Would you rather they add Hera to Hades II or they add Aglaia and your job is to get her and Hephaestus together while helping Aphrodite and Hephaestus with their divorce?

Hera: Today we're making Fuck-Off pie.
Hera: You're gonna need one cup of No-One-Cares, a dash of Kiss-My-Ass, add some Fuck-You's, and a pinch of Blow-Me.
Hera: You're gonna wanna stir it all together, and shove it up your ass.

“Mortal characters, as it happens, do not see Hera at all (cf. Il. 1.208). Jason does not know the identity of the old woman he carries over the Anaurus; Hera's agency is mostly hidden from the Argonauts; and it is left to the prophet Phineus to explain that of all the gods the most concerned with Argo's voyage is Hera (2.216-17). At one point the Argonauts do hear her terrifying, aether-shaking cry of warning about Ocean (4.640-42) - an action that recalls the Homeric Hera who gives voice to the natural world: honoring Agamemnon with portentous thunder during his arming scene at Iliad 11.45-46 and granting speech to Achilles' horse Xanthus at 19.407. There is a greater divide between the mortal and divine worlds in Apollonius than there is in Homer, but this division serves to highlight the activity of Hera, who enlists many allies and modes of expression in order to bridge that gulf. As Hunter observes:
“The Argonauts' protecting deity, Hera, works through silent action or suggestion (3.250, 818, 4.11, 1184-5, 1199-1200), through signs (3.931 a talking crow, 4.294 a shooting star, 510 lightning, 640-2 a scream), and through the words and actions of characters. Her only "personal appearances" in the poem are the scene on Olympus which opens Book 3 and her appeal to Thetis in Book 4. 40”

Ares Headcanons because I am being neglected by my moots
-If you scream at him loud enough you’ll remind him of Hera and he will literally start dissociating until you stop
-Sometimes Athena will utter a word to Ares and he’ll literally scream and fall to the ground like a toddler having a tantrum.
-Ares likes to hide behind his helmet so people can’t see his true emotions, so he refused to take his helmet off unless it’s around someone he trusted. It got to the point where some gods don’t know what he looked like or slowly started to forget
-Ares dresses, smells, and looks significantly better once he started “dating” Aphrodite. His hair is actually washed and detangled, his skin isnt dirty with sweat and blood and dirt and WHATEVER ELSE, he actually looks like he made a effort in what he wears (Aphrodite dresses him).
-Ares went to the Greeks during the Trojan war not only because he could sense that the Trojans were gonna lose, but because he was scared Hera wouldn’t forgive him again if he didn’t.
-Ares’ hair sometimes have bows or other hair accessories, also braids because Aphrodite likes playing with his curly hair
-Zeus and Ares both have a habit of literally crushing the person they accidentally offended into a hug if they sense the person is upset. No talking it out just…. I’m gonna hug you until you forgive me. Ares learned this from Zeus because Zeus used to actually care if he hurt Ares’ feelings once.
-When Ares came out of the jar he immediately held on and hugged Hermes for a surprisingly long time, and Hermes let him. Hermes isn’t a super lovey dovey person, but he knew Ares needed that physical contact to make sure hes not going crazy.
-when Hebe married Heracles, Ares got upset because he was no longer Hebe’s favorite man (this isn’t true, he will always be her annoying, overprotective big brother)

Hear me out, but what if the Greek goddess Hera actually met a mortal man who at first was her friend, but they were in a secret relationship, and the man made her feel special in a way Zeus never did and loved and worshiped her the way a husband should.
But then Zeus found out about it and, like the hypocritical, a$$hole he is, he killed the mortal man, and Hera became pregnant with his child. After she gave birth to the child, she hid them away from Zeus and placed them in an orphanage.
(I know that hera would never betray Zeus realistically. This is just a fanfic idea.
IT'S NOT REAL!!!!!!! And plus, I hate Zeus with a passion so. )
But anyway, what is your story for this child of Hera?

HERA
CHAMPION:
Her champion is usually someone who she thinks can best back her up, understand her own hardship, and be a confident (and sometimes ruthless) leader. She needs them also to be able to bring her ideas to the table and represent her during times of conflict, both with other demigods and with the gods. She will grant them some of her divine power, and will allow them to sit with her and spend a week with her on Olympus during the summer (and winter, if they’re a year-round camper) solstice. Her champion can call upon her to deliver divine justice when needed. They are required to stay in her cabin, and she gives them a piece of jewelry with a special gemstone once she claims them.
BLESSED BIRTH:
If Hera is present for the birth of a child, Hera is able to bless the child. This gives them a few minor powers, and through the blessing, Hera strengthens the bond between the child (or children, if the mother has more) and their mother. She is able to also grant the child finely-tuned emotional perception, and the ability to understand how others feel. This is the only way Hera can technically have a “child,” although she will not be present for most of the child’s life, nor will they be claimed if they are a fully mortal child. She will also bless the child, that if they ever decide to become a parent, that they will have the operation of birth go smoothly for them. This same blessing is applied to the mother of the child.
CABIN:
The outside of the cabin bears resemblance to Zeus’ cabin, with large marble columns and smooth, electric-proof walls. The cabin walls on the outside have carvings of peacocks on them, as well as carvings of Argus Panoptes and Io. This was done by Argus as a way of honoring Hera for bringing him back to life to guard Camp Empeiria. On the front columns, there are pomegranate vines growing around them. There are also some carvings that have been made to keep the pomegranates there.
On the inside, it’s rather dark and cold, with a statue of Hera in the middle. There is a hearth underneath her, and it is the only source of light on the upper level. There are carvings of the various women in Greek mythology, with a carving of a wedding procession wrapping around all of the walls. However, if one pulls at one of the peacock feathers on the statue and locks in a special gemstone given to them by Hera, it reveals a secret entrance to the champion’s headquarters underneath the cabin.
The secret entrance leads to her champion’s headquarters. This offers them a bedroom, bathroom, and basically a small studio apartment, just underground. It allows the champion to live in protection and peace, even if Camp Empeiria experiences great distress. There are sets of armor, weapons, and a quality sized bed for them. They also have access to modern technology, so they are able to stay updated with the rest of the world. If need-be, it can be used as a bunker.
CABIN CULTURE:
Many campers see the cabin as rather inhospitable, with its cold interior and the general uncomfortable feeling most demigods feel around Hera. Many demigods know her mythical rage, and thus tread very carefully around the cabin.
The only person that even goes into Hera’s cabin is her priestess, which is usually just a demigod assigned to give Hera special sacrifices of food. This is done to keep her protecting Camp, and affords some level of enhanced strength to her priestess. If Hera doesn’t have a champion, her priestess is allowed to represent her at counselor meetings.
Her champion is given a level of respect at Camp, and is generally seen to be an authority on Hera and some of the other gods. It’s a very coveted position, essentially, which can make it also a position with a LOT of pressure. Hera also will keep in contact with her champion more than her priestess (if these end up being two different positions). She only chooses her champion in times of great conflict, so her champion will easily know that Hera has thought a lot about them.
SOME POTENTIAL POWERS:
Proficiency in leadership / relationships
Zoolingualism with lions / peacocks
Enhanced vision / light-resistant eyes
Resistance to electrocution
Immunity to emotional manipulation / Charmspeak
Minor photokinesis
Reblog or @/ this blog if it inspires you to make your own champion of Hera!

Fifth in the series: Hera
Hera is known to be the true power behind the crown. She's a no-nonsense type-A personality. She never lets her duties slip, even when she's heartbroken. Her ruthless cunning is what made her the Olympians' strategist. In her youth, she was definitely kinder and more trusting, though that trust and kindness only extended to her siblings inside of Kronos' stomach. Being their 'star', when her powers developed, she was what allowed them to see in the dark. Hera was always in the leadership position, and it was well-deserved. However, her life has also been filled with hurt. Her ability for strategy but weakness in combat resulted in her being kidnapped by the Titans in the tail-end of the Titanomachy, which resulted in her being torn apart a second time. However, that cunning is what allowed her to get close to Kronos and eventually "devour" (think of how stars become black holes) him with an ability that was never seen again and split her in half. She later "spat him out" in Tartaros. Outside of that immense surge of power, Hera is physically quite weak (partially as a result of that power surge) but hides it through her cunning and her political power. She can be extremely cruel, but is usually unbothered by people. She doesn't care to get close to others because the people that she's trusted most ended up being the ones to betray her.

Scrapped sketches from my previous post!
- Planned to give Aphrodite and Hera their own little ad but tbh I want to redesign them!
- The back was supposed to have a little scene of Hades and Persephone in the garden together. I’ll definitely clean it up later 🥹
