I mean... What is there to say? This is a widely accepted headcanon within the Resident Evil community lol 😆

Had started taking T about two years before the incident in Raccoon City, which is why he looks much more masculine in Resident Evil 4

Has only dated women in the past and intends upon keeping it that way in the future... But, if there was a guy that came along that absolutely rocked Leon's world, then he wouldn't be shy to explore his options

Not many people know that Leon is trans and many times Leon as had to tell people in the military against his wishes. One of the only people he told voluntarily was Claire because he absolutely adores her and trusts her completely (take that as you will lol). Ada definitely does NOT know unfortunately, but Leon hopes that one day they could get close enough for him to share that intimate part of himself

There were a few times where his alcohol addiction caused interference with his T intake (forgetting to take his daily dose for like a week or more) and it was because of times like that that helped Leon kick his addiction

If Leon had to pick a song to describe his gender, he'd pick: Lost Boys by The 69 Eyes
