So the reader repeats the agents’ question but less nervously and in a more softer tone, they stroke his cheeks with their thumbs as he gets lost in the soft glint in their eyes, and almost as if hypnotised, he nods along to the sound of their lovely voice and in a voice so low he answers the reader, then points to the direction of said object the agent was assigned to get. The agent takes it and walks off (almost darts out tbh), and reader just kisses the segment as thank you, i imagine he keeps his half lidded eyes open whenever fragile!reader presses their lips against his, but just for a couple of seconds, i like to think he mainly does this to memorize the feeling of the moment, how soft their lips feel, the way you look so content kissing him, the feeling of your hands on his cheeks (how they’re no longer as cold as he remembers them to be when you were in a comatose state), the feeling of yearning and love in his chest, etc.

And only then does he closes his eyes shut to enjoy the moment even more.

Most agents are forced to return empty-handed and instead fetch another segment to help. He's not seen very often either - it's either Prime's office, his office, the hallways to and from, and maybe his room. So Zeta certainly isn't a segment one would want to deal with, especially since his ticks and likes are vastly unknown to the general Fatui... (the handbook is severely lacking in this area...)

But despite the air around Zeta, you weren't scared off in the slightest, and of course, found yourself snuggling with him in due time. His general demeanor was far different from the other segments but that wasn't an issue, you found it endearing but also quite sad at how gently he treated you as if you were glass that was just about to break... you wanted to try and show him how you were still stronger than that! You didn't expect helping him with his job to be part of spending time with him, but you're not mad. Rather, you find it a bit cute how he's willing to listen and indulge your wishes. Meanwhile, Zeta has no issue with this, in fact, he finds it reminiscent of all the times you used to ask favors from him, when you used to rely on him for anything and everything. They decide to entertain you, knowing that a random little human isn't gonna be able to do much harm anyway. They don't expect it to go much farther than being an inside joke, but they're surprised when they find out that they actually... Like you? And you're kind of good at this? And it's kind of nice to not have a huge fire-breathing beast with anger issues over their shoulders all the time??? Kamek is also enjoying his much needed break, so it just ends up not being a joke anymore. You're just their ruler now, and they're chill with it.

Anyway, when Bowser inevitably gets out, drama ensues, and it's kind of like a weird custody battle. Reader and him start off on a really bad foot, and they consider each other enemies at first. The only thing that stops Bowser from murking you on the spot is Kamek (lucky, lucky you!), and it is very physical. We're talking movie Bowser here so, he doesn't really care about what's best for his kingdom or what they want fr.

Anyway, a lot of the Koopa Troop really, really like you, but they are also loyal to their king, and let's be real: some of the troop could probably go without Bowser, but that simply isn't allowed. So, you guys basically have to co-parent the troop, even though you hate each other. They even pick a favorite "parent," lol.

Obviously the relationship will escalate to more of a romantic one once you guys really get to talking and interacting or whateva... and yeah.

There's still a lot for me to figure out like, where does this reader even come from? What draws them to the Koopa Kingdom? Do the Koopa Troop aid Bowser in his escape, or do they get carried away with you being their ruler and he ends up having to escape himself?

Tagging along to watch a rerun of Columbo - part of what he likes to refer to as 'Old Man Hour', which also features Get Smart and Hogan's Heroes - doesn't seem particularly romantic.

And, judging by the glint in Steve's pretty eyes, he's expecting as much. Eddie outstretches his hand.

"Wayne?" he calls over his shoulder as he wiggles his fingers, "Steve and I are going out for our one-year anniversary."

"Alrighty," Wayne mumbles, "Wear a coat."

His voice is almost drowned-out as Peter Falk, oh-so-witty in his trenchcoat, quips, "Oh, and just one more thing!"

"Eds," Steve laughs as he scrubs a hand over his face, "It isn't our one-year anniversary either. That's in like, maybe three weeks?"

"You don't know our anniversary?" he teases, knowing they are going to get absolutely nowhere like this.

The reason he began going outside besides making his dad less worried is because of  Dapper and Chayanne. But after the kidnaping he is worse then ever. Being scared to even leave his room if fit isn't besides him Because of this, Ramon and Dapper are working on a construction so they can communicate even when they're apart. Chayanne tries to help but, because he doesn't know anything about redstone, he mostly stand to the side and tries not to brake anything

Dapper was a bigger and taller egg then Leo and he would make fun of her for being little. But after hatching, Leo got his dads godly height and is now much taller then dapper and is CONSTANTLY making fun of them

Since Leonarda is dyslexic(and trump can't help them anymore) she has Dapper help her with homework and insist on paying him even tho he told her multiple times that it isn't necessary. In the end Dapper accepts the money but later he gives it to Foolish

Chayanne wants to be like his brother Techno so he dies his hair pink and often tries to talk to the other kind about anarchy before quickly getting stopped by the adults. He is very attached to all the eggs and sees them as his siblings and would do anything to protect them

Richarlyson and Bobby often get into fights before Chayanne has to break them up. After the initial rocky start to their friendship, they became good friend but still keep up a fake rivalry, but the truth is that they deeply care and admire each other. When they fight, the other eggs bet on who would be the winner with Ramon and Leo being the ones that bets the most Richarlyson is the "baby" of the group and he likes that Bobby doesn't treat him like a little kid

Tallulah, just like Chayanne, cares deeply about family. She tries to find out more about Willburs history, but is met with vague answers  that don't satisfy her. She tries to learn as much about the other eggs as possible, even the ones that aren't here anymore and tries to honor them as much as she can. The reason Tallulah beanie red is because she learn that Tilins ribbon was red and wanted to make Quackity a little happier Her taste buds are fucked up because she ate dirt for so long so now she can't taste things She also writes songs about the other eggs

Tilins always wears her ribbon, resulting in it getting very dirty very fast but she still refused to take it down. Quackity has to steal it while she sleeps in order to wash it. But he also has a drawer full of identical red ribbons in case the one that she is currently wearing gets desrtoyed

Flippa is the most extroverted out of the eggs and is always daring the egg to to dangerous things. When Quackity would leave Tilin alone, Flippa would be there to comfort her because she understood what it felt like to not have your parents pay attention to you Slime and Mariana would often fight and would leave the house to cool down, leaving Flippa alone She was the elder queer of the eggs and would help them navigate there gender identity and helping them to come out

Rewriting miraculous- Adrien agreste

[Note] Hey, hey! I wanted to start rewriting and designing miraculous for the fun of it. Please note that this is just for fun and giggles! I will try to keep the rewrite as close to the show as possible, at the same time I want to put as much of my ideas into it as I can. Also this is probably an angst au, because of my 3 am brainrot.

Adrien Agreste:

Look he isn't written good, I will say it as it is. Too much wasted potential, too much he is the love intrest not enough plot. I need more Adrien because the snippets of his personality he has are very Intresting, so we can work with that! But he is honestly kinda annoying at times at the same time he isn't, I don't know how to say it better, but that's how it is!

Backstory:

Adrien is a human child in this, not a senti-monster. His behaviour is all because of Gabriel, not because of some magical force. Adrien grew up in the Agreste household, with his mom Emily and his father Gabriel. Most would say they are loving towards one another, just until you look past the facade.

Emily is Gabriel's muse, his sunshine, his world his everything and the reason he adores his son so much is because he looks just like Emily, with his green eyes and blonde hair. But Gabriel hates Emily's twin with a burning passion. She looks just like his muse, at the same time she doesn't, she is ugly in his eyes, not comparable to his wonderful sun and so he forces Emily to cut of contact with her sister. Emily fights with Ģabriel about this, but Gabriel just responds by locking her up.

Emily tries to shield Adrien from this, telling him that Gabriel loves her and that he only wants to protect the two of them. Very soon in his life, Adrien is barely five, he first learns that his father's obsession is true love. (It actually isn't.)

Adrien looks at all the movies all starring Emily, all the pictures on the wall and Gabriel's obsessive jealousy as something good. Realising what she has done, Emily is devastated, devastated enough to risk something and that is bringing Nathalie back. Natalie desperately needs a heart transplant to survive and Emily does that, creating a heart with the peacock miraculous, ending up comatosed. (More to this when I am starting with the miraculous)

Gabriel is devastated by this because his wife slipped through his fingers like sand and completely abandonds Adrien in his grief, during the loss of his sun. (Luckily Natalie is there to help)

Gabriel actually thinks Emily was naive and that Natalie serves no other purpose than being his assistant. (He is delusional)

But back to Adrien, he first learns that love seems to equal obsession and then gets neglected, only for his father to come back into his life to plan every single step of it. Ever since Adrien is 8 he isn't allowed to pick his own clothes, style his hair or have a say in his own life. Luckily because of his mom and Natalie he actually was able to experience freedom of choice and doesn't think what Gabriel is doing is normal, at the same time he doesn't dare to speak out against anything.

His friendship with Chloe starts somewhere between the neglect and his loss of freedom. They both relate to eachother for having parents that either aren't there anymore or just neglect them, but unlike Chloe who only has her wealth to keep her company, Adrien has Natalie so he turns out a bit better than her.

His very first form of rebellion ever is going to school when he is fifteen. His dad still has a say in everything, but at least he can talk to other people, right? The thing is his classmates hate him at first, mainly because of Adriens behaviour. He wasn't ever part of the normal school kid society so he acts like he does in high society. No one liked that.

Adrien also tries his best to help Marinette who at first is totally against this, Marinette despises him, him and his behaviour. She compares him to Chloe.

Adrien actually needs some time until he becomes friends with Nino and Marinette, by trying to prove himself as a good person, but his fathers controlling and manipulative behaviour gets in the way. Lady bug will actually become his first friend, closely followed by Marinette.

Marinette becomes his friend after he protects her from Chloe, also developing a crush on him. Adrien falls in love with Lady Bug because he considered her amazing and while she is controlling, she is someone he idolised, which becomes the start of his possessive ness.

Personality as Adrien (season 1-3)

Oblivious: Adridens sheltered life stops him from picking up social cues, in a way you might not expect. He reads too much into everything. He has only ever interacted with the upper class, so he tries to interact with the normal people just exactly like he does with high society. Which causes a lot of things to fly over his head that would be said/ indicated by every day people.

Indecisive: Adrien was never allowed to pick something himself so he doesn't know how to react when someone asks him about what he would like for lunch, etc. The worst thing that happened because of this was that he almost was completely hated on by the class for not picking a side in a fight.

Possessive: Let me tell you, this guy is possessive of his friends, stuff anything! The mixture of seeing how his father was and the fact for the first time in his life he gets to make his own friends makes him loose control over his emotions occasionally. Nino would be the one to slowly bring him over to a more calmer path with his chill attitude.

Jealous: Ahaha, this ties in to the possessive ness and stems from his deep insecurity about the fact that his mother went missing (he blames himself) and that he is always so indecisive. He believes his friends can simply be snatched away. Which is stupid, he is a model, but still he feels like he just lacks everything. Kagami also has to suffer because of it

Helpful: Yes, despite everything Adrien is helpful. His mother taught him this and he won't ever, ever let it go. He tries to help anywhere he can whenever he can and in general is such a sweetheart!

Adrien as Chat noir:

Joyful, cocky, funny: do I have to explain in detail why? Marinette becoming Lady Bug gave her something to do, a responsibility. Adrien gets freedom, freedom he wished for so desperately secretly. As Chat noir he lives out the emotions he has to hide for his father and he can finally be himself

Possessive and jealous: Lady Bug is the sun as one would call it, less love more obsession. Suprise suprise I guess. For him lady Bug is what Emily was to Gabriel, a light in the Darkness. (Though Marinette still has more in common with Gabriel considered that she thinks of Adrien as her muse at some point.) Chat noir is helplessly in "love" and he wants to claim his possession.

Loud, obnoxious: This guy goes wild, he does the craziest stunts and just flings through the air cackling loudly to himself. For the first time in his life he wants to be seen and heard. Everyone admires him for the self he never was able to show and he enjoyed every second of it.

Insecure: needing reassurance daily that he isn't a useless side piece. Occasionally when his real life hits too hard he also doubts himself as chat noir and when villains find the right spot to hit it is over for chat noir with his incredibly fragile ego. Because chat noir is the most vulnerable part of Adrien.

Adrien "Chat Noir" Agreste season 4 and up

It takes longer for him to mature in the way lady Bug does and so does connecting his two sides. After a while though Adriens overcomes his insecurities and more, he heals from the neglect and even calls out his father occasionally when the latter is being unreasonable.

He becomes less jealous and possessive and learns about the correct way to love someone, just like Marinette does. Adrien even apologises to Kagami, who has of course never harboured any resentment towards him, but is relieved about it anyways.

Chat noir also stops clinging to Lady Bug as much and let's her do her own thing without feeling insecure in the eye of the other heroes. He knows he is capable now and he loves himself. (Though he developed a bit of an ego)

Art

Soo, Adriens human design looks way different when it does in the show, but that has a reason! Gabriel uses him as an walking advertisement and Adrien is forced to look perfect every where he does. No jogging pants or sweatshirt for him. His hair is styled and so ar his clothes. (Not by him)

Chat noir is silly. The black fur an his arms and Legs that act like leg warmers over to his hair, everything just looks a bit less than Adrien Agreste. The little bell makes noise, but the suit looks dark, perfectly matched together, not really special. A reflection of how he views himself. His costume does change after his personality does, but he is one of the rare users where the more power you have the more you look like the animal your miraculous represents and the it also reflects your personality don't clash that much.

author's note : I was going through the worst yuma brainrot when I wrote this. not proofread, so there may be mistakes. also it's my first time writing something like this so please bear with me.

you threw your phone aside as you plopped face-down on your bed. you sighed as soon as your body hit the mattress. on any normal day, you would fall asleep right away after a hectic day like this, but you had plans with your boyfriend, yuma. you wanted to refuse, but you couldn't because you knew that he would find a way to cheer you up. he always did.

you got out of bed, grabbed your keys and walked out of your house. the night air felt cold against your skin and you hugged your coat closer to yourself, but it was of no help. just when you were about to reach yuma's place, your phone started ringing.

"yn where are you? I'm already here", you heard yuma's voice through your phone speaker.

"damn, have some patience yuma. i'm almost there"

"hurry up, i'm waiting". you hung up and opened the camera app on your phone to fix your hair.

"yn!", yuma exclaimed after seeing you," what took you so long?"

"why do you even want to play basketball in this weather?" you asked.

"It's fun", yuma smiled at you and took your hand, "let's go."

yuma and you played for a while on the basketball court that was near his house, you missed every single shot, causing yuma to laugh at you. that was the best part, hearing his laugh. it was so therapeutic. no matter how exhausted you were, his laugh never failed to make you smile. 

"you're so bad at this", he laughed after you missed another shot.

"no, i'm not. I just feel very tired right now", you protested.

"stop making excuses and admit that you suck", he said as he passed you the ball.

you aimed for another shot and missed yet again. 

at this point, all the energy from your body was drained, and you dropped to the ground, "gosh I can't do this anymore".

yuma dropped beside you and lay on the ground, "the stars are pretty tonight", he said as he sighed.

"why are you lying on the ground, it's not even clean?"

yuma ignored your complaints and pulled you down beside him.

"look at the sky. it's beautiful, isn't it?", he said.

"yeah, it is"

after laying beside yuma in comfortable silence, you already felt most of your exhaustion leaving your body. he suddenly lifted one of his hands in the air and started counting the stars.

"one…two…three…four…", he then pointed at you, "and five. all of the stars look so pretty tonight."

you smiled, "there are six actually."

you pointed at each of the stars in the sky, yourself and then at yuma.

"you're right, they all look so pretty tonight", you admitted.

yuma blushed on hearing that and moved closer to you. he held your hand and asked, "you had a bad day?"

"yeah. school is beating my ass and I have three pending essays and I'm having trouble with them even though it's my best subject."

you sighed, "but I feel better now that I'm with you."

he placed a soft kiss on your temple, "I thought you hated basketball."

"yeah, I do. but it's fun when I'm playing with you."

"aww, you love me?", he said with a cheeky grin.

"yes", you replied with a smile on your face.

"I love you more", he said as he traced your features with his fingers. your eyes fluttered close when his fingers touched your face. he kissed the corner of your mouth and held you close. 

"it's cold, isn't it?", he said after a while.

"it was your idea to come outside", you stated.

"come on I'll walk you home", he said.

"okay", you replied, but you didn't move, and neither did he. you two just lay on the ground in each other's embrace, admiring the stars.

A concept- a brainrot, if you will- I wish to present to you on a silver platter, respectfully, as your Monster Mayhem series (and D&D talk eeeee) has inspired me:

Jack Howl as both the "huntsman" and the "wolf" in a Little Red Ridinghood scenario. The forest is very dangerous, but the dangers are unseen- think spells that delude the victim into hallucinations, guiding them into acid pits and other dangers. The forest wasn't always like this, which is why people don't take the warnings seriously and wander in. Humans always so foolishly challenge fate, after all.

So Jack decides to give these people a "seen" danger to be wary of- the big bad wolf stalking the outskirts. They live afraid, but they live safe. And the town's warden (sheriff? Something of the kind?)- Jack himself, in human form- assures them that he's leading an investigation and kindly stops people who want to attempt entry.

This is a pain in the ass for you- a young adventurer who is very aware that the forest has "gone evil" because your warlock grandmother is getting too old to tend to her patron's shrine, which kept the sleeping evil of the ancient forest (which is definitely either the grave of a dead diety or the bed of a great sleeping evil) locked away. You know it is a dangerous trip, but you aren't completely helpless, having some magic under your belt yourself.

If only this damn town warden would let you peacefully wander into this absolute nightmare forest. If only a large, snow-white wolf didn't keep blocking your path- oh, sorry, didn't keep "trying to kill you," though you're pretty sure he isn't, as he always stops just short of harm.

Bonus points if:

- The thing keeping your grandma from doing her shrine maiden very suspicious, definitely spooky warlock duties is something silly, but realistic as an old people problem (like 'i can't reach that high anymore, my back hurts too much' or 'the arthritis is getting to me and I can't draw the sigils')

- Literally any "Into the Woods" reference... "into the woods and down the del, the path is straight I know it well~" *five minutes later* "fuck, this ain't my forest anymore, why didn't grandma send me a letter sooner??? By the great gods I TOLD her to get a familiar to help out around here-"

- Jack personally knows your granny and panics when you, finally, tell him (in wolf form) that you're trying to get to her. (Jack helped clear her name in a "witch hunt," which is a little ironic considering the circumstances)

-You are very done with stumbling into another life-or-death evil forest situation after the 15th time. You grew up here! You took care of the forest with grandma! Could these damn human-eating trees be any less grateful?! (To be fair, they didn't have a taste for humans when you were little.)

-Rook appears. Yes, there are two huntsman now. Of COURSE Rook is enamored by the thrill of ancient evil and a mysterious wolf. Now Jack has to keep an eye out for his own hide, too...

-Smh, the idea of rook being involved just made me think of Vil as the "ancient evil" sleeping. A little drama queen who is angry that his ritual has not been performed to preserve his 10,000-year beauty sleep. Yeah, I've decided that "sleeping evil" is actually "sleeping eVil." The horrifying forest is a result of his anger from seeing ONE (1) adorable forest boy that was prettier than himself. The stress gave him a wrinkle. The wrinkle has caused this immense horror nightmare. Vil has decided to take an angry beauty-coma until the wrinkle has faded away. This is some petty god shit.

Lord I meant for this to be more Jack-focused but then I brainrotted really hard. He's just so.... nice? Stable? Sane? It's a lot more fun to brainrot over the absolute chaotic mess that is our boys with big egos and issues with pettiness.

Anyways, I will bow and make my exit! I'm a huge fan of dark fantasy genre stuff and, as a result, adore your interpretation of the Twst cast and the environments/scenarios you create for your stories! So I wanted to offer a dose of my inspired rambles, flavored by the sheer excitement reading your fics and posts has given me. Just in case it isn't clear this isn't a request I'm just HYPE rn.

*me intently scribbling all of this down as fast as possible and having an aneurism over the awesome and AHHHHH*

But holy fuck YES, I LOVE this idea. And then the Vil shit at the end, especially seeing that he and Jack are friends in canon! So like! More overlap! But also just! All of it!! AHHHH!!! My brain is on fire.

But holy shit I am just so in love with this idea. It's giving me so much fire-in-the-brain inspiration, and I do like Jack a lot, but I don't Love love him normally (I have my two undying favs, and they can never be displaced), but goddamn now you've got me wanting to write this so badly!!!!
