss asked.

Jaune smiled and rolled his eyes, "No, that's just some rumors that the council and the Academy spread to make themselves look good," Jaune replied. "The Rangers and the Militia were just regular humans and faunus who fought with everything they could, eventually, the skills we learn aren't as fancy as yours but they keep us alive, more than you Huntsmen," Jaune finished.

Weiss looked offended by the comment, "We're trained to hunt Grimm, that's our job," Weiss said, "And we could do a far better job then you,"

Jaune chuckled, "Yet who's the one that saved you?" Jaune asked, "The wilds are dangerous, you three barely survived out there, had Blake not remembered some of the things I taught her, you'd be dead and Grimm food,"

Yang glared at him, "So we should just bow and praise you for saving us?" Yang asked.

Jaune shook his head, "No, I'm simply stating that those Academies of yours teach you how to kill Grimm, their weaknesses, and how to use your aura and Semblanced, but do you have any idea what it takes to survive out there?" Jaune asked. "We Rangers are trained at a young age how to survive out there, but from what I saw, you Huntsmen don't know the basics of surviving outside of a city,"

Yang was going to retort but Blake stepped in front of her and looked at her.

"He's right," Blake said.

Yang glared at her, "You're taking his side!?"

Blake sighed, "I'm not saying he's right about everything, but Jaune has a point, what would have happened if I had not been there?"

"We would've been fine!" Yang cried, her eyes glowing red.

"Yang, be honest-"

"NO!" Yang cried, "I'm sick of this! Since he came around you've been taking his side over you're own team! I get it! He saved you back in Vale! But you don't have to keep riding his ass like some schoolgirl" Yang said, pointing her finger at the cat Faunus.

Jaune sighed, "And you call yourself protectors of humanity," Jaune said.

Yang looked away from Blake and at him, "You stay out of this!" Yang cried.

"I'll stay out of this when you and the rest of your team start treating me with respect," Jaune seethed, "Your friend has the nerve to disrespect the Rangers by implying you huntsmen are superior to us, yet Lumière's never need you Huntsmen centuries, and you can't even handle the truth of how you almost died out there because you weren't trained properly! You Huntsmen think you have it all figured out and are the heroes, but you're not... all you people are, are children who had it safe behind the walls until you chose to hunt Grimm for fame and power! Because you think it's simply a game!"

Yang's hair was set ablaze and before she could think, she pulled her fist back and punched Jaune in the face and sent him backward.

"YANG!" Blake cried.

"They attacked the Head Ranger!" cried a civilian.

Suddenly, a small group of Lumière's Militia arrived and aimed their weapons at Team RWBY.

"Hands up!" cried one of the soldiers "Surrender you're weapons now!"

Yang turned to them with a glare, "Or what!?" Yang asked with a fighting tone.

"Or this!"

Yang turned around only to see two other Rangers with their weapons against the necks of Ruby and Weiss.

Blake turned to them and quickly got in between Yang and the two Rangers holding her other teammates hostage. "Wait! Please! We're not here to fight!"

"You struck Jaune!" Cried the Ranger holding Ruby.

"She didn't mean it!" Blake cried.

"THAT'S ENOUGH!"

Everyone turned to see Jaune getting up and looked at the Militia and the two other Rangers.

Balke turned to him with a pleading look, "Jaune! Please, Yang didn't-!"

"I DON'T GIVE A SHIT!" Jaune cried. "You two surrender your weapons or I give the order to have those two's throats slit!" Jaune seethed while glaring at the two.

More Militia and Rangers showed up and one took their place next to Jaune with their weapons at the ready. Blake dropped Gambol Shroud and Yang was in shock and was about to act only to look back and see the Rangers holding Ruby and Weiss, pressing their daggers closer to their necks. Yang undid Ember Celcia and they dropped to the ground.

Jaune looked at the Ranger next to him, "Nebula, take them to the Bastille,"

Nebula nodded and she and another ranger cuffed the four Huntresses and led them away.

Today was not a good day for the four young Huntresses or Jaune...
