How I push through writing when I don't feel like writing.
Here are some of the techniques that I use to help me write more often or more consistantly when my laziness/depression/anxiety starts to take over.
I watch TV. I don't do it with the purpose of zoning out though. I watch something popular and well-liked such as the LOR or Harry Potter to get new ideas on how I can develop my story and apply their in-depth world-building ideas to help develop mine. Without plagarizing of course!!!!
Zoning out and daydreaming. As I have mentionned before, daydreaming is a huge part of my story outlining and world-building process. I'll stand in the shower, or take a walk and think about how my charcaters would act/react/behave in situations, mundane or not. Doing this gives me a better sense of my characters, and sometimes gives me ideas for scenes I use later on.
Work on writing related projects. These work well at keeping me distracted while still being productive on my writing goals. Example, I have one story I am working now, I made a new language (alphabet and numbers included) to include as a cool and fun component for the book. So, at times when I don't wan't to write, I continue creating the dictionary (very fun, 8/10 would recommend). Also, for the same book, my characters don't work off the Georigian calendar and 24 hour clock, so I've been working at creating a new calendar (harder than it seems, 2.5/10 dont recommend). These are side projects that help my story, without having to write.
Reading. You saw this one coming, I know. Reading is great, especially when you're editing, your writing style will unconsciously change to be more similar the author you were just reading. Also, most importantly, I'll be reading and think, "this story is really good, but you know what story I like even better? Mine." then change to writing.
This one is my biggest life saver!! I learnt about a year ago that sometimes I'll get bored of writing a story, and have difficulty keeping on track. That's why I finished my first book in 2016 and just started editing the first draft last week. The solution for me was to work on multiple projects at once, because it was much harder to be bored of multiple stories. I stick to 2, but will sometimes add a third. This is easy for me, because I have a list of over a dozen series I want to write. Don't abandon one project for another, use them as a distraction/ motivation for each other, so you're always furthering at least one project. I've never heard someone say, "oh no, i accidentally worked on this other writing project for three months instead of the other writing project I was doing. Dammit." No, we're just happy we have written something. Be sure to have well outlined story lines before starting, don't just start writing randomly or you'll reach a point where you don't know where to go from there.
Author/ writer projects. Maybe this is building a following, or community to share your projects and engage with. Tumblr, Insta, Reddit, whatever it is. My hope this year is to start up my website to offer publishing services (editing, graphic design, short writing courses) and build a following as a writer. (See what I did there? Never a bad time to self-promote ;) ) Having your own projects like this will help you in the future when you're going to try to publish and sell your books!
Talk with friends and a writing community. Never underestimate the passion that will burn inside you when talking about your story, or when others are talking about theirs. Surrounding yourself with a positive writing community can be the best thing for you as a writer.
Write or read (your story) every day. I'm not going to be one of those people that say you need to write 1000 words a day, that's a lot. But maybe try for 100? That could maybe only take 5 minutes, and at the end of the year that's still over 36 thousand words of a novel. Or just read your story, and I've always found it helped me get in the creative mood.
Make a playlist of songs that remind you of your characters, your story, or just puts you in the mood to write. Then play it ONLY when you're having trouble writing. Playing it while writing will not help, you'll get annoyed with the songs.
Just really can't do it today? That's okay, take a break. You deserve it. There's always tomorrow.
Does anyone else have ways they push themselves to keep writing? Let us know in the comments!
Happy Writing!

The Queer Winter Writing Challenge November 1-January 31
Lavender Showcase would like to add one more writing challenge in the mix for NaNoWriMo alternatives.
Mark five boxes in a row either diagonally, horizontally, or vertically! Send in your finished cards (maybe with a description of your wip if you want), and I will post them here!
This is intended to be worked on between the beginning of November and the end of January and be complementary to other writing challenges that you may be participating in (or done on it's own!) It is also aimed at LGBT writers as that is who this blog is for, but anyone can participate!
Each box serves as a task or goal for healthy writing habits. As you write through these upcoming months, mark your accomplishments on this card and try completing a box here and there as an exercise.
One of the goals of this challenge is to learn what helps your long-term writing habits and health: does exercise help you think better? Does a clean room ease anxiety? Are you keeping up with your needs?
There are also opportunities for you to read or watch LGBT books and movies. If you need any help finding recommendations on what to read or watch, please send in an ask! If I can't find something for you--maybe someone else can!
Feedback through September and October is welcome!
And needless to say: absolutely no AI is permitted in this challenge!
(And if you're not in the northern hemisphere and it's about to be spring and summer--you can cross off "winter" and write "spring/summer.")
Full text of the boxes under this cut:

13 books tag game, tagged by @amemoryofwot
1) Last book I read:
Starter Villain by John Scalzi, in an effort to 1) get back on my Hugo nominee completionist bullshit and 2) give him a second go, since I was deeply unimpressed by the first one a few years ago. It was...you know the thing about how badly-written books can help you learn more about writing than well-written ones? That!
2) A book I recommend:
I am metaphorically grabbing everybody I know by the collar and telling them to read Some Desperate Glory, unless the subject matter isn't for them which is fair, but it's so good.
3) A book that I couldn’t put down:
I distinctly remember finishing Gideon the Ninth at like 11pm because I couldn't wait until morning, which must be seen in the context of me being asleep by 10pm every night of my life I get a choice in the matter.
4) A book I’ve read twice (or more)
I went through a solid decade of reading Hogfather every Christmas and I've probably got a few more left in me.
5) A book on my TBR
I've got Mary Beard's latest book, Emperor of Rome, on reserve at the library.
6) A book I’ve put down
Tried The Bone Shard Daughter by Andrea Stewart last year because it was blurbed well and I was in a fantasy mood, and got like...twenty pages in. It didn't leave enough of an impression for me to remember exactly why, just a general 'I don't care about these characters' vibe.
7) A book on my wish list
Kate Elliott is being very kind about progress updates in her newsletter and I want her to have the time she needs...but I am also chewing at the bit for Lady Chaos.
8) A favourite book from childhood
I was SO into Redwall as a kid. First fanfic I ever wrote.
9) A book you would give a friend
This is hard because I always want to rec specific books to specific people, I sincerely believe there's no generic book which is good for everybody. Um, maybe All Systems Red since Murderbot seems to resonate with a wide audience?
10) The most books you own by a single author
(Physical books only) An ACTUAL single author? Anne McCaffrey for sure. An alleged single author? I own 36 Trixie Belden Mysteries books.
11) A nonfiction book you own
Storm over Mono, which is a really interesting account of the fight to save Lake Mono in California, a scientifically interesting and historically and ecologically unique place.
12) what are you currently reading
Technically between books but I'm about to start The Imposition of Unnecessary Obstacles by Malka Older. I liked the first one fine but it didn't grab me grab me, so we'll see how it goes.
13) what are you planning on reading next?
My mostly-science book club is going retro and reading Surely You're Joking, Mr Feynman which I have been putting off because I have Heard Things about Richard Feynman...but also I gotta gird my loins and get onto it.
I have not been around Tumblr enough lately to think of who to tag but with 100% sincerity, if you see this and it starts the wheels turning in your head about books you've read lately and so on, you're it!

template by @/le__lex on twitter!
anyways i want to reread some of my favorite nu fics, so i figured i would do it while simultaneously recommending them at the same time :)
[DISCLAIMER] some of these fics are locked to guests! please keep that in mind when clicking a link :)
The Neutron-Turner Family Memory Book by TheBlossomingFox (teen | oneshot ) : this fic is adorable! it’s an aged up jt fic where the author explores their dynamic as parents. it’s adorable and funny and one of the best slice of life fics i’ve read :)
2. Another Day in the Future by JesterJazz (gen | oneshot ) : this fic is definitely one of the funniest fics i’ve read in this fandom. following jimmy and timmy when they accidentally time travel to the future, landing in the house of their future married selves. it's jimmytimmy focused, but it highlights their friendship and fun bickering really well.
3. twin fantasy by nousernamesorry (teen | 4/? ) : jimmy receives a message telling him that he's needed in space, and he quickly leaves. only, he doesn't come back, and timmy has to learn to heal. i'm going to be completely and fully honest when i say that this is the fic that got me into writing for the nicktoons team. op has a writing style that is incredibly heartwrenching, and the small amount of fluff before the latter chapters completely breaks me everytime i read it.
4. more than cartoons; battle of the bands by anonymous (gen | oneshot) : spongebob squarepants is putting together a band for the annual school contest! with his makeshift team of muscians, he has to beat the syndicate before they win the tournament! this fic is SO fun! it's definitely my favorite of the author's oneshots, and it's amusing and charming and just aljewfwabkfd
5. only have a moment before it's all over (a burning desire that cries again) by whisper_into_my_heart (teen | 14/50 ) : i have to be completely honest, i was REALLY late to the party with this fic!! mpreg (and preg in general) really is not my jam, but i instantly fell in love with op's oc hannah, and the dynamic between the girl andher parents. im not exactly caught up with the story (no spoilers please :3) but i am SO excited to finish the next few chapters and then for the rest of the story to be completed!!
6. We're Perfect Punting Height by CrystalMarbles (teen | drabble ) : this fic is a drabble, but i think it's pretty funny!! it's about the gang having a conversation with each other discussing the syndicates less than evil traits. like plankton's height, or crocker's obsession with finding fairies. definitely a good short funny read!
7. Rewinding the clock by Pastacurls (not rated | 7/? ) : (grabbing onto your shoulders and shaking you) SECOND PERSON!! I LOVE SECOND PERSON. anyways there's barely any three word fics in this fandom that i could find. i know this is hypocritical of me but im going to say it anyways. this fic is my JAM though. amnesiac timmy after his eighteenth birthday, stumbling through the remains of his life as he loses his fairies and his friends. i could talk about this for hours.
8. new phone who dis by rbt_lvr ( teen | 9/? ) : the old fandom is rottmnt. unapologetically. they're technically nicktoons so it counts in my book. plus, this is genuinely my favorite fic that ive read like uh ever. it's a silly chat fic where all of the turtles are gaslighting each other into thinking that they are normal people. donnie makes a mom joke that never fails to make me laugh. leonardo's raised by the gay hippo and worm. they treat lou jitsu like taylor swift fans treat taylor swift. it's absolutely insane. 10/10.
9. lead single by nousernamesorry (teen | 2/2 ) : if nousernamesorry has 100 fans im one of them. if they have 10 fans im one of them. if they have no fans im dead. i love all of their works and every single one makes me swoon. lead single is KIND of cheating with this prompt because most of the setting takes place on a beach. and it's also kind of during the summer. but it's about jimmy and timmy spending their birthday's apart, and the setting makes me wild. like the vending machine intro and the beach ending to the first chapter. like all of that screams summer to me idc idc.
10. The Art of Cooking and Cleaning by AbsoluteFooling (gen | 1/1 ) : GUYS IM SO EXCITED TO SHARE THIS FIC WITH YOU!! i love this fic so muchh oh my god. i had the priviledge of reading it before it was put on ao3 and oh my goddddd. makes me insane. it has spongebob and timmy dynamic (which we need MORE of) and its just. its just glorious i cant explain it in words. its about timmy questioning his self worth, and spongebob helps him. and its OUGH cant even put it into words. please go read it. if theres a fic i want you to read on this list its this one.
11. Are you Satisfied with an Average Life? by Anonymous (not rated | 3/? ) : i was really surprised by the lack of fics with lyrics as their titles... guess ill have to write more in order to continue doing my part. OKAY but this fic is REALLY GOOD. i absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE anything that relates to timmy's amnesia. this fic focuses on the main nicktoons as they help timmy recollect his memory, and timmy immediately hits sbsp in the head with a baseball bat and it is GREAT and the writing style is GREAT and i do think this is a necessary read. i really hope the author updates, but it has been a while, so i'll treasure the chapter's we have!!
12. Bad at Flirting by ShippingMyWorld (teen | 1/1 ) : because im cool and unique and whatever the kids are talking about with that demure stuff the other ship is tigerghost. which i KNOW is cheating considering i wrote a tigerghost fic, but i main jimmytimmy and its important to me that you know that. this fic is a fluffy, silly little fic where danny and manny talk about manny's love for cheap and cheesy pick-up lines (established relationship). shippingmyworld ALSO has a really cool tumblr account AND a bunch of other cool ao3 tigerghost fics so this is my absolutely desperate plea for you to go check them out.
13. but he's got a gun in his hands, and a burden in his heart. by Anonymous (teen | 1/1 ) : hi yes its me hello. totally anonymous user here. why havent you guys yelled at me to make my fic titles shorter omfg that's like an entire essay within itself. it's REALLY hard for me to choose one of my fics, because they all hold a special place in my heart for a different reason, but specifically the ending of this fic makes me break everytime. i won't spoil it but i love the metaphors. anyways this fic is BASICALLY just a bunch of timmy and (sort of) danny whump. check it out if you're interested :D
14. Of Memory Loss and Manipulation by EepyTheSleepy and @c0dydoesntknow (teen | 4/? ) : hello YES this fic is really great and it definiely falls right in line with my other interests. as soon as somebody says timmy amnesia fic i am GONE. the plotline in this fic is great, and the characterization is even BETTER. like you guys need to go support these two because they are amazing people and even amazinger authors!! their story is about the evil nu gang gaslighting timmy into thinking that the og nu gang is evil, which is GREAT because timmy just ends up being really confused the whole time
15. When rain falls, love blooms by 23ster (gen | 1/1 ) : kissing in the rain is SO romantic guys when is some girly gonna come and do it with me? this is a friend to lovers fic by the all time BEST person ever 23ster, and it perfectly conveys the idiots that are our favorite characters jimmy and timmy. from the trope of there is only one bed, to the all best ROOMMATES, and then the romantic yearning love confession(slash argument) in the rain. this fic ruins you, but its so so so great i swear.
16. So... Zinnias? by suluswife (gen | 1/4 ) : guys idk what kind of fics you want from me for this one i gotta be honest,, i love nala and all that he does (and i know the second chapters in production!! it also writes ninjago fics please for the life of me go check them out) and this fic just. IT JUST FITS THE PROMPT!! i read this at 3am!! it has the conversation at midnight and that writing that just FLOWS you know?? it's a platonic jt fic (im trying really hard to find nicktoon fics in general, i pinkie promise) with a soulmate au! jimmy and timmy are both idiots in this, but they have a conversation on the roof while staring at the stars so its a great fic by all standards.
17. best two out of three by dhe20 (gen | 1/1 ) : theyre so funny in this fic i love them so much.. if youve looked at my reblogs you know that i love it when they say just the stupidest shit ever, and this fic DEFINITELY fits the bill. it's so funny it kills me every time! plus the way the author writes converys the battle scene well, and im so happy that this fic has a number in the title so that i could convey my love for it here!
18. Healing Hands by Crossovers_R_Us (teen | 1/1 ) : ough i love this fic. i think my favorite part about this fic is how they act like teenagers?? (and ofc how they love each other but i think that part goes unsaid) it's just. manny is so so so sick and danny is willing to lie with him even if it means getting sick. timmy teases the two of them. there's no life-ending mission it's JUST fluff omg omg. im such a sucker for sickfics because they're SO soft and the author does a great job conveying it with their writing!!
19. It's never too late for you (I told you, you can stay) by FlowersandMiel (gen | 1/1 ) : oh my GOD i read this the other day and like. ough. out of this list there are maybe four that i would truly really beg everyone here to read (2, 3, 10) and this is DEFINITELY one of them. it came out a few days ago but it has so very little attention and idk what to say you just need to read it. like genuinely. like this fic changed my life. like please read it. like now. it's about timmy turner moving in with jimmy neutron and getting sick in the middle of the night, thus prompting him to get jimmy to help. timmy thinks he's in trouble (he's not). GENUINELY if you like well written fics PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE check this one out

Hello! As y'all probably know by now, musicals are a BIG interest of mine. So I decided to make a list of all musicals I ever listened to. Mainly because I like categorizing stuff.
Feel free to use this to recommend me something (I'm trying to make to 100 musicals lol), or use this as a recommendation list for yourself (I tried to put my favorites on top, but don't take the placements to heart)
Before we start, some ground rules: I'm focusing on stage productions and concept albuns. There might be *some* movies. I'm not counting Disney or this would be twice the size.
Also, I count "listened to" as in "I listened to most/all of the songs and know enough of the plot".
• Hamilton (My favorite by far. Nothing can compare. Best thing ever. I'll never get tired of it.)
LIST:
S TIER: These are my general faves. I like most of the songs and know the plot back to back. Can probably talk for hours about them.
• Jesus Christ Superstar (not even religious, but man, this has me on a chokehold)
• Epic: the musical (not finished but it's alredy good like that)
• Falsettos
• Spies Are Forever (criminally underrated, if not any other, watch this one, it's free on YouTube)
• Hadestown
• Warriors
• In the Heights
• Twisted
• Les Miserables
• Company
• Legally blonde
A TIER: Really good musicals! Like 9/10 stuff. I think most of them are in this category.
• The Guy Who Didn't Like Musicals
• Be More Chill
• Heathers
• Come From Away
• A Chorus Line
• Dear Evan Hansen
• Ryde The Cyclone
• The Count Of Mount Cristo
• Waitress
• Into the Woods
• The Unnoficial Bridgerton Musical (no, I'm not proud of myself. In my defense, it's kinda of a banger)
• Tick tick boom
• The Last 5 Years
• A Very Potter Trilogy (can't separate them)
• Chicago
• Sweeney Todd
• Something Rotten
• A new brain
• Newsies
• Grease
• Bare
• Nerdy Prudes Must Die
• Wicked
• Six
B TIER: Also good musicals, I just don't listen to them as much as the others and don't have many opinions about it.
• Anastasia
• Beetlejuice
• The Prom
• 1776
• Mean girls
• The Great Gatsby
• Some Like It Hot
• Joseph Tecnhocolor Coat
• Starship
• The Lighting Thief
• 36 Questions
• The Mad Ones
• Mamma Mia
• Matilda
• Carrie the musical
• Firebringer
• 21 chump street
• Black Friday
C TIER: They're fine. Might have some bangers, but I probably wouldn't think of them immediately when asked. Or maybe there's not enough content to justify putting them up.
• Spongebob Squarepants, the new musical
• Shrek the musical
• Dr Horrible Sing-along
• The Theory of Relativity
• Catch Me If You Can
• Beloved King (only what's available on YouTube/Spotify)
• Ordinary Days
• The book of mormon
• 35MM
• Holy Musical B@man
• Trail to Oregon
• Avenue Q
• Me & My Dick

Hi! i really wanted to make a post describing all of my favorite books (especially since i just reorganized my bookshelf to get one whole shelf for all of my all time favorites) They’re all technically in order from “least” favorite to absolute favorites :D
8: The Golden Compass- This was one of my favorite books/movies as a kid. I wanted my own alethiometer so bad and from what i remember i actually tried making my own with paper. Rereading it again now that i’m older made me feel very nostalgic, and it’ll always hold a special place in my heart :) also the scene where Lyra eats a seal kidney raw is burned into my mind 10/10 i love the weird gory moments in this book.
7: The Subtle Knife- i never knew that The Golden compass had a sequel until a classmate asked me my favorite book- and when i said The Golden Compass he asked me if i liked the other two books. I was so shocked and for some reason never thought they would have a second book out. I really enjoyed this one, and the deaths physically made me put down the book. I 100% need to reread this one again.
6: Bluebird- From what i can remember, this was recommended to me as a Gardians of the Galaxy type adventure with a lesbian main character fighting against oppressive governments. I really enjoyed the story and the characters developments throughout it, and i should really reread it again :)
5: The Salt Grows Heavy- I finished this one in about two hours? it’s a quick and gory read that’s basically about characters from a very fucked up horror fairytale. A mermaid traveling after destroying her now deceased husbands kingdom, and a frankensteins monster like creature being haunted by their past. i love the descriptions of the two main characters and the horror is so so good. if you don’t like flowery writing (i think that’s what it’s called lol) you probably won’t like this one. i love complicated writing, especially if it’s in a novella.
4: This is How You Lose the Time War- Speaking of flowery writing, this one is basically poetry with how in depth the authors go into their writing. Two agents named Red and Blue fight on opposing sides of The Time War. This book really just throws you right into the deep end and it’s really a sink or swim type of read. I love books that make you think or ones you have to reread multiple times to appreciate everything fully :)
3: The Spirit Bates its Teeth- How do i even explain how much i love this one. It’s so horrifying but so hopeful at the same time? Meeting Daphne for the first time made me cry, she’s one of my favorite characters in the book. So many trigger warnings for this one, i thought i was ready but i had to take a break part way through reading it. So worth it though.
2: The Entire Murderbot Series (Seven books so far, and i literally cant rank them)- Quite literally one of two of my most favorite series of all time. It’s very Sci-Fi, with a self proclaimed Murderbot grudgingly saving its humans and figuring out what it wants to do after breaking free of its governor module. All of the characters are LGBTQ+, and there’s multiple polyam characters :D The only downfall is how expensive the books are, and 90% of them are novellas. I believe when i bought the first book it was $15? But i personally think it makes up for the price since i have reread them all at least four times now :)
1. The locked tomb series. (1-Nona, 2-Gideon, 3-Harrow to be specific) :D
I physically can’t describe how much i love this book series. I’m planning on getting a tattoo of one of the quotes in GTN after Alecto drops. They’re absolutely insane books, with random meme references sprinkled in. (“None Houses with left grief.” fucking threw me for a loop when i first read it) They are absolutely books you have to read multiple times to understand- the first pages in GTN took me three months to get through because i didn’t understand half of what was going on. But as soon as it clicked i flew through it and finished the book in under a week. Nona is my absolute favorite, and i annotated the shit out of my paperback copy. (Which i might make a separate post about… because i have literally no one to talk about these books with lol)
(Also yes. I do have two copies of each book… i bought the first two as paperbacks first, and the third one only had the hardcover available. I wanted a full set of matching books after reading them all, especially because i wanted to make a mini shrine for them on my shelf. i can’t wait for Alecto to come out.)
and that’s all of them so far!! i still have 39 books on my TBR shelf, so i might update this list whenever i add to it! :)

I want to get into DC comics, but there's so any of them that I have no idea where to start. Specifically I want to read about Kon (from origin and then dying and then how that affected YJ). Do you have any recommendations on what to read?
Absolutely! So you're in luck with Kon because he got his own series almost immediately after his debut, Superboy (1994), so his story is pretty easy to follow. I would recommend starting there rather than his very first appearances. Kon debuted during the Death of Superman storyline and that was a big storyline that ran across multiple books so it's hard to follow, but his solo series will catch you up on the important information pretty quickly.
Overall I would say Kon's series is a solid B; it's fun to read but not great. But he's very lovable in it and it's a great introduction to who he is as a person. Also, it's like the 90s threw up all over everything and I love that for him.
When you finish Superboy or get sick of it, whichever comes first, I recommend reading Young Justice (1998). You could even start here, honestly, but Kon had already been around for five years at that point so he's not quite a baby anymore. YJ is a better comic than Superboy, a solid A, and obviously showcases his relationships with the rest of the team.
(Just to be clear, I am giving you a lot of homework here: Superboy is 100 issues long and Young Justice is 55. You don't have to read all of either series if you aren't enjoying them, but I didn't want you to be surprised when you saw how many issues there were!)
In 2003, Kon (and Tim, Bart, and Cassie) joined the Teen Titans. Teen Titans (2003) is a pretty OOC and bland portrayal of Kon and the others, but if you're interested in his death and the aftermath (or if you're a TimKon shipper and want to see Tim grieving), you should read it. Kon is only in it up to #33, because he's dead after that. His actual death is in Infinite Crisis which is an incredibly stupid comic but, like. It's there if you absolutely must put yourself through it.
Kon came back to life in Final Crisis: Legion of Three Worlds which I've never read so I can't vouch for it. He rejoined the Titans with Teen Titans #81 and stayed with the team through the end of the series, but like...those comics are really bad. If you want to read post-resurrection Kon, I recommend Adventure Comics (2009) instead. Kon stars in the first 10 issues or so and they're lovely. He also had another very short lived Superboy series in 2010 which I've read but remember nothing about.
Do not read anything from the New 52 (September 2011-June 2016); that Kon is technically a different character and all of the books he appears in are unreadably bad.
Our Kon returned in Young Justice (2019), which is...fine? It's fine. Superboy: Man of Tomorrow is a recent 6-issue miniseries and it's also fine.
Don't read Superboy and the Ravers, it is 10000% not worth it.
The TL;DR for recommended/key reads:
Read Superboy 1994
Then Young Justice 1998 (or the other way around if you don't care about going in order)
If you are really committed, you can go back and read Reign of the Superman to see Kon's debut and very early appearances, but you don't have to
Then Teen Titans 2003; you can stop after #33 unless you want to see Tim having a mental breakdown
Read Infinite Crisis if you want to read Kon's death, and honestly you can just skim everything that isn't his death scene
Adventure Comics 2009 until it becomes a Legion book
YJ 2018 and Superboy: Man of Tomorrow
I will end with my usual caveat that if you are very new to comics, you will occasionally be confused by what you're reading. There will be references to comics you haven't read and occasional crossovers with other books that will cause unavoidable gaps in your reading. Please just try to roll with it, or look at those moments as interesting new paths to wander down. It's okay if you don't know everything right away. That's what makes it fun!

If someone you knew wanted to start reading Damian wayne where would you recommend for them to start? 🎤🎤
FIRST!!! you NEED to read batman: son of the demon (1987). this will give you the understanding you need of bruce, talia, their relationship, and also ra's. the fact it hasn't been canon since the 90s doesn't matter because it's still the best book about bruce and the ghul family you will ever read.
then... you may cautiously proceed to batman #656 (2006), while keeping in mind that talia is so wildly ooc that it makes me want to pluck my own eyeballs out of my skull. keep reading until #658, then you can stop because damian disappears for a while after that.
you can read batman #666 if you want to (it's set in an alternate future universe), but damian is bald in it. :( you should probably read it anyway though lol.
next, go on to batman annual #26 (2007). this is the start of the resurrection of ra's al ghul--the arc is good and all, but ra's is so unbelievably ooc that i again want to pluck out my own eyeballs. damian is adorable in it, though, so do read it. but he talks a lot more casually than he's supposed to, that's all you need to keep in mind. (at this point in his character development, he's still the epitome of "spoiled prince," and talks exactly how you'd expect a spoiled prince to talk.)
go through the rest of the resurrection of ra's al ghul after that -- robin annual #7, batman #670, robin #168, nightwing #138, detective comics #838, batman #671, robin #169, nightwing #139, detective comics #839. (please note that the nightwing issues specifically write damian the best, in my opinion. fabian nicieza is one of my FAVORITE damian writers! you know, besides morrison, since morrison created him and all. paul dini is also a huge favorite of mine btw.)
after that, you can go ahead and read batman #675, #680, and #681 (2008).
skip battle for the cowl because you won't really get anything good from reading that lol. long story short: everybody fights for no reason and dick becomes batman and damian becomes robin.
move onto batman and robin #1 (2009). just read it all of it! (the new earth universe finishes at #26 i believe, then new 52 starts.) it's all really good. i also recommend reading all of red robin (2009) and batgirl (2009), damian doesn't show up in every issue but he shows up quite a lot, and regardless, they're just really good books!
you also need to read batman: streets of gotham (2009). again, read all of it, INCLUDING the manhunter specials at the back of the book! damian shows up in those sometimes. :)
also... batman annual #27 (2009) and the other half of its story in detective comics annual #11 (2009).
then, read batman: li'l gotham for some fun fluff. :)
another must-read is supergirl #61 - #64 (2011).
also, teen titans #89 (2011). just read from #89 - #92, then come back around #99 - #100 for maximum damian. it's a pretty good series regardless though.
(one more thing: batman #700 and #703.)
as for new 52, you can keep reading the batman and robin series. but even more importantly, i think you should check out batman: the dark knight (2012) #10 - #15. it's one of my absolute favorite stories between bruce and damian.
besides that, i haven't read a lot of new52 comics, even though i should... or much at all beyond new52, either... but i did read super sons, and i can highly recommend that whole series!
gotham academy #6 and #7 are also super cute new52, sort of AU stories, damian features in those issues and he's adorable and well-written, if you ask me.
so that's where i'd tell you to start! there's way more that even i still need to read, but i'm so bitter about new52 and rebirth in general that it takes me a while to even want to pick up a book from the modern era.
edit: while you could read the batman/tmnt comics featuring damian, i actually recommend just watching the movie they made based on those comics. it's REALLY good.

Chapter I - The Weight of Dreams
April 10, 2023 TRICORNER YARDS, Kwon compound - Pyra House I stared at the ceiling of my room, the stars that were glued to the ceiling shone faintly, the sun began to appear through the gaps in the curtain, I took out my cell phone to check the time, it's exactly three in the morning, I lazily got out of bed and looked around my room.
-Pyra, you only slept for two hours, that's not recommended for humans -The computer said.
-Nyx, I know that - I answered in a low voice, feeling my head spinning -Just please don't talk loudly at this time -I opened the bathroom door, taking off my pajamas and throwing them over my shoulder, my underwear in the laundry basket.
I turned on the shower, sending myself under it and feeling the cold water wet my hair, ah that feels good, one of the few sensations that makes me feel alive in this hell. I took a long shower and got out, with a towel wrapped around my body and another in my hair.
I looked around my room, my bed still hadn't been made, my books were scattered all over the floor, my medicines were scattered in random places, and some dirty clothes should have been in the basket, or in the washing machine, I don't remember.
I forced my closet door open after lightly kicking the clothes on the floor aside - Nyx add reminder for me to clean my room today - The little robot on my desk raised its hand, I opened the second drawer and took out a set of underwear and put it on, I took out my cream deodorant and put it on.
I took out my body towel and threw it on the bed, pulling out a cambric that contained my full Gotham Academy uniform, the home of the heirs to Gotham's rotten elite.
Or my case, after much pleading from my stepfather, the school let me take the entrance exam and get 100% of the scholarship, but of course everyone knows that I'm the half-sister of the former prosecutor and current Two-Face.
And of course the whole school hates me as expected
I finished putting on my uniform, a royal blue skirt and vest with the school emblem and a white blouse, black knee socks and the ridiculously social shoes I never wear, opting for my lovely Colcci Tractor boots.
I sat down at my dressing table and looked at myself in the mirror, my dark circles under my eyes felt like I'd come straight out of the tomb on a Halloween night, and my wavy red hair was getting wet, so I combed it and left it loose, knowing that it would get tangled anyway, and just applied sunscreen to my face, since even make-up wouldn't cover it up. And I didn't want to cover up my freckles, so I sighed and got up, picking up my Japanese-style handbag, which my stepfather had given me, which ironically was Korean, he had bought on one of his many trips, left my room and went downstairs, towards the kitchen.
The rest of the two-storey house, with the exception of my bedroom, was perfectly tidy. My father appreciated privacy, so everyone in the family had their own house, but our backyards were interconnected. The patriarch of the family was a doctor who owned one of the recently opened hospitals for the city's low- and middle-income population. I smelled pancakes and smiled, seeing them on my desk with a note on them
-Please Pyra, have breakfast, one of the most important meals of the day
Good morning, from your brother, Kwon-Jae
I sat down at the table and began to munch on those divine pancakes, Jae is Doctor Kwon-Hye's eldest son, and the most attentive “brother” I have.
But I miss Harvey
Swallowing the last of my pancake, I grabbed my helmet and went to get my bike. I'd better get to school early, before the school guard did something to stop me.

Damian was sitting in the car with his arms crossed, Alfred was watching him through the rearview mirror.
-“Mr. Damian, school is a great place to make friends. After the summer break, I hope you'll make an effort to create a social circle,” the butler said as he parked the car.
-“Friends aren't necessary,” Damian said with his eyes closed as Alfred opened the door. The teenager grabbed his bag aggressively and got out of the car. He didn't even have time to take a step as someone passed in front of him at high speed. The person braked his bike and looked back
-I'm sorry, I hope you didn't hurt yourself- -The girl said. She pedaled back into the school.
Damian looked at the ground and sighed, those inattentive people.
Wayne had entered the school, or rather school hell.
Inside the school, the noise was deafening. Damian walked through the crowded corridors, ignoring the curious stares of the other students. He was used to being the center of attention, but that didn't mean he liked it. Being a Wayne had its problems.
Meanwhile, Pyra arrived at school panting and parked her bike. She looked at the school clock. She picked up her backpack and adjusted her glasses, which were falling off, and walked to the school entrance, preparing for another day at Gotham Academy. She kept her head down as she walked through the corridors. She didn't want to attract attention, she just wanted to get through the day without any problems.
With quick steps they both walked to her classroom, Pyra observed the boy who approached the room with her, a new student?
Well, he's going to be spoiled like all the others, so you don't have to worry about him.

31 Days of Productivity Reading もう一回!: Day 11
Before: Before getting into today's reading plans, we've passed another multiple of five for days so let's look at how my goals are going.
Read 100 pages of manga OR 25 pages of a novel each day [still on track!]
Finish reading three novels [we'll get there someday- there's still time]
Read ten volumes of manga [8/10 so close!]
Now on to the actual reading for today. Yet again, my spinner wheel chose a manga volume (honestly I'm shocked that I haven't gotten a single novel spin yet) and I'll be reading しみのロックを鳴らせ ~ Rhapsody ~ by Kamatani Yuhki! Honestly I'd be way more surprised if anyone has heard about this manga than if no one has. Rhapsody is a multimedia project from the music magazine Rockin' On. I wouldn't have ever heard about it, let alone picked it up, had they not recruited Kamatani Sensei to work on the manga. They also released some music for the project under four different fictional bands, but the only band whose music I actually liked was Pink Flag. Their song 小さな神様 is my favorite and is actually pretty good.
After: I have been betrayed. And lied to. Today, I heard a clap of thunder, so I looked outside and saw rain clouds, then checked the forecast and it said that it was going to rain! So I made myself a cup of pumpkin spice black tea and got all cozy with my book. And then it never rained. For shame!
As for reading, I did indeed finish today's volume! As always, I adore Kamatani's art and the way they use visual metaphor. Not as always, I'm sitting here struggling to find something to say. I never expected this to be a new favorite of mine or one of Kamatani Sensei's best works, but I was still curious to check it out. It was okay. It was about a young man whose father, a famous rock singer and record label owner, recently died and left him the record label company. In planning his father's memorial concert, he grows closer to the father he felt he never knew. I think I'm gonna leave on that note because really, there just isn't much to say about it. I don't know necessarily if another volume or so would have helped this manga have more impact, but I do know that Kamatani Sensei excels at shorter series. Both of the series that I've read from them have been four volumes or less and are both some of my all time favorite series. So if you'd like to read from Kamatani Yuhki (and I highly recommend you do), I suggest picking up しまなみ誰そ彼 or ヒラエスは旅路の果て (one day I'll get my hands on physicals for the Japanese version of 少年ノート, but that day doesn't seem to be any time soon).
Overall, I read 215 pages of manga today and finished my ninth manga volume of the month! Since this manga was only one volume long, it gets taken off my spinner wheel and I know have an equal number of novels as manga to be chosen from. Is tomorrow the day I finally read a novel in Japanese? Stay tuned to find out.

I'm alive! Just. Between exams and catching covid I managed to finish exactly one book during June, and it was a nonfiction book called A Brief History of the Countryside in 100 Objects. Which I do recommend, but isn't entirely relevant to the theme of this blog.
However I did fail to complete a number of books, so naturally I'm here to tell you all exactly why.
Born of Scourge - S. Jean This one mostly just didn't grab me. The overall concept seemed pretty cool, but the writing felt quite… naive? I bounced off the style and wasn't invested enough to finish, I think other people might enjoy it more but to me it did feel kind of like it was written by a teenager. DNF'd at 20%
House of Crimson Hearts - Ruby Roe Reads like something I would have written aged 14 and that is not a compliment. It's just. So absurdly edgy. The main character is an extra special vampire who is hated and feared by everyone because of the way she was born. She owns a nightclub that has optics full of special flavours of blood. There's dubcon lesbian sex in chapter 2. I'm just too old and tired for this. DNF'd at chapter 3.
Moonlight Love and Witchcraft - Vaela Denarr and Micah Iannandrea This book deliberately advertises itself as low stakes and cosy, which is a legitimate choice. However, the authors seem to have mistaken low stakes for low impact. Lots of things happen but they don't seem to mean anything, and it didn't really feel like the characters or relationships were developing at all (kind of a problem in a romance novel). It felt like the write up of people batting around cool ideas about their OCs, rather than a coherent novel, which is... not the worst thing in the world?
Honestly I would probably have kept reading except for the fact that the character described as ADHD rep was so viscerally annoying that she felt like a hate crime against me personally. Also it's 150k. DNF'd at 40%.
10 Things That Never Happened - Alexis Hall Honestly I quite enjoyed Alexis Hall's other novels in this universe. His writing tends toward the ridiculous, but they are genuinely funny and he has a real awareness of contemporary life. Unfortunately this one seems to revolve around some tropes I personally don't enjoy (the main character faking amnesia - I really hate romance stories that revolve around deceit) so I put it down. I can't remember where I DNF'd because I returned it to the library.

December 2023 Reading Wrap Up
I read 11 books in December, and it was a great reading month to finish the year. I read 4 audiobooks, and 7 physical books.
1.The Lost Metal (Mistborn 7) by Brandon Sanderson 4/5 stars. I’m glad I read this series, and reading on audio was definitely the way to go for me. I enjoyed this last installment in the series, and I loved how this book flung the doors wide open for the Cosmere and relations to other books. Adult High Fantasy, read on audio.
2. A Strange and Stubborn Endurance by Foz Meadows, 5/5 stars. I reread this favorite in anticipation for the sequel. This book has a lot of what I enjoy-- a character driven political fantasy romance with plenty of representation and a good dose of drama. I enjoyed my reread just about as much as the first. Adult Fantasy Romance, Queer
3.All the Hidden Paths by Foz Meadows, 4/5 stars. This was a good follow up adventure following our two main characters from book 1. There were some tropes/elements I didn't enjoy as much, but it was still a gripping and engaging as the first book. Adult Fantasy Romance, Queer
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
4. Howl's Moving Castle by Diana Wynne Jones, 5/5 stars. When people ask me "what's your favorite book?" this is the answer I give. I like to reread this every other year or so, especially around the holidays. Middle Grade fantasy
5.Castle in the Air by Diana Wynne Jones, 3/5 stars. Despite HMC being my favorite, I've never actually read the 2 follow up books. I finally told myself I would read these before the end of the year. This was a fun enjoyable story that takes us to another part of this fantasy land that DWJ created, with new and old characters. It's not nearly on the same level as HMC, but I enjoyed reading it and getting more of the classic DWJ wit and narration. middle grade fantasy
6. House of Many Ways by Diana Wynne Jones, 4/5 stars. Diana Wynne Jones was so clever, and that really shines through in this story. I think part of the reason why I put off reading the two sequels to HMC for years was because I never wanted the story to end and be "done". This was one of the last books DWJ ever wrote, and it really feels like saying goodbye. middle grade fantasy
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
7. Index, A History of the: A Bookish Adventure from Medieval Manuscripts to the Digital Age by Dennis Duncan. If you enjoy book history and diving deep into a niche topic, then I think this is a great book. It's amazing how the concept of the 'index' has existed in some form since humans began writing. Nonfiction, read on audio.
8. The Dark Is Rising by Susan Cooper, 4/5 stars. I reread this via the BBC Radio production, while listening to the corresponding days for each segment. I really enjoyed this production, with different voices for each characters, and background noises as well. Gave a very cinematic experience.
9. Gathering Moss: A Natural and Cultural History of Mosses by Robin Wall Kimmerer, 5/5 stars. I loved this book narrated by the author herself. I loved learning more about moss, while also getting essays about the authors life, work, and natural world around us. I very much recommend this one. Nonfiction, read on audio.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
10. The Blue Sword (Damar #1) by Robin McKinley, 5/5 stars. I really enjoyed my time reading this book and this was a good reminder of what makes classic fantasy so great. This novel is also proof that you can have a fully realized fantasy story with great characters, lore, and plot, and have it all under 300 pages. This is one I can see myself rereading.
11. The Hero and the Crown (Damar 2) by Robin McKinley, 4/5 stars. A good prequel to book 1 and exploration of some of the myths/stories from book 1. This is very much a Girl + Horse + Magical Sword go on an adventure and save the kingdom type story.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
That's it for December! It was a strong finish to the end of the year, and pushed me over 100 books for 2023. Here's to 2024 and another good reading year! 🥂
January TBR:
A Winter's Promise (Mirror Visitor series) by Christelle Dabos + book 2?
A Fragile Enchantment by Allison Saft
Realm Breaker by Victoria Aveyard + book 2?
The Atlas Complex by Olivie Blake
Mislaid in Parts Half-Known by Seanan McGuire (audio)
Emily Wilde's Map of the Otherlands by Heather Fawcett
Beartown by Frederik Backman + book 2?
Braiding Sweetgrass by Robin Wall Kimmerer (audio)

Any recommendations for a person trying to learn Greek?
Yes, definitely! I also wrote a post on learning Modern Greek online.
I am not sure what your native language is or if you know any other languages. I studied German before Greek, and so I found Greek grammar very easy in comparison.
To start with, it's slightly more complex than Spanish for English native speakers since it uses a case system (changing noun, adjective, and article endings). But I found the patterns fairly regular and easy to remember! So it is not stressful at all. And since many words are similar between English and Greek, you will find it easy to pick up vocabulary.
For learning, this was what I did:
A1/A2
Timeframe: 9-12 Months, Depending on how fast you go
Tools:
Duolingo: 5-6 lessons/1 crown a day, or 30 minutes
Rosetta Stone: 3 lessons a day, or 30 minutes
Language Transfer Greek: 1-2 lessons a day, 10-20 minutes
LingQ: Free reading, when chilling out
When you finish Duolingo and Rosetta Stone materials, watch Eisai To Tairi Mou on Youtube. The wonderful George has subbed the whole series in English.
For textbooks, I used Take Off In Greek. I did 1 lesson a week after completing Duolingo/Rosetta/etc. This takes about 3 months. There is an audio CD, which you may need to buy separately. I'm not sure.
I also started tutoring while working on the textbook. I meet with Georgia on Italki, who is amazing.
B1/B2
I'm still working on this. 😉
Colloquial Greek is a good textbook here. It's very fast, though. Lots of vocabulary. Routledge also has a Modern Greek Reader, which is advanced but quite good.
But if you want in-depth resources, look at "publications" from Omilo.
Lydia is a good review of A1/A2, all dialogues. They also have workbooks on verbs, Greek music, podcasts, etc. Their B1/B2 book is Fiyame, and it's all in Greek.
At this point, I would work through either Colloquial or Fiyame while working with a tutor 1-2x a month or more.
There is also a Greek Mastodon server - https://kafeneio.social/explore
I am not on this server, but I follow and interact with many people on it. I also use Greek as my default language. 😊
University of Athens
I want to point out that there is an affordable learning course from the University of Athens. It is an online course. They have multiple language courses, but they have a good deal.
Their basic level course is 150 EURO, but you can get it for less. If you buy one of their culture courses, many of which are 100/120 EURO, you can get the Greek course free. The culture courses are taught in English.
I hope this is all helpful! I find Modern Greek rather fun and easy to digest. So far, the grammar is not very difficult. And many of the A1/A2 resources are free or low-cost. Rosetta Stone can be bought for $167, I think, and be used for multiple languages.

Fourth wing
JUST FINISHED FOURTH WING AND OMG
(No spoilers)
8.5/10 AMAZING BOOK I 100% RECOMMEND IT WAS PERFECT (though I would have preferred more violet and xaden time)
This was my first fantasy book so I might be a bit biased with the rating
This was definitely an emotional roller coaster for me and none stop crying at 3 am
I am just starting iron flame and it’s definitely hard for me to read it because it has gone more serious and I don’t really handle serious books that well but I will prevail!
When I brought fourth wing and iron flame I thought it was only a two book series but to my horror I found out I have to wait forever until the series is finished but there’s no turning back now.

CFWC's Writer of the Month:
Lucy-268
Tumblr media
Each month CFWC highlights one of our talented fanfic writers, and this month’s writer of the month is CFWC's very own, @lucy-268! We hope you will enjoy learning more about her and her work below! The writer is selected at random. More info can be found on the navigation page.
Quick Links:
Tumblr Blog: lucy-268 Blog Masterlist
1- When did you start playing Choices? What was the first book you played?
During the COVID quarantine in 2020. I played Bloodbound and Bloodbound 2. Then High School Story. I finally got tired of PB/Choices asking me if I wanted to try Open Heart.
2- When and why did you join Choices fandom?
Because Facebook keeps track of things you search for, it asked me if I wanted to join a Choices group. There was a post about Open Heart fanfics on Tumblr. So I dusted off my old Tumblr account.
3- How did you pick your blog name?
I am a cat person, but Lucy was the best dog ever. She was my Mom’s dog that mom brought with her when I moved here from PA to VA to save me from having to drive back home every other weekend.
4- Pull up the first post in your archive, and tell us about it!
I am an introvert. A lot of people around me overwhelm me and I had an aunt who always made comments like, glad you decided to join us. Similar to this post.
5- How long have you been writing fanfiction?
For choices, since 2020. In a previous life, I wrote Harry Potter fics. I wrote Hinny stories that are still available on fanfiction.net and Livejournal. But with few exceptions I won’t tell anyone the username I used then.
6- What is your favorite Choices book, and what is your favorite Choices book to write about?
Open Heart.
7- Share the first fanfic you wrote with us. Do you still like it, or would you change it if you were writing it today?
This is the first fic I posted. I had an HC for Charley’s backstory and the brother she was close to, along with some of the brother’s friends. I think I brought the friend back in one other fic. At one point, I thought about bringing him in as an LI for Sienna. I would probably change it.
8- What is your favorite fic that you’ve written?
I Would Not Change a Thing. It’s personal to me because I know a couple of people who have semi colon tattoos. After I posted the fic, someone who has since left the fandom shared with me that she got the same tattoo that I gave Charley.
9- Do you have a fic that you didn’t expect to be well received, but it was? What about one you expected to be but found could use a little more love?
My first one was well received. The fandom was more robust then, and I felt welcomed into the community.
I think some of my Tobias/Samantha fics are better than others I’ve written, but because of the size of the fandom and the pairing (not Ethan), they aren’t well-read.
10- If you could write only angst, fluff, or smut for the rest of your writing life, which would it be and why?
I don’t often write smut, so we can eliminate that. I generally get more ideas for fluff, but I'd hate to not be able to write angst when the mood strikes.
11- Do you ever recognize yourself in any of your MCs or in your writing?
Yes, There are a few pieces of Charley, Samantha, and especially Maggie (I even used my grandmother’s name there). Even a little bit of Emma from TNA.
12- What element of writing do you struggle with most?
The ideas for fics. And dialogue. And time.
13- Do you have any neglected work you really want to finish?
Did you look in my google docs folder? I have about 100 docs in there. Some are saved in files labeled Sunday Six that I need to go through and pull ideas from save fics together. I have three artworks I either commissioned or won that I need to write fics for, including a cat T/S adopted, a winter fic for T/S, and E/C’s wedding.
14- If someone you know in real life (who isn’t involved in fandoms) asked to read your work, would you let them? If yes, what would you recommend they read first?
Nope.
15 - Are there any writers (published authors and/or fanfic writers) who influenced your writing?
They aren’t active in the Choices fandom much, but two who were very welcoming to me when I started writing were @openheart12 (who asked to be tagged even though she had never read anything I wrote!) and @anothermansjeans (formerly oofchoices), who did some of my first moodboards. Thank you both for the kindness you showed me.
@jamespotterthefirst - Your fics were some of the first I read, and I was so happy when you started to read my works. You are a true friend, and I feel blessed to have you in my my life.
@jerzwriter -  You are my go-to person when I need someone to talk to. I love your ideas, and I wouldn’t want to run CFWC with anyone else.
@genevievemd - You always find the best David Gandy photos. I admire your dedication to completing two series of Smiles. And did it daily.
@liaromancewriter - You are always willing to help with everything. Your Ethan x Cassie is great, but I love Maxenna. (And I still need to finish your original!)
@potionsprefect - I love Victoria as an MC. I admire how you have developed the personalities of your twins (and I’m jealous that I don’t think I have accomplished that yet.
@bex-la-get - It took me a while to find you, and I miss you now that you are on a hiatus. But I love your bookstagram accounts. I can’t forget to mention your cat videos of Percy and Odin.
@danijimenezv - Thank you for giving me the story idea for I Scream, You Scream. Thank you for sharing your stories of your vet internship.
@writer-ish - You always pop up with just the perfect comment or gif. I just wish you’d do it more often.
@a-crepusculo - Another fellow cat person. One of my favorite fics is your When It Rains. I love the idea of Ethan being free enough to stop and dance in the rain.
@storyofmychoices - Thank you for all you do for the fandom in general. Your writing inspired me to read both Mother of the Year and Save the Date.
@burnsoslow - See the above comment. Your Drake and Alyssa inspired me to read The Royal Romance, at least the first one. I was avoiding it because Choices kept trying to make me read it. I miss wackydrabbles, even though there are plenty of fic prompts around.
I am sure there are so many others I should mention, and I’m sorry for anyone I forgot.
16- Which one of your stories would you most like to see as a movie/series?
I would not change a thing; see question 8 above.
17- Do you write original fiction?
I have some stories started.
18 -  What other hobbies do you have?
Reading, cooking, baking, and playing with my cats.
19 - What’s your favorite emoji?
💚😻🤦🏼‍♀️
