this is the current state of my LOGC account. when I made my account I had some kind of record to check on this Tumblr account for most of the comics I read as an adult + I added a small handful of stuff I read as a teenager that I felt I remembered well enough for them to ‘count.’ but I didn’t include things I thought I would reread at some point because I figured it made more sense to add them then. and when I made this account I was fine with the omissions, but now what this log is missing is bugging me.
as an adult I read almost exclusively digitally, but as as a teenager I mostly read physical trades, and mostly ones I owned, as opposed to ones borrowed from the library. and I’ve barely gotten rid of any of these trades. so for the most part I have somewhere in my house something to reference for my teenage readings. but a lot of those comics I’ve outgrown my interest in, so I don’t keep them my bedroom. they’re shoved in random places in our spare bedroom, which is like a junk drawer room, so they’re not easily accessible.
but I’m gonna start working through adding those comics.
(this log also doesn’t include most of my Golden Age comics readings, since those comics are all anthologies, and I don’t read them all the way through, just the stories with whichever character I’m following, but you can only log full issues on LOGC and not certain stories)

You know, I was rereading JLA/JSA Virtue and Vice since it takes place during Thanksgiving and we are in November (along with being an awesome crossover story) and something to be me. Wally West and Courtney Whitmore are both from Blue Valley and are the former and current teen hero of the town respectively. How come they don't interact more, especially given both of them are very energetic fans of past heroes who also have crappy fathers and found a substitute with a stepdad and uncle.
I can't say I have a good answer for you on this one. Wally and Courtney don't really interact that much I guess and Courtney never really seemed to be a fan of having to move to Nebraska.
although I will note that JLA/JSA Virtue and Vice is a fantastic read. It's right up there with Avengers Forever as my favorites of illustrator Carlos Pacheco works.
