What would the prime tails think about modern tails?
Interesting...
Well, anon, I'll be real with you. From what I've gathered thus far, Modern Tails' characterization is inconsistent at best, so I think it would depend upon which game Prime!Tails gets to know Modern Tails from.
For example, I think if we look at Sonic Adventure Tails, given the fact that Prime does incorporate games canon into its timeline (despite the confirmation that it DOES take place within the games timeline, with the inconsistencies that also poses with timeline stuff and characterization I think it's more helpful to analyze what games canon it clearly pulls from to form its own canon) Prime!Tails would see himself in this version of Modern Tails. Sonic Adventure Era version of Modern Tails strikes me as a plausible younger version of Prime!Tails if you only look at Prime itself and don't consider that Prime is meant to fit within games canon.
Likewise, if Prime Tails looked from SA era Tails, to Sonic Boom Tails, to Sonic Lost World Tails, to Sonic Forces Tails, and then to Sonic Frontiers Tails, I think the inconsistencies in characterization would also probably confuse him a bit (basically, "if these are all 'modern Tails' why are they so different in how they act or how independent they are?"). I think Prime!Tails can absolutely understand any given version of Modern!Tails' wish to be able to be as strong as Sonic and stand on his own. I get the vibe from Prime!Tails (especially compared to Nine) that he is a valued part of the team and can pull his own weight fighting, but that he isn't as effective as Sonic on his own (unlike Nine, who had to both learn to be effective in combat AND in strategic planning). So, to me, Prime!Tails is in sort of this in between phase. He can keep up with Sonic, he can fight on the front lines with others, he can sit back and play strategist or give advice, and he builds tools and fixes the Tornado, but (either perhaps from settling into his current role for so long or from coming this far only to stagnate) he isn't quite to the level of hero who can work alone and at Sonic's side effectively. In this way, I think he can understand how SA1/SA2 era and Sonic Frontiers Era Tails feel.
So...I guess my verdict is this. Prime!Tails would be simultaneously confused by the inconsistencies in characterization, but I think he'd actively try to sympathize with the versions of Modern Tails (either by relating to them with his past or his present as well as he can). With that being said, though, we unfortunately didn't get to see much of Prime!Tails in Sonic Prime Canon, so I think I could have a more solid answer if we perhaps knew more about him.
#anon interview#sonic prime#sonic the hedgehog#modern tails#tails the fox#miles tails prower#I just be ramblin#To be honest‚ most of the difficulty in answering this question lies with 3 things#1. That we don't get to see much of who Prime Tails is as a character#2. Modern Tails is so inconsistent#3. By all accounts Prime Tails technically *is* Modern Tails. So it's both like wondering over how Sonic Forces Tails would see Sonic#Advance Tails (for example) and it adds to the characterization inconsistencies#In a perfect world where Modern Tails is handled better though‚ I'd like to think that Prime Tails and Modern Tails are both in a position#where they've stagnated so to speak. They can go on solo missions if they wanted. They could learn how to be a powerhouse or work to be like#Nine. They could really change things at any point and seriously persue a dream of being able to be as strong as or better than Sonic and#independent. And yet...my personal interpretation of modern Tails is that he chooses not to. To me‚ his original wishes to be strong and#independent and to keep up with Sonic all served to allow him to be with Sonic‚ be useful to Sonic‚ and to not feel weak. So to me he could#at any point choose to perfect himself as a hero on Sonic's level who ultimately doesn't need him‚ but instead he's more comfortable in this#position of always being able to be Sonic's little buddy who gets to be with him#No offense to Sega‚ but Tails has long grown past the wish to be able to fight on his own or go on solo adventures. He obtained these all a#long time ago. Rather‚ I think the conflict could comes in the difference in lives Sonic and Tails are going to want over time#Haha sorry accidentally went off there#Anyways if things were perfect then Prime Tails and Modern Tails would just be basically the same guy (and I honestly kind of treat them#that way in my head)#Thank you so much for the ask anon! I love talking about my fav‚ so if you have any other questions about Tails or my headcanons/opinions#regarding him‚ feel free to send me another ask😊💖

Please don't tune out when you get to the non-partisan section of your ballot this November. First off, where state Supreme Court justices are elected, Republicans are trying their darndest to elect candidates who will destroy reproductive freedom, gut voting rights, and do everything in their power to give "contested" elections to Republicans. Contrast Wisconsin electing a justice in 2023 who helped rule two partisan gerrymanders unconstitutional, versus North Carolina electing a conservative majority in 2022, who upheld a racist voter ID law and a partisan gerrymander that liberal justices had previously struck down both of.
Second, local judicial offices will make infinitely more of an impact on your community than a divided state or federal legislature will. District and circuit courts, especially, are where criminalization of homelessness and poverty play out, and where electing a progressive judge with a commitment to criminal justice reform can make an immediate difference in people's lives.
It's a premier example of buying people time, and doing profound-short-term good, while we work to eventually change the system. You might not think there will be any such progressive justices running in your district, but you won't know unless you do your research. (More on "research" in a moment.)
The candidates you elect to your non-partisan city council will determine whether those laws criminalizing homelessness get passed, how many blank checks the police get to surveil and oppress, and whether lifesaving harm reduction programs, like needle exchanges and even fentanyl test strips, are legal in your municipality. Your non-partisan school board might need your vote to fend off Moms for Liberty candidates and their ilk, who want to ban every book with a queer person or acknowledgement of racism in it.
Of course, this begs the question — if these candidates are non-partisan, and often hyper-local, then how do I research them? There's so much less information and press about them, so how do I make an informed decision?
I'm not an expert, myself. But I do think/hope I have enough tips to consist of a useful conclusion to this post:
Plan ahead. If you vote in person, figure out what's on your ballot before you show up and get jumpscared by names you don't know. Find out what's on your ballot beforehand, and bring notes with you when you vote. Your city website should have a sample ballot, and if they drop the ball, go to Ballotpedia.
Ballotpedia in general, speaking of which. Candidates often answer Ballotpedia's interviews, and if you're lucky, you'll also get all the dirt on who's donating to their campaign.
Check endorsements. Usually candidates are very vocal about these on their websites. If local/state progressive leaders and a couple unions (not counting police unions lol) are endorsing a candidate, then that's not the end of my personal research process per se, but it usually speeds things up.
Check the back of the ballot. That's where non-partisan races usually bleed over to. This is the other reason why notes are helpful, because they can confirm you're not missing anything.
I've seen some misconceptions in the reblogs, so an addendum to my point about bringing notes on the candidates: I strongly suggest making those notes a physical list that you bring polling place with you. Many states do allow phones at the polling place, but several states explicitly don't — Nevada, Maryland, and Texas all ban phones, and that may not be an exhaustive list. There may also be states that allow individual city clerks to set policies.
You should also pause and think before you take a photo of your ballot, because even some states that don't ban phones still ban ballot photographs. But whether it's a photo, or just having your phone in general — in an environment as high-risk for voter suppression as the current one, you don't want even a little bit of ambiguity about your conduct. Physical notes are your friends.

Damian on an interview that irrevocably won the hearts of the entire world his reputation wil never, ever, ever recover:
So he's on a quick interview just a light one that's probably gonna be edited to 5 mins that involved sitting and talking, and -most importantly the reason he'd suffered through it- petting dogs. And they get on to his dreams and expectations of the future, and of course he says something about having established veterinary clinics and caring homes for animals, and then he's asked, personally what did he think he'd look like, what feature of your parents will you get and.
Damian answers height, definitely height, both his father and mother are tall people (he is going to loom over lesser plebeians he will not allow otherwise) and even Jason has proven it so there's an example and even Dick himself is tall, Duke is growing uo to be tall too, so the precursor is giving him a solid support to his theory, even if he might be of the slighter physique like Cass amd Tim they're still not what you'd call short just like mother and Selina, (here, the interviewer blinks as Damian so very seriously mulls on that, going on a rant of probabilities and likelihood and genetics), internally Damian feels very assured of himself because his mother also created him in a test tube and surely she'd give him only the best feature, he's not like his siblings who depended on luck and genetic lottery because it'd been rigged for him since the start Talia certainly did not and could not go that far okay so it's practically guaranteed that he's going to be tall and he's been bombarded by social media of exactly how beautiful his family was so there's no question about that.
Yes, Damian gets so heated and passionate about this..... That he clearly forgot one crucial thing about his supporting points here and that the interviewer refuse to bring up. His conclusion is surely sound and solid.
The facts he'd brought up to support that though.
Perhaps we have live reaction of his dawning realization and mortification.
Maybe, distracted by the doggos, he doesn't register this until much, much later.
Dick, Cass, Jason, Tim, Duke, and Steph (who'd maybe been included too in an aside regarding her lighter hair that had darkened so perhaps Damian should expect his dark brown hair, from Talia, to settle into something darker approaching his father, Tim, and Cass'), share the clip with a heartfelt if also teasing and half joking comments.
Dick: AWWWW😭😭😭😭💗💗💗💗 We're a true family little D
Cass:, 💘❤️☺️
Jason: Yeah, absolutely solid argument here, I agree. Take the height Tim and Cass didn't.
Tim: I'll never forgive you if you grow taller than me, but I'll forgive you even less if, on top of that, you also don't grow taller than Jason.
Duke: This is so sweet dude 🥺🐶
Steph: Anticipating you in the hair color changing club (current members: my platinum-dark blonde, Jason's red-black)
Bruce: You make me proud
I love the trope of forgetting that you're not related.

That AMA marks the end of Dragon Age.
In my opinion.
I'll start by saying that I have played all 3 of the previous games repeatedly, I've loved the series for 15 years, more than half my life. These games inspired me to become a writer and they've shaped a lot of my tastes and interests in shows and writing -- to say they were formative is kind of an understatement. Don't want to go on and on about how much I loved them, that's not the point here.
I didn't care for Veilguard for pretty much all of the reasons people have already discussed at length on Reddit and Tumblr. The writing is comprehensively bad, the romances are easily the worst Bioware has written by pure virtue of having the most cookie-cutter pacing and shallow characterization I've seen across their games, the lore has been shafted in every direction, and the nuanced storytelling and roleplay I came to expect from the series has been taken out back and shot in the head.
All, apparently, in the name of a "clean slate". It seems to me that, rather than familiarizing himself with the existing lore of the game he took the creative reins on, Epler clearly had a vision for Dragon Age (or perhaps a different IP entirely) in his head that he decided to transplant into the game (and possibly Trick? But they've said so little beyond defending their work that I can hardly theorize what direction they were coming from). That being a sanitized, wildly self-contradicting, morally absolute shitshow focused on distancing itself from the previous games as much as possible. Now, I know it's unrealistic to blame one person entirely, and I don't blame him entirely. Corinne was there. Trick was there.
But if it wasn't already evident from the numerous interviews Epler's given on the game as well as his participation in the Q&A's (while the actual lead writer of the game has been completely absent in not just the marketing, but in most fan-related interaction pre and post-launch outside of BSKY), this AMA seems to have confirmed, more than anything else, that Epler doesn't understand the game nor does he understand its audience. Neither does Corinne Busche, who despite being Game Director for only the last two years of development, has been answering lore questions a) like she has any fucking clue and b) like she thinks Dragon Age is a cozy-gamer IP, meant to appeal to people that want uplifting stories with uncontroversial characters, morally upright heroes, and unquestionably evil villains.
So as of today's AMA, I think I've finally had enough. We're just outright retconning the lore in Reddit AMA's now, I guess. Among other things. I'll provide a few examples, just so we're all on the same page.
This was part of Epler's response to why Solas didn't have his cult following in the game (insert "We Kind of Forgot" meme here):
Solas' experience leading the rebellion against the Evanuris turned him against the idea of being a leader. You see it in the memories - the entire experience of being in charge ate at him and, ultimately, convinced him he needed to do this on his own. And his own motivations were very different from the motivations of those who wanted to follow him - he had no real regard for their lives or their goals. So at some point between Trespasser and DATV, he severed that connection with his 'followers' and went back to being a lone wolf.
The fact that this (the not caring bit) directly contradicts the writing in the actual game is absolutely INSANE to me, moreso than the lack of Solas's spy network (which he apparently carried with him for 10 years only to conveniently drop right before the ritual? Because he clearly had them research Rook?). But in regards to the not caring -- here's a line from Solas's memory of killing Mythal in Veilguard, which. I'll get to Mythal in a minute:
Why should I not tear down the Veil, and bring back immortality to all the elven people? They deserve it!
Which is it? Does Solas care about the people he's saving (the venn diagram of people he's saving vs. the people following him is surely a circle, i.e. elves) or not? Does he even care about the spirits trapped behind the Veil anymore or is it just convenient to abandon them and have him only care about elves, now? What happened to saving The People? What happened to him not identifying as an elf in his conversations with a Dalish Inquisitor? And what the absolute fuck happened to him wanting to bring back the magical marvels (that the ancient elves did in fact achieve) that were greater than anything we see in Thedas today? Here's what Epler has to say about elven magic, now:
I do agree that the elves have had their place in the sun at this point. [...] The thing about the Evanuris is that, ultimately, they were able to take a very specific type of magic and shape it into doing what they wanted. But even their understanding of magic was only skin deep [...] Even the magic that Tevinter wields, the magic of the Southern mages, is different from what the Evanuris used. The magic of the Evanuris is powerful but it's sterile, and it's constrained. So while the Evanuris have made magic work in a way that's more predictable and understandable, it's not the only kind of magic out there, and even then, I'd say they understood it at a very surface level. People were confidently describing how the natural world worked back in the 16th century. Very few of them were right.
First of all, Tevinter has been stated in previous games to have clumsily adapted ancient elven magic for their own, but they did adapt it. To the point where even Solas is surprised that Corypheus achieved effective immortality -- by binding himself to a dragon the same way the Evanuris did. So, cool, more contradicting the lore here. "They understood it at a very surface level" you mean when all of the magic of the Fade wasn't locked behind the Veil? You mean when magic flowed freely through the world? What do you mean, Surface Fucking Level? The entire point of the Dalish elf culture is what they lost; this wasn't the ancient elves thinking the sun revolved around the earth, the Veil was their fucking Library of Alexandria burning. Oh my god. I still cannot believe he said this.
And how have the elves had their day in the sun? I'm sorry, was Arlathan not given to... the Veil Jumpers? Instead of the Dalish? What happened to all the Dalish clans in the south, who had no infrastructure when the world was apparently blighted to hell? I guess they're just gone now! They've had their day! The story of the Dalish and the Evanuris is over (also confirmed in this AMA), and it apparently ends with the final snuff of the candle that is their culture. Congratulations, Chantry, you've won! Only took two genocides and a double blight, but we're done with the Dalish now! We get your mind-numbingly superficial factions instead!
What happened to Mythal, by the way? What happened to "She was betrayed as I was betrayed, as the world was betrayed! Mythal clawed and crawled her way through the ages to me, and I will see her avenged!" What happened to the reckoning that will shake the very heavens? John's answer to this:
People grow and change over time. Mythal's essence - and in particular, the fragment of her spirit that Morrigan carries, that she got from Flemeth - is not the same Mythal who he knew millennia ago. Centuries of living in this world and being around the kinds of people Flemeth found herself around - the Hero of Ferelden, Hawke, the Inquisitor - changed her views, and made her realize her own culpability in turning Solas into the kind of person he is now.
Oh, right, okay. So she was pissed for like a thousand years, got her big speech about the impending "reckoning" out 10 years ago, and then she just chilled out because the last 3 heroes were neat people. What a fucking joke. And yes, here is the confirmation that the Evanuris story is over --
The story of the Evanuris is done - the gods are dead (or imprisoned) and Thedas is in a state of flux and uncertainty. I imagine that whatever happens next is going to be a surprise to everyone, including the people of Thedas."
So I guess Mythal's reckoning is never coming. One of the most fascinating characters in the series, shrouded in mystery for those first 3 games, PROMISING US a blaze of glory, only to fizzle out in this one. Again, and I can't emphasize this enough, for Epler's clean fucking slate. And we've not just tied up her story, but also the Veil and the Blight:
When Solas bound himself (or, depending on your ending, was forcibly bound) to the Veil, it severed the connection that the Blight had to the waking world. The reality is that the Veil has been leaking ever since the Magisters first entered the Black City, and the dreams of the Titans gave it its terrible and awesome power. Now that the Veil is fully repaired, the Blight lacks that motive force, and being so close to the epicenter of that change has stripped the Blight in Minrathous of its vitality. It's calcified now - dead - and Bellara/Neve no longer suffer its effects. If they'd been anywhere else, further from that epicenter, it would've likely been different and they still would be looking for a cure.
So the Veil is permanently fixed now because our half-dead Dread Wolf bound himself to it (a decision I still don't understand) and that somehow fixed every single hole ever poked in it. Fully repaired. No more holes, no more "Veil is thin here" because tons of people died in the same spot, nope, we're washing our hands and leaving it (and the spirits) behind us because we've wrapped up both the series-long Veil storyline and the blight storyline in a big red bow.
And Epler tells us Solas not only bound himself to the Veil but fixed it entirely in one fell swoop, no ritual required, just a little slice to the hand. Again, all in the name of a clean slate, so any future installments or media centered around Thedas can turn away from this story.
Then there's this. What we can expect from future installments, I freaking guess. The aforementioned roleplay getting taken out back and shot:
Q: "What lead you to the decision to step away from active conversations with the companions as in previous Bioware games, where you can initiate them at any moment and ask exhaustive questions?"
John: "For us, because of tech limitations, it became a choice between exhaustive investigate conversations, or letting the companions move more freely around the Lighthouse. With the kind of experience we were going for, one where seeing the team grow around you is paramount, we felt that seeing them interact in common spaces (and in each other's rooms) made more sense."
Literally confirmed that they chose companions moving freely about the cabin over ... interacting with them outside the handful of cutscenes we got. Who in their right mind would think this was a good call in a Dragon Age game? A series that quite literally prides itself on complex character interactions and storytelling? So they could... sit in different places? Are you kidding me?
They don't see an issue with the game's reception. They don't have any interest in addressing or responding to criticism. They're either happy with their choices or EA's got a gun pointed at their heads, I'm honestly not sure anymore. I used to believe the latter was true, but looking at both Epler's and Busche's responses today, I'm inclined to believe the former.
So I think that's it for the series. Not that I thought it was going to get another game after this, but on the absolute off chance it did, what would be the point? The best stories were ruined. Anything left they have to tell is going to read a lot like Veilguard -- superficial, morally absolute, flagrantly disrespectful to the lore, and delivered in a very poorly written package.

Terry Pratchett about fantasy ❤
Terry Pratchett interview in The Onion, 1995 (x)
O: You’re quite a writer. You’ve a gift for language, you’re a deft hand at plotting, and your books seem to have an enormous amount of attention to detail put into them. You’re so good you could write anything. Why write fantasy?
Terry: I had a decent lunch, and I’m feeling quite amiable. That’s why you’re still alive. I think you’d have to explain to me why you’ve asked that question.
O: It’s a rather ghettoized genre.
Terry: This is true. I cannot speak for the US, where I merely sort of sell okay. But in the UK I think every book— I think I’ve done twenty in the series— since the fourth book, every one has been one the top ten national bestsellers, either as hardcover or paperback, and quite often as both. Twelve or thirteen have been number one. I’ve done six juveniles, all of those have nevertheless crossed over to the adult bestseller list. On one occasion I had the adult best seller, the paperback best-seller in a different title, and a third book on the juvenile bestseller list. Now tell me again that this is a ghettoized genre.
O: It’s certainly regarded as less than serious fiction.
Terry: (Sighs) Without a shadow of a doubt, the first fiction ever recounted was fantasy. Guys sitting around the campfire— Was it you who wrote the review? I thought I recognized it— Guys sitting around the campfire telling each other stories about the gods who made lightning, and stuff like that. They did not tell one another literary stories. They did not complain about difficulties of male menopause while being a junior lecturer on some midwestern college campus.
Fantasy is without a shadow of a doubt the ur-literature, the spring from which all other literature has flown. Up to a few hundred years ago no one would have disagreed with this, because most stories were, in some sense, fantasy. Back in the middle ages, people wouldn’t have thought twice about bringing in Death as a character who would have a role to play in the story. Echoes of this can be seen in Pilgrim’s Progress, for example, which hark back to a much earlier type of storytelling. The epic of Gilgamesh is one of the earliest works of literature, and by the standard we would apply now— a big muscular guys with swords and certain godlike connections— That’s fantasy. The national literature of Finland, the Kalevala. Beowulf in England. I cannot pronounce Bahaghvad-Gita but the Indian one, you know what I mean. The national literature, the one that underpins everything else, is by the standards that we apply now, a work of fantasy.
Now I don’t know what you’d consider the national literature of America, but if the words Moby Dick are inching their way towards this conversation, whatever else it was, it was also a work of fantasy. Fantasy is kind of a plasma in which other things can be carried. I don’t think this is a ghetto. This is, fantasy is, almost a sea in which other genres swim. Now it may be that there has developed in the last couple of hundred years a subset of fantasy which merely uses a different icongraphy, and that is, if you like, the serious literature, the Booker Prize contender. Fantasy can be serious literature. Fantasy has often been serious literature. You have to fairly dense to think that Gulliver’s Travels is only a story about a guy having a real fun time among big people and little people and horses and stuff like that. What the book was about was something else. Fantasy can carry quite a serious burden, and so can humor. So what you’re saying is, strip away the trolls and the dwarves and things and put everyone into modern dress, get them to agonize a bit, mention Virginia Woolf a few times, and there! Hey! I’ve got a serious novel. But you don’t actually have to do that.
(Pauses) That was a bloody good answer, though I say it myself.

eddie isn't getting any jobs because he's in all his interviews being asked if he can tell them about a time he used creative problem solving and he's like. well so once we had like 15 minutes to get to this basketball game across town but my buddy's truck had a boot on the tire so i said get me your spare and we had that tire changed in five minutes flat, sat in our seats just at the game start. can you give us an example of your strong work ethic and tenacity mentioned on your cv. sure of course so once at work my partner was at the top of the ladder during a storm and i was on the controls and then this bolt of lightning struck the top of the ladder and threw me about ten feet but i got right back up and then i saw buck hanging limp from the top of the ladder and i ran up there without a harness in the pouring rain and i felt like one big bruise but i just had to get to him yknow and then i tried to pull him up even though he was dead weight but then i managed to keep it together enough to lower him down to help and i drove the ambulance to the hospital and i was the one to get his heart beating again in the emergency room. would you say you work well as part of a team. oh totally i spent 24 and 48 hour shifts with my colleagues and then we'd still hang out outside of work, i was at one of my colleagues' vow renewal and the others' wedding, i checked in on my boss to make sure he wasn't relapsing, my partner broke my door down to comfort me after i found out everyone i'd served with was dead, my partner and me used to spend shifts attached at the hip and then we'd go home together to hang out and then he'd facetime me like as soon as he got home, he's helping me raise my son, i'd known him for less than a shift when we promised to have each other's backs and we've never once wavered :) does that answer your question?
#sami rambles#the interviewers are just sat there like. ummm you'll be hearing from us. maybe. possibly. i wouldn't bet on it.#911 show#eddie diaz#buddie

Creator Spotlight: @themetalhiro
Hi, I’m Metal! I’m a freelance artist from good ol’ New Jersey. My favorite things to work with are a lot of bright colors, exaggerated poses, and candid scenarios. I try to farm sensible chuckles whenever I can, so I’m also big into comics. I love making them about my life, and the media I’m into, and one day I’d like to publish my own series! Thank you to everyone who has gotten me this far!!
Check out Metal's interview below!
Did you originally have a background in art? If not, how did you start?
I guess so! It’s funny, I don’t remember a single time in my life that I wasn’t drawing as a hobby… somewhere in middle school (a little late, I know.) I put the pieces together that animated movies were made by artists, and that it wasn’t just for fun, they were paid to do it. The moment I discovered people could be paid to make art, I decided I would do that, too. Now I’m here!
How has your style developed over the years?
I think the best way to answer this would be with an example! Over the last few years, I have made more of an effort to draw more intentionally, which sounds silly. Now, I put more thought into my poses and step out of my comfort zone with shape language and composition. I had a phase where I drew everyone with a huge, perfectly circular head and no nose. That definitely did not lend much variety...
Which 3 famous artists (dead or alive) would you invite to your dinner party?
Ack! I’m so terrible at history! I’d love to give a well-thought-out answer about fine artists of old, but I don't think we’d have much in common… Most artists I admire and who have driven me forward creatively are the people behind comics I’ve read. Andrew Hussie, Bryan Lee O’Malley, Eiichiro Oda... these guys have inspired me greatly and had a heavy influence in developing my art style and sense of humor. I’d love to ask them questions about their processes and upcoming projects. I think it would make for an entertaining night!
Over the years as an artist, what were your biggest inspirations behind your creativity?
Outside of pure aesthetics like searing bright colors, layered clothing, and loud noises…. the best and most inspiring moments in my life were those surrounded by friends and loved ones! I cherish the hell out of memories of hanging around in fun locations, trying weird food together, and impromptu midnight walks... so I try my best to capture that atmosphere and my own memories in my work when I can, even if I’m imposing fictional characters on top of them. That’s always the core of it.
What is a medium that you have always been intrigued by but would never use yourself?
I would never permanently refuse a medium, but every time I pick up clay, I’m like a baby using its hands for the first time. Absolutely dreadful. If one day I could make and paint a figurine like the ones I admire in videos, that would be awesome... But for now, I’m not counting on it.
How do you want to evolve as a creator?
I’ve had an absolute blast drawing fanart over the years, and it’s certainly played a massive role in my growth as an artist. But my dream has always been to publish my own stories for y'all to enjoy! I have lots of worlds I want to introduce to you before I’m old and gray. I want to get faster, work harder, and get better at drawing interesting settings so I can get the wheels turning as soon as possible. I also want to stop avoiding the color blue like a coward.
What do you wish you knew when you first started out creating art that you know now?
Pay your taxes quarterly. Tablets will break at the exact moment you need them most, so have a spare. Wear your blue light glasses. You’re going to need to wear a brace on every joint on the right side of your body. It can be lonely sitting at your desk all day. The car on the side of the road that costs $1000 cash….. don’t trust it!!!
Who on Tumblr inspires you and why?
@cranity—They use absolutely beautiful colors and weighty line work. Everything looks so sharp and clean! I wanna put it all up on my wall!
@vewn—Their ability to crank out quality short films and illustrations packed with detail is incredible. The off-kilter perspective they use really sells disorientation and catches your attention like nothing else.
@nelnal—They have absolutely banger character designs again and again, I can’t believe one person’s mind can come up with so many creative ideas!
@jinx88kc—They have a beautiful and recognizable style, and the way they incorporate animation into their illustrations sometimes is SO cool!
Thanks for stopping by, Metal! For more of Metal’s work, follow their Tumblr, @themetalhiro! If you haven't seen their Meet the Artist piece, be sure to check it out here!

g!p jealous ceo giselle please?
cw: anal, blowjob, breeding, creampie, degradation, deep throat, hair pulling, handjob, humiliation, spanking.

ceo giselle would be the ceo who gives the worst headaches because she knows how to get under your skin
you can’t complain about your job as a personal assistant and secretary because it’s a good job, the pay is good and you need the job. over time you obviously got used to her, but she is still the same undisciplined ceo with a shitty attitude and passive aggressive comments that she was on the day of your first interview
typing, preparing and collating reports was one of the most exhausting tasks you could have, you would always much rather answer calls and respond to messages than deal with all the paperwork full of words that mean absolutely nothing 😮💨 when you go to giselle’s office and leave the papers on the table, she gives you that demeaning look and a mocking grin that you despise so much. she always looks for even the smallest mistake and focuses on the small details to minimize your work
“the word you used here is informal. change it.”
“you forgot to put a full stop here.”
“i don’t like the font you used on this document. please write the report again. i want it tomorrow at the same time as today.”
but you have to keep a good attitude and behavior!! so keep a smile if you don’t want to be fired 😄 nodding at her command and walking out of the office, crumpling the paper into a ball and throwing it in the trash as soon as you leave her office
she also treats you like her slave 💀 your job as a secretary also requires you to take on receptionist duties in addition to your administrative responsibilities. for example, greeting clients arriving for conferences or meetings and being the person who helps visitors settle in, bringing refreshments, taking notes during client meetings, etc. in addition to scheduling meetings and conferences, your job was also to take responsibility for organizing and leading meetings. yes, giselle often forces you to participate in her conferences
but giselle treats you like you’re a maid, snapping her fingers followed by a “get me and the men a cup of coffee. you know how i like it: hot and not much sugar. be quick.” and you don’t know if it's her attitude that puts you in a worse mood or the way the businessmen are looking at you
but here we go again, keep a smile if you don’t want to be fired
but today was different. you felt like men were making fun of you because they looked at you with funny expressions when you talked, interrupting you to ask stupid questions or comments that were slowly making you angry. they even gave you glances from head to toe without worrying about being discreet, this being the only thing that seemed to bother giselle
“we’re thirsty. go get us some fresh water. room temperature.” another snap of her fingers, but giselle’s tone is more demanding and that makes you feel… turned on?? you never liked her orders, or well, you didn’t like to admit that you liked listening to them, but that’s a secret 🤫🤐
men collectively directing their gazes at your body as you leave the meeting room 💀 giselle getting so pissed off that her tongue hits the inside of her cheek to keep from telling everyone to fuck off, but her anger is so big that she ends the meeting immediately and throws all the men out of the room
ohhh and giselle is pissed as hell and you notice it when you get back to the conference room she grabs you by the arm and practically throws you against the table
“giselle, what the fuck is your problem?”
“what the fuck is your problem? acting like a slut in front of all those men, seriously? do you have any idea how that could affect my company’s image? you’re a whore, (y/n)…”
and of course you get upset by her accusations!! giselle always tries to be on your ass all the time, and you try very hard to remain professional, but she exhausts your patience and you dare to respond
you dare to answer. answer to giselle
“why don’t you go fuck yourself, giselle? i’m sick of your smug, shitty attitude.”
so giselle gets upset because you dare to talk to her in a bad way and decides to shut you up by making you give her a blowjob? WELL YES—
as she forces you to your knees you give her a dirty look, trying to stand up but she grabs your hair in a ponytail and gives it a hard tug SHE ALSO SLAP YOU WITH HER THICK COCK?!?! giselle just loves to see the death stare you give her…
giselle smiles in amusement as she sees your pathetic attempts to free yourself from her grip, placing your hands on her thighs and trying to push her away, but giselle places both hands on either side of her head and pushes you down onto her cock, moaning as she thrusts into your mouth and uses you like a fleshlight 🥴
looking down to meet your tear filled eyes looking up at her, the obscene noise of you choking on her length and the feeling and her head hitting the back of your throat and your nose tickling against her pelvis with every thrust 🤤 but she doesn’t cum in your mouth, instead she pulls out a few seconds before cumming, jerking off her cock and shooting thick ropes of warm and sticky cum onto your face 💕 mainly by dirtying the lenses of your glasses because since she saw you using them when you were in front of the computer or reading documents, something in her brain changed completely 😊
then she pushes you onto the table without bothering to remove any papers or documents from it, placing one hand on the back of your head to push your face into the hard wood and using the other to push your skirt up to your waist, drooling at the sight of your perfect ass and soaked panties 😵💫 giselle doesn’t waste any time and squeezes your asscheeks and then gives one of your cheeks a hard smack that leaves the print of her palm in a bright red tone, it’s something gigi has wanted to do for a long time and has always been resisting, so today she is going to take advantage of the opportunity!!
fucking your ass because she says your pussy doesn’t deserve her cock :( making you beg and whimper at how much your pussy was leaking and clenching around nothing
“you can go and ask one of them to fuck you, you know? i bet you even fuck my employees when i’m not looking, don’t you?”
and even when she is destroying your ass she doesn’t stop being rude to you 😔 pulling your tie just enough so that it tightens around your neck and takes away your breath for a moment, grabbing your tits from behind and squeezing them over your shirt, groping your ass and digging her fingers into your skin…
cumming inside you and pulling out of your ass with a filthy “pop”, forcing you to open your own cheeks to admire in detail how her creamy essence slowly oozes from your hole and maybe forcing you to push it inside you again using two fingers 🥴
collapsing without air on the large table in the meetings room, only for giselle to adjust her suit and tell you “tomorrow there will be a job interview to recruit new office workers, try to look presentable. oh, and later i will send you the paperwork i need you to fill out, it’s due on monday.”
but you wouldn’t complain about hard work if it means getting a good fucking from your boss later

I'll tell you about what your path to fame would be like

pile 1
Look, you might like to stay and be alone, so with fame, you would need to manage your emotions very well, this desire to lock yourself in a room and stay there for days, and you would also have to practice a lot of patience, for some I see that it would take a long time for you to be successful or known by your audience because you would do it all alone, without connections (which is very difficult, practically impossible, I would give you all the credit for that), it would take time but you would establish yourself and be able to have a loyal audience, one of those types of famous people who spend years without releasing anything new but when they do it is still successful, that audience that never abandons you, you would establish your place in the media, no matter what you do, you would be remembered by someone when the subject was this, for example there is a debate about music, someone would always mention one of your songs or your career. What can I say? You would be a consolidated artist, have your place in the media, and be able to leave the scene (which many would want) and live your life while earning a lot of money from your past work. I don't see you being super active in the media or with fans, but even so you would have your career and audience, very significant, you know?
pile 2
Look, it would be a tension here, some of you could be famous because of a sport, they could be athletes, be in the Olympics, something in the media that requires a lot of people around you, a lot of people instructing you, how you should sit, speak, give interviews, dress, literally like a doll. I feel like you guys already have the knack for fame (those who watched Pearl know what I'm talking about lol) you have potential in you or someone important in the industry saw it in you and decided to invest in you. I see a man, you would have a lot of people with you, a lot of staff, every time someone asked you a question you would look at someone on your team to see their reaction to answer the question, and all this because really important people with money in the industry would invest in you, you know? You could end up getting pregnant later (or adopting a child, becoming a father or mother in some way), and returning later as CEO or being that person who one day found you, saw you, your potential and invested, you could take on that role.
pile 3
lol some of them have a touch of nepotism in the middle, look how interesting, I see that you could be famous because of someone else too, in fact it would be a duo, you wouldn't be successful alone but rather invested with another person, it could be a partnership, a romance, a friendship, but you would become famous together, one of you can only have nepotism in the middle or was really born to be that or had someone you knew who inspired that person, somehow, fame was in destiny while the other wasn't, but that doesn't leave the other behind because there is success and prosperity in fame for them too, I don't see any drama happening behind the scenes here, even if both are young and immature in some aspects and even innocent.

AWESOME SEX-ED
Ok it has just occurred to me that probably not everyone knows about my favorite sex-ed resource, Scarleteen! They have loads of great articles with information about sex, birth control, etc. They also have ways for you to ask questions that you want answered!
They have articles on everything from having sex as a disabled person, a fat person, and/or an intersex person to how to get FREE birth control as a minor(!!!) asexuality 101 and so much more!!
This is an awesome resource and my go-to when I want to know something about sex, I highly recommend it for anyone with questions/curiosities about sex, and while it's largely teen focused, there will be something here that's helpful for just about anyone!
When I started writing this post I was just going to include a couple articles... but I found so many I like so here are a bunch that may be helpful under the cut (Disclaimer: I have not read all of them because there are so many, nor am I in every group of people they're about, for example I'm not intersex or disabled, so I can't speak to the accuracy of all of them, but I've generally found Scarleteen to be pretty reliable.)
The articles I've included are mostly less typical stuff and things I think are super important but not talked about enough, if you're looking for more basic sex-ed just going to their website will get you started.
Tagging a couple accounts on here who do sex-ed stuff incase they want to reblog (No pressure though <3) @certifiedsexed @batmanisagatewaydrug
