This one was so easy, I know it's canon that Sam is a Libra, but I thought he suited a Virgo Sun, and a Libra Moon more. Sam is very kind, he puts others first and is incredibly loyal. Virgos are known for their duty towards others, their passion and their strive for perfection.

𝐌𝐎𝐎𝐍

𝑳𝒊𝒃𝒓𝒂

Libra's are known for having a strong need for partnership - whether that's romantic, platonic or even having a pet around. They don't really like being on their own. With this information you might think, 'and how does that relate to Sam???' Well... he had a partner while in the military, and then when he became a civilian again he found another partnership ... with Steve. And then when Steve wasn't around anymore, he had a partnership with Bucky. See where I'm coming from?

Libra's are also known for being the peacemakers, the light-hearted people of the group who lift up everyone's spirits. They're also flirtatious and charming.

𝐑𝐈𝐒𝐈𝐍𝐆/𝐀𝐒𝐂𝐄𝐍𝐃𝐀𝐍𝐓

I won't lie, deciding on his rising aspect was quite difficult. I thought maybe Sagittarius, but they're known to prefer freedom over responsibility. And then I thought, maybe he'd be a double Virgo - but he isn't that grounded.

And I see a bit of fire within Sam; not just passion, but a drive. It's the trait that drives him to save others, to protect and serve. It's a fire that gives him determination to rescue and do the right thing.

I was also thinking a Leo Rising, but something just didn't seem right about that. He doesn't flaunt, Sam is a bit humble and doesn't seek the spotlight.

𝐕𝐄𝐍𝐔𝐒

𝑻𝒂𝒖𝒓𝒖𝒔

This particular aspect means Sam craves stability and reliability, while also wanting a sensual relationship. See, Venus is Taurus' ruling planet aka the Roman version of Aphrodite. And I see Sam as being quite smooth, very on game. When he wants someone, he finds it easy to get them.

In a relationship, with this aspect, it also means Sam likes physical touch and affection. His love is the kind of Sunday afternoons...lazy laughter and soft skin beneath warm blankets, of snacks and movies and all the time in the world.

This aspect has a 'go big or go home,' mentality. With a love for adventure, they're unique and cannot be a replica or replicated. Some may say that a Sagittarius Mars means they are reckless and careless - but I don't believe that to be true. I think in Sam's case, he sometimes acts before he thinks.

This one can be argued because I couln't find a sign that really clicked. Sam is too in between - he isn't Virgo enough in the sense that he's strict, and has to do the same thing over and over again. And he isn't dreamy like a Pisces, flambouyant like an Aquarius, rigid like a Capricorn, taboo like a Scorpio or intuitive like a Cancer.

I just thought Sagittarius would be the best fit.

Quick-witted, fast-paced and funny. That's how I see Sam's communication style. He is also very wise, and knowledgeable. Able to help even Steve Rogers. He needs to be in a stimulating environment because he can get bored easily. Sam is also a smooth-talker. Well, I definitely see him that way. There's something suave about him.

tony stark slander is all fun and great -- but it is very weird how people who justifiably shit on the MCU for military propaganda sort of ignore how the DOD lended financial support to The First Avenger and Winter Soldier.

It's funny that the iron man movies do have more of a focus on the weapons manufacturing side and that makes them easier for most people to criticize.

The military isn't bothered by the representation of traitorous evil military characters and secret nazi organizations or whatever as long as there are soldiers in it that look cool bc that is ultimately the kind of thing that makes it easier to recruit people. the kind of people who are going to be more willing to join and support the military aren't going to see themselves in the endless masses of nameless bad guys, but in the captain americas.

Like I did with the moral alignments, I thought I would make a post about why and how I sort characters into Hogwarts Houses! There are also quizzes so you can figure it out for yourself as well. I go into detail about each House, what they represent, their background and what it means to be sorted into a certain House.

Figuring out which Hogwarts House you belong to has been around since the HP series came out. But I think there’s more to it than simply choosing to be in ‘the brave house’ or ‘the smart house.’ I think it reveals a lot about a person - or rather, a large aspect. 

Here are a few tests for you to try, comment below what you got!
