Akogare's Matilda Dress recolour/retexture

I love the dress Akogare made a year ago for TSR YeMedieval collab and have been using it on my little Celtic sims all the time, but originally it had only some 8 or 9 swatches. A big waste for such a pretty thing! Now it can have more... MUCH more.

This time it's really just a recolour. Mesh not included. You need to grab the original one from TSR: here! (And I really hope Akogare is ok with it: all their new creations disallow recolouring, but older ones, including this one, say it's fine if you don't include the mesh, so... We're good, right? It's really fine?)

Comes in 3 versions:

Solids, meaning 40 swatches in my Iron Age palette;

Tartan Welsh, meaning 17 swatches with (afaik) actual Welsh patterns

and last but not least, Tartan Mix, meaning... drum rolls please... 85 swatches with different tartan patterns found on clan.com. Starter Seeds - A Tiny 4t2 Base Game Conversion

This is a ridiculously small download, but I wanted these and thought someone else might too.🌱

I keep starting these crazy conversion projects and then I remember I forgot a lot of the neat stuff I knew before I took a year+ break and now I am a pleb again. So I decided to scale back my ambitions and try something small. I wasn't necessarily thinking so literally small, but then I saw these in the unconverted section of the @sims4t2bb database, and it seemed like a more reasonable project than some of my recent attempts. 😅 I guess it was, because it worked!

So! Here's a cute little seed packet with six recolors - flowers (mesh), vegetables, herbs, trees, uncommon plants and rare plants. The uncommon and rare packets are not pictured above; I messed up when I took the screenshot. However, you can see them here:

Robin takes a seat in Bailey's chair. It creaks making him jump but he shakes it off. Everyone's asleep... there's no way anyone heard that... 

Robin continues opening the computer and using the USB he got from Mickey to Crack the password and break into the old computer. The soft blue light flickers on and Bailey's home screen pops up... bailey's computer is more organized then Robin thought and finding your file is easy. 

Robin looks over the numerous notes and offers over you. Prices and profiles and matches... and videos... 

Curiosity overwhelms Robin as he clicks on one of the videos labeled with a generic string of numbers. 

It starts tame. You're asleep in the camera view. The camera zooms in on your face as you snore into your pillow. You twitch a bit and the camera shakes as if the person filming was startled. It ends shortly after that. 

Robin considers downloading that one. He loves your face when you're asleep. So peaceful and cute. He drags the file out and opens up Bailey's email to send it to himself. There's more video and Robin decides to save the good ones before he deletes them forever. 

They're mostly of you asleep. But there are some with you in Bailey's office. Most of the time you're just being yourself. Sometimes you crying... robin still saves those... 

Until one video with an actual name pops up... it's the last one in the file... "virginity" ... robin holds his breath as he hovers the mouse over it. He doesn't know what's on this one... but he can imagine... and the image isn't good. 

He still clicks on it.

It starts normally. More footage of you asleep. But this time the camera is set on your bedside table and within a moment calloused rough hands grab you. One covers your mouth and the other goes to your throat they squeeze around you as you startle awake and begin to panic. 

Robin can tell your attacker is Bailey. The tattoos are a dead giveaway as he continues to attack you. You're screaming and thrashing at first trying to beat Bailey off but he threatens to break your neck and you stop... robin leans closer to the screen his eyebrows furrowed as he silently begs you to keep fighting as Bailey thrusts into you. 

Tears stream down your cheeks as you look up at him you don't even see the camera... you don't know Bailey is filming you. Saving this moment for later... 

You let out soft pleas whimpers and occasional moans as Bailey handles you roughly. Robin can barely stand it as he watches it all go down but he's unable to tear his eyes away. 

The thrusting stops and Bailey chuckles a bit off screen robin can't see his face but he knows that bastard his grinning as his hands leave your throat. "I guess I do own you," Bailey says. He reaches out for the camera and the video ends.

Robin is hyperventilating he can't even possess what he just saw but suddenly his plans to leave this place crumble. He turns off the computer and rushes out back to his room holding his mouth and nose closed as he gets back into his bed. He closes his eyes and tries to think of anything else but the image of you is stuck in his mind. Bailey's voice as he taunted and raped you. Robin can't think of anything worse. He bites down on his fingers and presses his other hand into his pants to his hard-on.

He knows it's wrong to jerk off to the image of you being violated. Much less with Bailey. But he can't help it...

Full giffing process - tutorial (*≧ω≦*)

Due to little demand, i will be going thru my complete process for making gifs. so this will cover all the basics i hope! keep in mind this is just the way I personally do things! please feel free to send me asks or dms if you have any doubts or questions!

☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆ DISCLAIMER: Everything I know about giffing, I've learned from other tutorials, including the VapourSynth Resources I'll be using in this tutorial so I'll leave links to those tutorials I've used here as well!

In Depth Giffing Tutorial (link here) How to use VapourSynth (link here) ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆

(o´▽`o) I'm a windows user so idk if this works exactly the same on mac!

First things first, you will need:

☆ 4k video downloader (download it here!) ☆ Vapoursynth (32bit download / 64bit download) ☆ Photoshop (download it here! -64bit version only)

Okay! The first thing you need to do is make sure you're working with the highest quality material possible to ensure a decent looking gif!

I'd say the minimum quality needed for decent gifs is 1080px. But if you really want to gif that low quality 2 frame milisecond of your fave, i respect that

☆ lives / streams and tiktoks are typically not very high quality ☆ for stage performances such as music shows, ts/tp files are preferred but those can be really hard to get a hold of (this is a whole deeper level of giffing hell and more of an advanced class topic so nevermind this for now!) ☆ those occasional 4k facecams on youtube work fine tho! ☆ for mvs, variety shows etc, you can download the video with good quality from youtube using 4k video downloader

Now let's talk about tumblr and it's pre-requisites for a good looking gif post :D

Tumblr can be sooooo annoying about gifs okay.... I find it's best to plan my whole set before I actually start doing anything but hey that's just me. Some things to keep in mind are: dimensions, file size, number of frames and post layout!

☆ Dimensions

You have 3 main options here and it's all about the width!

☆ 1 collumn: single gifs! these should be 540px wide ☆ 2 collumns: split that in half! 268px wide so there's a lil breathing space between the gifs! ☆ 3 collumns: 3's a party! 177px for each gif please

You can go crazy on the height but the width should mostly stick to one of those 3 unless you want tumblr to pull and squeeze your gif around like a piece of gum.

☆ File Size

This is really important because tumblr has a single image size limit of 10mb. Which means that every single gif you make has to be under that size or you won't be able to post it. The other thing about this is that the dimensions, number of frames and ammount of varying colors throughtout your gif will greatly impact on the final file size. Basically, the larger the dimensions and the more frames it has, the bigger the final file will be. Later on I will show you how to check your gif's final size before exporting it!

☆ Number of frames

This has more to do with the length of your gif, the longer it is, the bigger the final file will be. Typically gifs should be under 3 seconds long. So if you are making a set, try to break the moments you want to include in your set by increments of up to 2 - 3 seconds each, otherwise it might not fit all into one single gif. The number of frames is also extremely important when making combined gifs but that's for another tutorial.

☆ Post layout

If you want to make a cool looking gifset (where some gifs are larger in dimension than others, or when you want to have a single gif followed by a line of 2 gifs next to each other), then it might be worth it to plan out the layout before you start making the gifs. This way you ensure you won't have to remake gifs down the line because they don't fit together the way you wanted to.

Timestamping

For this step, you will go through the video you want to gif from and you will just write down all the sections you want to use, down to the exact seconds. Example: 02:30 - 02:32.

VapourSynth (VS) - Clipping the video

I know VS can look pretty intimidating with it's bare coding and all but I promise it can be your friend. You just have to set it up correctly and pay close attention whenever you're using it. This software is a must for giffing, it will do all your cropping, resizing, sharpening and denoising for you, making sure your gifs look good. It is also indispensable when giffing ts/tp files because it deinterlaces those files so you can clip them.

First, let's set it up. This is the most annoying and difficult part of this tutorial so make sure you pay full attention to every single step!

☆ step 1) download a version of VS here (link).

☆ step 2) unzip the file on your desktop area.

☆ step 3) open the folder and find the file named "vapourscript (drop video file on me)" - make a shortcut of that file and move it to the desktop.

☆ step 4) find the folder named "gifs" - make a shortcut of that file and move it to the desktop.

☆ step 5) drag your video file you want to gif from and drop it on top of the "vapourscript (drop video file on me)" shortcut on your desktop.

☆ step 6) enter the timestamp input, in the first line it will be the starting of your timestamp, in hours format, then hit enter. in the second line enter how long your timestamps lasts, in seconds, also in hours format. then hit enter and let the code run.

☆ step 7) the resizer tab should now load on a web browser, then you will set the dimensions of your gif on the top left corner. you can also adjust the position of your gif within the video screen and zoom in if wanted.

☆ step 8) choose the preprocessor, denoise and sharpening options on the left and tick the boxes on. I usually just stick to the settings i'm using in my video down below.

☆ step 9) now in the VS box, go to file > load, choose the script saved in the gifs folder.

☆ step 10) copy the code from the resizer into the code in the vs screen, under the designated line.

☆ step 11) alter the code exactly like I did in my video down below. save it. this is now your default vs script for clipping your gifs. what you are doing by adding the hastag and the quotation marks is you're disabling those sections of the code. the reason you do that is in case you want to run the preview before exporting. this is because those lines involve some heavy graphic processing which can make the computer slow. I will talk about the script in more detail later on.

☆ step 12) i don't usually use this option but you can also preview your gif and set specific frames to start and end your gif. This is around the 4:30 mark in the video.

☆ step 13) time to export your clip! now you will temporarily remove the marks you added to disable the code and then go to script > encode video. in the popup box, you will select the option "export to MOV", then start so that you can use that video file in photoshop later.

☆ step 14) after you are done exporting, close the encoding box and then close vapoursynth, never agree to save the script when closing it, or that will override your default script.

☆ step 15) now you need to rename the encoded file for your gif. go to the gifs shortcut folder you created on your desktop, then go to output. this is the folder where VS will save all your encoded files. but everytime it saves the file with the same name so you need to come to this folder and change the name for every gif file you encode before you clip a new one, otherwise VS will just replace the previous clip with the new one you just finished.

Here's a detailed walk through of each step in this video tutorial:

IMPORTANT

After you are done processing your first clipped file, now you have your default script already built in VS, so whenever you run it to clip more videos, this script will already be in your VS screen. So now all you need to do whenever you want to clip more files (to make more gifs) is to adjust the dimensions, positioning and zoom of the video in the resizer screen and then change a few numbers in your script! then run encode to save the clipped file.

☆ To make new clips: go thru steps 5- 7, also do 8 if you want to mess with the denoise and sharpening filters again, but I don't really know much about how those work so I can't help you with this.

Now what you need to alter in the code, each time you are making a new gif: after you run VS and change the settings in the resizer to what you want, you need to change the zoom numbers and the video positioning in the code.

you need to replace the numbers in the VS script on the left so they match the numbers in the resizer on the right.

Do step 12 if you want to set specific frames to clip. Then steps 13 - 15 and you are done! You need to do all this every single time you want to make a new gif.

Now let me talk a bit more about some of the lines in this script:

☆ line 14: #video = core.std.Trim(video, a, b) this line is to set specific frames to trim your video section, your final encoded file will be only the frames inbetween the numbers you input here. a = first frame, b = last frame. you will need to run the preview option in VS in order to see every single frame of your clip and select your first and last frame. I usually do this in photoshop later instead so I don't bother with it on VS unless i'm making combined gifs, in which you need all the clips to have the exact same number of frames. the hashtag at the beginning of this line means that the script won't follow this command when executed. so if you want to include it, you need to remove the hashtag before encoding your file.

☆ line 18: #video = haf.QTGMC(video, Preset="Slower", TFF=True) this line is for the preprocessor option in VS, that tool is mainly only used when giffing ts/tp files because you need to deinterlace them before you can use them on photoshop. so you will only need to remove the hashtag and enable it when giffing those types of files. when im giffing those files, i usually always keep it with this setting:

I don't really understand much about this so I never mess with it. If you want to know more, I believe there's more info about it in the tutuorials I linked at the beginning of my post.

☆ line 22: video = descale.Debilinear(video, 786,442) this line is for the zoom of the video screen. you just need to match what you have in your VS script to what you end up with in your resizer.

☆ line 25: video = core.knlm.KNLMeansCL(video, 1, 2, 4, 2.5, channels="YUV") this line is for the denoising filters, in my case I always use KNLM and this is what it's line looks like. I know you can change those numbers to change the filtering settings but I never messed with it so I'd usually just have it like that.

☆ line 27: video = fun.FineSharp(video, sstr=2.5) this line is for the sharpening, in my case I always use FineSharp and this is what it's line looks like. I know you can change the number to change it's settings but I never messed with it so I'd usually just have it like that.

note: lines 25 and 27 (which have to do with denoise and sharpening) are the ones within quotation marks in your default script. I believe the quotations work in a similar way as the hashtag, in which the script only executes the lines when the quotations are removed. Which is what you do everytime you are about to encode your clip, otherwise they stay on. I think you should also remove them if you want to test how they affect your gif in the preview screen but i think these filters also require heavier graphic processing which my computer can't handle well so I never do that.

☆ line 30: video = core.std.CropRel(video, left=303, top=16, right=215, bottom=26) this line is for the positioning of your video screen within the gif dimensions. you just need to match what you have in your VS script to what you end up with in your resizer.

Photoshop (PS) - let's make a gif!

Now that we have clipped and preprocessed our video file, it's ready to go to photoshop!

☆ step 1) after you have opened PS, go to File > Import > Video Frames to Layers. Then choose the clipped file you created through VS.

PS should open a box like this:

Keep those options ticked and hit OK

☆ step 2) now you need to go to Window > Timeline to bring up the timeline tool box. This window will always be necessary when making gifs. Let's take a look at it, I've marked down all the important buttons you will need:

timeline menu: there are several commands in here, you will need to use some of them later on.

convert to video / frame timeline

play controls to watch your gif

trash can to delete selected frames. (when deleting frames, first delete them here and then delete it's matching layers which are still there after deleting the frames)

frame delay time: this is where you set the time for how long that frame will be visible in your gif

☆ step 3) remember how I mentioned the preview option in VS and how i don't usually use it to trim the frames of my clip? That's because I usually do that at this step of the process, in PS. Notice how each frame is also a layer, and when a frame is selected, the matching layer has the eye symbol next to it turned on. So now you should play your gif and see if there are any frames you don't want to keep, then delete the frames and it's matching layers.

Since we applied sharpening filters back when we were clipping the video on VS, your clip should probably already look pretty decent even before the next steps, so steps 4 - 9 are optional. The coloring part of my video has been sped up.

☆ step 4) click on the timeline menu and select "Select all frames", then go to the select menu at the top of the PS screen and select "All layers". Now click on button 2 of the timeline at the bottom left, switching from the frame timeline to the video timeline.

☆ step 5) before you do anything else, make sure the blue holder is at the beginning of the track before you do anything else. Then go to Filter (at the top of PS) and select "Convert for smart filters". This will convert all the layers into one single layer.

☆ step 6) now make sure the layer is selected, then go to Filter > Sharpen > Smart Sharpen. A box will open with several options:

I usually keep the amount to around 30, I don't touch on radius and you can also mess with reduce noise if you think your gif is looking too sharp. Hit OK when you're done.

Since this is a filter applied to a smart object (the converted layer that contains all our layer - frames), this means you can turn this filter on or off as long as the layers are in the form of a smart object. You can also go back to it and alter it's settings (like I've done in my video down below)

☆ step 7) now while making sure the blue holder is still at the beginning of the track and the layer is selected, click on the timeline menu that i mentioned above. Then go to Convert Frames, then select Flatten frames into clips.

☆ step 8) again go to the timeline menu, Convert Frames, but now select Make Frames from Clips. Now click on the button at the bottom left of the timeline box, to convert the video timeline back into a frame animation. Then hit continue in the pop up box.

☆ step 9) now you are back to the frame timeline screen from before, but now the first frame is empty. You need to delete that first frame and then check the final frame because sometimes PS also creates another empty frame at the end at this point.

☆ step 10) PS also created a new layer under the layer 0, where the filter is still applied, you can delete this new layer as well. Now for organizational purposes, select all remaining layers (that contain your frames) and group them (you can see how in the video).

☆ step 11) This step is also optional, now I like to add the coloring to the gif. I have a separate tutorial exclusively on this topic. You can check it here:

☆ step 12) This is the time when I also add my signature. This is optional. You need to have the signature layer(s) on top of all the other layers. I usually have it in all black or all white, with lowered opacity of around 40%.

NOTE:

When adding elements (such as a signature) to a gif, it's important to always make sure you have the first frame selected, otherwise PS can move your newly added elements around the canvas on different and random frames. This also applies to anything in the layers pannel that has specific opacities. It's best to already add the elements with the final wanted opacity with the first frame selected.

Exporting + Delay time

☆ step 13) To export: go to File > Export > Save for web (Legacy). PS will open this box:

First I just use the exporting screen to test the delay time of my gif, and to check the gif's final size.

About the size: The final size is displayed at the bottom left. Remember it needs to be under 10mb. If it's above that, then you will have to go back and delete frames and test again until the size is within the limit.

About the delay time: To test the delay time, hit that play button and the gif will play at it's default delay time. If it's too fast or too slow, you will hit cancel and change the delay time (at the next step).

For actual exporting: The highlighted box at the top right of the screen is very relevant now. Make sure the first box has the GIF option selected. At the next box, you can select either perceptual, selective or adaptive. I usually like to use adaptive. At the next box you need to choose either diffusion or pattern. I like to use pattern. Tick the transparency box and then select either pattern or diffusion transparency dither.

Once you are satisfied with all aspects of your gif, hit save to export your final gif.

To fix the delay time: After you have exited the export box, go back to your timeline, click on the menu button at the top right and select "Select all frames". Then, on any random frame, click at the small arrow next to the numbers under the frame. Select the option "Other". That will open a pop up box to alter the delay time. To test it again, use the export box explained above. Once you are satisfied, save your gif! I've also altered the delay time in my video to show you the process.

☆ step 14) After your gif is done and saved, I'd suggest to save your psd file if you added any coloring to it. This is so you can reuse the coloring later in other gifs without having to redo it all. This is useful if mking a set of gifs from the same moment / video.

Hi Jen! I hope you're doing well! I know this is a complete longshot, seeing as how they're so old and came out back in 2014, but is there any chance you still have the three save files by SimGuruZera called "Bachelor," "Mad Science," and "Power Couple"? I noticed them in an old YouTube video and have been looking everywhere online for them but can't find them anywhere. I even used Wayback Machine lol. Your post was one of the few to even mention them so I thought I'd ask.

I looked through my old Saves and couldn't find them, so I did a little searching on the web and found them on what looks to be a French Sims 4 forum (posted by SimModo_Olive). I downloaded the zip file in the post and loaded the save files up to make sure they were the same ones. They looked right to me!

I made sure I could load all three. I didn't play them, just loaded and saved. I renamed them with "777" in the number so they shouldn't overwrite any saves you already have, zipped them up, and uploaded them to Sim File Share:

I haven't uploaded anything in ages so I hope Sim File Share is still acceptable! Let me know if you have any trouble downloading or opening the files. You'll want to just pop them into your Saves folder but if you're worried about them overwriting something, I would back up your Saves folder first just in case. If you don't have any saves starting with "777" in the file name then you should be okay. :)

It takes her some time to reach room 101 since she is not familiar with this academy. She catches her breath since she is running all the way here. 

When she looks up at the number plate, it’s the same as the one she saw on the webtoon but, more realistic. She peeks inside the room and is met with pure air. 

‘ Maybe they go to have lunch? If it is the case then, I can’t go there and just blur out. ‘ She sighs.

“ May I help you? “ someone speaks up, startling the girl. “ I- umm- I wonder if there is Sooha in this class? “ Her nervousness rises as if she was caught stealing. 

The other girl looks her up and down. “ Sooha? Who is it? “ She says in pure confusion. “ Sooha? Don’t you know? “

Excitedly, a pile of homework is waiting for her. She groans in annoyance just thinking about it. She changes her position, right now she is facing the ceiling. 

She suddenly remembers Net’s words.

I can’t tell you that the storylines will be exactly the same. So, you need to be careful. We both don’t know what the enemy is capable of. Don’t let others know my existence for your safety.

Why of course!

To start this off though, let me tell you a fun little thing about the Blog AU that is built in!

We made this AU with the idea that people who read it can put their characters into it. You know the Cafe AU that everyone is sticking their OCs in? You can do something similar! The fic is going to be canon to y'all but y'all won't be 100% canon to the fic so you guys can interact with the canon! So we genuinely encourage you guys to make outside content and make your OCs blogs or designs for this. Go crazy with it and join in! I will eventually need usernames and a few other things for the blog/forum skins. If you make anything, make sure to tag me on here (and if it's on Instagram, I'm Lixxendraws). I want you guys to be able to draw/write your characters in this AU because it'd be such a fun thing to do!

Anyways.

There are a few doodles of their official outfit designs but I don't like how they look. But I will post them eventually!

Branch's Kismet identity is Bass while his in person one is Lapis for the sake of his safety and privacy.

Technology:

Napbug: digital audio sharing website whereP3 files are shared. Mostly for music rips and downloads

TOL: the internet hosting. Mostly known for the chatroom they speak on. You need to know the person's connection code to directly connect to them. You can chat on it and view forums/blogs directly from their TOL. You can have up to four identifications per computer

PHP (personal homepage): the blog domains they use. They can be reached outside of TOL, along with personal forums

Trollums: the nicknames for forums. You can find people's TOL & PHP on trollums and it is how people mostly find blogs

BeeperBugs (beepers): little hugs that act like pagers. They will send and receive messages somehow (they never figures it out). You will hear them beep and they can carry codes; you can put them onto landlines and they will put in the numbers. They also can use Morse code to send messages instead of needing calls.

Computers: dial up computers. They are simple and can connect to CD drives (not built in), VHS players, floppy disks, cassettes, and can burn CDs/DVDs. They're big and chunky; no laptops. Internet cafes and libraries are popular due to not as many people having them. People learn coding to break and customize them

Cassettes and MP3 players: they are popular and do not have earbuds. Only over ear headphones that are wired.

Very basic printer/fax machines that run off landlines

Televisions: tube/box TVs. Podbuster is a popular VHS and DVD rental/store. DVDs are barely used due to being new

Film cameras are very much still used and popular. People will develop themselves or take them to the library to be digitalized. There's services to develop photos still

Zines exist! They will be produced by a group of fans and sent out. They will trade items or find ways to collect money to pay for them. You will find forums dedicated to zines and posting zines months after print release. There is big fan culture

Blogs are every big. Normally personal blogs will interact with each other and have fun; but then there's fan blogs. They only post about their interests and will post some personal stuff. They're almost always anonymous unless you directly know them.

Blog lore:

PinkBandLyfe is a popular BroZone and Kismet blog that always has the best images, videos, and MP3s. They've nicknamed the blog owner Pinkie and know her bias is Clay, but since she is around Bitty B’s age, she has a soft spot for him. Bass in Kismet is her bias. But since Bass is a private person she promotes healthy boundaries and privacy. She preaches for Bitty B and Bass’s privacy. She's speculated a few times but that's it. Everyone gives her her privacy and keep her identity secret since she is big on that and they respect her (and fear her disappearing). Her blog is chaotic but well organized and out together!

BatterBug is a survival/doomsday blog that people learn survival skills from and it talks about literally everything and anything about tragedy and skills to use in them. They call the owner BB and call him paranoid. But it's useful so he has a following

ReverbFan27 is a Bad Hair Day blog that isn't as in-depth as PinkBandLyfe. The blog is run by the user who has been nicknamed 27. He tends to be more practical and people enjoy watching him ramble about the technical aspects of the performances. They know his older brother, who is nicknames Ef, was into them first and got 27 into it. They only know that, he is a Billy Reverb bias, and he is the youngest child. The rest is a secret. They speculate who he is because sometimes he has the best pictures of BHD. But they haven't figured it out yet. He's VERY organized

Everybody knows Pinkie and 27 are friends and they helped each other get popular. Sometimes you will see them give each other content to post! 27 somehow has never before seen BroZone stuff or will mention he has rare collectibles that Pinkie lives for

People ship Pinkie and 27. They laugh and brush it off

Misc story lore that isn't spoilers:

Bergens made peace 10 years earlier when Poppy accidentally ran into Bridget when she ran off angrily. She helped Bridget on her own and it creates positive political ties!

The kingdoms live how they are post Trolls World Tour due to (unspecified) events happening! It is noted to happen a generation ago with King Thrash and King Peppy taking thrones

The kingdoms now have bigger populations and are more spread out! They have multiple cities and towns. Neighboring troll tribes now touch, but you must put in effort to travel

Royals freely live amongst their people in society due to respect from the people. They're big on “humanizing” the royals. Royals are not big on public appearances outside of their kingdoms. The ambassadors are the only ones seen in the wild

Branch spends his free time reading/writing in the coffee shop or in a library. He normally has his headphones on with a Walktroll (walkman). He lives to write his blog posts by hand first, so he writes them in the coffee shop. He also carries around a camera to take pictures of things. He develops them himself in his pod and put them on the walls if they're good then in albums if they're okay or bad. He has a TON of childhood photos from Rosiepuff, who died a natural death before he joined Kismet. He uses her camera. He so takes a ton of pictures of Kismet and sends them to Pinkie!

He had Kelly on his close friends so I guess he had the other wags there too 😭 // Before giving you all the information, I want to say that other F1 photographers can’t stand him. Most of us don’t like the way he works, it’s very invasive towards the drivers and very dishonest to other photographers. In case you’re wondering how I know this, I’ve been an F1 photographer for a few years so I know a lot about what’s going on around the paddock. You’re free to take this as you wish, I’m only here to share my thoughts. This is going to be long, my apologies.

You’d be surprised when I say not many of the wags are on his close friends. Only Kelly, Caterina and Charlotte have made it there because they were the only ones who really interacted with him regularly. Kelly is still there, but Caterina and Charlotte aren’t there anymore because they have run their course as F1 wags. When Cate was still dating Pierre she would let Kym know she was going to be there almost a week before without Pierre’s knowledge. She would also tell him when they were on their way to the track. Occasionally he would give her fashion advice on what to wear to stand out more than other wags. He would call her “My dear Caterina”.

Charlotte did something like that too but only when she needed more attention. Whenever she needed to deny rumors she would call him and tell him where and when to photograph her. The bicycle entrance was a PR stunt from her part, according to Kym himself.

Kelly is his new Cate and Egle will soon be it. This is why we see more pictures of her than any other wag. She lets him know she’ll be there days prior to the start of the race weekend and lets him know when they’re on their way to the track. During Monza she was not going to be at the track initially because she had some issues according to Kym, but he convinced her on going and she did so. I think she was sick or something happened because she didn’t seem happy at all on the paddock.

Egle let him know she was going to be on the paddock too and he was really excited about it. That’s why she made a grand entrance with that awful outfit. The wags that are constantly photographed don’t pay him a crazy amount of money, but they do give him something for the “Paddock Photoshoots” as he calls them.

Carmen is photographer often too, but according to what I’ve heard she doesn’t pay him at all. He likes her because fans like her. Now, many wags and ex wags don’t like him at all. Katerina had contact with him for a while but cut it off after. He didn’t share the reasons, so my initial thought would be she got tired of him being annoying.

Dilara, Luisa, Tiffany and Justine asked him directly to stop photographing them. Lando asked for some privacy too but Kym didn’t care.

Dilara was very good friends with Caterina and was often photographed with her but she didn’t really like having Kym following her around. She asked him to stop photographing her, but of course he didn’t listen. This same thing happened to Luisa, Justine, and Tiffany. This is why Justine would often get to the paddock from the back entrance. That is all I can share for now. I hope this helps clear out some things that are being talked about!

I think many people read your blog but are afraid to like them because of your controversial opinions.

Hello Anon, thank you for the ask. I'm not sure if this is meant to be a compliment or a suggestion or what. I want to think it's the former but that's just me ha ha. So anyways, with this being said yes I tend to have opinions that don't exactly "go with the flow" if you catch my drift. Someone else actually said exactly this to me a few days ago actually, Anon.

As I'm sure you're aware, as a result of some of my opinions, I've been accused of a number of things and certainly have upset a good number of people over the years because of them. I've also had quite a few twist my words to fit their own perceptions of things just because they want to for whatever reason. I hate the idea of having to screenshot or download my social media data to prove to people I never said things others are saying I did or the idea of even posting said screenshots because I believe that sets a bad tone and ruins the sacredness of having private conversations remain private. I will say however I've had encounters where I've had to do just this to prove I'm telling the truth and the other is not. Don't love it but I'm afraid with how people love twisting words, you have to these days you know?

The reality is, I don't care if most people don't agree with my opinions because I put a lot of thought and research into them and don't really have too many knee jerk reactions to things. One thing that drives me crazy is when people let their emotions run amuck and make irrational decisions, absolutely crazy! I don't need anyone to jump onto my so called bandwagon for me to feel secure in what I say. I might stand strong on my views at times and such but I'm willing to stand corrected on things if the facts show I'm wrong about something. However, I do not ever gaslight people, nor do I actually ever try to manipulate people into accepting my views of things.

With this being said, if people enjoy what I have to say awesome! Don't like it, either discuss it with me civilly or scroll on by like reasonable, sane people do. I like debates, I don't like arguments, 'cause that's when you make things personal when they're not supposed to be (ad hominems). Also, another thing that drives me crazy? When mofos block you first after you say something they don't like and then turn around and say all kinds of things behind your back either publicly or privately, effectively giving that person ZERO room to speak for themselves generally speaking. Maybe that's just me but that's how I feel about it.

Photoshoot + Posepack | Rainy Day

I long for autumn rains. Long walks in the forest with my raincoat and boots on… Since the weather is all over the place, I guess the only way I’ll get nice, lovely autumn rains is in ts3. This is second part of my little autumn shoot (the first part of which is here), but it’s also got a nice little bonus – the poses that I made for this shoot are available for download at the end. I intended this as a little way to celebrate my birthday yesterday, so I wanted to put it out then but that didn’t quite work out. Here they are instead, though!

Let’s first have a look at the pictures, though.

These pics were hard to take. ReShade made the previous shoot look pretty great, but I didn’t have that advantage here. They’re darker and gloomier (for obvious reasons) and as you may now, in-game rain just doesn’t show up in pictures, so I had to add rain myself. I seriously hope it’s not too tacky, ha, ha.

Anyway, with that out of the way, let’s get to the good stuff: poses!

As is becoming standard for me, the poses you see here are height-adjusted. That means that you will either need:

A height-slider (but for reasons which will become clear later, this is a nightmare). I use Cmar’s height-slider. The sim in the male position is set to 250 this time, as opposed to the usual 200 because the pose of the log is a royal pain (again – more on that later), whereas the female is set to -130.

An OMSP. This is honestly the easier solution this time. Pop your guy on it, set it to 13 cm, and you’re good to go. Maybe don’t take pictures from the waist down… or do. I respect your life choices.

This set uses some props as well:

The umbrellas for male/female adults from this pose set (NOT INCLUDED IN THE DOWNLOAD).

The log the female sim is standing on is from here (NOT INCLUDED IN THE DOWNLOAD).

Other accessory umbrellas/logs/chairs/piles of dead bodies (What? Be creative, be free – you’re the master of your own destiny) may work as something for her to step on, but I haven’t tested that.

As usual, the pack comes in list and non-list varieties. If you get the list version, they will look like this in your game:

The different poses are marked as female/male to distinguish them, but they can probably be used for either gender. Be aware, though, that per default, the umbrella accessories are placed in the right hand for female sims and the left for male sims. You may be able to use MasterController’s option to categorise all accessories for both genders, but results may vary.

With that said, let’s get to the poses:

Autumn Day 1

Now I’ve mentioned that this first pair is a nightmare with height-sliders. Normally, I set Enzo to 200, but her hand just hovers like crazy if he’s set to anything lower than 250. I also had to use the alt-key to get him into position. Okay, I know this doesn’t sound too bad, but I adjusted his height several times to find the magic number and it made me cranky. None of this is a problem if you just use the OMSP with standard-height sims – they slide right into place and snap together like it’s going out of style. Sometimes I wonder why I bother with this height-adjustment… (But then I think back to Enzo looking like a pouty teenage boy and I go right back to height-adjustment… I just can’t you guys. I can’t).

Autumn Day 2

Thankfully, this second one is much easier. They should snap right together, though depending on slider settings, you may need to tweak him a little with alt. I had to for this, because this posepack hates me. Putting together the pack went surprisingly smoothly this time, so it’s probably some sort of punishment or evening out. Can’t be too easy now, can it?

The pack in list and non-list varieties.

A .txt file with codes/descriptions.

A .txt file with notes on height-adjustment.

Preview pictures with codes on them.

Steamy kisses (optional and not encouraged).

AO3 Tip Number 2: How To Understand the Work You’re Reading 

Suppose you have now sourced, and found a fic you want to read! Let’s learn a little more about it. Here is an example of a work: 

We can see the rating, warning, category, fandom, relationship(s), character(s), any additional tags, and language. This all should have popped up as well you sourced the work, so nothing crazy here. 

This work specifically is also a part of a series that was created by the author. A series is a group of works that are in some way connected - whether that be the storyline, author, character, etc. You can click on to subscribe or bookmark the series same as you can do for the individual work. 

But what is subscribing or bookmarking? Great question! Let’s go back to the individual work itself and take a lot at all the gray boxes we see at the top. 

Entire work pulls up the entire work (if there are multiple chapters), so you can read without interruption. 

Next chapter is for works with multiple chapters, it moves you to the next chapter. If you want to jump ahead, you can also click on chapter index, which listsall the chapters posted, and allows you to jump around to different ones. 

Bookmark allows you to bookmark the work, if you have made a profile. When you click on bookmark - this screen pops up:

Notes are if you want to remind yourself of anything for later. Maybe what chapter you left off at, why you liked the work, if you’ve finished it or not. These are visible to others if the bookmark is not private. 

Your tags are if you want to add anymore tags to your own personal bookmark, to remind you of something (this isn’t really used a lot, in my experience). 

If you yourself have collections, you can add them in the space below. And then below that, is the option to private the bookmark. With this option, the bookmark remains private to you and cannot be seen by anyone else, including the author. The author will be able to see the number of bookmarks (including private ones), but can’t see who has bookmarked the work or anything they’ve written down about it. 

Click “Create” to actually form the bookmark. 

Now back to the top! Mark for later allows you to put the work into another place within your specific profile, if you don’t want to bookmark it but you do want to come back without having to source for it (more on this later). 

Share is to send the link to someone else. Subscribe is again, only if you have an account (I believe). It sends an email to your email inbox whenever the work is updated! 

Download is if you wish to save the work, so you can read it when you don’t have wifi and maybe can’t use data. The download option also allows you to export works and send them to kindle, if you prefer to read your books there. 

At the bottom of the work you will find this:

Next chapter is to move to the next chapter (shocking I know). Kudos is just a quick thanks to the author, and comments populates any comments on a work. If you have the time, I highly recommend leaving a comment for those who have taken the time to write such amazing works!
