Damian Al Ghul Wayne is the fifth Robin. He was a child who grew up with conflicting ideals. Yet ever since he put his new title into action, he realized that much of what he was raised to be was wrong. Hoping for repentance, he chose to find his own path and show everyone that his past doesn't completely define him. To prove to the world that people could change. Robin gifted him with a better purpose, gave him another chance, and so he now patrol the streets as a Guardian of Gotham to give unto others what Robin gave to him. -Bubbly💙

(5/6) "R is for Revolutio- No. It's a Reminder." 🧡

Duke Thomas was a Robin. Though never an official one. He was part of a movement that aimed to better their city in the absence of their Caped Crusader. During his time with the other birds however, he learned exactly how the shared title could change countless lives in meaningful ways. Just as he realized that not just ANYONE could BE a Robin, but also that Robin could truly BE there for ANYONE. -Bubbly💙

Wow more mediocre doodles to gaze upon. Utter disorganization and chaos is how we operate around here. Also I’m still kinda salty about this sketchbook refusing to cooperate with pencil like AUUGH makes things so much more difficult then necessary. Even the pen smears if I’m not careful applying it. I’m awful with markers (especially alcohol based ones like Copic or Ohuhu)—maybe this is the universe testing me and putting me through some vigorous trial in order to improve. I’ll need ta get more comfortable with using them if we want the doodles to survive <<

The latest piece for the August challenge *sparkles*

Thought process detailed below 👇

The inspiration is a bit all over the place but given the prompts were wrath, pride and greed, I held no punches when it came to ideas, I knew I wanted to do something angelic but play on the idea of an anti angel or a fallen archangel (or some other higher order angel I forget the types), as well as the perspective prompt and going with the dark side of the moon, which kinda lost it's hold as I was drawing but it adds to the abstraction of the concept. Boiled down the anti angel represents wrath, the peacock imagery pride, and the jewelry greed, which the rings and bracelets are the halos of murdered angels, as shown by the blood and the cuffs on the top set of hands having eyes. There's some offhand things thrown in there, like the arms outnumbering the wings which are colored to be like peacock wings, there being no actual functional eyes anywhere on the angel, and their face being hidden which is likely for the better, as I doubt you'd want to see the twisted face of an angel that slaughters it's own kind.

Oh yeah and tiny pink floyd reference in the triangle in the background, and the initial vibe was inspired by the Malidramagiuan from the "What happened to site 13" SCP series over on the Mr.Ilustrated channel, which I just adore in general I'd totally recommend giving it a watch through

Yet another FFXIV art challenge for funsies:

We lost steam and abandoned our physical media challenge earlier this winter, but we want to try another thing now that it's summer!

This is mostly for us, but we shall share the prompts all the same.

There are 30 prompts -- one can either aim for daily in June, or ~ every 2 days to end in July. Each prompt is a color palette (courtesy of /@color-palettes), with our intent still being quick location/scenery studies.
