I just realized the best way I can describe my tired right now, is how Bipper was feeling in his last fleeting moments before collapsing on stage in Soak Opera. The problem is my inner demon just don't want me to collapse until we get a salty snack and some grunkle cuddle action.

I know it's petty and obv people can play how they want but. at this point I'm pretty much done watching any bg3 playthroughs that don't recruit Minthara.
Part of why I did in my first run was cause I'm someone who enjoys watching streams/let's plays of games I intend to play and I KNEW that no one would be siding with/recruiting her so I might as well do it myself. I still keep a running list of streamers/let's players who did/intending to recruit her cause you really can count them on two hands it seems. Even Evil/Durge runs aren't any guarantee cause everyone's obsessed with "pick every evil option" rather than bothering to roleplay a morally dubious character and just kill her anyways.
"ummm I'm playing a Good Guy not Morally Grey so-" Shut up you don't even need to be morally grey now you can just be bad at killing people! Someone wrote a whole guide and everything!
Do you love Karlach? Know who else does? Minthara! So much! Let them be together!

trying to decide if it's more productive to elaborate on the D&D post and make it clear that at least a large number of people do not want to hear about your game in the tags and you should reblog the d&d post and then make a separate post that rambles on at length if you ACTUALLY want to keep this between you and your mutuals; or if I should keep doing as I have been, namely, treating it as a glue trap and blocking everyone who's like "lol too bad I'm telling you about my game and you'll deal"

Imagine being one of those girls who posts a selfie asking "How can I improve my make-up skills?" or "What haircut suits me?" and just getting flooded with comments like "Idk the answer but I'm just commenting to let you know you're gorgeous" or "Nooooo don't change anything, you're perfect, you have my desired appearance" etc.

Good for Crowberry for being the next statuette this Champions League season! Good for it, good for it!
I hope it gets a super epic costume in the Dessert Paradise update! So then I don't have to cry when I get disqualified in the first round of GCL because my lobby filled up with the most vicious P2W players known to man... Again...

with my phantom hourglass replay, there are two things i noticed;
a possible theme you could glean from the game is action vs inaction, and i think it's especially prevalent before you even leave mercay the first time, with oshus frequently urging link to not go after the ghost ship, then to just wait until the broken bridge is fixed, and seems reluctant at every turn while link and ciela are more than eager to go and do something about this problem, and the people of mercay in general talking about things and their problems but never seeming to act on their fears or desires, as well as the mention that due to the ghost ship, very very few people are still sailing around, while linebeck is one of the only people we see in the game actively going after the ghost ship and still sailing around. i might make a longer post just talking more about the action vs inaction in phantom hourglass but i just noticed it a bit and thought it was a bit of an interesting sort of theme you could find in the game.
linebeck moves so fucking much. i think he moves more than any npc in the rest of the game. not just in his intro cutscene where he is very animated, just in how much he moves when just standing in his little idle post, it's damn near distracting when the camera is focused on him, he moves a lot. i don't think i've really acknowledged how much he moves, and it really gives the impression that he's antsy or eager to get going, both of which fit him pretty well with how he acts.

WHY is rick riordan continuing to drag out percy’s story when he could be writing about leo or frank or piper or any of the characters he completely failed to write properly
