DP x DC prompts

Just a couple of ideas that have me by the choke hold right now

Danny is Jason's older brother who died and got reincarnated. After circumstances force him to Gotham, he finds out that his beloved little brother is now a crime lord

As all the others leave the league of assassins, Danny is left behind to be molded by Ra's Al Ghul. One day Ra's decides to unleash his prized assassin on Gotham

Danny moves to Gotham and starts helping out at a local pet shelter (mainly so cujo can make friends). It is there where he runs into one Damian Wayne who is setting off his must protect senses

Danny becomes a back door engineer. He fixes things for cheap no questions asked. No one can beat him when it comes to using whatever you have laying around to build something from scratch. That's why he's Red Hood's personal mechanic

Danny is a clone of Batman and Superman. Superman is grateful that he can finally do right by his clone. Conner is exceedingly jealous of Danny's treatment. Batman is contemplating taking his friend to court for custody. And Danny is just vibing because now he has two powerful dads who won't let the giw get their hands on him.

And the final one that is really rotating around in my head:

Danny is Batman's informant. He can get any info the bat needs in record time. Batman is the only one who knows about Danny and his abilities so whenever anyone else catches a glimpse of him, they think it's Bruce's secret love child. Damian is not happy about this.

In Good Omens 3, what would be even better than flashbacks of Crowley and Aziraphale is flash forwards. Imagine half an hour (like in s1) of Crowley and Aziraphale doing different things after the end of s3.

So we would see them in their cottage, going on a picnic, and generally doing domestic things.

Hot Hazbin take:

I still think it was a wasted opportunity in the second episode that it was Charlie—and only Charlie—who continued to vouch for Sir Pentious and not Angel Dust.

Hear me out.

"It Starts With Sorry" starts right after we see Vox chewing out Pentious and calling him a failure, even going as far as telling him to off himself.

When I first watched the episode, I was 90% expecting a moment where Angel Dust (who had just outed Pentious as a mole) has a moment (even if it's just a blink-and-you-miss it change of expression) where he's like "Oh shit..." and clearly starts to see a bit of himself in Pentious, and thinks "maybe he and I aren't so different." And so he eventually (maybe a bit begrudgingly) sides with Charlie when she chooses to give him a second chance.

I mean, just minutes ago (in the same episode) we had the scene where Angel is listening to his voicemails from Valentino. They were clearly setting up parallels and yet... they didn't do anything with them for some reason?

I can't be the only one thinking this, right?

I don't like to make a blog about the matter, especially because I'm in the middle of my vacations and I would like to enjoy them, but there's just some things I would like to speak about.

Concerning my own opinion on the matter, I am not taking any side for the moment. I won't defend anyone or be against anyone. The reason is simple; I'm just as confused as anyone. There is a lot of misinformation, confusing information, bad or clumsy translations, and there is no way for now to tell who is right or who is wrong without uprighting asking the concerned themselves. So for the moment, I am nothing but just a powerless fan looking at the chaos unfolding in front of me.

But for the time being, I can only say one thing, please stop jumping on conclusions, spread hate speech, or share misinformation. This is already really confusing and stressing enough. It's not about "Project Moon are being misogynistic because they fired a woman", or "The artist is really a radfem TERF", just stop and please, please, just wait before taking a decision or straight out going "Fuck Project Moon, uninstalling the game, boycott", and other threats. Remember they're just an indie company, this might be extremely stressful for them, for the artist who is still young, and for the fans as well, don't make it harder, thank you.

I know I won't change anything, people might hate me for that, I might start controversies or whatever, but I just hope, even a little bit, that some people will share this message. Just please, don't keep adding oil on the fire, be respectful to each other, don't insult or jump to hateful conclusions, that's all I can ask as a simple member of the community and a fan of the game.

hihi!!! so im kinda obsessed with this au and wanted to present my own semi-related concept i had (i just remember telling someone else abt it and they were like 'yo you should go check out fairyverse' so ye)

but a faerie dream, who's likely manic and incredibly manipulative, luring fairies and other beings alike into his realm so that they'd be his lovers for eternity. to those caught lovers, they'd perpetually be in a drugged like state simply due to his owverpowering aura (dream doesnt know the difference, manic and manipulative yes, but a little bit dumb too lol) putting them in essentially a dreamland, happy and high as long as theyre with him.

but ofc, his caught lovers never get to leave.

idk i just thought id bring this idea by ^^ maybe you'd find it interesting

Oh, Juni! I could kiss you for bringing such an idea to the table! And interesting? I find this brilliant – wonderfully twisted, even! I love it! And this concept is not unlikely for my own beloved little fairy Dream, because his valley is quite sheltered, with only two entrances below the high peaks of the mountains surrounding them. It would be so easy to lure fairies inside and never allow them to leave again, and Dream already loves to be admired and showered with love from his summer fairies; it’s not far-fetched to see this being a possible fate for him.

@ultrabananapudding So I'm too much of an autist to take this any way but seriously(figured a new post was a way to go)

So we'll start with our generic dude(lets call him Tim)

So as you can see some construction lines/ovalish shapes in human Tim's face, those will be important in a bit

Now looking at Tim's features you can see that to maintain the same expression as a vampire you only include the smallest pupil

hoa vampires don't have eyebrows but the shape is still important, you want to line the horns up with the inner line of the brow starting from about the bridge of the nose to the edge of the hairline(or where it should be if the character doesn't have any), the horns should typically be placed halfway up and a small oval will determine the thickness and such

Now back to the eyes, you want to emphasize the roundness as much as possible, the eyelids should be much more pronounced than usual, again use the line where the brow is and do similar with the under eye to really get that shape

This basically draws attention to where the eye socket is and makes the eye look slightly sunken and animalistic(I haven't had much practice with monolided characters for this but I imagine that some emphasis on those areas would likely work)

For fangs, follow the line down from the nose at and keep the spacing similar to that of the cupids bow(or again where it would be if the character had one)

A lot of the details after that are similar to if you were drawing an elderly character, really you want to section off different parts of the face and draw attention to them, if balanced correctly it should seem simultaneously like drawing attention to age and beauty(think an old man's jowls and a models contoured check bones)

I do the ears like that as a nod to real vampire bat species(and because I love elves), it's pretty simple to alter the shape by following a parallel line to the one the horns are attached to starting from the outer corner of the eye and extending to the tips of the ear

now I've tried to demonstrate that by drawing vampire features over Tim in black

And here's some shading to further bring things together, vampire Tim looks a little like a bush baby with those bright orange eyes ✨

And finally here he is looking both animalistic and inhuman whilst maintaining the expression and charm of humanity

Finally I don't always follow these rules to a T and it's more of a baseline, with enough practice things like the size and shape of ears/horns can help show personality or up to expression(the ears specifically that is)

I don't know if anyone actually wanted this but I figured why not? People like my vampires and I enjoy drawing them and like seeing other people draw them so enjoy I guess 😁
