i will never understand how people have the heart to hate Jason even after they found out that his Ambrosia tastes like fucking sawdust. Ambrosia being tasty is like one single happy thing a demigod can have despite their tragic lives, because it reminds them of the home they once had, but lost. And Jason doesn't even have that, he doesn't even have a home to lose in the first place.

just imagine all of camp half-blood knowing that percy and annabeth clearly have a thing for each other. not because of their banter that toes the line of flirting. not because of their countless hugs. not because of their refusal to go anywhere without each other. but because they watched annabeth kiss percy on the cheek. and both of them turn away to smile to themselves.

theres lots of underrated and underestimated characters in pjo but absolutely no one does it like Frank Zhang. My man is descended from not one, but two major gods, was so good at archery that he was convinced he was descended from another god, can LITERALLY turn into ANIMALS, went from Probatio to Praetor in less than 2 months, and had his life force tied to a peice of wood because he was deemed too powerful by a literal GODDESS. if frank isn't your favorite or most interesting character that makes sense, everyone has their favorites, but I'm sick of people acting like he's not one of, if not the, most powerful demigods in the series

I fear that "fire bending didn't come easy to zuko" and "zuko isn't a prodigy" (both true) has somehow snowballed into "zuko is a bad or at best average fire bender".... which simply isn't true, especially by the end of book 3
