Crosby: Hey Buck, wanna third wheel on my date with Bubbles tomorrow?
Buck: ...
Buck: I guess.
Crosby: Hey Bucky, wanna third wheel on my date with Bubbles tomorrow?
Bucky: Hell yeah.
Crosby: Great! I've always wanted to go on a double date!
I’m sorry. You’re telling me that both my OTPs consist of two queer, 100+ year old, non-human men who started off as friends and eventually developed a bond so strong that no other relationship ever compared to it?
That both reunited in the present after being apart since the 40s?
That both consist of a blond and a brunet, and that one has shoulder length hair?
That both shoulder-length haired men have a nickname involving the word “wolf”, were turned into a killer by an older and powerful man against their will, which fucked their mind up so badly that they eventually ended up beating the other man of the couple to a pulp, and resenting themselves for it?
That both these men were held captive, tortured, and mind controlled into going against the other one?
That both blonde men worked as “actors”, and were willing to die by the hand of their brunet friend/lover????
AND THAT I HAVE A MAJOR CRUSH/AM A RAGING APOLOGIST OF BOTH BLONDE MEN???
I JUST WATCHED THE FIRST TWO MASTERS OF THE AIR EPISODES AFTER WAITING THREE YEARS. inner child? healed. warning: mota spoilers !!
just a little TOO obsessed with bucky + buck. “don’t count on it”???? DONT COUNT ON IT ! i had better see more of that. i physically need that little catchphrase played out on austin butlers tongue again. catch me quoting that on a gifset. it really is giving “going my way?”
BARRY KEOGHAN THE MAN THAT YOU ARE. his cheeky little smile. him blowing kisses to callum! sweet boy. *pointing to the sky* that’s where i’m going. WHEN HE CALLS THE TWO BUCKS AND BUCKY CALLS HIM THE LITTLE SPOON I GIGGLED! I LOVE THEMM
yeah also the fight scene in episode two um yeah. yeah. bucky teasing “pity pity pity!” he’s the funniest man alive and he knows it. also i find it so amusing that callum turner said for this role he drank a lot of whisky and ate burgers and really that is spot on.
crosby. what an icon. him saying something along the lines of if overthinking was a sport i’d win an award. ughhh also his and bubbles’ friendship! they are so so adorable. bubbles just being called bubbles. i want to tap him on the nose !
lemmons is such a little ball of sunshine. i really appreciate the love that the mechanics are getting because the book did mention them. he loves kids and he has such a bright smile
these are just my initial thoughts after witnessing it with my own two eyeballs. cannot recommend it enough and i will be rewatching until the next episode. i wish they showed more of their training like band of brothers. there is that clip of austin butler marching with some men, though, so i really really hope we get a backstory
ALSO I GENUINELY WENT THROUGH THE. BIGGEST LOUIS HOFFMAN PHASE RECENTLY AND UR TELLING ME HE IS IN THIS SHOW. IM SORRY?? YOURE JOKING. werner pfennig what are you doing here 💝
I'm very into AMC's Interview With the Vampire show, and I really want to begin reblogging Louis x Lestat content. HOWEVER, my OTP is Stucky and the MCU so I don't necessarily want to clog this blog up with that different content if it would detract for my current followers. I'm considering doing a different blog so that fans of this one aren't inundated with Loustat content they don't care about. How do y'all fell about this issue?
Please give a RB for max votes (especially since I meant to make the poll last for a week) Thanks!
Bubbles: What’s it like being tall?
Bubbles: Is it nice?
Bubbles: Can you reach comfortably for the cupboards?
Bucky: We live in constant fear of the short ones who, in my experience, will climb 4 chairs, 2 boxes, a small coffee table and 6 oddly placed stools to get what they want.
Curtis: IT WAS ONE TIME!
