Saw you were looking for Tim robin getting sold to Jason fics and I don't have any recs for you, but I do have typin fingers so have a hastily written and drastically unedited snippet :3

"You fucking BOUGHT me?!" Tim snarls in disgust the moment that Jason rips the duct tape off his mouth. "We've been cleaning up the corpses of traffickers you carved up for weeks now, but the second it's me you waltz in as a paying customer?!"

Jason scoffs and tosses his helmet into the corner of the spartan safehouse. "Better learn some fuckin gratitude or else I might just grant that little wish of yours."

He squirms against the ropes hog tying him. They haven't budged an inch the last twenty times he's tried that, but it's the principle of the thing.

"Yeah, right. You are such a godsdamned hypocrite. You talk so much shit about Batman not avenging you, but the second anyone else puts on the uniform you're just fine with them being put in all sorts of danger!"

Suddenly Jason grips his chin in a hold that would be shockingly affectionate if it weren't so bruisingly tight and stares directly into Tim's eyes with manic intensity.

Tim freezes.

Jason speaks low and quiet and quick. "This is not banter; this is not a joke; this is not a threat; you are going to respond to my next question seriously and with nothing but the plain truth. Do you understand me?"

"...Yes."

"Do you want me to hurt them for what they did to you?"

There is something frightening in Jason's gaze beyond just its intensity - something devotional, something like a prayer, something a little like the taunt of 'make my day' but sincere in its pleading and as vulnerable as a confession.

So yes, his gaze is frightening, but Tim is far more afraid of the wanting he's suddenly found within himself. He had only been complaining flippantly, but honestly? Deep down? Tim is jealous of the people Jason kills for.

Tim has had to be strong for so very long - a mother who died young, a father he had to caretake and avoid, a mentor he had to monitor and guide to better health, a predecessor he had to be stronger than in order to withstand what Jason had not survived.

Tim has been left craving this kind of protection. This force of wild, brutal, impassioned retribution in his name, for his sake, done to give Tim alone some piece of mind or personal satisfaction... especially from the very force which had compelled him to believe that he needed to be strong enough not to need such protection.

He had thought that Jason simply would not or could not feel that protectiveness for him, that taking on the mantle had rendered him ineligible for care from anyone altogether, but he stares into the abyss of Jason's eyes and he sees that it was only not extended to him out of respect for his convictions.

It's not enough to see it there. He knows that if he doesn't test this, doesn't have concrete evidence of this carved into someone's flesh, that the second he looks away he'll stop believing Jason's offer was ever real. He can't stand it. He needs to know. He needs to see someone demand that he is worth it.

In a moment of weakness he chooses to be intolerably selfish.

"Please. They deserve it. I deserve it."

Jason smiles, and looks at him like he's his very own miracle. His grip relaxes into a caress of Tim's cheek.

"Then I'll give you water, and I'll feed you, and I'll put you somewhere where you'll be comfortable while you wait for me to get back. Then I will go out and I will make them pay."

New characters include Raphael (who totally missed the apocalypse haha whoops), and a big spooky dog (whomst I adore). Note that while this fic stands just fine on its own, there is an unfinished sequel that imo doesn't leave off anywhere stressful.

What could be a silly premise is played out very satisfyingly, the actual biology of hormones at play here is fascinating. (this is not really at all related but: has anyone else read Peeps by Scott Westerfeld? Because the format reminded me of this in that it did a similar thing of playing straight the concept of "what could cause vampires to be real" that drew on inspiration from real life parasites interspersed between the chapters. I dig it. Anyway!)

Summary: Tony jerks away like he's awakened to find himself taunting an alligator with a raw chicken, and almost falls on the floor. "You sleepwalked," Steve says, stating the obvious,"into my bed."

Reasons why I love it: This one is hands down one of my favorite fluffy fics. Tony unconsciously seeking Steve out for cuddles is the cutest thing ever, and I love how Steve handles it without any judgement. This fic is wonderful, and if you haven't read it already, I highly recommend that you give it a shot!

Reasons why I love it: I love the whole format of this fic, the time jumps really elevate the plot here. Aside from the actual plot – which is amazing – the whole concept of Steve causing a major controversy just by wearing a shirt is hilarious and something I could totally see happening in modern times. I adore this fic, and I bet you will too, so please give it a shot!

Reasons why I love it: That entire final conversation is pure gold, oh my god. I love how they first fall into their friends with benefits thing, and the developing intimacy is a thing of beauty. This fic is both sweet and funny in turns, and I'd recommend it to anyone. It's amazing.

Pairing: Steve/Tony Rating: NR Words: 11,408 Tags: Pre-Slash, Sickfic, Hurt/Comfort

Summary: Written for the following prompt: After the Chitauri invasion, Tony gets sick but ignores it. So it gets worse. Somehow Steve ends up the first of the team to move into the tower. He notices something is wrong and ends up taking care of Tony after realizing there is no one else around to do it.

Reasons why I love it: The team banding together to take care of Tony is absolutely precious. And Tony being completely oblivious to just how much they care for him just makes it even better. I love all of the construction crew scenes, and that final dialogue makes me grin like an idiot every time. This fic is wonderful, and you should definitely read it!

Science and Progress (do not speak as loud as my heart) by sirona

Pairing: Steve/Tony Rating: M Words: 4,781 Tags: Super Soldier Serum, Super Smart Steve, Science is Sexy

Summary: Steve's body is not the only thing affected by the Super Soldier Serum.

Reasons why I love it: I love this concept so much! The way sirona explores how the serum improved Steve's cognitive abilities is so engaging, I'd read a billion more words in this universe. And Tony's reaction feels so true to who he is, it's amazing. I adore this fic, and if you haven't read it already, I hope you give it a shot!

This fic is Byler focused with only mentions or references to past El/Mike. this is a first kiss and pre-relationship fic. Gay pining is everywhere in this fic and miscommunication is a big thing to. But if you are a byler who hates miscommunication... idk what to tell you (/lh) this fic is completed and is 15 chapters. Only  6470 so it’s easy to get through

Hold My Breath As I Wish For Death by LadyLillyGray

Warning for discussion of and references to suicidal ideation and self harm. Also references to canon homophobia

Will finds out about the stunt Mike pulled at the quarry in s1. It’s mostly just Will and Mike talking and sharing their feelings and I do like a good old fashion discussion fic. This is pre-relationship and first kiss. Also a Byler focused fic and other characters show up for like 5 seconds. hurt/comfort leaning on past hurt and a lot of comfort. Still has angst though. it’s just a one-shot with only 1,540 making it a light read. A good bed time story honestly

A poetic listing of all the terrible things that happen in Mikes life. This fic utilizes a poetic rhythm and stanza based writing to tell a snappy story. This is a heavy angst fic with no happy ending. Short description for a short fic. it’s a one-shot with only  787 words so it is a very quick read. Not a bed time story. Unless you like heavy angst before bed I guess.

Will thinks the barista at the coffee shop is cute but also he may have a major crush on his online bestfriend. This a AU with no UD stuff and technically a coffee shop AU. not super big part of the fic. Focused mainly on Byler but with background Elumax. This is a kind of meta fic but it is so fluffy and just super cute. There isn’t a ton to say other then that I love it. It’s a one-shot with  6252 but it’s a super light breezy read. 

What do you do now, Will the Wise? by RainbowNixie

The party plays DnD and Mike (who is DM) is doing all in his power to get the paladin and cleric to flirt. This is a cute little DnD fic that’s pre-relationship and first kiss. They are just cringefail losers the whole time and it’s stellar. It’s a lot of flirting and a lot of tension building. It is a one-shot with 11534. It’s a nice bed time story if you can read fast or want a long story.

I know it's long, but it's the bkdk fic. Like. It's predicted events that happened in the manga. Anyways, this fic has a whole lotta forced proximity and slow burn.) warm hands by flowercafe (I used to reread this fic over and over again. Basically it's just a 5+1 of Katsuki taking care of Izuku's hands by massaging them.) you dragged me out (of a mile deep hollow) by deadwriter16 (Katsuki looks after Izuku post vigilante arc and gives him the love he deserves. Great hurt/comfort fic.) All We Ever Knew by dynamics (The writing for this fic is stunning. Goes really into depth with Katsuki's psyche and why acts the way he acts.) Halfway to the Moon (But the Sun is So Bright) by Catsired (Middleschool bkdk fic, but Bakugou realizes how much he's fucking Izuku over and tries to fix things.) in your dreams, nerd! by sapphic flower (Katsuki and Izuku can see each other in their dreams. Amazing concept. So well written)

Reasons why I love it: Oh my god, they're SO CUTE, I can't! The rest of the Avengers despairing at them (and not so secretly being happy for them) is the best, and I absolutely love that ending, holy shit, Natasha is a queen. This fic is so happy and fluffy, and I really want you to experience it for yourself, so go ahead and read it!

Memory Lane

Summary: Suddenly, he's soaking - someone just threw a fucking water bomb or something, and it's not a big deal, it shouldn't be a big deal- But for some reason, it is.

Reasons why I love it: Steve taking care of his sweetheart, what else could we want? I really feel for Tony in this one, and I bet the entire team feels awful for what happened too, so I'm glad that he has Steve to be there for him. This fic is wonderful, and I hope you give it a read!

Talking Bodies

Pairing: Steve/Tony Rating: T Words: 13,268 Tags: Misunderstandings, Insecure Steve, Oblivious Tony

Summary: Coincidentally, the physical effects of romantic and sexual desire match up very closely with the physical effects of fear. But it's not a problem-- it's not like anyone is going to be able to hear the way your heart speeds up, or see the minute dilation of your pupils, are they? They'd have to be some sort of Superhuman to do that. And what's worse than a Superhuman hearing that quick pulse and seeing those dilated eyes and concluding that you're in love with them? A Superhuman hearing that quick pulse and seeing those dilated eyes and thinking you're terrified of them.

Reasons why I love it: This is one of the most fun misunderstanding fics I've ever read. It feels so logical that Steve would come to the exact wrong conclusion, and of course they confront it in the most ass-backwards way possible. We love our idiots in love. This fic is fantastic, and I hope you check it out for yourself!

Going Steady

Pairing: Steve/Tony Rating: T Words: 13,497 Tags: Domestic Fluff, Hurt/Comfort, PTSD

Summary: Steve has a soft spot for the sound of Tony's heart.

Reasons why I love it: I love how despite all of their flaws and their shared trauma in the past they still find a way to love each other wholeheartedly. This is one of the most beautiful takes on the Infinity War aftermath that I know, and a fantastic exploration of how they deal with their PTSD to boot. I adore every word of it, and I hope you give it a shot, if you haven't already!

'Til Death Do Us Part

Pairing: Steve/Tony Rating: T Words: 15,612 Tags: Presumed Dead, Grief, Hurt/Comfort

Summary: Steve goes on a mission. Steve dies on the mission. Or at least, SHIELD make everyone think he's died on the mission. In reality, he's alive and well, and still kicking ass. If only someone had let his husband know that.

Reasons why I love it: Oh god, poor Tony, he's going through a lot in this one. I love how Steve comes to the rescue though and how he deals with SHIELD afterwards. This fic hurts, but it makes up for it with lots and lots of comfort and fluff. I love it so much, and I bet you will too, so go ahead and give it a read if you haven't already!

With BirdFlash fic there's no way I can't recommend this one for anyone who absolutely CRAVES Birdflash. (like me DGSDH) The series is full of fluff that will leave you with diabetes and also angst thrown in to spice things up and leave you with enough suspense to make you go "OUAHGGHHH!!!" There's SO much to unpack and honestly I cannot tell you enough to check this out if you haven't yet. The characterization is written amazingly well and feels very in character, the atmosphere and writing is fuckin GREAT and really makes you feel the PUNCH of words to really sell the FEELINGS. Some chapters in the series has smut so do with that as you will. But yA, the writing is top notch I’d say :D

Anyone who enjoys hurt/comfort Birdflash might like this! A Young Justice fic that also has Batman where Robin loses his memories and shit goes DOWN. Like, not DOWN down kind of down bad, but like enough to make you go “OH SHIT-” or “OH NO-”. There’s comedy, there’s bonding, there’s Robin and the team overall being badass, and even Barbara! And of course there’s angst but the ending is quite hopeful! Give this a read for sure if this pique your interest! It certainly did with me! :D Robin’s word play is also present, which is absolutely asterous

AKA Dick gets kidnapped (Again). This one is pretty recent but I’ve enjoyed it so far!! I hadn’t got the chance to finish it yet, but I love the writing here and the lil bit of suspense put in here. Short fic with Battinson Batman and Robin! I’ve not seen the movie (I WANT TO SO BADLY-) but even if you haven’t seen the movie, you’ll still enjoy this lil fic of Batman’s interaction with 9 year old Robin. Absolutely sweet and warm like a big ol blanket wrapped around you. Or in this case, Batman’s cape wrapped around you while he gives you a lil head pat kind of warmth.
