REVIEW

I loooved this episode! I thought it was great :D. Very dramatic :)), but everything still worked out! And somehow they did manage to make it so it wasn't the nephew, or like- not quite not his fault, but that he wasn't totally off the rails, he was being manipulated <3. Crazy stuff :D. And like, sure, we saw a lot of Owen being a savior and all that lol, but eh, it's a drama show :)). Owen's gonna Owen, and I'm just gonna enjoy the episode anyway <333. Also the 126 was great this episode :D. Loved actually seeing them xD. I know we did last week but still yk it's nice :)). I do miss Marjan though 😭.

Anyway! It's time for the individual parts :))

Quick, first off! Marjan :')). I MISS HER SO MUCHHH 😭😭😭. LIKE Y'ALLLLL 😭😭😭❤️❤️💔. But I know she's happy out on the road right now <33, and I also know that out of universe wise she will be coming back at some point :)). So, I'm holding out for that and having hope <33. I still miss her though :'D. I love her <333.

Okay, now for the people whow ere actually in the episode lol.

Tommy! She was great this episode :D. I'm glad she helped figure out where the bomb was 🥰🥰, and that it wasn't just Owen lol. But seriously, she's observant, and she's a paramedic captain - it totally makes sense that she would notice if something was amiss with one of them. So, proud of her for that :)). I'm definitely nervous for her next episode 😭😭. It would SUCK if she actually does have to break up with him for her kids :((. Because like I said, I like them together, but more importantly I want her to be happy. I'd say there's probably several reasons the girls could not want them dating (or maybe it's just one of them! I can't them apart, not when it was just one shot of one of them at least lol. Or probably at all xD), like because he's the pastor, or because they just don't like him, or because they're not ready for Tommy to be with someone new. But, whatever it is, I hope it all works out and everyone's happy <33. Anyway, Tommy was amazing this episode, as always 🥰🥰. And obviously, though we didn't see tol much of it, great at her job :)). I love her :DD ❤️.

Nancy! She was great 🥰🥰. By the way, I couldn't figure out a good way to split people up, so I'm just gonna do them all individually lol. Anyway, she was great this episode :D. Plus we got a little Nanteo moment 🥰🥰. Lovely, love them :DD. But honestly I'm still stuck on her maimed line at the beginning XD. It was so good lol <3. Anyway, she was great in the work sense too :), and even though we didn't see her do too much this episode, she was there and she was being awesome <33. We just didn't see a lot of anyone doing their jobs what with a bomb to be following and all lol. But, yeah xD. I love her 🥰🥰🥰❤️.

Mateo! Btw yes I know it's been several days, everything after "Mateo!" is, but I've been busy lol. It also means it'll probably be shorter bc I need to get this done lol. Anyway! Mateo lol. I love him 🥰🥰. Little Nanteo moment :DD. Lovely, my babeys <333. And him being the only one who knew (in that moment at least) the laughing gas fact xD. Nice callback tbh :)). Paul :). Just as the others, he was amazing at his job :D. And also their silliness in the beginning of the episode, while maybe a bit inappropriate, was still adorable xD 🥰. And that includes Paul sooo I'm saying it here lol :). Anyway, his bit near the beginning with Judd was great lol - like wonderinf what Owen was doing there and whatnot xD. But yeah, as always he was awesome :p. I love him ❤️❤️!

Judd! Nice to see our boy as interim captain again :D. It's always fun to see him take on that responsibility, and he can definitely manage it. He did great, and with everything else too :)))! Also his little text to Grace ❤️. I love them your honor 😭 <33. But yeah he was amazing this episode, especially with having Owen's back the whole time lol. Like at the end with the firetruck (all of them did <3 but yk). So yeah! I love him 🥰🥰🥰.

Grace :DD. Our girl SLAYED this episode 🥰🥰. Finding that river for Owen to drive into? Amazing :D. And with the other calls too :). And again, the text from Judd 😭😭❤️. Also her background being Judd :'DD - I can't <33. I love them so much, my babeys :'))). But yeah! She was awesome this episode ❤️❤️. I just have to mention the last call again - she comprehended what was going on (a feat of its own lol), she set up the timer (which was less than 2 minutes if I remember correctly), she found a problem with where Owen was going and then found two more solutions, and she figured out that the water would deactivate the ANFO. Like!!! AAHHH!! She slayed 🥰🥰🥰. I love her :DDD ❤️!!

TK! He was great 🥰🥰. As always, he was amazing at his job :p. And that moment when Owen was going into the capital and he was just like "*Sigh* I really hate it when he does this :/" XDDD. Icon fr. And of course, the TARLOS SCENE :DDD. I mean barely Tarlos but yk they were both there in their house talking about the wedding sooo whatever lol xD. Anyway, it was AMAZING :DD. I'll talk about it more in a second with Carlos lol. Anyway, TK was great as always this episode :)). I love him ❤️❤️❤️.

Speaking of, Carlos! He went OFF this episode :D. Him staying to help O'Brien, looking for where the bomb was made and such, and then SHOOTING MIKEY!!! I'm glad he didn't kill him though lol. But fr it was SUCH A SLAY MOMENT!!! He seriously looked SO cool :DDD. Anyway, he was great at his job 🥰. And the end scene :D. Stop he was so adorable 🥰🥰. They both were :D. And AAAHHHH wedding talk! I loved it it was so funny and cute xD :D. TK and Carlos were just like "welp. This is happening" and Owen was OFF lol. "Off" like, "aaand they're off" lol. Anyway, Carlos was great this episode :D. I love him 🥰🥰🥰!

Owen! He was great :). And like, okay, yeah, he was the hero and whatever. It's not my favorite thing ever, but like- you sign up for a certain thing when you watch Lone Star lol, yk? So, that said, with a little half-affectionate roll of my eyes 🙄, I probably won't mention it from here on it and I'll just treat him like another character. SO! Glad Owen had that talk with everyone, kind of apologizing - bc tbh he was putting their lives in danger (not on purpose), and also it was DRAMATIC AS HECK :D. I loved it, I thought it was epic. Besides that, he realized the bomb was a decoy! And he had the good sense to call Grace when he was driving the bomb away (which was CRAZY btw lol). And I did genuinely expect him to try and push the ambulance further in, like jump half in and then try and back out xD. But I'm SO GLAD the 126 showed up. And the laughing gas but was hilarious XD. Also, I'm glad Owen managed to talk Andy, well, not quite down, but out :). And Andy thanking all of them was really sweet <3. And he thanked Owen in particular so that was nice :). Also, Owen comforting Ty, and then (as I saw mentioned more jokingly in a post lol) after seeing an emotional father-son type thing moment went to see TK 😭😭😭❤️. Lovely :'DD <333. Also, he was kinda right at the beginning, but I'm glad he chilled out a bit by the end. Anyway, he was great this episode <3!!! I love him :)).

Overall, I really enjoyed this episode. Both sides of the bomb plot were cool, Owen's side and O'Brien's side, and I honestly didn't suspect that they would redeem Andy! But, somehow, they managed it lol. I'm glad his family's okay :)). But yeah! I'm happy they managed to disarm (well, minimize the damage of lol) the bomb and that everybody was safe :D. Plus, a bit of Tarlos 🥰🥰. And a mention for Marjan <33. As she deserves :'DD. But yeah, everyone was great this episode!! They all did amazing and there were some really adorable and funny moments amongst all the drama, which was nice lol. But, all the drama worked out in the end :D. Next week looks like it's gonna be interesting! I hope everything works out with Tommy <33. I'm wondering if maybe her girls won't like the pastor's kid? Idk, but it'll be interesting! And hopefully we'll see Grace since she was in the promo, but who knows ┐⁠(⁠ ⁠∵⁠ ⁠)⁠┌. Plus that upside lady looks crazy!! Like, it looks like it'll be a crazy (but good) storyline. Plus it'll give us a chance to see Tommy's skill alongside her personal life :D. Who knows if it'll be the other full plot, but it looks cool nonetheless :)). Also, back to this week, I TOTALLY did not expect it to be that kid lol. Like, Mikey, I did not recognize him when he first came up behind O'Brien xD. Still, that was WILD!! I really enjoyed it though, it was a crazy but fun storyline all together :)).

So yeah! I loved this episode, and I'm glad the bomb threat is over. Next episode looks wild! This has been my review of. . .

The risk of dating you is thrilling when Satoru's just a teenager in puppy love. But as he grows older, and heads into those dreaded 20s, the risk makes him more and more nervous.

What if something happens to you?

He presses kiss after kiss to your forehead and feels his chest tremble, feels his lips quiver, as he refrains from telling you the truth about the Jujutsu world. Satoru just can't do it.

There are so many instances of him saving you from curses that you're oblivious about. He just smiles strangely, and you wonder why he looks like he's just seen a ghost. Because he has, those pretty eyes see ghosts. But those pretty eyes also see you, "What am I looking at?" he responds after you ask why he's looking at you so tenderly, "I'm looking at my future wife." he flirts just to fluster you.

That's at the cafe, when things are still simple. He keeps thinking to himself, as he lays with you in bed some nights;

I want to marry you.

I'm going to marry you.

Please let me be your husband one day.

As if he's trying to manifest it.

Everything is okay-ish... until he gets pangs of fright when your name starts to be known outside of his closed circle of friends.

It's October 11th.

Gojo Satoru breaks up with you.

He leads you to believe that the two of you are just "right person, wrong time". It all hurts an incomprehensible amount for him, to finally cut the string that tethers the two of you together.

He sits on the stairs, head in his hands, mourning.

He starts many mornings with crying spells that last until midday.

He destroys evidence of you and him. In case anyone ever finds it and thus finds your apartment, or work, or college... or anything.

But he can't part with a very special photo. It's you and him in Okinawa, sharing a cheesy kiss at the beach. In the moment this photo was captured, Gojo remembers having whispered some dirty joke in your ear and that's why you smiled so big into his kiss.

He drifts to sleep to the lullaby lovesongs that defined your love.

Years pass, he refuses to even talk to you. The heartbreak worsens with time, he laughs when he realizes that on his 27th birthday.

Isn't time supposed to heal all wounds? Someone said that to him once. Well, they must have been lying without realizing it.

The day Gojo Satoru is sealed, he looks into Suguru's eyes, and remembers you through them. When he resides in that awful prison realm, he only thinks of you you you you you you you oh god he misses you so much that it feels like the very thought of your smile stabs his chest. Every memory is painful. Every flashback puts one more crack in his heart.

"Can't I ever catch a break...?" He laughs to himself, chattering skeletons making their eerie symphony around him.

He thinks. Ponders. Wonders. Broods. Daydreams. All about you. Always about you. Never anything else. Just his first love, from the late spring of his 17th year.

His earthly goddess.

The purpose of his benevolent actions.

He cries. And sobs. And weeps. Because no one can hear him but the skeletons and he's sure they don't mind the sight or sound of a 27 man howling in pain over a lost lover.

It's not just your relationship that he's mourning. But the fact he can't feel you in this cube... that he can't feel your presence in the world... that's worse than the heartbreak. At least through all these years, he's been able to sense your existence. Feel the subtle ripples of your soul no matter how distant you are; you'd be stood in a coffee shop, he'd be at Jujutsu High teaching, and yet feeling you.

Because as he promised to you at 17, "Half my soul is yours. And half your soul is mine. I'll always be with you even if I'm not there."

He has the biggest breakdown of his life in that little cramped suffocating claustrophobic eerie creepy box.

It's 19 days later. He's out. He's back in the world. And he feels the sense of you, your existence, swelling in his chest, tickling his mind, prodding his heart.

"Gojo sensei, where are you headed?"

"I'm gonna go find my other half." he says cryptically.

It's a stark bright day.

Gojo Satoru knocks at your apartment door.

You open it.

He looks at you, and you look at him.

"Hi."

"...hey...? Wow. Haha... you grew into your features, huh?"

Your voice fills his heart with life.

"You too... glad you still live in the same place... I was worried you might have moved out..."

"... Ah, Satoru, you'd be able to find me no matter what corner of the world I resided in."

Your laugh fills his mind with pleasant memories.

There's an a magnetism between you and him just like there always used to be. It feels like two magnets connecting at last, after feeling the distant attraction throughout all these years of distance.

"You're right." Satoru says after a silence of just staring into your eyes.

"I'll always find my way home."

A silence ensues after he says this.

"...haha... don't cry... or I'll cry..."

"... Satoru... I thought of you every day after you left me at the station."

"... me too."

"... why did you leave?"

He stares at you.

"... I was scared of you being in danger."

He gulps.

"Me? In danger? But you're the strongest, why would it matter."

Oh god that's right. You said it then when you were 17, "You're the strongest" and he carried that title with him from then. And now you've said it again. He's reminded. He feels a bit stupid. A bit ridiculous. A bit...

"You're right..." he chokes up. "I am. I could have protected you I guess..."

"... yeah, duh."

He smiles meekly.

It was more complicated than that, sweetheart. But I won't tell you.

He hesitates. He contemplates.

"I have to tell you everything... will you promise to believe everything I say even if it sounds insane?"

"Of course. What is it?"

He inhales deeply. And instead of blurting out his whole life story of being a sorcerer in the Jujutsu world, he just leans in and kisses you hard and truthfully. Cups your cheeks. Closes his eyes. Tastes you like a sweet from his childhood that he hasn't had for years. Presses to you. Takes in your scent.

Yeah yeah... he'll tell you everything in a minute.

But for now just let him kiss you until he runs out of breath.

Let him just...

"Hey..." he pulls away, gasping, "Let me marry you."

"Haha, Satoru..." you take it as a joke and laugh, because it sounds as bizarre and unexpected as one. Then you realize there's that serious look on his face. "... Satoru?"

"Can I?"

"... what?"

"Can I please?"

"... huh??"

"Can I marry you, please?"

He looks at you and waits for your answer. His poor heart. It's palpitating. His whole chest cavity inspires with love for you. This man that you haven't seen in years has just asked if you'll let him marry you — with very specific wording.

Can he? Will you let him?

It's funny in a way, because you think to yourself; this is such a Satoru thing to do... show up unannounced years later on your doorstep and ask for your hand in marriage as if no time has passed, as if you know the full story.

"Satoru... what happened to you throughout these years for you to come back to me and ask for my hand in marriage?" you ask, genuinely baffled.

He swallows slowly. "I know I sound like I've lost my mind. But I promise I haven't."

"That's hard to believe. The Satoru I remember was always on the brink of mania. A bit insane but not quite."

You make him laugh. "Yeah..."

"So are you asking to marry me out of insanity?"

"No."

"Well alright then. I guess I'll marry you."

You make him laugh again, with that funny tone. He hasn't laughed genuinely in years... it's always been that plastic laugh. But this is his genuine laugh. Silky and quiet. The opposite of his demeanor.

"I guess I should be explaining everything to you properly... before I ask you something like that."

"You're damn right..."

"... don't scold me too hard when I tell you all the reasons I left. Or, if you do, then at least hold me while you scold me. And run your fingers through my hair like you used to."

"Satoru."

"Yes?"

His heart throbs. He looks at you.

"Stop standing at the doorway and come inside."

"Oh."

You sigh. He smiles. Then he bows his head so it doesn't hit the top of the doorframe. Damn tiny Tokyo apartments. Your archway always had it out for the crown of his head. You laugh when he bumps into it just like he always used to.

So the two of you sit down and just talk. And talk. Maybe cry a bit. Actually, you cry a lot. And he holds you. And he says he's sorry. He says sorry over and over, as if the word is a bandage he's trying to wrap around all your heartbreak wounds that he caused.

"I'm sorry."

Satoru's apologies aren't easy to come by, and when you receive them, they nurse your heart. It's the gentleness with which he says it, and earnest too. Each successive sorry means more than the last.

"My angel..."

When you call him this after he vents to you about his time in the Prison Realm, and his overwhelming duty of being the strongest, he breaks down completely and just weeps in your arms.

He sobs like you've never heard him sob before, like a dog.

Finally. At least for a moment. He could be weak. Let down his guard. Be raw. Be emotional. Not a teacher. Not a sorcerer. Just your boy. Your Satoru.

Your consolation is all he wanted throughout these years. He looks up at you, eyes red and sore, nose sniffling, and stares at you like he can see your soul.

"...Satoru?"

"Marry me."

You chuckle again.

"If that will stop your tears..." you joke.

He sniffles loudly and swallows, composing himself.

"I thought about marrying you so much when we were together... 'n I tried so hard to bite my tongue when your name nearly rolled off it while talking to my students some days. I was always..."

On the verge of saying your name.

He sniffles long and hard and waits for your hand to weave into his hair.

"Will you think about it?"

"I will."

There's a silence. Satoru feels hopeful. He lays on your chest, arms around you like you're his whole world that he won't dare let go of again.

"There." you say with finality. "I thought about it. Let's get married."

"That took you, like, ten seconds."

You laugh with him. "Yeah... I already knew in my heart when you asked me at the doorway... you know... Satoru... it's funny. When you left, it felt like half my soul was gone. And when you knocked on my doorstep, it felt like I was whole again. Does that sound freaky, or does it tie into all this... Juju... Jujutsu stuff?"

He's silent.

"I have no idea."

"Wow. My future husband isn't knowledgeable at all." you joke.

His heart flutters at 'future husband'.

"Sorry." he says, smiling softly, "My mind is blank when your fingers are running through my hair."

The two of you go on and on, until you're laid in bed sleeping at each other's side. Resting. And god, did Gojo Satoru need a good rest.

In your arms, he's no longer an insomniac.

911 ep 701 first watch reactions

(I don't think I have the energy to write proper Buddie meta, so here's me randomly squealing instead...)

LMAO In case you were wondering whether s7 of 911 will be subtle about their gratitude/debt to ABC for saving the show, the answer is a resounding no.

Also, I have lost a lot of respect for Frank as a shrink, but gained a lot of love for him as a sass king. "Did she win!?" The murderous look Athena gave him was priceless. I love her, too. She doesn't even need words to rule.

Man, nooooo. Don't give me a mutual "I love you" between Bobby and Athena like that.

"Go ahead and cut the green wire." Everyone and their sister: "Green? You said Red."

9-1-1 is the superior comedy they slipped into our drink, while we were here for our weekly action, suspense, drama and familial love.

Buck broke off with Natalia, and the show really did it like that. XD Every single person who rolled their eyes at this pairing during s6, we were all justified, but wow. The show really is the only forum to respect the pair even less than fandom does. And of course we find out about it in the middle of a scene built around Eddie being half naked, Buck watching him, with the camera specifically turning so we can discover Buck was initially covered by Eddie's body, and the angle change reveals him, when the whole thing wraps up with Eddie welcoming Buck back to the land of the living... Yeah, wonder what made Buck feel alive again. Don't know. 'Tis a mystery. We were given zero clues...

"I want the honeymoon life." *cries* Chimney is just such a good, good man. And okay, expecting your whole life to be a honeymoon's a bit unrealistic, but Madney are living together and they have a child. They know this. Chim knows this, but he still wants to go for it. Aim for the moon, you'll at least land among the stars, right?

Bobby baffled by Athena's reaction to Norman and Lola is hilarious.

I like how Chim has a great idea, but it's still obvious that it's gonna go wrong, because he can't help going overboard with it...

OMG, that scene with Eddie recounting to Buck what Christopher's date was like... If I were to write my Buddie meta, I would serve a three course meal just from that. I mean, the fact that watching Chris hanging out with a girl he likes, makes Eddie compare it to "hanging out with his guy friends" (when there's no lack of interest in this girl... in fact, it turns out that if anything, Christopher's problem is the opposite of a lack of interest) is so telling. There's a reason why that's where Eddie's mind went.

But then also... Eddie's trust in Buck got to me, the way he went to his best friend (not his own gf) for help with Chris. But that was still played with half a smile. But then Buck sort of disses himself jokingly, and Eddie won't have it. "You didn't end up like you." He sees how Buck worked on being a better person, even when Eddie wasn't there for the worst of it, and he appreciates it, and won't let Buck forget it. Meeeep. I love them.

Oh Chim. I was giving you so much credit, and then you went and bought that outdoors jacuzzi. lol Still love him. That's what Maddie's reminding herself of right now, too. ;p

Poor Hen, she was great in this ep, but none of it was really about her, she was comic relief, both with Chim and with the red wire. Then again, she was amazing in this, like she always is with everything.

Eddie and Buck were both so good with Chris this ep, MY HEART. Buck with getting him to talk about what's really bothering him, and Eddie with realizing exactly what his son needs, and how to give it to him. They completed each other. Neither one would be helping Chris without the other one. Tell me again how they're not soulmates?

In conclusion, I love Bobby saying, "Let's go prove one of us wrong," when they're both right. Something WAS going on with Norman and Lola, AND Athena was using them to avoid him.

Argh. That scene of the ship and its passengers being hijacked was rough to watch. </3 I'll still be here to watch the conclusion of this. That's the power of 9-1-1 for you.

It def felt like a great kick to the new season. We had lots of comedy and fun, some great tension, some emotional moments (especially with Christopher), but all in all, it's still clear that the whole thing's a build up to next week. Are you excited?

I think the problem that most people aren’t realizing (that’s probably going to bite them in the ass when S2 arrives) is the fundamental Problem when it comes to Vi and Jinx’s relationship:

Vi loves Powder, there’s No denying that. Every action she takes when she gets out of prison has been to find Power. And even though she has budding feelings for Caitlyn, Powder comes first. But the problem between the two is when it comes to Jinx. Because she Can’t love Jinx in the way that she loves Powder.

Which is why one of the last things she says to Vi, “I thought, maybe you could love me like you used to. Even though I’m… different.” Holds so much importance. You wonder Why Vi doesn’t say anything to Jinx before she leaves and fires Fishbones. You’d think that Vi would leap at the opportunity to insist that she still loves her, but she can’t. She can’t love Jinx. At least, not in the way Jinx Wants her to.

A lot of people have been claiming that “the trailer is lying to us!”, “She’s just placating Caitlyn!”, or whatever they’ve been saying when we hear Vi say, “My sister is gone.” People are seeming to think that there’s a sliver of a chance that the two could reconcile or go back to what once was or whatever. And the thing is… I Highly doubt that.

Vi not only has to deal with the Drastic ramifications that Jinx has inflicted on Piltover but I think she also has to realize that this is who Jinx’s been for Several years at this point. (Cuz remember in ep 4, other people Know who Jinx is and what she’s capable of at this point, she’s made a name for herself inflicting that kinda terror in people)

As much as Vi doesn’t like it, This is who Jinx is now. I truly believe that Powder died in episode 9. And from what Arcane has shown us, this can really only end in tragedy for the two (not in a death, there are certainly things that are worse than that). And I think they may show Vi emotionally disowning Jinx (as hard as that’d be to watch) because there isn’t Powder to save anymore, there’s just Jinx and Jinx is the one that needs to be stopped.

(I know that people bring up Jinx’s champion storyline from Legends of Runtarra with Mr. Bunny but the thing is I’m pretty sure that happens way after this and, while I may not know a lot of LOL lore I know that a lot of Jinx’s storylines recently are about trying to prod Vi’s memory cuz she has amnesia and doesn’t remember anything about her past in the Undercity and all that soooo that’s what I have to say about that)

Do I think at the beginning of the season Vi’s probably going to be in denial and try to find “Powder” again? Absolutely. The way Jinx says “finally got the name right… sister.” Is implying that there’s a scene between the two that they haven’t shown us yet because I doubt there’d be That much venom in her tone if the two haven’t seen each other from Ep 9 all the way to whenever this fight scene takes place when Vi’s already an Enforcer. Hell, even when Vi calls her “Jinx” in that last part there’s hurt in her eyes and she slightly shakes her head before doing so, clearly not comfortable with calling her sister that. (Also fueling my belief that this isn’t the season finale fight that some people think it is)

SRMTHFG Watch Guide

Hi everyone! I made a list for newcomers who are interested in watching SRMT but don't know where to start! : ]

'Super Robot Monkey Team Hyperforce Go!' (Yes, that's really the title, 'SRMTHFG' for short) was a cartoon that aired from 2004-2006 on Jetix/Disney Channel.

It's about a boy and his team of cybernetic monkeys saving the universe from the evil Skeleton King. It sounds ridiculous... but it is so unironically good. There is plot. There is trauma. There are wacky antics. You can watch the entire series on YouTube, in HD, for free lol.

There's two versions of the show:

1080p HD, widescreen, censored (YouTube Link)

480-720p, cropped, uncensored (YouTube Link)

Personally I would recommend the HD cut. I am working on compiling every censored scene, nearly all of which are under 3 seconds (graphic violence, blood, etc.).

I brought it up bc I wanted to see if possessed!Wukong was holding back bc someone said he was re: laser eyes, maybe they meant him not using it until that fight, or the slow way(?) it charged up bc some part of him didn't want to kill Macky, idk. SWK: I won’t let you sacrifice yourself! QXT: Don’t stand in my way, Monkey King. Please. SWK: Not a chance, Xiaotian. You never abandoned me, and I won’t ever abandon you. I’m starting to see how things so easily went wrong for Macky. Wukong does NOT play around, even if you’re MK. Seeing him use the same spell LBD used to trap Macky on top of all this is making me LOSE IT.

Let me just say I HATE the expressions Wukong has been making this entire episode. They're ruining me. This one too. SWK: Yes. You're right. Asides from how much angst Wukong gets from it. You would think it'd be like "oh I get to meet my friends in the next life" but nada, MK here is shook by it. Tho maybe it's because it's not natural, letting them live out to the end, but forcing it early?

Okay so...I don't know how to explain this one kjarkjajkrjek I had a really bad case of Zorafin on my hands and needed to write it out! The ship has taken me by the jugular and I'm okay with that lols. I hope you like it!

Summary: Finral's having severe self doubts about himself and his place in the Black Bulls. He finds comfort and something more from an unlikely source.

Finral would call his self-confidence a work in progress.

There were days where he thrived, pulling out all the stops during a practice session with the Bulls or saving the day with his portal magic just when they needed it. There was a rare but special tug of pride in his chest when that happened.

Then there were days like today where that tug of pride felt more like an anchor in his chest, dragging him further and further down his high and reminding him of all his shortcomings. “You’re nothing more than a taxi.” “Who would ever want you? Your own parents didn’t even want you!” “You’re a waste of space in the Bulls. You’re nothing without them- a living breathing parasite-”

“Boo.” A finger jabbed his hip from behind, making him jump forward with a startled squeak. “Did I scare ya?”

“No- I just make that noise in my downtime.” Finral grumbled as he turned around, finding none other than Zora Ideale before him. Something about the masked redhead made his spine tingle, sending goosebumps along his skin beneath his long sleeves. “What do you want, anyway?”

“Oo, someone’s grumpy today.” Those damn eyebrows- he looked so smug! “What’s the matter? Captain got you delivering toilet paper to him again? You’re kinda like a delivery man.”

Nothing but a taxi.

He was wounded, and it must have shown on his face by the wide eyed surprise Zora wore. “Shit- sorry man. I didn’t mean to cut you.”

“No- no, it’s not-” Finral willed his face to neutral out, trying to force the stinging behind his eyes back. “You didn’t do anything wrong; I just…” Something hot ran down his face. Shit. Shit, shit, shit.

“Finral…” Zora looked alarmed, reaching out.

“I gotta go! Erm, important business; bye!” He whirled around and ran, opening a portal as he did. Zora’s cry for him to stop was the last thing he heard before the magic closed out all sound, including the weak sob he made.

Weak. Pathetic. What kind of senior bull member was he to suddenly start crying in front of the rookie?

Finral slumped in his bed, the sentiment pulsing through him like a wound as he glared into his wet pillow. He’s not usually so quick to tears- and when they did come, he learned to hide them well. What the hell happened out there? Why of all people did he have to start crying in front of Zora?

Was it too late to fade away in the walls? He supposed he could do a Gordon; become so quiet and soft spoken he’d be nothing but a ghost.

…He really shouldn’t view his teammate like that.

Before he could wallow in shame further, someone knocked. Slow and heavy; not like Vanessa’s quick and playful ones- nor were Magna’s aggressive banging. This was the kind of knock he wasn’t familiar with at all. “Hello?” He called out.

“Hey…it’s me.” Zora? Finral felt his heart drop into his stomach, a surge of anxiety hitting him so strongly he felt nauseous.

“H-Hang on!” He called, running to the bathroom with shaky legs. Splashing water on his face, he tried to wipe away his earlier tears, cringing at how red his eyes looked. Fixing his hair, he straightened up, smoothing out his shirt and taking a quick breath. It was what it was.

Opening the door, he put on his best smile, the one he used to charm the ladies in town. “Hello there, Zora. How can I help you?”

The second he met Zora’s eyes his confidence crumbled. Green irises took him in, from the wetted down hair to the fragile smile to the shaky pose. “Hey…can I come in?”

“Sure! Sure, have a seat!” Finral stepped back, trying to breathe. God, this was falling apart faster than he planned. “Your probably wondering why I ran away-”

“I’m sorry.”

“That’s my line.” Finral blurted out, then froze, embarrassed. “Wait- huh?”

“I’m sorry. I shouldn’t have said that- the delivery man thing.” Zora ran a hand through his hair, the tops of his cheeks heating in shame as he looked away. “I hadn’t realized how it came out. I’m really sorry.”

“...I…” Finral gaped, looking for words. He was the one that was supposed to apologize- a senior Bull running away from his rookie over a dumb comment; how unprofessional of him. That’s what he figured Zora came by for; not this! “It’s okay, really. You don’t need to apologize-”

“I made you cry.” Zora looked angry, but not at Finral. “I hurt you.”

“...No, no you didn’t.” Finral sighed, gesturing for him to sit down. “It wasn’t you that made me cry, I’m just having a bad day.”

“My comment didn’t help.” Zora argued, no heat in his tone. Finral shrugged, a tired laugh escaping.

“No, it didn’t. But I forgive you.”

Zora nodded, something like relief passing over him. “Do you…erm, do you want to talk about it?” He seemed so awkward then, like it was new territory he was crossing. It was new for Finral too.

At first, he didn’t say much, just reiterated that he was having a bad day. But after a gentle push from Zora, he let it go. He found himself talking about his insecurity and how lately he felt as if he’d contributed nothing to the team. How he could easily be replaced by a speedy broom and a map, and how while he was making some progress in using his spacial magic for more than transportation, it wasn’t enough to justify his place in the team.

At some point, Zora had moved over so he was sitting beside him on the bed. Now he was supporting him, an arm rubbing soothing circles against Finral’s back as the other sniffled out the last of his pain, wiping at his tears. He didn’t push for details, nor did he give any commentary; he just sat there and listened.

Finally, when his tears came to an end and Finral could somewhat breathe again, Zora hummed in thought. “That…sounds like literal hell.”

Finral snorted, oddly comforted by Zora’s way of words. “It is. But it’s not the team’s fault. No one makes me feel this way, it’s just my own stupidity.”

“You’re not stupid. You're the farthest thing from stupid.” Zora cut in firmly, taking Finral by surprise. “Don’t call yourself that.”

“But it’s true. Why else would I feel the way I feel?” Finral shrugged, something bitter in his gesture. “I’m in a team surrounded by amazing people, and yet here I am wallowing in self pity. Surely that makes me seem pathetic, doesn't it.”

Zora stared at him, stunned. Then he glared, a look so ferocious Finral felt taken aback. “How dare you.”

“Huh?”

“You dare talk bad about the Finral of the Black Bulls in my presence?” Zora raised up some, eyes glistening with unreadable rage. “A man with such brilliance for strategy and a kindness you can’t find anywhere else- and you dare call him pathetic?”

“Zora, what the hell are you saying- whoa!” Finral yelped when he was pushed back into the bed, the redhead hovering over him. “Zora?”

“I’ll make you pay. Take it back right now.” Zora growled. The mask made him even scarier, yet Finral felt no true malice in his presence. Was he braver than he thought?

“I don’t know what you’re going on about.” Finral decided after a moment. “But as your senior Bull member, I will not acknowledge your threats. I ref-ehehehehehehehehehehehe!” He couldn’t finish his statement before fingers found his ribs, worming gently along the warm fabric of his tunic. “Zohoohohohora, whahahahhait!”

“I told you to take it back. You’re gonna apologize for saying such foul things about Finral or I’ll make you!” Zora was inches from his face, fingers carrying on their game as he walked them up and down the other man’s sides. This close, Finral could see the truth now. Zora was far from angry.

He was looking mighty mischievous.

“Noohohoohoho way! Thehehhehey’re true! I knohohohow- I ahahahham him!” Finral giggled out, gently swatting at Zora’s hands as they moved to his lowest rib set. “Thehehehehy’re faahahha-AHAHHACTUAL!”

“Impossible- you can’t be Finral! The Finral I know would never call himself those things. He’s not a parasite, he’s not a taxi, and he certainly isn’t a pathetic person! He’s great- he makes good coffee in the morning and listens to me ramble about stupid shit throughout the day- and he doesn’t care if I nap during practice!”

“I dohohoohoohohoho chahahahahhahre! Yohohohohou juhuhuuhuhust doohohohon’t lihihihihisten!”

“Hm…yeah, you got a point.” Zora mused, moving back to his highest ribs and making Finral squeal. “But mine still stands- you're a great guy. I’ll ask one more time before I go all out; take that bullshit back.”

“Eheh…ehehehehe….heheh…” Finral gasped for air when the tickles came to a pause, weighing his options. He knew where this was going; and he knew if he did as demanded, Zora would keep his word. He could be spared.

But…

“Nohohooho way! I mehahhahan it!” Finral raised his chin, firm in his decision. The look in Zora’s eyes did funny things to his stomach. Seems like they were on the same page now.

“Oh do you?” Zora raised a brow.. His smile was particularly dangerous as he pulled Finral’s arms up and over his head, pinning them in place with a single grip. “Shame.”

The next few minutes were a blur in Finral’s mind. The second those dastardly fingers touched his armpits it was all over. “AHEHAHAHAHHAHAHA! OOHOHOHOOKAY OHOOHOHHOKAY I TAHEHEHEKE IT BAHAHAHCK! I TAHAHHAHAHKE IT BACK PLEAHAHHAHAHSE!”

“Hmmmm….okay.” Zora decided just as Finral grabbed his collar; yanking him down and throwing him off balance. The redhead shot his arms out, stopping a full blown collision.

“PLehehehase!” Finral gasped, slowly coming too as the tickles faded. “Please….oh, hello there.” He felt himself flush for a new reason: Zora's face inches from his own.

“Hello to you too. Come here often?” His voice was a husky whisper, blue eyes like the deepest part of the ocean as they gazed down into Finral’s. He even had long lashes!

Finral always liked long lashes.

He felt his breath catch, eyes starting to droop as Zora reached up for the corner of his mask-

A bang on the door drew them both apart, Zora shooting up in a daze and leaving Finral feeling somewhat cold. “Finral- whatever your doing in there, hurry up. We got a mission.” Captain Yami’s voice boomed even through the thick wooden doors. Footsteps faded soon after, sobering the younger man.

“Shit- I’m so sorry! I don’t know what happened-”

“Nah, you're fine. I came here to comfort you and-”

“I dragged you onto me! What kind of guy am I-”

“No complaints here.”

That last part stopped Finral in his tracks. “What?” He blinked, staring at the redhead.

“No complaints. In fact-I wouldn’t mind if we picked this back up after your mission.” Zora waggled his brows, a gesture so cheesy Finral couldn’t help but laugh. “Interested, teleporter?”

It all felt like a blur, this whole thing. One minute he was wallowing in self-pity, the next he was being comforted AND tickled to death by the strange redheaded mage before him. And now…

“Are you…asking me out?” Finral tried not to sound so unsure. Zora only smiled at him.

“Would you say yes if I was?”

Finral considered. Then he raised his chin stubbornly. “Not like that. If you’re gonna ask me out, do it right. Like this.” He stood, standing tall before the older man and putting on his best smile. “Would you go out with me, Zora Ideale.”

“You stole my line.” Zora sounded almost breathless, shaking his head with an easy grin. “Sounds fun. Yes, I will.”

Here's kind of an esoteric one for you:

What five rolls in D20 do you wish had gone another way, up to and including wishing for a miracle nat 20 for Lapin or whatever else? (My own list, perversely, is mostly made of wishing successes had been failures)

oh damn that's one hell of a question. god there have been so many rolls i'm SURE i'm leaving out great options. (i'd love to see your list, as well)

1- Lapin miracle 20 in the cathedral, specifically on his last possible roll. so many levels of narrative satisfaction, in addition to, of course, i just want him to have lived. i almost left it off the list as too easy an option, but no, it really is the single roll in the entirety of d20 i wish had gone differently the most. i also could have said keradin rolling 3 less damage, for lapin to survive on 1 hp and thunderstep out, but no i want him to have gone down and been brought back up (brennan would have flavored the SHIT out of it and it would have been so cool)

2- Jasper's Thorn Whip last night. Maybe it's only so high because of recency bias, but I want blood. I want to see how Tula, a redemption paladin who ripped out the stoat's throat without a moment's thought or hesitation for hurting Viola, would react to Jaysohn dying there. How much would she punish herself for saving Lila, even though it was really the only choice she had, she couldn't have gotten to Jaysohn in time. Or if she'd blame Thorn for failing to save him, when he'd pushed back against her and said the kids can't be sheltered all the time.

3- Brennan's 9 in the Great Hart Hunt. "high roll is wild, low roll is honorable" So many of ruehob's issues were what the dice established here- being unable to challenge the rules of propriety and honor and duty they both were ruled by. I want to know what would have happened if that had happened earlier. Maybe them getting together would have been healthier? Probably not though lol

4- Murph's 19 deception in acoc ep 1. WHAT WAS THE DECEPTION FOR? I have my guesses- the context was Ruby getting Lazuli's bow, so it was likely something to do with Theo's feelings about that and Laz, but we don't know and that still kills me.

5- Rowan catching Ricky in the TUC finale. If she'd failed by 5 or more, they'd both be going into the storm, and from what I recall, the party absolutely did not have the time or resources to save both of them, maybe not even either.

Cooking Crush Ep 9 Stray Thoughts

Last week, Prem and Dynamite were being moody about their romances, so Samsi took them back to his hometown to get a break and focus on their preparation for the food competition. Coincidentally, this is also where Ten ended up, and so Dynamite dragged Metha along so they could use Ten as cover. Prem and Ten were stressed about their separation and their lack of conflict, and fought about it via Ten's friends before reuniting and affirming they missed each other. Meanwhile, Ten has been learning from a young doctor who resembles his mom. We left at Ten having a breakdown after carrying her to the hospital.

I love that we called exactly what this show was doing based on all the cues it was giving, and it was exactly that Ten was back in that trauma and reliving it. I'm so glad Prem is here to help remind him that the world isn't that cruel, and also that he did well in getting Earn to help.

I love Prem and Ten. I am now a Babii.

It was such a good choice to have the two doctors training Ten be real with him after that, reminding him that doctors aren't gods and people will still die even if you try your best and make no mistakes.

I actually really like Ten explicitly asking for Prem to stay the night, and Prem saying no because he doesn't want to get too distracted right now. I like that he said he wants it, but wants to come back to it after the competition. So important that they ended with cuddling to affirm their closeness.

I'm with Samsi. They are a trio. I don't like them hiding something from him just because they have boyfriends.

I really like this conflict with Samsi. BL friends are usually overly supportive of the relationship and are never bothered by the changes in their friend dynamic. I like that Samsi is made for feeling like he doesn't belong and being made to feel like a fifth wheel in his friend trio. Two bottoms do not make an outfit, but three is a sisterhood; and Prem and Dy forgot that. There is so much to love in this episode.

Regarding Dynamite: This is exactly what I expected of him. You don't meet fem guys like him if they are loved and supported. You get this when they have to be. Dynamite has to support himself. We know he is a prodigy, so he's probably riding a scholarship to stay in school right now because he can't go home. I had been wondering for weeks why he didn't call his parents when he needed housing, and this is the obvious answer. It also explains why Samsi took him in even though he doesn't like people in his house. Because when you're gay, you take care of your own. I wish we focused more on the queerness of Dynamite in the posts that we pass around.

And like in one of the first episodes Phaya is literally described as someone who will bring Tharn into more danger BUT is also the only person who can free him from this repeated cycle of bad karma that haunts him. 

Like imagine you and your lover are soulmates and are these mythical creatures who have a long standing enmity between them so it's very tragic BUT you eventually are reincarnated as normal humans and are still destined for each other so everything should be fine except your both still haunted by your past lives and everyone you love dies because of you and you have visions and then you meet this guy and suddenly you keep getting visions about him dying and he's been seeing you in his dreams his whole life and the Abbott at the temple you grew up in says that you two are tied together and that he is the only person who can save you from your past karma but to do that he's going to put you in more danger and you're still convinced that everyone you love dies because of you and also there's an evil snake deity from your past life who is doing everything in his power to keep you two part. They're insane.

Currently watching: Well, The Acolyte is premiering… like, now, so despite it being the early hours of the morning here, I’m gonna check it out. Otherwise, I'm rewatching Bones from start to finish (one ep per evening while making dinner), and my current commuting entertainment is The Bad Batch (rewatching season 1 so I can binge seasons 2 and 3). I don't watch nearly as much stuff as I used to; these days I spend most of my time writing.

Just saw this new interview with Leon Wadham who plays Kemen on "Rings of Power" and it's got me wondering again who exactly are going to be the 9 Nazgûl and he just shot up on possible candidates going by what we've seen on the show and know about them from the books. We've already had some major hints that one of the main season 3 plotlines will be revealing who the 9 men ringbearers are and while I do think we might get some new cast members for a few I think we already do know some. Spoiler speculation for s3 and beyond behind a cut and what storylines I think are coming.

Leon talked in this article about what happened in ep 2.5 and how bad it already is in Númenor and how much worse it'll be when Sauron and the rings get there. For those that aren't that familiar with the books some of the 9 likely are from Númenor but not all. This is why Sauron is likely still going to be in Middle Earth for most of s3 to give out the rings to those that live there before he lets himself get captured to go back to Númenor. This makes me think it's got something to do with Isildur and when he goes back as he's key to help his father and brother (who should be cast soon) lead the Faithful out and save them by bringing them to Middle Earth likely in season 4.

So before that happens I do think Sauron will be back in his Halbrand form pretending to be a man to persuade some of 9 and other men to his side. Then we add in what could happen with Galadriel in the finale too as he still hasn't made the One Ring yet at the end of s2 (this has already been confirmed) and there's so many theories that she might be with him for a time either to convince him to not attack the elves in Imladris/Rivendell or she gave into his darkness for a chance. Either way I do think she's involved somehow with this storyline too as in the books this is one of those gap times with her as after Eregion falls she doesn't show up again till she finds Lothlorien and already has her baby daughter, so the show had room to give her a new storyline as long as in the end she goes back to the light and finds out her husband is still alive or came back from the dead.

Back to the 9 I do think Kemen and Theo likely are 2 of them. One of them could even be the Witch King of Angmar and I'm leaning towards Kemen as the Witch King is speculated by most book fans to be from Númenor and having royal blood. Kemen being Ar-Pharazon's son helps with that and the hints we got. Plus, knowing the Witch King is the leader of the other 8 too and takes over Angmar early in the 3rd Age while Sauron is in Dol Guldor. I know there's a theory Theo could be this character too as we don't know who his father is/was, so it'll depend on how Sauron interacts with these two characters in s3/s4 as he already met both of them. But will point out with what Kemen did in the last episode knowing if he's the Witch King how he meets his end to a woman feels a bit like justice. LOL 😏

Then I also wonder about Eärien. She was created for the show so they can do whatever they want with her and it makes me wonder if she ends up being one of the 9 too, especially since she's in a relationship with Kemen. It'd be a twist as the only female ringbearer we know of is Galadriel, so if this happens she would be the 2nd. Plus, if Kemen turns out to be the Witch King she would be his queen. Which then brings up in a way what Sauron wanted with Galadriel and that 2 of the men ringbearers would be a couple. I would really like this twist and knowing how Tolkien did write a lot of things happening twice in different ways, and it would be tragic for Elendil's family though as she'll become a Ringwraith, while her father and brothers not only save some of the Faithful but start the line that leads to Aragorn.

So I do think they are 3 of the 9, and that leaves 6 more to be revealed which could be some of the minor roles but I think others will be new actors added. 😀

Always have soft spot for couple aligned with grief and guilt

After JWDS I've found new hyperfixation that is Kim Mu Chan x Kwon Seok Joo from the (another) crime drama The Killing Vote.

About their grief and guilt, JW lives with guilt for the crime he didn't commit just because he's the police and the only son of that man. MC lives with guilt of be unable to catch the killer's accomplice, unable to save SJ's daughter. DS grieving for his twin sister and he even been accused for killing her, just like SJ, grieving for his daughter and accused for the crime he didn't commit. DS chose to become a cop to catch the murderer while SJ turned into the executor himself but anger and guilt consumed him because the accomplice (or the real killer?) is still out there.

For something brighter, there's some of their scenes that I like

Compare to jwds, sjmc (can I call them that?) is the same but different. Everyone around jwds been aware of their "special" relationship even before them realised it, meanwhile with sjmc their relationship is so mysterious that makes everyone suspicious lol.

the parallels btwn wandee goodday stay with me bed scene and lita prapaisky bed scene where sky is so sleepy....... 🤭

Hi anon! Omg yessss now I haven't seen stay with me! But obviously lita lol and pls now I'm in my feelings about this I have to analyze so here I go lol. So with wandee gooday the whole focal point of it was vulnerability. And yak saw Dee's in this episode, I would say he did in ep 1 too. But I feel like he had saw what triggered Dee's vulnerability. Like after sneaking in and seeing what dee is going through at work with his coworker he didn't even bring it to Dee's attention, *given he doesn't really know the whole situation with the scholarship just yet!*. And Dee's relationship with dr ter and how that completely made dee feel like as if he's the problem as to why ter doesnt return the same feelings as him. (When we all know he's not at all the problem) but in that moment at the doctor's yak just wanted to hold his hand just to show he's here for him. And also through the episode he was being reminded what his friend told him about ppl who are vulnerable.

"Nobody can be strong all the time everyone has vulnerableites that can trigger them" so when he saves dee from the those guys at the bar and he sees how emotional dee was and his little whines when he sensed that yak was gonna leave him. He immediately reached for him and huddled himself in yak😭😭😭. Dee is tired and or so used to being alone. He wants someone to want him, and after being rejected and seeing ter for truly who he is its alot, and he's still reflecting on ter and his comments they are still affecting him. And so as we see he drinks goes to the bar maybe to meet someone as well. And when he does this he becomes this bravely drunk but also very vulnerable and emotional. But yak being there for him and just holding him through the night and giving him that comfort he wanted to earlier in the day but now it was what dee needed and what yak wants to be and give to dee.

So with pai and sky, prapai has noticed as episode 9 that something was wrong with sky. And I looked how he always kept that in the forefront of his mind cause it made him approach sky from then on with this softer gentler approach. Cause though he doesn't know what sky been through he can it was something that altered to how he views ppl and trust and seeing himself as less than he didn't value himself he questioned himself countlessly if he even deserved prapai!?. And so prapai seeing sky for who he is vulnerableites and all it made him want to protect sky even more, just by making sure he's eating his meals and buying him even, and helping him with work for school so he doesnt have to stay up so late. And laying with him at night when he sees sky waking up so abruptly from a nightmare to ease him and let him know he's here with him he doesnt have to go through this alone. And sky leans into that as in the last episode when he goes through another nightmare, he calls prapai instantly cause he now has someone who's more than willing to drop everything for him. And doesn't see him as a burden at all, prapai wants sky to call him if he wants he wants sky to be comfortable with him.

Just a little rant on this cause wow anon u were right though I don't think u meant to cause me to go on and on sorry lol😭.

WHY CROWLEY IS A BPD CODED CHARACTER: A LONG THREAD

‼️WARNING‼️ This post could be triggering to some viewers, please be mindful when reading!

I'm going follow the DSM-5 diagnostic criteria to cover each and every point (there are 9 so hang on with me please). Here they are:

Frantic efforts to avoid real or imagined abandonment:

First of all, throughout the entire show Crowley has been trying to save Aziraphale from the brainwashing Heaven has done to him. He knew that sooner or later he would've cut ties just because he's a demon, and that he was pushing his luck, so he's done everything he could to show that they don't have to choose anyone's side but their side, and that there is no need to abandon him. Second of all, even when he is in the right, he always comes back to Aziraphale after an argument, says sorry, and moves on with it in no time. All he cares about is to not lose him. One time he was literally like "Ok, I was wrong and you were right, now get in the car please".

His frantic efforts might be subtle because he's not the type to get vulnerable and emotional in front of anyone, and would never directly beg Aziraphale to stay, but he continously asks Aziraphale to "go off together" because he wants to feel safe, to secure his fp. He wants to make sure they're together, away from all factors that could make him lose Aziraphale. (not only because he could choose Heaven, but also because they could be destroyed and such).

One scene that proves the lenght Crowley would go to not lose him is in the last ep of season one where Aziraphale threatens to never talk to him again if he doesn't do something.

The look on Crowley's face after he says that says it all, me thinks. And he immediately finds a way to not make that happen.

A pattern of unstable and intense interpersonal relationships characterized by alternating between extremes of idealization and devaluation:

I think it's safe to say that Crowley and Aziraphale's relationship is super unstable and intense, so we can check that. They have spent 6000 years being friends and haven't ever properly communicated once, yet would do anything for each other.

That said, Crowley continously goes from idealizing Aziraphale, calling him his best friend and all, to completely devaluing the importance of his presence in his life (and how much he wants him) as soon as he feels threatened or angry.

An example of that is that scene where he asks for the holy water in front of the duck pond. As soon as Aziraphale uses the words 'fraternize', you can see his anger building up. Seeing that he might not look at their relationship the same way he does, he immediately devalues him. This is not the only scene where he basically says " Yeah! You're not important to me and I don't need you. I don't care about you! I can live with you!"

As a person with BPD this happens a lot with whoever is my fp. Even little words like that can make my defense mechanism to the perceived abandonment go off. Rejection is the worst thing. I immediately think "oh whatever, I have other friends who want to spend time with me/who would do this for me. I couldn't care less." (I actually do, a lot. LOL).

There's also that scene where the end of the world is near, and since Aziraphale rejects the idea of running away together again Crowley says something alongs the line of "You're ridiculous. I don't even know why I keep talking to you."

Identity disturbance: markedly and persistently unstable self-image or sense of self.

In the context of this show this culminates in the fact that Crowley doesn't really know what he is. He doesn't know if he's truly bad and if he even wants to be bad. That's just what Heaven etiquetted him as, and went with it, probably because he feels protected this way, in a sense. It's better to be someone unforgivable than a victim that has been misunderstood, after all. That would put him in a vulnerable position.

Plus, I think anyone with BPD will relate with the experience of feeling like you're ultimately bad or evil at the core, that you're someone who is unredeemable, but at the same time feeling angry because you feel like the world is being unfair towards you. We usually have a strong sense of justice because we've been wronged, and can't help but see everything as unfair and unjust.

Most of the times we were hurt because we were nice, and we don't want to be nice again in fear of not having control or power over it.

It's clear Crowley doesn't want to be an angel again, but he doesn't want to be a demon either. He had never done anything extremely bad.

So I think it's safe to say he doesn't know what he wants to be. He just wants to be ok, to rest and get away from all of it, from the sources of his trauma.

In fact, I believe Crowley sees himself in Aziraphale since he's having similar experiences, and projects himself into him. It's as though they're figuring themselves out thanks to their relationship. They mutually bring new prespectives to the table.

This is why they fail at communicating: Crowley doesn't understand himself yet, and so doesn't understand parts of Aziraphale either.

But they will get there one day, hopefully.

"I'm just a demon that gets along with Hell as far as he can."

"You're just an angel that gets along with Heaven as far as he can."

Impulsivity in at least two areas that are potentially self-damaging (e.g., spending, reckless driving, binge eating...)

Ok first of all:

... Yeah.

That checked, the second area is a bit of a stretch and can be debated (then again it's important to point out you only have to mark at least 5 points to fit the criteria), but I believe the way he lets Aziraphale treat him like "the bad demon" and tries to prove him right sometimes could be considered self-damaging behavior? I still remember that scene where Aziraphale just assumes he had fired a gun before, and Crowley doesn't correct him. Many times he does the 'bad' things for him just to please him too, and I don't believe he wants Aziraphale to perceive him as an unredeemable demon at all.

I also believe the way he impulsively and recklessly lies about getting his job done could be considered self-damaging behavior. Especially because he does it with things that are not even worth taking the risk.

Sometimes its like he doesn't care if he could get punished, and we know Hell isn't exactly forgiving. They probably use torture as a current method for this. I remember he said something along the lines of "and my lot don't send notes" to Aziraphale, after all.

TW: the next point will mention suicidal behavior! (Please skip to the next point if you feel like it could trigger you).

Recurrent suicidal behavior, gestures, or threats, or self-mutilating behavior.

This is another one that could be debated, but hear me out: yes, its true that he could've only wanted the holy water as a weapon against other demons (and he did use it that way), but Aziraphale's fear of possibly giving him a suicide pill had to come from somewhere, right? Why would he immediately assume that's what he would use it for if things went bad?

It might be because he doesn't see Crowley as someone who could actually hurt anyone, so he's only left with that option, but I'm not sure. After all, even the nicest person would try to save his life if a legion of demons tried to give them retribution, right? And he wouldn't mind giving Crowley something to protect himself.

It could be possible that there were moments and stuff that went on between them, conversations that led Aziraphale to believe this. It took time for him to decide and grant him this holy water, and even so he didn't look sure. He was extremely worried.

And no, Aziraphale is not scared of getting into trouble. It's clear the problem with giving him the holy water isn't that from the get go. That's the face of someone who is doubting their friend's intentions.

Affective instability due to a marked reactivity of mood (e.g., intense episodic dysphoria, irritability, or anxiety usually lasting a few hours and only rarely more than a few days).

This man is the epitome of emotional instability. I don't know what else to say here,honestly XJENFJ

It only takes watching the show to figure that out, I believe. He's super reactive to every little thing and word, he's super easy to irritate. He can go from being calm to snapping like a branch into a matter of seconds, and takes as quickly to let it go.

Chronic feelings of emptiness:

It is clear this man experiences chronic emptiness. He doesn't see the point in Heaven or Hell, into doing his demon buisness, or in the Great Plan, the war and all.

Ok, demons cannot properly be friends, I know, but some kind of partnerships had been shown, yet he has no 'friends'. He is distant from everything. He doesn't want to do anything.

His careless behaviors: the reckless driving, the dangerous tricks he does to not do his job, are all connected to this chronic emptiness. If he cared, he wouldn't behave like this.

That said, I do believe Aziraphale, his fp, became the only purpose of his endless existence. He was probably the only thing that began to motivate him. It is made clear from the show that he is lonely asf, and, at least in my experience, BPD makes you very lonely. If I don't have any significant relationships (including friendships) I feel empty to my core. Since we have troubles with our identies we have difficulties doing things for ourselves and ourselves only, to see the point in doing things if no one is watching, if no one is there to appreciate it. Even then, friendships and all do not fill that hole, and we might lose passion for things or not feel any passion for things at all.

We know that Crowley was passionate about one thing: creating nebulas, stars, and universes. That completely changed after he fell, a traumatic event, and that's when I believe his BPD traits started to appear.

He did say he had been waiting to build that thing since forever, and not only did he learn it was pointless since it'll be all dismantled one day, he lost his angelic status too. That was probably his only stable sense of self.

Inappropriate, intense anger or difficulty controlling anger (e.g., frequent displays of temper, constant anter, reccurent physical fights.)

Since we're talking about his angelic past: Crowley used to be happy. He isn't 'naturally' all grouchy and angry at the world. He began to be that way after he fell.

JUST LOOK AT THIS CUTIE.

Crowley before the fall and Crowley after the fall are two completely different people, right?

And he doesn't pretend to have changed to appear mean or something like that, he did actually change. He was traumatized, wronged. That's where all that anger comes from. His reactions are real, not play pretend.

And it is made clear many times that Crowley has anger issues. He can't control it. He is shown snapping a multitude amount of times.

now THIS is real BPD anger right there. If I had to visually represent how it feels when BPD anger hits this would be it. It's so edgy it's embarrassing. It truly could only take a lightning bolt to calm me the fuck down. He doesn't even give a f if humans are all seeing him do this, just like a person with BPD wouldn't feel embarassed making a scene in public since it's so uncontrollable you lose yourself and act impulsively.

The fact he's angry because of an argument him and Aziraphale just had makes this more BPD coded.

Not only that, his anger many times comes out of nowhere and could be described as innapropriate.

Just look at how quickly he reacts, without making Aziraphale even finish his sentence.

It is clear Aziraphale has no bad intentions when he says it, his voice is even sweet, yet Crowley can't help but react like this simply for being called nice or good.

Transient, stress-related paranoid ideation or severe dissociative symptoms.

We have finally came to the last point. Yippe! Now this one is a bit tricky since it's not easily identifiable just by looking at someone.

This paranoid ideation or dissociative symptoms like depersonalization can occur in periods of extreme stress, and it is hard to judge that just by watching. A person could be walking, as an example, but still be dissociating even if they look completely normal. They might not actually be totally aware of what they are doing. (Transient means they last minutes or hours, by the way.) This becomes even harder to tell since Crowley continously wears those glasses, so we can't even see if his eyes look empty or anything.

That said, we know Crowley is super reactive, but during intense stressful times, like in season one when he learns that the end of the world is near and Aziraphale rejects to run away with him, it seems like he becomes unnaturaly calm whenever he perceives there's nothing else he can do. He looks just utterly exhausted and passive.

It's important to note that these symptoms are mostly caused by real or imagined abandonment too. I point that out because in the episode scene of season 2, after Crowley sees Aziraphale officially leaving and going to Heaven, he gets back in the car, but he doesn't immediately drive.

He starts it and just sits there in silence. He looks completely out of it, like he has just taken such a big blow he has trouble properly processing it. He doesn't look like he's there, in a sense. For a moment he's completely elsewhere. Even when he starts driving he doesn't look right to me.

The Sign - Ep 9

Babe's acting in this episode is simply 10/10. Everything: open grief and tiny nuances, micro-expressions. He's amazing.

I really liked the 'Tharn and the team' scene in the hospital, the support everyone showed Tharn, what they said to Phaya - everyone was very in character. I don't know how everyone in this series made it to adulthood being so stupid and not listening to others 😂 It happens all the time, they all get good advice or receive life lessons all the time and they're like, "got it" and do the EXACT opposite. They went rogue during training and it ended badly. They promised themselves they wouldn't do it again. And they do it again, only worse 🙃 Same thing with Phaya's necklace, it's been discussed so.many.times. And what does Tharn do? He takes the necklace with him. I'm not surprised that the abbot is bald, when I look at them I lose my hair too. Wasn't Chart the worst candidate ever? Or was he just pretending? I don't know. And I don't want to know.

Phaya can barely stand, he's pale and he looks like he's about to die, and yet the series decided it was the perfect moment for some love making. Ok, fine, but if they were going to kill Phaya with sex, they could have at least done an epic scene 😆 They didn't even want to do that *sigh*

This episode unfortunately continues what started a while back on The Sign. This means that PhayaTharn's content is completely going 📉📉, it's scraping the bottom. Still no high quality PhayaTharn scenes, we only get crumbs. I still find myself watching their scenes and thinking: this is such a great moment for a meanigful scene and… there's nothing. Someone please explain to me why we DIDN'T GET AN EMOTIONAL SCENE after Phaya woke up????? Why, when Phaya comes to Tharn, all we get is a short scene??? WHY WAS THARN AT THE HOUSE AT ALL?? Phaya almost died, Tharn went through a nightmare, it's begging for their scenes together that would relieve the emotions of the last few days, but fine, whatever, let's suck a dick lol I'm only speaking for myself, but I don't give a damn about police stuff, and it annoys me that there's more and more of it in the series, at the expense of PhayaTharn's scenes...
