I realized I posted a teaser and never really followed up on it, so here is some more of that

“Hey, Dami?”

Boy hadn’t looked up from the kittens he was bottle feeding but let out a hum indicating he listened.

“I'm thinking about trying out a more girlish style. Do you think it would suit me?”

Well, Damian had no idea but if Dani wished to give it a chance, then, well, the only proper reaction was to offer his aid.

“Father, I require access to your rouge gallery.”

Bruce almost choked on his breakfast when his youngest made this announcement.

Rouge gallery, as his children playfully called it, was vast collection of lipsticks, which he collected to uphold his Brucie persona. Famous playboy with head constantly in the clouds couldn’t not show up with discreet signs of scandal from time to time. And it couldn’t always be the same shade. Or scent when he choose more subtle approach and used one of his more feminine perfumes.

In all honesty, he enjoyed this.

But that’s not the point, point was that Damian wanted to use it and Bruce needed to know what disaster would fall upon him if he agreed.

“Mind telling me why, chum?”

Dick, who visited Manor for a weekend, barely stifled his laughter while Tim stared at his empty coffee mug like it personally betrayed him. Cass just wore her usual knowing and mischievous smile.

Damian shifted in his chair, hands clenching on butter knife. He was nervous and suddenly Bruce dreaded the answer he was about to hear.

“I don’t see how me sharing this information would change anything. It won’t be used to cause harm to anyone but it’s necessary in the extracurricular project I just started.”

“Dami, what project?” Dick asked, voice oozing with genuine curiosity and excitement. He was almost bouncing.

“I don’t want to disclose it.”

“Is this a hero or civilian type of deal?”

Damian didn’t look any of them in the eyes, both hands clenching on his seat as he kept shifting. Bruce narrowed his eyes. Was his youngest… flustered?

“Civilian”

“Alright, great” Dick swung back with single clap, almost tripping his chair over “I think B won’t have anything against you using his rouge gallery, will he?” Man knew his oldest son well enough to recognize his ‘don’t you dare to disagree’ tone. He was confused but there wasn’t any harm so he nodded with affirmative hum.

“Thank you, Father”

Boy practically inhaled rest of his food and rushed outside. Despite all his training and all his efforts, they clearly saw his excitement. Tim pinched himself and returned to staring at his mug.

“Cass, have you seen what I’ve seen or am I overreacting?” Dick asked, barely restraining his enthusiasm. Girl nodded eagerly, shoving more crumbs into her mouth. Young man cheered, throwing his hands up.

“What have I missed?” Tim mumbled, frowning a little.

“BABY BAT HAS A CRUSH!”

Cass nodded again with wide smile.

Oh.

Oh no.

Who were they? What did he know about them? Was Protocol 3r0s started? Did someone run a background check already? What could they do if they somehow hurt Damian? Was this person a risk to their identities? Oh gods, oh no.

He probably will have to do The Talk™.

He always dreaded having The Talk, with any of his kids. He felt The Talk with Damian would be even worse. Understandably so.

“Also sleep in at least three da-”

“Fuck off, dick.”

“Was this insult or-”

His children remained obvious to how much work it meant, cheering and sassing each other like they often did.

Damian did not know how it was possible but he lowered his guard enough to get caught.

"What are you doing?" Brown choked out after they stared at each other for a long moment.

"It does not concern you–"

"You're rummaging through my wardrobe, not many things concern me more and also, that's frickin creepy don't do it to anyone outside of the family"

She did have a point however he was not convinced it would be the correct approach if he shared his plan. Father's wards (even unofficial like Brown) tended to make assumptions and overreact based on these conjectures. Dani wasn't easy to scare off but he didn't want to check if his family would manage. They often did things thought to be impossible.

He tried to get away but the blonde stood fiercely in a door, leaving the window as the only way out. He wasn't this desperate. Yet.

Girl looked more and more angry at his silence. He had to give her some answers.

Now that he actually considered it, she could be a useful asset. She was far better versed in women's fashion and if he phrased it correctly, he wouldn't even need to bribe her. Question was, how should he phrase it?

"I have an acquaintance- I have a friend," he corrected himself "from the animal shelter I volunteer at. She mentioned wanting to try out more 'girlish style' and asked for my opinion. I wanted to see if you had any clothes that would fit her. She is smaller than me so I thought that whatever I take, it wouldn't be missed." 

Brown grinned with an unsettling gleam in her eyes. He suddenly regretted opening his mouth if not coming to this room in the first place. 

"Say no more, I have a plan Demon Child"

Does Modrolith hold a grudge against/no longer like Solar for "failing" Jack?

Going of the canon timeline, He would be a bit upset.

But he understands that there was nothing Solar could really do in that situation, either way it was most likely going to end with Jack being taken. Or worse. One or Both being killed. But he does not hate or hold a grudge against Solar

Slenderman: I'd like to think he's essentially Ageless, but has the physical appearance of a man well into his 30's, Hence my Ship oc, Zariah (It/She) is 31 yrs old.

Jeff The Killer: Since He never canonically died, he could have been a teen when his story started, I'd like to think he was Probably around 16 at the start (if we still fw the Slendermansion thing he spawned in there at 16), and roughly 30 by now, Based on the OG story being set in 2011 (which does mention he was 13 but shhhh), add a few years and BOOM!! He's 30. (But even if you use age 13, 13 + 14 = 27) My Oc, Tristan (It/They/He) is about 26.

Ticci Toby: Again, another case of a character never dying, Wiki says he was born around 1994, and he was 17 at the start of his story, which would mean his story also took place around 2011. Doing the Math (17 + 14..) He would be roughly around 30 to 31 years old, my oc, Zach (He/It), is around 24.

Laughing Jack: Now... Wiki says he's Ageless.. I'd Agree.. somewhat. I'd like to think he's been around for years, hence he's a demon, so an estimated Age would be well over 150 Years old. NOW!! My oc on the other hand, Trevor (He/It), he's 201 years old.. Old man bruh.

Eyeless Jack: The Wiki says Photos first popped up around 2010.. yet an actual story wasn't made till about 2012. His story says he was 19 at the start of his story, now doing the math (19 + 13..) He'd be roughly 32. My oc, Valentino (He/It), He's 24.

BEN DROWNED: Ben's age has always been a bit.. difficult to figure out as some say 'oh hes like 12' and others are like 'no no he's an adult' so eughh.. DOING RESEARCH.. wiki said he was born in 1990 and died in 2002.. making him 12 at his death. NOW DOING MATH AGAIN.. (2025 - 2002.. 23.. and.. 23 + 12..) if he hadn't died, He'd be roughly in his 30's, 35 to be exact. I'd say maybe Bro got the same issue Five from The Umbrella Academy had,, Young body, old age.. But I'd just roughly say he's ageless due to all the confusion in regards to his age..

Sally Williams: Her OG Story says she's Eight, yet the Remake says she's Twelve.. SOOOO.. I'd like to place her somewhat in the Middle at roughly 10.

Bloody Painter/Helen Otis: Wiki says he's 26.. and I don't know enough to play the math guessing game,, so he's staying 26..🎀

Jason The Toymaker: Wiki doesn't give an age.. SIGH!! But from what I've read, I'd assume once he became.. whatever he is, He'd became.. ageless I guess?? So.. That's what I'ma go with..🎀

X-Virus: Wiki says He's the same Age as Toby.. SO WITH THAT INFORMATION!! I'd assume he's roughly 30 to 31 years old :3

i personally think it’s so funny how amongst all the people in doltown, the main two who are vying for vani’s heart and have reciprocation ( or a form of it ) is whitney and the fuckass doctor, harper.

like whitney is self explanatory, i’ve went into depths, details of their dynamic. meanwhile, vani just started bothering harper for simply blackmail & a way to get deeper in the cult besides just being reliant on avery. which, if i had a nickel for every time vani fell hard for what started as a bit, i’d have two nickels which isn’t a lot, but it’s weird it happened twice.

Well then- here is some random Griffin lore for your day.

My version of the fabled invisible man is not only a trans man but is biracial with his father being an English man and his mother being a Romanichal woman.

Extra fun fact Griffin grew up with his Romani family until he was ten and his mum died and his father took him from his people to raise him as a “proper lady” which did nothing but make Griffin incredibly resentful towards his drunkard father.

Griffin’s dad, alas, had a terrible gambling addiction which meant Griffin was worse off with him than he would’ve been with his Romani family. Made it easier for Griffin to steal from him to run off and get himself a real education though.

Just tripped and fell into a what-if scenario:

"What if Jonathan really had caught up to Dracula in Piccadilly and killed him in the street?"

Head lopped off. Kukri through the chest. The 'murder victim' turns to dust in full view of the gawking crowd. Then what? Then what??

Piccadilly Police: "So this man beheaded and impaled an aristocrat in the middle of the street."

Witnesses: "He did."

Piccadilly Police: "And the body..?"

Witnesses: "Crumbled into that pile of dust."

Piccadilly Police: "..."

Witnesses: "..."

Piccadilly Police: "...So has he named which magician he's working for or--?"

Witnesses: "No, he's just been busy kicking the dust into the horse dung piles in the gutter."

Of course, this is the best case scenario sillytimes version. Serious version? Jonathan only manages half of the process before some Good Samaritans tackle him; and likely get cut in the process. I bet he could chop Dracula's head off, but not manage the heart-piercing in time. He gets dragged off to jail. The Count's two pieces get taken to the morgue. And now Van Helsing, the Suitors, and Mina are all on a ticking deadline to stake Dracula's heart before sundown with Important Witnesses present to prove Jonathan's innocence and sanity in the slaying...

And if and when that happens?

That means the Drac Attack Pack are responsible for bringing the reality of vampires into the public awareness.

So.

Surprise, everyone!

Imagine the can of worms that would open around them, around the whole concept. Their original plan to head to Castle Dracula to end the Brides gets a LOT of extra tagalong company. Photographers are there. Ditto shady government sorts who, of course, are eager to investigate a way to turn vampirism into a benefit to the Crown. The Drac Attack Pack would be swamped with sensationalism. It'd be a circus.

Which all adds up to a belated understanding for me about just why Dracula had to get away from them in Piccadilly. If he had been caught and killed? God. What a mess it'd be.

Half-Human Jack Rose Headcanons ✨

Because why not?

Diversity win! The pop star with mommy issues from Just Dance is mixed race!

Anyways...

My main headcanon revolving around this whole thing is that all coaches are born with the innate potential to learn how to dance. Learning to dance is like learning to walk - once they learn, they just know how to do it, and they do it well. By the age Jack is at in the cutscene at the beginning of Locked Out of Heaven, coaches should already have pretty much mastered dancing, hence Night Swan's clear disappointment at the way he's struggling as he practices. Because he's half-human, he has to work way harder than other coaches have to in order to reach the skill level of a full-blooded coach.

More below the cut because I have way too many thoughts about this.

Jack doesn't know that his mother is from earth or that he's half-human, and Night Swan has let him believe that his struggle to learn to dance is because there's something inherently wrong with him for not learning to dance as quickly as any other coach. He thinks he’s some disappointment of a coach that can’t dance when he’s actually a marvel of a half-human who can dance just as well as a coach, it just took some practice.

Jack's birth sort of shook up the Danceverses in a way that deities and powerful Flow Masters could sense. You can't convince me that the first coach-human hybrid being born wouldn't have some kind of wild impact on the Flow that certain coaches would be able to feel. I don't think they would know what exactly it was to cause that weird shift in the Flow, but they would definitely be able to tell that something happened.

Pretty much the first thing that crossed my mind when we found out that Leda is from earth was the potential for a parallel between Jack Rose and Elphaba from Wicked (because somehow I always find a way to connect JD lore to the plots of musicals). At the end of Wicked, it's revealed that the Wizard of Oz (who originates from the real world and not from Oz) is Elphaba's biological father, and the reason for her possessing such powerful magic is that she's a "child of both worlds." I have officially dubbed Jack a child of both worlds, and I headcanon that he possesses extraordinary power because of this, but he just hasn't been able to activate it yet. But the minute he figures it out, it is over for Leda.

I know it's been posited before that Jack isn't actually Night Swan's biological son, which is a super interesting theory, but I'm so obsessed with half-human Jack that I really hope that he is her biological son. Let him be mixed race, Ubisoft. He's just like me fr.
