There is no way what is happening now is better than anything that would have happened if they had just said "Yeah, Kate's secret internal penis got infected so it had to be cut off," or equivalent. People would still speculate no matter what you said, because there are people whose entire adult job over there in the UK media is to spread nasty gossip about the royal family. But if you released one down-to-earth sentence giving a rational explanation, most non-goblins would quietly accept that and wish the lady well. Radio-silence and badly edited photos, however, has ginned this up into a veritable conspiracy theory Easter egg hunt, and now the media HAS TO run every stupid theory, and every illicitly-aquired photo, to capitalize on the furor. You guys literally made it as worse as you could have. Now you'll have guys popping out of the toilet specifically to get a shot proving that Kate isn't a zombie witch with an extra head. Or that she IS, OMG!

Everyone should take our their anger and frustration over this on Piers Morgan. I don't even know how he's involved in this, but I assume he is, because he's an awful person who deserves all the bad things that happen to him.

One of many reasons I never want to hear about how women are too emotional again is because the ablest joke last year wasn’t the beginning, Chris Rock has been mocking Jada Pinkett-Smith since the goddamn 90s because she didn’t want to go out with him (she dodged a bullet) and he responded with the Piers Morgan school of being an obsessive troll for decades instead of taking the L and moving on.

of course i can! i highly recommend finding other sources if you wish to learn about these riots though, as i am just one person. but i will link some extra articles at the end:)

the protests were caused because of the tragic attack in southport where 3 young girls were killed at a taylor swift themed dance class. mutiple other children were injured and 2 adults were harmed as well.

Police then arrested a 17 year old male and false information circulated on social media that the suspect was a muslim migrant, which led to violent anti-Muslim protests in Southport the following day and an attempt to attack the town's mosque. (the attacker was born in Britain and the attack was not treated as a form of terrorism)

people began rioting all across the country, from the south west all the way to the northeast and northern ireland. the targets of these attacks have been muslims and migrants, mosques have been targeted as have hotels that house asylum seekers. many buildings and police cars have been attacked, with bottles and bricks. and the rioters have also been seen to throw fireworks and graffiti on houses.

last night there were planned riots of almost 100 in different places around the country, but fortunately there was instead a massive turn out of people leading peaceful anti-fascist and anti-racism rallys. the numbers ended up being about 1 rioter to almost 100 peaceful protesters (i think) and it is a very hopeful sign that the number of anti-racism rally marchers outdoes the rioters in such a high way.

I really don’t understand how people can laugh at, praise and like Chris Rock’s sexist bullying of Jada Pinkett Smith under the guise of ‘stand-up Comedy’. It’s vile and disgusting. Came across it on twitter and stopped, I couldn’t even finish the clip.

It’s very odd because I can actually remember #deportpiersmorgan trending on twitter circa 2012/2013 because he was cosplaying as a progressive on CNN and now the same people who wanted him out of the country for discussing gun control and Trayvon Martin’s murder are singing his praises because he’s made hating Meghan Markle his entire personality.

Obviously back in high school I didn’t know about his never-ending list of journalistic ethics violations.
