as much as i love javid as the couple that has it all figured out and loves easily and fits like two puzzle pieces, i do think it is interesting to see them work for it.

davey who is the stereotypical Good Kid- he makes the grades, he's in a bunch of extracurriculars, he's on the track to graduate college with honors and go straight into law school- and everything goes out the window when he meets jack. jack smokes, jack drinks, jack does graffiti for fun and tattoos his friends on his shitty apartment fire escape, and davey absolutely should not be drawn to him.

but jack is sweet, and happy. his smile can light up a room and he tells so many stories, ones that make people smile, ones that make people laugh, ones that captivate the crowd. he's an artist scraping by. he's everything davey isn't. davey has been taught to avoid people like jack, but here he is falling into his arms.

when they get together, it's intense. they fall fast and hard, they argue, they fight, they're at each other's throats for so long until they find a rhythm and find what makes each other click. they're both strong willed and stubborn, and while the red flags are there, while they probably should have called it quits months ago, they work so hard on the relationship because they want to make it good. they want to make it work. they want to make it.

Cookie:

The dude's a trans man. I totally get that he's ashamed of his manhood because his mother wanted him to be a girl. So he would be like "fuck it, I'm going to trans my gender so mother can be happy." He's genderfluid and his pronouns are he/she.

This guy can fit so much ADHD in him. His attention span is horrible, he said it himself. He's just like me fr.

He's open and honest about his feelings, especially after the Binjpipe takeover. This might be canon, but he'll go into a mental breakdown if he vents too long.

Adding onto the fact that Cookie's an artist, his suits for Jackbox Games were self-designed!

It's also canon that Cookie's a good singer, but he's ashamed of it. Trying it once in Fibbage 3? No. He's not doing it again.

Schmitty:

Despite the fact he doesn't wear pants while recording, he loves sweaters and hoodies. He'll wear one even on a sunny day.

Unlike Cookie, Schmitty isn't very open after the incidents in Trivia Murder Party 2. All his cuts, scars, and injuries are hidden under his clothes, and if someone asks him about it he'll just wave them off and tell them it's okay.

My Schmitty wears round glasses, and he tends to break them on an average of 3 times a year. He always has to replace them, but nobody ever notices.

Nate:

I've already posted this one, but he has a sunglasses collection! He keeps them in a box or chest and makes sure they're all in good condition.

He hosts karaoke nights at his house and invites his fellow hosts from The Ride.

He has this expression called "The Nate Stare" which is this look he makes whenever he's disgusted or shocked. He trademarked it himself.

He claims he has amazing fashion sense(which he does) and refuses to wear proper suits on YDKJ.

Buzz:

After getting bullied on The Ride, my boy developed social anxiety. But he still wants to live up to his cousin's reputation, so he's trying to find a way to lay it off.

He's the only host that doesn't attend Nate's karaoke nights when invited.

Living up to his name, bees are his favorite insect. He could ramble all day about them.

He's into sports shoe collecting, but he hasn't made much of a collection...yet.

Too Many Thoughts Bro

Summary: I have read too much history books on Christian and Muslim sectarian rivalries, and how the Herald of Andraste, especially Amayian, would have shaped Andrastianism because of the religious position of Thedas. This is basically a ramble post, mixed in with some "lore headcanons" of my characters.

T/W: Religion

What I constantly think about recently is how Amayian's kids transform the position of Herald of Andraste into a prophetic position, aligning him more along the lines of a "Messenger of the Maker and His Bride" than simply a herald for Andraste, and how they utilize religious authority for their own benefit, especially Rhialla.

Amayian certainty uses his position, with major influence by Andraste given his inherent role as her reincarnation, to dramatically shape the legalistic and theological position of religion through the Inquisition. He directs himself, one can argue incidentally, opposed to many of the establish positions found in the Chants; and given the human nature to tie mystical relations with the Divine and Spiritual realm with great fervor, his positions become sanctified by many Thedosians in the south.

For a religious party based around an absentee deity, the conception of a divinely-sent Messenger who arose from the grave of the appointed religious head of a sacred institution, could not have hit the majority of the populace with anything but an immense emotional response that I believe Inquisition fails to capture. Throughout the period after the fall of the Roman Empire, the collapse of Eastern Roman authority in the Near East by the invading Persians and later Arab armies led to immense apocalyptic belief among Christians that Jesus' or an appointed ruler would come and reestablish universal Christian rule upon the "world", bringing "true justice" with him. For a people who believe in an non-intervening Divine Will, the sudden idea of a new divinely appointed figure by their murdered deified savior would have intense political, social, and religious impact. Add onto the fact of social and political discord from the Orlesian Civil War and the Mage-Templar Rebellion, the latter which would have likely occurred immense apocalyptic fears among an anti-magic populace, then this sudden, stabilizing authority through the Inquisition would have greater impact to Thedas than what BioWare, I would argued, showed. For all intent and purposes, the Inquisitor served as a de-facto monarch and authority in a significant portions of Fereldan and Orlesian territory, given the collapse of secular authority in the shape of royal rule by the Fereldan and Orlesian monarchs. (Ferelden is more confusing given that theoretically the Ferelden monarch still ruled all of Ferelden, but I would argue that the monarch of Ferelden like does not have the political or economic might to reestablish authority in regions such as Redcliffe and the Hinterlands, and likely permitted "joint" authority with the Inquisition, because of the economic and social ruin brought about the Templar-Mage war.)

So, because of these factors, many of Amayian's sayings or opinions became, in the eyes of many Thedosians, especially affected by the security and prosperity brought about Inquisition-rule, as divinely-inspired or even divine themself. I am still grappling with the concept of Amayian establishing his own text, and codifying his beliefs into writing, or if its more likely that he does not, which ultimately allowed a well-spring of fraudulent sayings to be produced and circulated.

However, I imagine, questions arose after his assassination and Rhialla's War of Retribution: What is Amayian's position within the hierarchy of Andrastianism; what authority do the children of Amayian possess; and who among Amayian's children are his legal successors, in political or religious terms?

Because Amyaian's marriage to Leliana, the questions above become more complicated. Leliana justified her marriage to Amayian as the Divine as not only a representation of Andraste's life on Thedas with her marriage to Maferath but also the "the holy representative union between Andraste and the Maker", with Leliana representing the Maker and Amayian, Andraste. But because Rhialla began arguing after her mother's death that Amayian was not only the Herald of Andraste but also the "Messenger of the Maker", the questions were further murked by if the Divine should have been assumed or replaced by Amayian's successor...which again lead to the question of who was Amayian's successor.

Because of Rhialla's assumption as the head of the most powerful state in Thedas, many of her supporters argued that she at the very least was Amayian's religious successor, as the new protector of the Grand Cathedral and the traditional seat of Andrastianism. But supporters in Jacqueline's camp argued that as Amayian's eldest daughter, and the inheritor to his political authority through the Frostback Kingdom, she was Amayian's religious successor. Those in Ferelden, who became more unified due to Esmyial's Fereldanization as heir to Alistair, did want to be side-lined by the two other powers in the regions, so religious representatives surrounding Esmyial argued that he, as ruler of the former homeland of Andraste - and to some his eldest male heir, was Amayian's religious successor. During the First Canonical Council pushed by Rhialla, and later congregated in Skyhold, debates were raised and argued by the different factions, that supported the House of Amayian's religious role in Andrastianism but the different rulers amongst the Trevelyan monarchies, and the anti-Amayian faction, which supported, in a twist way, the supportive position in all of Amayian's - living, that is - inheriting religious authority, and being permissible to interpret and establish dogma. The Trevelyan children, especially at the urging of the apolitical Saliasya, agreed that Jacqueline was Amayian's legal successor over his political authority - as monarch of the Frostbacks and house head, but religious authority was established in the "triarchy of equals", where each of Trevelyan monarchs had the right to interpret religious dogma, but the codification of Amayian's thoughts - or revelations - being done by the three of them and the closest companions of Amayian, who were still living (Varric, you're living bitch).

But the religious authority remained contested by the Divine. After all, while the Chantry accepted, in very loose terms, throughout Amayian's life as a "herald" of Andraste, they never accepted his thoughts or beliefs as divine or divinely-inspired. It threatened their monopoly of religious authority in Thedas, which opposition was quelled during the divineship of Victoria because of Leliana's support. The "Proclamation of the Three" reignited tensions between the Chantry and Amayianism, as it was loosely referred to. Yet, according to some loose sources, the sudden death of Leliana's successor lead to Rhialla establishing herself, and her siblings after a brief flashpoint, as the "Servant of the Divine", abolishing the Divine's position, and investing herself and her siblings, with Jacqueline nominal leader, as heads. This sparked a few violent rebellions across the northern provinces of Orlais, and a single one in Fereldan in western Ferelden, which was crushed by a joint operation of Esmyial and Jacqueline. But while Esmyial gave them pardon, Rhialla completely devasted pro-Divine sympathy, and solidified her authority over religious matters in Orlais, as well as her protectorate states in the Free Marches. Tensions arose further with Rhialla's intervention into Neverra and the Free Marches, and it would be in the Free Marches where contesting religious thoughts between the three - Rhialliaism, Esmyialism, and Jacquelism - diverging religious thoughts would lead to conflicts. Only during the reign of Amayian I and II would authority be reestablished under a central entity, but their differing views would still remain even after among dissenting voices within the new Thedosian empire.

Yet, perhaps the greatest achievement produced by the three would be a codified book of Amayian's "revelations", which included his beliefs of equity, equality, and a restoration of elven autonomy that would be granted under the subservient state of the Dales, which to protect their interest was a protectorate of both Rhialla and Jacqueline, as to not be seen as a subservient state of Orlais, though rumors spread that Rhialla enjoyed an elven favorite but those remained uncontested.

Reaction to reader abstracting

A/n: the first one I do of them is the most depressing thing

Pomni: She’s already not doing great. So to you, the only thing holding her down while being her abstract is fucking bad. I mean it would be either way (unless the abstract free theory is right.) She probably would isolate herself for at least a week. She would also be very hesitant to befriend more people.

Jax: One of the few times he is very open with his emotions. Kinda hard not to be when your partner might as well as died. Afterward, he might try to joke around. Claiming he didn’t care as much as he did. But there's a noticeable decline in his mood. The main thing is that he doesn’t play as many pranks on people :/.

Ragatha: Might abstract herself. She is clearly not doing as great as she's leading on. This might be her breaking point. If not she’s not as there as she usually is. Can’t bring herself to be the shoulder people lean on anymore.

Gangle: Girl just collapses. Mainly out of sadness but also fear. She is very fragile (both emotionally and physically.) And your existence helped her be more confident. Even when you weren’t there it helped overall. But now you won’t ever be there. And you're such a threatening being now. She wouldn’t even be able to run. Just watch in horror as you leave her.

Zooble: They don’t even comprehend what's happening at first (understandably.) Listen as much as they love you they book it. They would kinda prefer not to die. But after you are trapped in the floor they are a wreck. Barely keeping themselves together (I like to headcanon their body parts stability is related to their mental stability.)

Kinger: You know how Ragtha might abstract? Yeah no, he definitely does. He’s gone through the death of a loved one once. It was his wife no less. If he doesn’t just go insane right there he does because he refuses to leave your side. He’s with you till the end.

Caine: Well fuck. This is the worst possible thing to happen. Whether people abstract or not is one of the few things he has control over. He doesn’t want to but he’s forced to put you in the cellar. Things on the outside seem normal but inside it’s really not. 

Bottom line? They all miss you very much :(

Clara and William divorced when the kids were very young. William got to keep them because he had better income and could provide "a better home" for them. He made it impossible for Clara to meet the kids again and told them that mom doesn't love them anymore. Michael didn't want to believe it but as the time passed, he eventually did

Clara was writing letters to the kids but William would burn them all before they could see them

Michael took the worst traits after William, unfortunately. He deals with sudden mood swings and serious anger issues

He was never taught a healthy way to cope with his emotions.

Michael sucks at explaining what he feels so he would often get frustrated and angry when people don't get why he's feeling a certain way

He's been dealing with night terrors every since his parents divorced

William always treated Evan and Elizabeth better than him so he feels jealous of them. Evan was too little to truly understand what's been happening around him but he did have a feeling that it's unfair, Elizabeth on the other hand was a daddy's girl and despite feeling like Williams wasn't giving her enough attention, she still always agreed with him and would stay on his side

Michael breaks stuff a lot. His room is always a mess because of this. He tore apart countless sketchbooks and notebooks, broke mirrors and even threw furniture around. After this kind of anger outbreaks, he always breaks down in tears and cries himself to sleep

Mike rarely looks in the mirror because of his many times people told him he looks just like his father. He never looks at family photos either

Michael and William have more in common than their appearance. Mike's small gestures and body language are exactly the same too. He hates it because people point it out all. the. time. There's nothing ha can do about it though

Even tho Michael hates his father, deep inside he still desperately craves his love and attention so he clings to any, even the slightest bits of kindness he gets from him. That makes it really easy for William to manipulate him and make him do whatever he wants him to do

Michael gets in fist fights a lot

He's not a stranger to violence in general but he's also really anxious and insecure. He always feels like he has to prove to everyone that he's nothing like William but most of the times it only shows how similar they are

Michael only cries when he's sure nobody can see it. William used to yell at him for crying when he was a child so he learned that he can never show any weakness

After the bite of 83, Michael experienced really bad panic attacks when he was exposed to animatronics or even his Foxy mask.

William would still force him to help in the pizzeria and make him work with the robots on purpose

Michael was forced to help at the diner/pizzerias since he was only 8 years old. Even when he was older, he never got officially hired there. William would just pull the "I pay for everything, you live off of my money so you owe me" card and make him work

He was anemic when he was about 13-14 years old, mostly because of how quickly he grew in that time and bad eating habits

Michael frowns a lot, not only when he's angry or irritated though. He tends to frown as a default expression which leads to a lot of misunderstandings

Jelsa headcanons because THEMMMMM LOOK AT THEM

Elsa is an insomniac and Jack is a heavy sleeper I HAVE SAID IT AND I'LL SAY IT AGAIN.

So! I was thinking of Enid and Y/N established relationship

But it slowly fell apart after the Crackstone incident

Enid spending more time with Wednesday

Replacing their dates with investigations and girl nights with yoko

Investigations with Wednesday

But here's the thing! Y/N used to be an avid sh

But then they met Enid

So they stopped once they had their anchor in the world

But with Enid drifting apart

Their world started to darken

Days becomes mindless routine

Getting used to being put aside

Bottling it all in until.. It.. Cracks..

Now reader just avoids everyone

Then we would see R in their room

Breaking down and loosing their sanity

Then ended up acquiring a weapon, whether it be a gun or a sharp object

AND I REMEMBER THAT ONE QUOTE

"This world is cruel, but i still love you"

"Ill keep you safe, i alone will face the price"

They thought of killing everyone who interacted with enid but with a sudden burst of sanity, they thought back to that, and realized they are a danger now with these thoughts

DRABBLES WITH MAH FRENS

I am trudging through deep within the forest, stepping over rocks and fallen branches while facing forward not once have i strayed my eyes from the path i have made in my minds, a path to where it was once my quiet place and now will be my grave, almost tripping over a tree branch and i curse underneath my breath "fucking hell" i grit my teeth and continue my journey to that one cliff was, the only place for me to have peace, not once noticing enid following me

i touch my hip where i have hidden the gun under my shirt and pants, as i stand near the edge of the cliff and i give out a sigh as i give one last glance at the scenery infront of me, where the mountains and forest bathe under the sun, where the river shine and glisten under its light. 

I hear a tree branch snap and become fully alert and turn around quickly to look at the one who disturbed my thoughts and my eyes harden "Enid Sinclair..." i glare at her "Why have you followed me here, dont you have Addams waiting for you back at Nevermore?"

Xin (aka Vorsdany): maybe Enid would reply with some rage too, because she doesn't understand why R is being so standoffish and accusing her about Wednesday

Jac:  ENID POV: The weather was good. The day was beautiful; the weekend was getting closer and Enid was planning a perfect outing for her friends. You, and, of course, Wednesday included. The forest was still dangerous, so she preferred to go out with groups, but she didn't understand why you went first. Why you went alone, why you stopped so close to a cliff. She approached you, cautious steps as her body warned her of the danger of a fall from that height.

"Why are you insisting on this again? She is our friend!" Her tone was impatient, as was yours.

I scoff and barks out a laugh "who wouldn’t be after their girlfriend basically just fucking abandoned you" i shake my head and presses a hand on my face and pushes back the hair that had fallen on my face "you left me. You left me for Addams, Enid and never have I ever felt more betrayed than that" 

Jac: our accusations increased along with your voice, and confusion and anger took over her. "She needed help, more help than you, to fit in at school! It was never that, Y/N, I never looked at her in any way, but my friend needed help."

"You didnt left me for Wednesday? That's a laugh, i saw how you look at her, i saw how you start to stop hanging around me just to talk to her, i saw how you fucking brushed me aside when talking to her" My eyes are filled with rage as my words starts to get harsher and harsher, they trembled with rage

Jac: "Wha--Are you serious?" Enid shakes her head. "That's not it! Y/N, why can't you listen to me and understand for once?" She sighs. "NO! You're getting it all wrong!" /More crying and angst, i suppose/ "Please, you have to understand..."

my glare is harsh but my tone is soft "Enid enid enid... I always understood but... After you stood me up on our dates, Dates that we have been planning for weeks..After all the texts I sent you saying i need you but you just left on read.... That's where I finally understood, so I gave up. I stopped talking and texting you for days now, and you didn't even bat an eye... But that's fine" i close my eyes and opens them again to stare at her with tired eyes "im done" notices her coming closer and pulls out the gun and takes it off safety mode and aims at her "Don't you take another step Sinclair"

Jac: People here in Brazil have a saying "You don't argue with old or crazy people" (My father says that about my mum lol) So I think Enid could follow that thinking and agree with the reader Something like "O-okay! I messed up, Y/N! I messed it all up!" And take the guilt and apologize until Reader calms down and put the gun down She doesn't have to be honest, but she's saying anything to stop reader I can't do begging without feeling really bad BUT something like "Please, I'll make it up to you, please, just put it down"

i chuckle darkly as if to interrupt her "so now you say that... Pathetic" keeps the gun aimed at her "too late for that isnt it?" lets out a sigh " i can't help but be... Disappointed"

keeps pointing the gun at her "disappointed as i am... As the Whole World has been beating me down, ur the only good thing in this mudball of a planet.. Even when you have hurt me so.." my eyes glistened as tears sprung up "I still love you so.." tears started running down my face "and I promised to protect you... Even from me" squeezes the gun but does not pull the trigger

#2 (HURT AND COMFORT) HEADCANNONS

I blink away the tears and as my voice trembles "a-and.. I don't think I can help myself anymore... So in r-respect for all we used to have... Turn around and never look back, Enid and live your life to the best of your abilities.." as i let out a stuttering sigh and lowers my face as my hair shadows my eyesJac:"I won't!" Enid finally speaks back, screams back at you. Her voice was shaking, tears were falling down her face, not out of fear, but out of sorrow. Of pain and despair, of finally knowing how you felt after all the times she let you down. She decided to help Wednesday, her stoic and loner roomate, while you, your lover(IDK GOOD NAMES FOR THIS), suffered in silence, completely alone. "No, Y/N! You're wrong! I'm not going to leave you, the world is not like this, you're not like this(helpless)!" She jumps over you and holds your wrist, immobilizing the hand that's holding the gun. "Let me show you. Let me show the colors of it, of the world, all the good things in it. Stay with me, Y/N." Her voice cracks as she see the pain in your eyes. "Please, forgive me, Y/N. Give one more chance."

and now we head over to the Ending Headcannons! the part where i got really stumped

you look at her eyes and sees the emotion and sincerity in them but they did not make you feel relief and safe, in fact it enrages you

you growl, you pull your arms out of her grasp and kicks Enid back a few feet as angry tears drags down to your face

“You think after all this time that you can just waltz back in and make everything better? Fuck you Sinclair! this aint a fucking fantasy! WAKE UP!”

okay let's just put in that reader was wearing a jacket for the entirety of their stay in nevermore and has not shown anyone their sh scars

“you have shown that you do not give an ounce of care about me these couple of months! I had put my trust in you and you threw it away! You promised me that you will always be by my side and you left me.. ”

You drop the gun to the ground and zip down your jacket, shrugging it off and leaving you in your tank top and opening your arms wide.

Enid is shocked as she sees a plethora of scars littered all over your body. collarbone, arms, under the tank top, you name, nothing is left unscarred  

"I have suffered all my life. So please… just let me rest"

You drop your arms as your body expression turns from defensive to tired, your arms slumped, your eyes tired as if you have the weight of the world on your shoulders

You were expecting Enid to respect your wishes but She surges forward and holds you in her arms tightly, catching you off guard.

Enid keeps on apologizing and promises to be better for you.

You struggle, trying to get out of her grip.

Enid tightens her hold and tells you that she loves you

You stop struggling and looks at her face as no one had ever said they loved you before and this was the first time hearing it meant for you

"Y-you love… me?"

you stare at her eyes as she holds your face

Enid proceeds to tell you again that she loves you and only you, she didnt realize that she was neglecting you and she swears that she didnt mean to do it to you.

Enid:"you.. You are my light in the dark, my star in the sky, my Polaris. You mean so so much to me, it hurts me that I have been hurting you when you have always been there for me.. I was so dumb when i did that to you and I swear I will do my very best to fix this, to fix us. You deserve the world nothing less! I love you now and forever. So please.. give me one more chance"

She would stare at you with teary eyes, wiping your tears away

“I…” You open your mouth to speak but..

Enid closes her eyes and kisses you as she snakes her arms around your neck, holding you close

you jolt a bit in shock and try to pull away but she doesn’t let you

new tears would run down your face as you melt into the kiss and into her arms, wrapping your arms around her waist tightly

you missed this, you missed her lips, you missed her touch, you missed her love, you missed her scent, you missed her.

You were supposed to let her go, to not be corrupted by your species - by you. to keep her away from the horrors of the world you could bring onto her

You then deepen the kiss and hold her closer to you.

maybe this once… you could be selfish to just have her be yours.

you let go of the instincts that you oh so locked away ever since you learned the importance of will and boundaries. you let go of the instincts of your race and what you desperately hid from the eyes of others. 

You now finally embraced what you truly are, A dragon.

Scales start to appear under your eyes and on your arms as your hands shift into claws.

horns slowly protrude out of your forehead as your wings burst out of your back and wrapped around her.

Enid did not notice the changes as she focuses on portraying her love through the kiss.

you pull your head back, breaking the kiss. You open your eyes and they turn into draconic yellow with  slit pupils.

“Would you still love me? even when I am a monster?” you ask, you stare at her face as she opens her eyes

You tense as Enid lets out a quiet gasp as she stares at your new appendages and changes to yourself.

 She sees you tense and all she wants is to see you smile again.

Enid:”I dunno about a monster. All I see is someone 'monstrously' hot."

You just stared at her, surprised. did… did she just-?

Enid:”Of course I still love you. Nothing could 'tip the scales' on that”

of course she is making puns. your mouth just twitches, she notices and keeps on going

Enid:” if this isn't love, You're definitely 'dragon' some more feelings outta me" at this point she is grinning like a cheshire cat.

a smile breaks out of you and you giggle a bit.

Enid: “I guess I'll just have to deal with you being a little more 'horny' than me”

you laugh at that “Enid!” Enid just sweetly smiles at you

Enid: “there’s that beautiful smile and melodious laugh that i love so much”

you blush a lil bit and bury your face on her shoulder with a bashful smile

“Ancients, you don't know what kind of things you do to me Enid”

you pull back a bit to gaze at her with an intensity that most would flinch at 

“How much do you know about dragons?”

She looks up a bit, pops her bottom lip out and thinks if she has any information about dragons

Enid: “I know dragons are territorial and like to hoard stuff that interests them like what I heard from my childhood stories, i used to believe that they are just fairy tales but you are here, in front of me as living proof that they exist ”

you nod

“Did you know that those who made those fairy tales have gotten in contact with dragons? so some of the facts showed in those are actually true”

thats where i stopped, looking back on this i realized that maybe i should have kept the angsty vibes but then again my mind was going through multiple scenarios of the ending and it just burnt me out and i couldnt even type out whats on my mind. maybe i will revise this and complete this with a whole one page story or abandon this. tho if any of you guys planning to write this, i just ask one thing.. to get pinged in the story thats it no special mentions or anything, i just want to read what you guys can come up with this lil mess of mine.

They were happy to received the invitation, they were curious to know where they work and wonder the food is good.

Once they got there, Joe wanted to leave cause all the noise was giving him a headache. To which Nadia scolded him for being rude.

Maria greeted them in a sing song voice and led to two long tables.

Then the performance happens.

i know this is kind of a wider hc by now but davey plays piano… davey really plays piano. it’s a form of expression rooted in experience and different levels of knowledge and it just makes sense that that would be the most comfortable way to get his feelings out— in a way only he can deeply decipher, and in a way only he can perform, and no one else can replicate.

jack is the kind of indecisive person to pick the same thing over and over so he doesn’t have to go through choosing something new, which is… kind of his plot in newsies anyway (at every single turn he picks those he cares about over his own wants and needs) but it also is true for his coffee orders. and the exact shade of blue his favorite color is. and the way he walks back to his apartment. he’s spontaneous when it comes to things involving imagination, but when it comes to real life decisions. oh boy.

i think it’d be super cool if charlie is the one who moves out to santa fe and not jack. bc in a way it is their dream together and charlie’s the only other person in the show besides jack to have santa fe melodies in a song… and it isn’t charlie who says “what’s santa fe got that new york ain’t”, charlie only says what new york does have. like he doesn’t compare them. idk it’s just interesting and i think charlie should get to have his own individual adventure out there since jack clearly cannot function without those he cares about nearby.
