😋Free Silky Chocolate Mousse Recipe: A Heavenly Dessert Experience! 🍫🍨✨
Ingredients:
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips 2 cups heavy cream 4 tablespoons powdered sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Pinch of salt Whipped cream and chocolate shavings for garnish
Instructions:
Melt Chocolate! 🍫 In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips in 30-second increments until smooth. Stir occasionally to avoid burning. Let it cool to room temperature.
Whip the Cream! 🥄 In a chilled mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form. Add powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Continue whipping until stiff peaks form.

Bread and butter pudding

An old-fashioned English bread and butter pudding that goes easy on the wallet. Day-old bread works best in this recipe.
Each serving provides 408 kcal, 12.5g protein, 44g carbohydrates (of which 20g sugars), 20g fat (of which 11g saturates), 2g fibre and 0.9g salt.

Ingredients:
25g/1oz butter, plus extra for greasing
8 thick slices white bread, (crusts removed if desired)
50g/2oz sultanas
2 tsp cinnamon powder
350ml/12fl oz full-fat milk
50ml/2fl oz double cream
2 free-range eggs
25g/1oz granulated sugar
nutmeg, grated, to taste

Method:
Grease an ovenproof dish, about 23x28cm/9x11in in size, with butter. Spread each slice with on one side with butter, then cut into triangles.
Arrange a layer of bread, buttered-side up, in the bottom of the dish, then add a layer of sultanas. Sprinkle with a little cinnamon, then repeat the layers of bread and sultanas, sprinkling with cinnamon, until you have used up all of the bread. Finish with a layer of bread, then set aside.
Gently warm the milk and cream in a saucepan over a low heat to scalding point. Do not let it boil. Crack the eggs into a bowl, add three-quarters of the sugar and lightly whisk until pale. Add the warm milk and cream mixture and stir well, then strain the custard into a bowl. Pour the custard over the prepared bread layers, sprinkle with nutmeg and the remaining sugar and leave to stand for 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 180C/160C Fan/Gas 4. Place the dish into the oven and bake for 30–40 minutes, or until the custard has set and the top is golden brown. Serve with extra custard, if desired.

🍬{Polveron Recipe}🍬
A quick dessert/sweets recipe that I want to share.
1/2 of Butter
4 cups of all purpose flour
1 cup of milk powder or fresh milk depending on the result
5 tsp of sugar
Step 1: Put 4 cups of all purpose flour in a bowl.
Step 2: Slowly whisk as you ad the rest of the ingredients.
Step 3: mix till it get mushy and ready to be molded.
Step 4: put it in a mold or mold it into a flat oval or any shape you want.
Step 5: place it in a candy wrap or in a plate and enjoy it with friends/family.
*Bonus*: if you want flavor freely add bits of fruit or anything mushy or small as long as it fit the polveron

ingredients: - 2 cups of flour - 4 cups of water + 1 cup ( for the pasta) - 4 small red onions - 1 cup of brown whole lentils - 1/2 tsp cumin powder - 1/2 tsp coriander powder salt and pepper - 4-5 tbsp olive oil - half a lemon - sumac - fresh coriander
start by mixing 2 cups of flour and 1 cup of water.
knead the dough very well and let it rest while preparing the rest of the meal.
finely dice 3 onions and fry in olive oil, add a cup of washed brown lentils.
season with cumin powder, coriander powder, salt and pepper add 4 cups of water and let it simmer on low for about 10-15 minutes.
flour the counter top and roll the dough as thin as you prefer your pasta to be.
roll the dough on itself and cut it into thin strips. flour the pasta and add it to the pan. cook it for about 5 minutes
slice an onion and fry it in olive oil till it starts to brown and char, you want the char flavor.
reserve some for garnish and add the oil and onion to the pan and mix. serve in a plate, garnish with the onions, lemon, fresh coriander sumac and enjoy

Streusel-Topped Peach Coffee Cake.

Ingredients

Streusel
1cup baking mix
2/3cup packed brown sugar
1 1/2teaspoons ground cinnamon
3tablespoons cold butter or margarine
Coffee Cake
1 can (15 oz) peach slices in juice, drained, 1/4 cup juice reserved
3cups baking mix
1/4cup granulated sugar
1teaspoon vanilla
1/4teaspoon ground nutmeg
1egg
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 350°F. Spray the bottom and sides of the 13x9-inch pan with cooking spray. In a small bowl, stir 1 cup baking mix, the brown sugar and cinnamon. Cut in butter, using a pastry blender (or pulling 2 table knives through ingredients in opposite directions), until crumbly; set aside.
2. Add enough water to 1/4 cup of reserved peach juice to measure 2/3 cup. In a large bowl, beat the juice mixture, 3 cups baking mix, the granulated sugar, vanilla, nutmeg, and egg with an electric mixer on low speed until blended. Pour batter into pan; spread evenly. Place peach slices in batter. Sprinkle streusel over the top.
3. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes clean. Cool 45 minutes. Serve warm or cool.
