Some of my favorite characters that I think are systems or system coded:

Glam: Metal Family: I've heard this theory a few times, and it usually comes with he has 3 alters in his system (that we can see in the show) those are Glam, Sebastian, and an introject of his dad (whom we see front/cocon in the episode where Dee wants to learn to play guitar)

Blue Beetle/Jaime Reyes: Young Justice/DC comics: now we only know him from the yj show, so this is based on that. His relationship with Scarab greatly mirrors that of which we have with alters in our own system. They start off disagreeing and fighting for control, but by the end of the season we meet them they come to a sort of agreement. They don't completely get rid of their conflict, but they learn to cope with each other

Firestorm: DC comics: I see this most with Jax and Stein in DCs legends of tomorrow, but I also see it in comics and other shows I've seen with them in it. While they do technically have separate bodies, they combine into one when they become Firestorm. When not combined in most media they're still connected, and in Legends they often confuse each other's feelings for their own, which is something that happens to us a lot. They also often argue over what to do when sharing a body

Zari: DCs legends of tomorrow: in DCs legends, there's a plot line where the first Zari we meet is half erased from the timeline, and replaced with a new Zari. However because of a magic amulet that gave Zari he powers, Zari one was still around. Eventually Zari one and Zari two figure out a schedule for being in control of the body.

Butters: South Park: I've seen this theory a few times before, and I like it. Personally I think the alters we see through the show are Butters, Marjorine, and Professor Chaos(later Vic Chaos). This one is more of a headcannon than system coding, however I still like it

About Bling Empire Season 3 [Spoilers]

Kelly is right to be upset at Anna for bringing Andrew, I wouldn't care if my ex changed and wanted to talk

You would think after three seasons, Kevin would take advantage of his rich friends to get similar deals for modelling gigs that he also wanted and ask for more advice from them to further his career. But I don't think he's doing it with the way this show is going🥴

Kim is a horrible, horrible person to Kevin. She doesn't like him but gets jealous when he goes out with the healer and then gets back together with Devon. She just wants them to be miserable and single friends but was she not the one who asked him to do a lie detector test and failed herself?

Anna is still being Anna and I see the influence she has on Jaime with how she treats Christine, it's horrible.

Jaime is still just a fashion influencer with no personality of her own. I feel like she needs to get out of her small circle and meet other people who are not as fortunate as her.

Christine wasn't bad this season but apart from Mimi and Kevin being her only friend, I would have stopped talking to everyone else after Kane started chatting shit about her then gaslight her in front of everyone in the dinner party.

Also, I hope Kevin's new business does well and he does modelling part time, he just needs to work on his mannerisms (eating and showering, he was definitely raised by white wolves), stop acting like a freeloader (how surprised can you be at how many extravagant parties and free expensive things) and not treating every women like they are a free meal ticket.

There is no way I would want to know anyone like Kane, let alone have a "friend" like him. He's horrible to Christine, Kevin and Anna and a shit-stirrer. He's definitely bought them all gifts so they can all be his friends, I'm sure.

Speaking of Kane, making him the face of Fenty, that's good for him but like some people have said, I can think of other people who could be the face as well (e.g Lucy Liu, Steve Yuen, Thuy, Amber Liu, Jay Park) so if it's really about bringing Black and Asian communities together, I'm not sure Kane is the bridge 🤔

I honestly hope the group break up, a lot of them seem to hate each other and don't get along. Obviously it's mostly edited for the show but there's not much compassion between any of them really

I think this is the last season if it hasn't been confirmed. They've used the same or similar storylines for three seasons now and looks like we're heading to New York.

Here's hoping Dorothy's adventures into New York will be better!

1 Who’s your favorite character and why?

there are so many character i love but i think we all have to admit that actual fave is damian wayne. he's definitely the protag in the fade cinematic universe of my fanfic. i just love characters who change so much, who do the wrong thing and then try to do the right thing, i love how slow and realistic his arc is and how he is so guarded and so needing of approval yet unable to get the approval in ways that people actually approve of... he's just perfect... also his incredible confidence in his skills that is born of ability.

2 Who’s your favorite supporting character and why?

hmm hard to define supporting character so im gonna go for civilian characters, in which case it is linda park. she is so valid and messner-loebs writers her perfectly. she really met her future husband negging him on live tv, no other meetcute can compare. i also love it when her reporter skils affect the plot and how she causes wally to doubt himself (perceiving him as not caring about people and then she and wally and piper work together).

3 Who’s your favorite comics hero/sidekick duo?

nothing can beat dickbats and damian robin sorry :P they are perfection

4 What’s your favorite comic book friendship?

Jaime Brenda Paco ! They are so good and their dynamic is established perfectly within like the first page!

5 What’s your favorite comic book sibling relationship?

Damian and Maya! They are so perfect. also she starts out wanting to kill him :P With good reasons

I am still floored by the fact I’ve hit over 1000 followers in such a short amount of time. I’ve only had this blog since April, as I stated in my last post, which I made when I got over 500, so to think just a little over 2 months later...we’re here at double that number it’s insane to me. I am one of those people who often has trouble vocalizing my thoughts or communicating with people but I want you to know I’m so glad this many people like my blog and my content enough to follow me.

Now you’re probably wondering what this random assortment of characters I have here is. Well for those who have followed me for awhile will remember that some of the very first edits I made were my “Top 20 Favorite DC Characters”. The thing is though I love way too many characters and the characters for me and I’m sure a lot of you are what keep me reading comics despite all their faults. I don’t just have one blorbo I obsess over though, I have an army of favorite characters that only grows larger as time goes on. So these characters here are the ones I would have included if I had made a Top 30 instead of a Top 20. They are in no particular order here much like my top 20 isn’t because honestly the difference in my love for a lot of character is quite minuscule.

I will continue to make edits for a variety of characters I love, and as I said I love so many even if I extended this to a Top 50, I wouldn’t struggle to fill in the slots. If you want to know the source for any of the images I used here they are in the IDs. But just lastly thanks to everyone who follows me, or even just likes or reblogs my edits cause some of them do take awhile and I am still trying to improve at them too.

What made you ship it?

obviously the enemies to lovers trope, but i also really liked the forbidden love trope they went through with the whole Chris rule thing.

What are your favorite things about the ship?

they love and like each other!!! it's not exactly a friends to lovers ship, at least not a long friendship before they started dating, but they really and truly enjoy each other's company so much, and on top of that they're in love... if that ain't goal then what is?? they communicate well, they understand each other's passions even though they don't share all of them (lil sebastian and star trek come to mind on either side) and they're equals, which is not something that's often seen in het ships. i adore them.

Is there an unpopular opinion you have on your ship?

i feel like i never know how to define it as popular or not, because i don't really care about whether or not other fans agree with me (we're all allowed to have headcanons and it's okay if they don't match perfectly). but one thing i wish we'd seen more is the triplets!! as much as i enjoyed the least season, the time gap before it made me miss the domestic!benslie family. i cherish that deleted triplets dinner scene to this day 🙌🏻

What made you ship it?

the fact that Jaime's the prettiest dude in the land and Brienne the ugliest lady, and still he quickly goes from teasing her about her appearance and gender to finding her so impressive both physically and morally that he falls for her lmao what a dumbasssss

What are your favorite things about the ship?

they made each other grow, and that's a fucking Kink™️ of mine. Brienne went from a guarded morally rigid knight to someone who's still loyal and good, but who understands better how the world isn't white and dark around her (and how that especially applies to Jaime). Jaime was always, in my opinion, a "good" person (my boi Armin would say that doesn't mean anything, but i haven't slept in a while so allow me), he just played a role he hated most of his life and Brienne helped him realize his true self could be honorable and inspiring and not unrealistic or stupid. also the bath scene and all their goodbyes they thought were the last and omfgggg THAT KNIGHTING SCENE AJZMGLKFLMMRGML

Is there an unpopular opinion you have on your ship?

nope, can't think of any. i'm so glad they're both alive and well and doing so good now that Jaime's recovered fom his injuries and has found his personality back after whoever the fuck that was who took over when he joined Cer$ei 🥲 and i'm sure they have a bunch of kids he looks after while Brienne defends the realm

Milagro hadn’t said a word since they left El Paso. The Zeta tubes scared her, he knows it, but she’s too proud to say anything else. Khaji offered to sedate her, which Jaime quickly vetoed. The beetle still informs his host of each spike of her heart rate.

“Hey, Mocosa,” Jaime squeezes his sister’s hand, “¿Estás bien?”

Milagro nods, but her grip doesn’t loosen. When the elevator doors open, Jaime pulls her to the side. She can’t meet his eyes, even when he kneels down. Her big brother tilts her head up.

“Milagro, digas me.”

“…I’m scared, Jaime…” It’s not the first time she’s said that. Not even the first time today, but her voice hasn’t shaken like that, “What if they don’t like me?”

A small smile plays on his face, “You remember my friend, Bart, right? Redhead that talks too much?”

“Yeah, why?” Milagro sniffles.

“He’s been talking about you to his cousins, Jai and Irey. They’re really excited to meet you.” Jaime lowers his voice, “And if anyone is mean to you, I’ll let Khaji vaporize them.”

The beetle embedded in his spine clicks in agreement. That makes her smile, eases some of the worry from her face, “Thanks, Khaji…y Burro Azul…”

“Just doing my Big Brother duties, Mocosa Verde.” Jaime stands and takes her hand again. Together, they walk into the chaotic living room.

Two dark haired kids—a boy with glasses and a girl in purple overalls— fly through the air. A sour-faced boy argues with Tim, she remembers Tim, about…supervision? On the couch, two Asian kids, another boy and girl, play a videogame, bickering on the best way to beat a level. Milagro notices a nervous redheaded boy, sitting apart from the others. Unlike the others, with their familiarity to one another, he looks how she feels.

“Jaime!” A bubbly redhead races across the room, lighting following her. Her arms wrap around the older boy’s waist.

“Hey, Irey.” He hugs her, “Bart around?”

“No, him, Kon, and Cassie had to run an errand.” She shrugs, “Damian’s being a butthead—“

“I heard that, West!” The boy arguing with Tim scowls in their direction.

“You were supposed to!” Irey makes a face at him, then looks at the last member to their team. That sunshine smile returns in an instant, holding her hand out, “You must be Milagro! Irey West, newest Impulse!”

Definitely related to Bart. Her words run together, each fighting to get out of her mouth first. She has the same smile Bart does, like pure sunshine. Milagro smiles back.

“Nice to meet you, Irey.” It’s odd to shake hands with someone her own age, but Irey acts like it’s second nature. Milagro nods at the lone boy in the corner, “That’s your brother, Jai, right? You’re twins?”

“Huh?” Irey looks behind her. “Oh! That’s Colin Wilkes, not my dumb brother. Jai-Jai! Li! Come say hi to Milagro!”

The Asian boy on the couch glances over his shoulder. A loud crack and more lightning, then he’s in front of her too. His hand stuck out in greeting, “Jai West, Velocity.”

These are the twins? Jaime had told her they were fraternal, but they don’t even look alike. At least…not at first. The longer she looks at them, the more details pop out. They share the same nose and jaw shape. Bits of gold shine in their eyes—hers brilliant green, his the lightest brown she’d seen. Freckles stand out on Irey’s pale skin, but Jai has some splashed across his tanned cheeks. Even without those details, Jai has the same energy as Irey—not nervous, exactly. More like…anticipation. Like a storm waiting to break.

Jai grins like a mad scientist, “Ah, Sissy, she’s having the—“

“‘Are they really twins?’ Face. I see it, Brother. That makes—“

“30 total this year, but she’s the 4th kid—“

“13.3 percent of the total new people—“

“Less than 3.62 percent in total—“

“She figured it out quicker—“

“I saw it in—“

“Wrinkle between eyebrows. Just like Jaime’s—“

“Bart likes that—“

Jaime blinks at that, “Wait, what?”

The two dart off before they answer him. Milagro’s head spins. The twins’ back and forth caught her off guard. Sure, she knew half their family were actual geniuses, but it never crossed her mind they would be too. She didn’t even register Colin walking over until he speaks.

“If it helps, they’re the most normal here.”

“They are?” She stares at him in disbelief.

“We wouldn’t be here if we were normal.” Colin gestures around, “Damian and Mar’i are Bats, so they think thirty moves ahead. Jon’s a Super, but he’s really cool. Lian’s an Arrow, she will throw something and it will hit.”

“What about you? Who’s your family?”

He shifts his weight, “Great question. Asked the nuns that once but so did the others.”

“Wilkes, Reyes!” Damian snaps, “Training room in 20 minutes!”

“…Of course, Mocoso. Whatever you say.” Milagro offers a sweet smile, voice dripping with sarcasm. Hiding a grin, Jaime kisses the top of her head.

Irey jumps over the side table, more like a blur, “Race you!”

“Iris Anne West, you’re a cheater!” Jai follows on her heels. Milagro doesn’t catch what the redhead said, but she could have sworn she heard ‘Bartholomew’.

“Oye,” Jaime nudges her, “¿Estás bien?”

This time his question gets a true smile from her. Yeah, she’s got this.
